Great food. I have a picky family and the comments were extremely positive. The crunch of the patties were awesome. The buns were perfect. Simply made just perfectly. The shredded pork loaded fries, fries, and hot Chicken sandwiches were a big hit too.

Got greeted by the cashier and was very confused on the questions I was asking. Not sure if she was new or something but when I asked whats the best smash burger they have, she said she didn’t know what that meant. Got the burger after waiting 20 min and didn’t get the fries that I ordered. Love that but even after all that the burger wasn’t anything special or had any crazy flavor. Love the vibe but its a little too crowded and not a lot of seating. Other than that its a perfect little spot! Workers were also really nice so thats a plus!!

Burger was top shelf. Freshly cooked and well seasoned. Tater tots are amazing - deep fried GBD. Couldn't stop eating them until they were gone. The Little Italy food court has a great vibe. Could hang there all afternoon eating and drinking. Not a fan of the electronic ordering kiosk. I needed a receipt and it didn't print one. Plus there wasn't anybody at the counter to get me a reprint.

I was looking forward to trying this burger after watching a couple YouTube video reviews and it is definitely worth it. Super easy to order (touchscreen) and easy to pick up. Very delicious.

Awesome burger, as I would have expected from a guy who wants to bring the "C" word back to "Cook"! 😂 No complaints on food. Best fries around. You shouldn't expect too much for atmosphere though. It's in a combined area like a mall food court, so it is what it is. Not a fan of the whole "order your own food" kiosk concept everyone is moving to. Am I an employee?? An interface like that is fine for online/mobile ordering but no matter how easy, if I took the time to drive there and walk into the restaurant to sit down and eat, just give me a live person. I pray Sam roasts me for this comment.

Kids love Sam the Cooking Guy so had to stop on our way back from Coronado. Burgers were great. Ranch dip is spectacular. Fries and tots nice and crispy. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star was our burgers didn't have the bacon jam we paid for. Other than that and the side of fries being a little high on the price, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is one of the best burgers I ever had in San Diego. Great quality meat cooked to perfection. The Chilli Cheese fries were surprisingly really good. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The cups with Sams logo on them are pretty good. Just hung out had some great food and enjoyed the environment. This will definitely be a spot I’ll take my friends too.

Good burgers 🍔 and fries. Ordered their signature buger done their way with basic fries along with garlic aioli and ketchup. Got impulsive and ordered bacon potato salad. Burger and bun were great and enjoyed every bite! Fries were hot and cooked in clean oil, perfect amount of salt. The bacon potato salad was good, but had too much dill for my personal tastes. Fun indoor space with big tables to serve all the different food places inside the food hall. TVs had football on for the sports minded.
