Found and purchased waters and soda, used self checkout line, filled the gas tank, asked the gas station attendant about putting air in my tire, he told me to go around the building and pull up to the first bay near the front of the building on that side. Did that, backed my vehicle in front of the garage bay, asked one of the mechanics to put air in my tire. he pulled the air pump close to my vehicle and put air in my tire. Highly recommend!

31 minutes to order a slice of pizza and a pretzel and a fountain drink cup at the cafe. This was on Tuesday 6/17/25@ around 3:30PM. There were consistently 4 to 5 people in the line at any given time and only two (2) workers staffing the cafe. They don’t invest any labor cost there because they probably lose money on it. The only reason they slowly sell this hot food in the fist place is to maintain a visual perception of parity with Costco.

It took us a whole day to replace tires. Workers ignored us multiple times. Honestly if the flow of people so big that employees can’t handle it maybe it would be a good idea to hire more people. Customer service is same, an hour in line to return an item. Customer Service is absolutely awful here.

My purchase was a complete disaster! Came all the way from Maryland because the first sams club in Hagerstown said they had shed in stock but didn't. Confirmed they had it in sterling va so I go to get it. Finally got help to put it together and of course it's missing a wall! Do not and I repeat do not by anything you need to install from sams club. I may even drop my membership over this

I love Sam’s and would 100 times prefer to shop here instead of Costco. The parking lots are more manageable and not to mention the scan and go. No more waiting in line for over 30 mins and this includes self checkout. Sam’s also offers pickup which is convenient for moms who can’t go in and show but can do a quick pickup!

I am a long-time Sam's Club member, but for the first time I was coordinating a spread for Teacher Appreciation Week at a local school. I was so worried with being able to get the order in time for our first lunch shift (10:15 am) as the earliest pick up time listed was 10-11 am. I called yesterday, 5/5/24 and spoke to Joseph who was so patient and walked me through exactly what to do, and did everything he could to ensure this would be executed efficiently. I arrived at the club this morning and the employees worked to get my order together and into my car by 9:40. I am so thankful. I was so overwhelmed and stressed out thinking it wouldn't work, had it not been for Joseph I am not sure it would have worked as seamlessly as it did. We will continue to utilize Sam's Club for our future needs!

Cecelia, the reported “main boss” was very aggressive about us getting my disabled father a power chair. I was told by another associate of her name, she was not in uniform and did not have a name badge. We were well away from the entrance and out of everyone’s way. Will see if corporate can review her approach in these situations.

Always a good selection of items. I just prefer consistency from the door greeters. Either check my membership every time or never. Also, when exiting, I’ve always had 4 items scanned and then I leave. Today I had 3 items scanned and then waited while she counted every item. Again, if that’s the rules I’m completely fine with that, but don’t do it when you feel like it. Makes me feel like you suspect I’m trying to get over and not pay for items. Update: Sam’s now consistently asks for proof of membership and I’m glad to supply it. I added pics of different treats and prices that I plan to purchase for my employees at work to start our donation only candy store.

Sam's Club sucks vs Costco. Was a base member and sadly trusted their flier that said upgrade and you get $10 Sam's cash. No fine print that said 406 weeks. On the phone with on-line who said had to do to Sterling Store where I waited for someone to say no its online. Really terrible customer service. Will never be as good as Costco.

I started coming to Sam's Club once I realized how advanced they are and no crowds (compared to Costco). They are very advanced, with the app, so I pretty much have zero interaction with staff...except at the exit. Not sure where to even start! They pretty much carry everything in bulk, similar to Costco, but they don't have as much variety. -Shopping: There is an option to use "Scan & Go" on the app by scanning all the items while shopping (or at the end...). Once completed, there is a designated "check out" area (instead of checkout lane) and payment is made directly through the app and VOILA, done! The exit arches have cameras that capture the items in the cart and match to the receipt, which means someone does not have to count the items manually. There is also a separate self-checkout area where we can use their scanner to scan the items and pay accordingly. -Gas pump: There is an option on the app under "Fuel" to scan the QR code on the pump, select the correct payment option and follow the instructions to fill gas. So EASY! There is also the old school way of scanning the membership card. I will no longer use the optical department as no one working when I'm at the club and and they don't know which eye benefit providers they accept and provide incorrect information. I won't even go into our experience, otherwise I'd have to lower the stars. They also have a small food court, which has the basic inexpensive foods such as pizza, hot dog, soft serve, etc. They do sell the infamous $4.99 rotisserie chicken. The bakery is large, but I haven't purchased any of their cakes, so I can't speak to those. The croissants are good though! There is plenty of parking available dedicated solely to Sam's Club, even if they are next to Walmart.

