Sam's Club

Was a bit nervous to go to this Sam's with the parking garage built around it but wow it was so nice! The garage was well lit and the store itself was very organized. Had a large selection of items at a reasonable price and was easy to navigate in and out of the store, parking garage, and to the Walmart on top. Will come back if the opportunity arises.

This store is located at lower level. Ample parking spaces. Be careful to drive at the parking lot as it’s underground. Since it’s wholesale, items are in inexpensive. Better to check big appliances online and compare prices. This store was well managed and clean. Check out staffs were quick at scanning items and checking out. The place was also not extremely packed compared to the Walmart upstart.

I just left from this location buying two items and I notice the couple in front of me had a whole cart full of items and not one time did the old white man ask them to scan they receipt he waved them on, but when I walk up he wants to scan my receipt. So I asked why you didn’t scan the couple informs front of me and he tells me oh they are good. So I said really because I am a black woman with two items you want to scan my receipt. So the old white man tells me not to put the receipt in his face( which I did not) I was letting him scan it, then he told me to to get my black ass out of the store. So yes, I will never come to this location ever again, and the young Hispanic chick that was at the front can witness to everything. So yeah Sam’s y’all workers need to be trained better than what they are, because that could have ended very badly. And yes this mess happened on 12/7/24 around 11:30am.

This is a Sam’s combined with Walmart. There is minimal signage to direct you to where Sam’s is. I did see some arrows on the same level as Walmart but then when you follow them they don’t guide you to the correct direction. What a hot mess

I think management should educate their employees or teach them about customer service. One can have thousands of problems every day, but problems should be left outside the company. We all spend a day working and we want to do our shopping and return home as quickly as possible. But yesterday, November 16, I was shopping and when I paid, I bought my glass and went to get something to drink. When I arrived, a man began to shout at me that it was already closed and in a very upset manner. I went to speak to another employee and the solution was that the next time I came they would give me two drinks. The problem is not the drink, the problem is the treatment towards a customer who regularly goes to buy. There is no sign indicating that it is already closed and if there are some glasses at the checkout, one can assume that they can buy the product already paid for. I think they should make corrections and provide better service in that part of their company.

I been coming to this location for a long time. I forgot my member card in my car and when I was trying to pay I tried to scanned the membership by my phone and some employee came to verify my membership and told her that please let me pay because i was tired and was buying diapers to my baby and was so rude. I will never come back to this location

This disgusting sams club said they didn't have physical cards to force me to use scan and go. Then they set an offer for 10$ off to use scan and go and I became ineligible because of this issue. Filed a BBB report for unethical practices. Corporate VP will be contatcting staff for disciplinary action.

I called this location to make the aware of my order at 7:20am. I called and the line just rung for the cafe. I hung up and dialed back to member services. I’m not sure of who I spoke with due to them not providing their name. I was on a time crunch and asked if she would be able to walk over to the cafe to inform the staff. She states, “ the best i can do is transfer you over there.” The call was transferred back to the cafe and another wait began. By this time I’m in the parking lot and rushing in to the store. To my surprise the cafe closed at 7pm. Now why the young lady didn’t inform me on the phone is still mind blowing. I saw there was a little Caesar’s close by so I rushed out of the store. I called back to guest services to inform them and someone in the background says, “ that ain’t nothing to get mad about!” By this time I’m pissed and i asked to speak with a manager. I literally had to ask the manager ABIGAL 3x for her name. Costco is clearly the move if you want decent service and effective communication.

I like this place more than Costco. They have good deals. I recently jumped ship and took a membership up here. I like how things have been going so far. The customer service is good. They have a good selection. Prices are great. Looking forward to coming back.

