I was so happy to find this place, the cookie croissant we had was absolutely delicious and all the cookies were so good, just a cool spot with some cool stuff and delicious and affordable cookies. Definitely stop in if your walking around South st or just want a good cookie!

This is hands down my favorite cookie spot in Philly! I’m obsessed with their chocolate chip croissants, every time I visit my boyfriend, he knows to have one ready for me. They’re the perfect balance of crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, with a warm, gooey chocolate chip center that’s basically heaven. If you’re ever in Philly, this place is an absolute must try!!

I was fortunate to snag a 2g2g bag from here to try some cookies - omg! They're the perfect bite, crispy edges and chewy centers. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need a sweet treat

Unexpected gem. Great gift selection, sweetheart of a shop owner, and her warm just-baked cookies are addictive chewy fantastic-ness! Sometimes she makes a mash-up of peanut butter cookie and double dark chocolate cookie. Holy mother-of-pearl. Now she's got homemade ice cream sandwiches. Them jawns are insane! Owner likes to carry locally made items, such as pop-ups from a teacher-turned-bagel & sourdough bread baker (dude got a big write-up in the Inky). Honestly the best bagels I've had in the city.

A wonderful shop . The owner is friendly and kind and her cookies are amazing . The oatmeal raising are soft and chewing . The chocolate chip had my toddler stealing cookies off of the table when he thought no one was looking . A place I love to visit as often as I can .

My family's go-to for cookie orders, whether it's a graduation party, an athletic team's post-game treat at school, or bringing a tray of cookies to a friend's house. Sam's cookies are delicious and they disappear quickly with kids and adults. We love having Sam Shaw's Treatery in our neighborhood!!

My friend and I stopped here to grab a chocolate chip cookie croissant, which is basically a chocolate chip cookie in or on top of a croissant. We asked for the croissant to be heated up, and it was pretty good. The store was not busy either, so grabbing the treat was pretty easy! I would go back.

The display of yummy popcorn choices caught my attention. The Barbecue Popcorn is delicious (reminds me of Bonton popcorn from my childhood). Samantha exemplifies what happens when you are focused, talented and make a life changing decision to share one's talent/passion with others. Her unique business taps into various senses. There is truly something for everyone. I look forward to returning and supporting Sam's small business

The cookies are out of this world! Soft and flavorful and you know they must have been made within a few days at most if not same day. Cookie flavors I got were chocolate chip, oatmeal, black and white. The black and white didn't have too much cream. The level of sweetness in all the cookies seem proper- not too much and not too little. Filling but not making me feel overindulged. The bagels are tasty and done with care. Please note, the "half bagels" pictured are simply me cutting them in half for myself. The bagels themselves are served whole, at least through TooGoodToGo (typically?). The flavors I had were black seed, everything, and maybe onion too. I could smell the onion when I came home and my sense of smell is not the best. The woman I met, probably the owner , was friendly and felt like giving me an extra bagel for my TooGoodToGo because I came to the place because of other reviews and because I didn't live nearby. This store is truly a gem hiding in plain sight on South St. right by the TLA. They close before the TLA opens is the only thing. But can you blame the staff if they want to go to a show after running this store all day? No seating here that I noticed but worth a visit.

Run don't walk to try this cookie croissant! We stumbled upon this place while walking around the neighborhood and boy did we score. These treats were fresh out of the oven so much so that they melted in our mouth and were a perfect texture.

C is for Cookie, that's good enough for me! Sam Shaw would give Cookie Monster a run for his cookies. She makes chocolate chip, double chocolate, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and my new favorite, snickerdoodle. I've come into the store thrice. I've bought cookies thrice. They are always gooey and delicious and one of them is usually warm or hot or baking, igniting my salivary glands into cookie mayhem. I love you cookie.

Amazing homemade cookies!! I like my cookies crunchy and slightly soft in the middle. Sam's cookies deliver just that! The perfect bite. Highly recommend the chocolate chip. Will be back!

The cookies are amazing!! My daughter's said "the store owner is as sweet as her cookies," and my husband said, "I'm in heaven," after the first bite of the chocolate chip cookie croissant. Definitely stop in for a special treat, especially try the Cookie croissant, and check out the store.

I work at the post office and deliver in her area. I stopped by one day since I wanted something sweet. The owner offered me some cookies on the house and they were delicious! She was so sweet she threw in a few more. Now when I have the time I constantly go back too get more. I highly recommend on going there.

Cookies here are delicious! It's soft yet chewy yet crisp... it's just amazing!! I love that it gives you a sense of home when mom would bake fresh cookies for you. I would highly recommend and can't wait to pick up another pound of cookies to devour.

I stopped in while in Phili for a concert because I'm a simple man - you advertise fresh baked cookies and I'm sold. I bought 1/2 dozen and you can believe I ate the entire bag, which was probably a mistake considering you get a bunch for your cost! Special shout out to the snickerdoodles. Honestly I loved them because they look and taste homemade which is a plus! I'd definitely come in again.

So good! Ordered an assortment of cookies, and they all had a perfect texture: soft and chewy in the middle with just a some satisfying crunch on the edges. And best of all, they're not too sweet, which I greatly appreciate. If you're feeling for fresh, homemade-tasting cookies, this is it!

A beautiful store owned and operated by a beautiful person . Sam's curated boutique far surpasses any big box store for home goods and gifts. And her cookies are to die for! Check her out, you'll be glad you did .

I have been here 2 times and the cookies are very fresh, warm/hot and tasty! Both times I have been here, the cookies were coming out of the oven. Sam is the owner and she is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