Sam's renew membership using automatic feature without consumer approval or choosing auto renewal. When I telephoned them to ask for a refund they used a date I reviewed my membership to alleged that I turn the automat renewal on the date that I turned off automatic renewal. Be careful to observe and review renewal data to prevent Sam from renewing your membership unbeknownst to you.

Has a gas station and curbside pickup. You can order groceries online the night before. Drop off a friend at nearby Dulles airport then swing buy Sams club to fill up on gas and pick up your groceries curbside. Quick drive from the airport.

Whelp. Trying this place was a definite mistake. Tried ordering for pickup. Charged my card, never fulfilled. Texted customer service, they say it's a local store problem. Go to the local store to Member services, they promise me "it'll be right out" and refuse to cancel the order. So I sit. And wait. And wait. Fekkin waited the whole afternoon, hours past the promised pickup time. Update - the girl bringing deliveries out to others finally asked me what I was waiting for, then went in directly and fulfilled my order, acknowledging I'd been waiting so long she was wondering what was going on. Turns out - they're just way behind and that's their usual situation.

I just recently joined Sams Club and already regret it. I discovered that my name is misspelled on my card when I got an email (your name is not on the card). I attempted to get it corrected, but learned after spending 30 minutes on various phone holds, that I have to go to the Club to do so. Not convenient for me to do so so I'll have to live with it. I can't create an online account unless I use my misspelled name. I have also been trying for DAYS to get a simple answer from the deli about an item. I have literally called for 3 days straight with no one answering the phone. Neither in the particular department or customer service. I will not renew my membership to Sams Club. It is horrible to deal with.

The "new" way of delivery for Sam' Club is absolutely awful. Ordered 4 items. 3 were opened and damaged. One was missing contents. If you can't go to Sam's for pickup, order from Costco.

We always have a good experience. Joined very recently and go maybe once a month. Good selection of products in all areas. Scan and go is awesome bc once you're finished shopping you just walk out. I will say never go on the weekend. Weekday midday shopping is ideal. Prices are generally good but quality tends to be better than discount grocery stores.

I bought four packs(total 15lb) Beef short ribs yesterday. Underneath the short ribs was an additional layer of ribs with very little meat. I've purchased these ribs many times & this is the first time we've encountered this. I feel like the ribs with little meat was being hidden. Basically a bait & switch. Spoke Kenny, the butcher & was told this is normal. Really? Customer service was nice enough to refund the purchase.

The pharmacist, Chris, at the Dulles location is very unprofessional and rude. This is a shame since generally Sam's has very good pharmacists. Steer clear of this location.

If I can save another soul from going to this place, specifically the tire department, I hope this review does that. Purchased a tire here for my Mercedes and it split and bubbled within a week. It was one of the largest bubbles I've seen. I don't know whether it was an improper install or just a bad tire, so I called in and placed an order for another tire to be reinstalled. The next day (today) I came in to get the tire and get it installed. I'm charged again for an install. I'm told to come back around 4 for the car, which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering it's just a tire install for a paying customer who's tire busted within a week. I come back at 4, and then I'm told come back at 5, then 5:30, then 6:00.... 6:30 rolls around and at this point I'm starting to get upset. I'm basically sitting in the cafeteria with no car for hours. No one is updating me on what's going on and why a simple tire install is taking so long. I understand that they may be short staffed, but being told to come at 4, to then be told "30 more minutes" more than 3 times is just plain frustrating. The cherry on the pie, I go to the front desk to ask what is going on. One of the ladies goes back to ask, and from what I understand they can't get the tire on the car and have tried over 20 times to get it on...... A new tire was put on less than 2 weeks ago , so what's the problem now? I'm then told they're going to switch out my back tire with my front tire, so at this point I'm freaking out because anyone who knows sports cars knows that the back tire is way larger than the front, they cannot be switched! I ask to go to the back to speak with the guys. I'm told my rim is dented (which I was not told at my last install) and that I'll need to drive home with a spare tire .... that there's nothing they can do..... IMAGINE HOW I FELT AFTER WAITING 6+ hours just to be told they can't do anything! I felt anxious too because I saw they were doing something with my back tire without my permission // consent. The picture attached is my car, after waiting over 6 hours, to have an UGLY donut placed on it. It doesn't even fit correctly on the car. When driving the car home it was terrifying because I could feel how it wasn't aligned right with the car. My new tire and rim were placed in the trunk and I was told to either come back tomorrow, or take it to another place to get installed. I think my rim was dented by them, by trying to get the tire on "so many times" .... but yet I just had a tire put on that same location less than 2 weeks ago.... This whole experience was just foul. There is bad service and then there is just unacceptable. I have left a voicemail with management, and will update this review upon finding a solution.