This is my first time at this Sam's and it did not disappoint. I was able to get in early with my Sam's plus membership. The store was clean and well stocked. All of the associates were friendly and welcomed the customers. Work in having a luncheon and I was tasked with picking up items. I found everything I needed to help make my work party a success. Thank you to all your associates and cashiers

Shopping Experience - Came in around 5pm/Monday and the inside of the store was not very busy. I was able to enjoy most of my shopping and wandering. This was my first time shopping at Sam's so I compared everything to Costco. I was pleased with some of the options Sam's provided but wish there were some brands and items they sold. - I also received free samples of dishwasher pods which was nice! - The produce lacked quality items as many of the leafy greens and vegetables were expiring in 2 days time. Please provide and stock quality items for shoppers! - The member services staff can do a better job acknowledging and helping customers as I stood there for 10 min while employees were chatting. This was my first time walking in to shop here, and I would have gladly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Check out Experience - After waiting in line, an employee walked up to me to expedite my check out experience. It was my first time shopping at Sam's club and she helped me check out, save $10 on my order, and provided me with a physical membership card. I was pleasant with this part of my experience Parking Lot - The lot is a hot mess and reckless drivers. Do be careful and cautious as people don't have a problem scratching and hitting your vehicle. Gas Station - I think the costs were relative to the loval gas stations so I didn't see much savings while buying regukar gas. However, it is convenient knowing there is a gas station nearby!

Walked in and the lady at the entrance couldn't tell me if the Club had watermelons in yet? I did appreciate her honesty though. I did make a small Scan & Go purchase and didn't have to wait in the longer line.

Terrible experience. Super hard to find. I had to go in and pick up cart of groceries and take it up 2 floors. After 30 minutes trying to find my order in the store, they forgot 2 cases of water. Want a refund for the waters and the membership!!

Stopped at this Sam's in passing. Very neat and fully stocked. I love the samples at Sam's! I was able to sample and purchase this Woodbridge peach wine. Also, the fruit and cheese tray was freshly packed and yummy.

My family and I ALWAYS get our cakes from Sam's. We feel like you get the most cake or cupcakes for the best price here. For this 10 inch cake it was about $15. I always get buttercream frosting because it's the absolute best! I get vanilla cake but their chocolate cake is good as well! You could order on the phone but also in person as well!

Looooong wait for a tire patch. It turns out that I saved a few dollars for the original tire purchase. I was told 1 1/2 hour estimated wait, with that being said, I figured I could do some shopping in the meantime. Almost 3 hours to have a tire repair. ouch! The dilemma is that each visit i make for tire rotation is that there's a Looooong wait. Even so for tire patch and other related services. Its worth the quick turnaround to have the tire service elsewhere and pay the difference.

Pretty much everything in electronics is locked up and require employee assistance if you want to purchase something. It takes forever to flag down the right employee who has the key. First employee had her AirPods in and was on a phone call and was extremely annoyed when we asked her for help. She wasn't in uniform and didn't have a name tag. She retrieved the keys from another employee but somehow couldn't unlock the cabinet. The employee who the keys belonged to came to try and whoa, the cabinet magically opened. She was really nice and apologetic for the first employees behavior. I get it, it's the holidays but we are still customers. Previous visit we came to the store at 10PM and needed a cord that was also locked in the cabinet. Employees told us that they weren't unlocking anything anymore as it was late. The store closes at 11PM. Where is the notice to let customers know so we wouldn't waste gas and money?

Went to the sams club because it was on my way back home. Went inside and purchased everything I needed. When i was going to exit the ladies that check the receipts wouldnt let me go even with the receipt in hand. I also showed her the purchases in my app. She still wouldnt let me leave with my items. I told her to call the manager; so we could resolve the problem. Was waiting for a while. There were no managers availiable to help. Decided to leave my PURCHASED items with the reciept. I called a little bit after so i could get my refund. Dont come to this store. They will accuse you of stealing even with a receipt in hand.

Prices are fair. Store is clean. Staff is helpful. I feel like they are short stocked lately on some items we buy always. Or their rotation of items change periodically. I LOVE SCAN AND GO on the app!!!! It makes life super easy.

I suppose relationship bliss is getting a joint Sam's club membership with your significant other and spending your Saturday afternoons here. At least that's where I'm at in life. My boyfriend and I come here for TP, paper towels, sometimes wine, sometimes steaks and you can seriously save yourself some dough on these things. I have also bought some Coach sunglasses that are so cute and were on sale, some work out pants and some towels for our bathroom. As you can tell this place has a little of everything that you need for your home. The checkout lines can be a little ridiculous, and they don't bag up anything for you so bring your own bags or grab a box is you see any lying around. Also be nice to the lady that has to check your receipt and items at the exit door. She's just doing her job, man. PS - the sample stations are plentiful through the store on Saturday's. We usually end up buying something that we have sampled.

