If I can save another soul from going to this place, specifically the tire department, I hope this review does that.
Purchased a tire here for my Mercedes and it split and bubbled within a week. It was one of the largest bubbles I've seen. I don't know whether it was an improper install or just a bad tire, so I called in and placed an order for another tire to be reinstalled.
The next day (today) I came in to get the tire and get it installed. I'm charged again for an install. I'm told to come back around 4 for the car, which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering it's just a tire install for a paying customer who's tire busted within a week. I come back at 4, and then I'm told come back at 5, then 5:30, then 6:00.... 6:30 rolls around and at this point I'm starting to get upset. I'm basically sitting in the cafeteria with no car for hours. No one is updating me on what's going on and why a simple tire install is taking so long. I understand that they may be short staffed, but being told to come at 4, to then be told "30 more minutes" more than 3 times is just plain frustrating.
The cherry on the pie, I go to the front desk to ask what is going on. One of the ladies goes back to ask, and from what I understand they can't get the tire on the car and have tried over 20 times to get it on......
A new tire was put on less than 2 weeks ago , so what's the problem now?
I'm then told they're going to switch out my back tire with my front tire, so at this point I'm freaking out because anyone who knows sports cars knows that the back tire is way larger than the front, they cannot be switched! I ask to go to the back to speak with the guys. I'm told my rim is dented (which I was not told at my last install) and that I'll need to drive home with a spare tire .... that there's nothing they can do..... IMAGINE HOW I FELT AFTER WAITING 6+ hours just to be told they can't do anything! I felt anxious too because I saw they were doing something with my back tire without my permission // consent.
The picture attached is my car, after waiting over 6 hours, to have an UGLY donut placed on it. It doesn't even fit correctly on the car. When driving the car home it was terrifying because I could feel how it wasn't aligned right with the car. My new tire and rim were placed in the trunk and I was told to either come back tomorrow, or take it to another place to get installed.
I think my rim was dented by them, by trying to get the tire on "so many times" .... but yet I just had a tire put on that same location less than 2 weeks ago.... This whole experience was just foul. There is bad service and then there is just unacceptable. I have left a voicemail with management, and will update this review upon finding a solution.