I have a problem walking (even with support.) I only needed 3 items so I decided to make a pick up order. I never got a confirmation that my order was ready, but I still went to the store at my designated time. In the pickup parking space, I tried to sign into my Sams Club app, it insisted on sending a code to my old home (landline) phone or to my secondary email (that I don't use on my cell phone.) Either way I could NOT reach the code to get into the app. There was no alternative given on the pick up sign, so I called the store. NO ONE answered. I let it ring until it timed out (about 45 rings.) I tried to log into the app again. It still wanted a 4 digit code. I called twice more, each time letting the phone ring until it timed out. By this point, I was in the parking space for over 20 minutes. I got out of my car, hobbled to the front door and was stopped by the gate keeper. She didn't apologize for the problem, said "Be happy. God wanted you to walk," instead. But, she did get me in touch with the guy who does the pick up orders, and he apologized for the problems. He also told me that other customers have complained that no one answers the customer service line. When I suggested that they needed an option to send a call directly to order pickup, he seemed genuinely surprised that there was no such option. I have used grocery pick up at at least three other local stores. All of them work seamlessly (Harris Teeter, Wegmans and Food Lion.) Even Walmart (next door to Sams) has better pickup service.

This place has really gone downhill. Has become very dirty and disorganized Impossible to find anyone to help you. They used to have a few cute clothes, now nothing even wearable. Also the clientele has become very trashy. Kids running around like a playground and everyone yelling. It's a zoo. I limit my trips now and try to shop elsewhere.

This location is not the cleanliness and super unorganized . Tire department has tires everywhere , battery rack has some corrosion growing on the rack . Hours are not up to date like other Sam's clubs . Also there's never a employee around to help . I went in the evening to shop in store and there was only two cashiers available to check out . All their pods and end caps near produce and meat department makes is cluttered and harder to shop when multiple people in aisles . Leadership needs to step up and do better . Starts from the top and goes down, if management doesn't care neither will their staff .

The place is spacious and well kept up. I didn't see anything out of place or on the ground. The staff members were definitely on top of things. The bathrooms (mens) was a different matter. If there was air freshener in the bathroom, it wasn't working or was out of spray. You knew you were in a bathroom and you get this look on your face...You know what I am talking about. The bathroom wasn't disgusting except for the smell. Speaking of smell, the food court smelled delicious. Plenty of places to sit, talk and eat with your friends. You might even run into the store manager. I think she would look sensational with blood red hair. The only thing I did not see was the cost of a membership because I forgot about checking it out...guess hunger for Chick Fil-A can do that.

The Pharmacy, my goodness what a condescending group a people that have been assembled here. We go to a pharmacy becase we are sick or in need of medications, IE: we need care. Strike 1) I had my Dr call in prescriptions because the pharmacy would not transfer them, they said it takes too much time. Wow! Strike 2) I let them know I wouldn't be able to pick up prescriptions until I was back in town 8 days later. During that 8 day period on the 7th day I received a text stating they were going to cancel prescriptions if not picked up that day. So, I called and explained I was still 15hrs away and out of town on business and that I would be back on Monday the 10th day from order. I was spoken to in a nasty, condescending tone with no option to remedy the situation. No option to extend it or request from my Dr, nothing! Strike 3) I never received a call from them and when I called them on Monday to explain what had happened and to request that they take me off automatic refills and or clear out anything that would hold up my medications they said "that's good, just have a new pharmacy call us". In conclusion, they don't want to fix or address any problem. They are not kind or caring and obviously not very good at business either. For your health and care and own good Your money and time is better spent elsewhere,

Overall Sams Club is a nice alternative to the ever crazy busy Costco. However, this one star is really based on having to deal with customer service and their complete inefficiency I've been subject to since my last review. If you go it always seems like there is a long line. I made the mistake of using their click and pull service where you order stuff online and then pick up at the store. Upon entering there is a deceptive kiosk, that says order online and check in here to pick up those items. I do that and wait, and wait, and wait. Mind you I got out of the customer service line to use the kiosk thinking like a fool that it would be quicker. Mind you I ordered on small item (chapstick!!!!). So after trying and failing to get any help at the kiosk I get back in the customer service line. Once its my turn I then inquire as to the purpose of the kiosk. And the lady at the desk tells me there's not really any purpose. I then advise them to either 1. put better signage to alert people to its lack of usefulness or 2. remove it. She gets my stuff and I still need to sign on the computer using a mouse. Mind you at this point I'm so annoyed I think my signature looked like something in Japanese. Then I still have to wait a few more minutes as she has to go halfway to the other side of the store to print my receipt. Otherwise, the selection of items isn't bad, although not as great as costco and the gas lines aren't as long.