This location is always clean and doesn't seem to get too crowded. I prefer it over the other location on NW Hwy. This location seems to get more inventory of seasonal items and they have things go on clearance more often. The other location will often have same item but not on clearance. Parking is easy underground. Be sure to checkout using the app. You can scan it all and pay on your phone which allows you to skip the line. You can now also use the app for getting gas! The best regular deals are the rotisserie chicken, the large jar of jalapeños, the cage free organic eggs, and their salad mixes. We love the members mark spray sunscreen. It has a much better spray width than the name brands. It usually goes on sale in September so stock up! The rotisserie chicken enchiladas in the deli section are awesome and a great easy dinner to pop in the oven. We also love the stuffed peppers in the same section.

My Costco Executive membership was about to expire, and I decided to take probably the biggest gamble of my life and switch to their main competitor: Sam's Club. #noragrets I have been a loyal Costco member for the past 6+ years and since moving to Dallas this past year I have noticed not only are there fewer Costcos in the area (1 in Dallas proper), but also the quality of fresh produce and in-store service is not as good as other Costcos I've been to across the country. This led me to venture out into the mass-production warehouse world this past week and go to a much closer option to where I live. There are about 4-5 Sam's Club in the city of Dallas alone, and one that is just 5 minutes away from where I live compared to a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest Costco. In comparison to Costco, there are many similarities: gas is cheaper than convenience stores, markdown deals on select items each month, food court with really low prices, etc. The difference I've noticed between the two warehouses is that there is a much wider selection of products and variety of goods depending on the Sam's Club store you go to. Another minor thing I noticed is that like-items that are at both stores (40 case of signature brand water, fresh rotisserie whole chicken, paper towel brand, fresh produce, etc) is priced slightly different. Some items at Costco are cheaper and vice versa. Overall Sam's Club is the winner for me. There are just more perks and options to choose from at Sam's Club than Costco. I've also heard the scan n' go option is a great addition to the shopping experience, and am looking forward to experiment with the app in the future.

This has just about anything you need in big quantity! Must be in early to beat the crowd thou! Cheaper gas prices at the pump than elsewhere again come early to beat the crowd as well!

Yes sure it's Sam's Club. You can get things in mega quantities at a reasonable price. But it is also pretty much Walmart. They change up the store layout every other month. As soon as I know where La Croix is, I go there and it's on the other side of the store. The curbside pickup is the worse I have seen for any store or restaurant. I let them know I'm here and wait for 10-15 minutes. Finally give up and go inside to see employees just standing there talking and laughing not even looking at the screen to see that I checked in. But the worst thing I have seen, and this probably happens very often, is the employees going to the bathroom and not washing their hands before returning to work to touch my produce. But at least they have what I need for my business at a good price ‍

What can I say about this place to make it sound like a fun adventure? Hmmm The parking lot is a great experience if you are a spelunker as the lower level of the parking structure reminds me of a cave. If it is pouring rain, it adds to the cave experience as you can get wet (3 floors down) entering the store due to the building design. That could be cool for some. My last trip, there was no one standing guard to make sure only those special souls that pay the membership can get in. I once thought this was a silly effort until I got behind one in the checkout line that had emptied a filled cart onto the checkout conveyor and didn't have a membership. During this trip, the food tasting displays were all set up and it was almost like being at a tapas restaurant except with a huge shopping cart and no alcoholic drinks in hand. Seriously, these displays are one of the reasons I like Sam's as I do buy some of the product as a result of tasting. The hot dog sample I had put me into a hot dog feeding frenzy. (3 over the next 24 hours.) I always find it interesting to see restaurant staff of places I frequent buying stuff at this location. When I buy the same items they do, my dishes never taste as good as theirs. I'm often one of those that buys 2 years of something and glad I have a big kitchen and storage area as I use it up. This trip was for food storage bags. I also picked up the Sam's brand Paper towels. I have enough to supply me and my neighbors for a few months. I try really hard to avoid the snack aisles as I was able to do this trip. There are some great prices on Snicker bars and easy to justify buying a carton to save money from the work vending machines. I did pick up a lot of fruit to freeze for my fruit smoothies. I get an urge for one about every 60 days and it is nice to have some in the freezer when I want. The prices are good on the fresh fruit. But they didn't have any raspberries this trip. The Blackberries were the best ever with minimal seeds (I sampled after I got home.) The store associate who checked me out was friendly, bright and cheerful. Had me smiling as I left her lane. I should have snuck through the food tasting displays a second time as I did load up on a large hot dog special on the way out. Sam's does have a great Pizza and Hot Dog Combo for a crazy cheap price.