Worse store ever. Two checkers, all do it your self checkout are broken and 30 folks waiting to check out. To make matters worse, when I confronted two different "managers" they just did not give a damn. They should be fired for lack of everything. Then the topper was I brought my own recycling bags to carry my products and the "checker" refused to put them I. Those bags so I held up the checkout process longer by bagging my foods myself. If you could get a ZERO rating that would be five stars more than you deserve. Will NOT renew my membership and shop at COSTCO.

Sam's club i a great store, however, if you took the Sam's Club Master Card by Synchrony Bank, good luck. The card is difficult to get into your account, they do not send out billing notices, and then tell you are late. The store is good, the card is terrible.

Well the worst experience I've ever had shopping for groceries I went and got everything I needed had some liquor so they had to do an age verification which I couldn't find anybody on the floor finally I found a girl in a green vest named Ronnie and asked her if she could verify my age so I could check out. So she says it'll be a few minutes because she was waiting on somebody else so 10 minutes later she shows up has a huge attitude and I told Rose let's get sick and tired of waiting she just looked at me walked away that's when I asked her her name pretty poor service from Ronnie

i want to give it negative stars for just one thing. you will be bombarded before ypu can get in the store with people trying to sell y/ou att wireless service it is beyond annoying every single time they will follow you down the ailse begging you about what wireless service you have. i really makes me hate going there and the walmart next door is a whole nother story

Beans were SLIMEY. Called to get refund. They said i had to return to store for refund. I specifically asked if they were busy and they said no, no line. I got there and there was a long line. Spent 45 min returning them. Waste of my time and bad use of their time. For $6 they should have taken my name and receipt info and completed refund on phone. They were pleasant about it though.

More like SCAM CLUB. Purchased tires just over 2 years and less than 25,000 miles ago. Warranty covers 5 years 50,000 miles. They also had to order my tires back then for a 4 year old car. When I call, I never get through. When I get through to customer service, I'm disconnected with how long I'm on hold with the tire center. I now live 40 miles away and my tires are on their last leg, I just wanted to make sure I could get my tires replaced and if not that, be directed to a shop who could fulfill the warranty.

I was visiting the area and needed to have a prescription transferred and filled. I called and spoke with a female who stated the prescription was not available in the pharmacy, but they expected it to be available in two days and I would be contacted when it was available. When three days had passed, I became concerned as to why I had not heard back from anyone. So I called. I was told not only had they received the medication, but it was available two days ago. I was livid. I asked why I had not been contacted with this information. The female stated she did not know. She checked to ensure my telephone number was what they had on record. It was. Once again she stated she did not know why I had not been contacted. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the female behind the counter had her name tag turned backward so her name could not be seen. She admitted they were short-handed on certain days. However, better diligence is due at any time but especially when one works in a pharmacy. This person should not be working at the pharmacy because her name tag being turned backward is an admission of her guilt. I intentionally walked around the warehouse and passed by the pharmacy window 30 minutes after I received my medication and she still had her name tag turned backward.

From a COVID standpoint, this is one of the better places I've been. Additionally, I stopped by the tire and battery on a whim because I had it in my head that I should probably do that. Well, good thing I did. They went to just check my tires and they were pretty much bald! They showed me where the tire actually ruptured upon driving it in the bay! They usually only do appointments, but managed to work me in (I did have to wait about 2 hours, but they told me that in advance as well.). So the kids and I did some shopping and looked at a few books and they had me done in 1:43 min. One of my best Sam's clubs experiences. Only issue is that apparently Scan and go doesn't want to let me buy 500 bucks worth of stuff. So had to actually check out which was and has never been my favorite thing to do, but no real lines to speak of so no issues there either. Will be going back soon!

This particular Sam's Club seems like many others I've visited. Some employees can be really nice and helpful while the rest are either elusive and/or aloof. For the most part, their selection is varied and well stocked. We used to love buying turkey legs here, but it seems their delivery has stopped. The restrooms don't appear to be too clean - wet floor, soggy paper here and there, odd smell. The hot dog/pizza counter is very disorganized and I've not ever seen anyone being of help there. I go here out of habit. I love Costco, but Sam's has been carrying the majority of the name brand products I've been using lately. I am always mesmerized by their large screen TV selection. I'm sure one day soon, I'll break down and buy one of them.