Fantastic place for cheap and high quality roasted chickens, gasoline, toiletries and nonprescription drugs, bulk food and drink items, and cheap food at their little diner- I get a $1.62 (after tax) Nathan's jumbo polish sausage with a large soft drink almost every time I shop here. If you just accept this place for what it is and utilize it for its strengths, it is well worth your while.

My husband and I signed up for a membership today. Because I am a student, I got a $15 gift card complimentary with the $45 membership. They have a large variety of groceries and other household items. I love the fresh made muffins in the bakery. The chocolate chocolate chip is my favorite. We look forward to utilizing the membership for gasoline and thw liquor store as well! You can't beat the prices for buying in bulk.

Love sams club,. The scan and save feature is a life saver especially dealing with the long check out lines , some products are limit to 1 item per customer due to the pandemic. Don't fall for the credit savings offer unless you are ready. The sales associate always pushes this offer.

Pros: Well-run, clean and well-stocked price club. Great deals on hot dogs, pizza etc. in the food court. Underneath parking is great on those blazing-hot days. Attached to a Walmart. Whataburger & Chick-Fil-A in the same shopping area. Cons: They don't open til 10 am most days. That's no good, especially in the summer when mornings are best to get things done. The milk / dairy area is hidden. Not easy to find. They don't sell Sam's water! You have to buy Sam's water bottles (20 oz) in Walmart - makes no sense. Timbercreek can be a traffic mess, especially exiting via Skillman.

Do not sign up for AT&T service here at this Sams Club. They promise you free installation and a $250 gift card and you get neither. When you try to reach a manager in person regarding this, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their face. Don't even try to call and leave a message for management because they won't call back. They're pretty much okay with the fact that they have reps in the store that lie to their members to get you to sign up for their service.

Food: The Nathan's hot dog for $1.30 is the best deal in town. For another 20 or 30 cents, you get a "bottomless" drink with it. Buying stuff: Load the Sam's Scan & Go app on your phone, scan your items as you toss 'em in the basket, bypass the registers, and head for the door. You purchase gets tallied as you walk out.

Members only !! Today I got my windshield fixed while I was shopping State farm covers the cost, I didn't have to pay anything for the repair.. Took about 10 min

My only problem with this Sam's club is the patrons clogging up the works with their families. Seriously, all 6 of your adult brothers and sisters and your 3 kids don't need to come with you to Sam's club to buy a single loaf of bread. I know, riding around in the wagons is fun, but you and your family are blocking my route to the checkout! I just want to get this $5 rotisserie chicken out the door already! Samples are offered up on Saturday, and they are generous. When I was in there was sushi, crackers, yogurt, pizza, fruit: Basically every kind of food they sell. Prices on produce are okay if you're in the market for 2lbs of green beans or asparagus, a huge container of whole mushrooms, entire melons, or some carrots. The expiration or use by dates are not too far in the future though, so don't expect to come in here and buy produce that you can keep around for over a week. The real deals are the chicken, sushi, and home supplies items in bulk. Soda was even cheaper than I expected here. You can get 24 cans for $6, whereas 12 cans are typically $5 at Target. No bags to wrap your purchases, but I don't mind that. It's nice to be able to bag the stuff yourself at your car to make everything fit in the trunk just the way you like. They only take cash, debit or mastercard, so be prepared for that. Gas is about 2 cents cheaper here than the cheapest gas station north of I-30 and south of 635.

I've been a Sam's club customer and pharmacy customer since they opened a club here. Recently they rearranged the pharmAcy area and moved the benches where people waited for their prescriptions. I see elderly customers on walkers, people sick, and they all have to stand to wait for their scripts. The moves the benches to the aisles and now people have to walk a distance to pick up their mess. Not customer friendly at all.

Hurting with the opening of Costco. Used to issue day membership passes. No more! Still the best deals for alcoholic beverages.

Love SAM'S Club. Fantastic line of products. I always find what I need without having to visit the ALWAYS crowded subpar service at WallyWorld. The SAM'S Club system keeps track of previous orders or my frequent purchases on the front page of my account so I just select and reorder without searching one-by-one through the entire database. I definitely love skipping the long lines by using Scan N Go.

Been a member for 10 years plus. I always come to this location and many times dread running into the people asking questions about my cell phone service or on my way out, asking me about home repair. Today, topped it all. It was on my way in and it was about my phone service. She was NOT going to let me get away even after telling her twice, I was in a hurry. FYI, SAMS CLUB, it was today around 11:30 am. Keep your goons away from me. If I have an issue with my phone service, I will do something about it. Never will I have someone come up to me and have me change my mind about how I'm doing things ESPECIALLY with that attitude. Anyone reading this, DONT let these people make you make decisions on the spot. Take in what they are telling you and go home and research it.

Massive amounts of stuff for cheap. Sells everything from office/school supplies, clothes, furniture, baked goods, beer/wine, prepared food, and groceries - just like sister store Wallyworld. Some clothes are nice, but sizes are kinda limited. Short people (like me), be forewarned. Particular location is clean and has polite staff (unlike some others in the area). Flyers near customer service advertise the monthly specials, which can help save a lot of money. Lots of food samples on Saturday/Sunday afternoon. Food court serves giant slices of pizza for ~$2. The 3-meat pizza is good, but would prefer the pizza at another wholesale retailer. The $1 frozen yogurt is a delicious summer steal. Bottom Line: Good location with polite staff and well-stocked selection. Come here to stock up on household items which are more often.

Tried ordering online with "quick pick up". It would have been faster to park and shop!! I waited 30 minutes until I finally flagged someone down (I couldn't leave my toddlers in the car and they didn't have shoes...). Then all my items weren't delivered to my car. A manager with two lip rings told me they were out. I asked what took so long, as I only had 6 items ordered and it would have been faster to just shop in store. Her response was "we're really busy inside. We're trying to get it together." I'm done with Sam's

This is a review for the department handling the pick up orders, they are all so great. Very friendly & helpful! Their level of customer service is surprisingly perfect!

Your sushi is great! I just wish there was a direct number to that department specifically. I would love to order more party platters in the future - but don't tell my girlfriend.

On more than one occasion I've had to return to this store for a price adjustment. The instant credit is never correct. Check your receipts!

I am jealous that this side of Dallas has this ultra cool Sams-Walmart and I am stuck with my ghetto run down Sam's off Eastchase and 30. Hrmpphh. I hit up this Sam's and adjoined Walmart last friday and was shocked with the mall-like parking garage, 3 story escalators and clean and organized store. If you have a Sam's membership, you all know what Sam's carries - just know this location is really nice and clean with great selections of your usual Sam's items. What I REALLY want to comment on though is my facination with the BUGGY ESCALATOR!! Yes, an escalator that you send your buggy down.........genious. Go check it out.

Worst checkout lines ever forever and ever amen always. The fact that the cashier will go through the entire 3 minute presentation to upgrade someone's membership when there are 10 people waiting in line behind them is just absurd. Costco... please open inside the loop in Dallas.

Absolutely horrific experience at the Sam's Club Pharmacy, for many reasons compounded one upon the next: 1. They're closed for lunch every day. I had no idea, because it's not posted on their website. I arrived while they were closed, so I did some shopping for half an hour until they opened. Not a huge deal, but annoying, and unnecessary, since they could have easily staggered their lunch breaks. 2. Upon dropping off my order, I was told it would be 20-30 minutes, but that they would call me if it was sooner. Okay, that's reasonable. I had already done most of my shopping, waiting for them to open, but I figured I would make another loop, just to be sure I hadn't missed anything. 3. 30 minutes later, after thoroughly weighing the pros and cons of getting a juicer, I came back to pick up my order, but they told me it would be just a little bit longer. *Sigh* 4. 20 minutes pass. I stand in line again to inquire about the status. "Oh, yes, it will be just a few more minutes." *Sigh* 5. 30 minutes pass. At this point, I've had to email my next appointment that I'll be late, so I'm not pleased. They finally get my order ready, just in time for me to hit the beginning of rush hour traffic, making me even later for my meeting. 6. Throughout all of this, there was never an apology for the wait, or even a "thanks for your patience." No acknowledgement at all, only a vague sense that my business was an annoyance to them.

I have been a member for 17 years and by far this is the worst Sam's club ever do not go there they are rude and lazy. I travel a lot so I visit several different Sam's clubs from Houston to des Moines Iowa to Minneapolis all over and I refuse to step foot into this Sam's club on retail road under the walmart. If you like good service and shelves being full don't go there they never have anything.

If your looking for an inexpensive bulk of liquor this just may be your place. I'm usually looking for unique collectables bottles, this site is definitely not a place for it. Yet, for a party or get together this is definitely where we head out to first. Also. The employee did not ask for our club member card so you might not even need to be a member! The location isn't very big, it's actually located right in between Sam's Club and the gas station. The parking lot is very dark so keep your eye out.

Clean and organized location. Now the bad there's this one lady at the door checking receipts when you leave she is very selected on the people leaving if you know what I mean. Ill buy two things and she will look at that receipt like she is taking a quiz. But when a white person walks out with a basket load she just marks it with her highlighter. Not saying she reflects the store but makes me feel like I'm being accused of stealing asparagus. There's no reason she has to match the numbers of the asparagus to the receipt I promise I'm not trying to steal it. And for the record it was more than one time. The asparagus is good and cheap at Sam's just not good enough to steal.

This new location (at corner of Skillman & Northwest Hwy) offers a snazzy upgrade from the former digs (on Park Lane near Northpark Mall). I did not realize that Sam's had moved locations until I drove to an empty parking lot on Park Lane. Many things are the same: low prices on paper towels, dog food, and 10 pound bags of frozen chicken breasts. The differences include: a three-floor parking garage, a much cleaner and better organized store, and sharing a corner with JC Penney and Wal-Mart.

Besides the great stuff you can purchase at Sam's, my family and I love Sam's for the quick and tasty meals. We love their sushi and how it's freshly made each day. The vegetarian such I is a hit and miss. Sometimes they have it and sometimes they don't. The vegetarian one has avocado and cucumber. Tip: the best time to have a good pick is definitely morning/midmorning.

This is a Sams on the bottom and a Walmart on the top. It has a parking garage. Being a small business owner, I unfortunately spend a lot of time at Sams and Costco. I come to this one, even though it is out of my way, because the parking garage allows me to get in and out in bad weather without getting wet.

You would think a grocery store that you pay extra to shop at would have better service . Smh never coming here again . Actually made me buy a Cisco membership.

Completely unresponsive club pickup. Ended up having to call the store for service. Waited for 15 minutes just to get the privilege of being waited on for a $400 order. Stick with Costco or Amazon. Totally not even worth the discounted membership rate I got online.

One of the newest Sam's Clubs in the area and this location has a Walmart on top. I like how the Sam's is on the bottom and there's less traffic as opposed to the top. Going in and out of here isn't bad at all! My only complaint is that the garage could have brighter lighting. Personally, I'm not afraid of the creepers that lurk in their vans, but I have to think of the lady friends that shop here. Sometimes I just feel the creepers are out there. Other than that it's just a new Sam's with some bells and whistles here and there.

This is a solid Sam's Club. It's quite clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Parking is a breeze since it's attached to the Walmart next door with upper and lower level parking. Garage parking is nice on a hot day. Customer service was helpful when we got our new memberships. Overall, I'm excited to have a membership for all the great prices and deals.

Love the in town location. Covered garage parking so car seats won't be on fire in Texas summer. Nice people, bright lighting. In/out fast. Improvement over old location in Vickery Panhandler fly route.