I have a love/hate relationship with Sam's. I've been a member here for about 5 years now. The pros: -Waaaaaayyyyy less crowded than our local Costco -Good selection of items I purchase the most -Their new Scan & Go app is AMAZING... Download the app, add credit card info (you can choose to save it so you don't have to reenter it every time or not), scan your items, hit checkout and pay, go to the exit where they scan your barcode that pops up after you pay and VOILA...no long lines to wait in! It's a lifesaver! The cons: -Customer service...not very helpful or friendly, and lines to return items are usually long -Long checkout lines because many times they only have 1 or 2 registers open -Their photo shop has either lost or has just not printed photos we've sent their twice now. Both times, we ordered them the day before, went after the time they said they would be done and they were nowhere to be found -Their overall selection of items isn't as good as Costco's I continue to go here instead of Costco because I hate Costco crowds, and the new Scan & Go app had been a total game changer. But they have a lot to do to get their act together.

I've only had my membership for a month and I was excited to use it. I tried the pick up service and I won't be using that again. Pickup was between 4-5pm and when we arrived at 430 our order wasn't ready. We were the only people there for pickup in the 30 minutes we waited. The wait would be excusable with an apology, an excuse or maybe a credit. What we got from Michael was if that wait didn't work for us then don't use the service. They really don't care if we shop there or not!

HORRIBLE SERVICE...... Bought set of tires at Sams club to be installed. Called the store and was told just walk in and we will get you in. Well it was not true, went there and was told we don't do the walk ins, it's only with the appointments!!! So long story short, took an appointment which was after three weeks and dropped the car on the appointment date half and hour before the scheduled appointment. Came after four hours to pick up car and car was still not ready . They couldn't gave me a clear explanation of what caused to be late. The explanation was there was a car before you that took extra time to replace the tires and I was like it does not make sense that it takes 5 hours to install four tires!!!!!! Waited additional hour and half for the tires to be installed. Very very unhappy, please avoid this store if you value your time.

I am surprised how they got two stars here. God its bad. Specially at the customer service. It seems like people who didn't get hired at the costco's got a job here. GOD HELP THEM!!!

Beware having any dealings with Sam's Club if you are not a member. As a nonmember, I purchased a Visio TV online which Sam's invited me to do by offering a "guest account". I paid to have the TV shipped because the closest Sam's Club location is an hour's drive from me. When the TV arrived, the screen was smashed. Customer Service refused, even after I spoke to a supervisor, to send a shipper to retrieve the damaged TV. My only option for getting a refund was to physically return the TV to a Sam's Club location. Even in the middle of a pandemic. So I had to do a two-hour round trip to get a refund when it was Sam's Club who shipped my a TV with a smashed screen. Unacceptable!!

This place sucks. Costumer service is terrible. I only come here because products are cheaper then most places and we really need their stuff to run the business. Most employees get annoyed by your requested of assistance.

If it wasn't for the good deals and varied name brand offerings that are different from Costco, I wouldn't even come here. Customer service at this location is horrible, one speed..... S. L. O. W. They are in no hurry to check you out or help you at the service desk. Certainly a reflection on Management. It is interesting how many people don't wear a name tag. Stock is not rotated well, so be sure to check your dates. This hasn't been my experience at other Sams locations, but this one is horrible and has been for years.

I have a membership in all 3 wholesale clubs, Sams, Costco and BJ's. Each come with its own strengths and weaknesses. I read the reviews of others and it seems like people want all the strengths in one place :) Sams has more selection than Costco, sales on more items and an excellent bakery. You cannot beat the 8 pack fresh Ciabatta for less than $3! While the checkout can be a lot slower than Costco, the app makes it a breeze. I rarely need to use the regular checkout anymore. They installed many self checkout booths recently but the app is the best since you can "checkout as you go" while shopping then just walk out. I wish others will add an app. Gas pump is a lot less crowded than Costco. samsclub.com has TONS more than Costco or BJ's, and is well linked to the store so you can order online and get store pickup. Also, if you have their PLUS membership you get free delivery. It also gives you early hours to shop where you get the early deals and no crowd. Overall, I get a lot of value and is well worth the membership.

Sam's Club in LaMarque, Tx has been steadily getting worse every time we go there. After our purchase at one of those self check outs since they have gotten rid of most of their checkers, I noticed that I was charged $10 more that what the price tag showed. I went to customer service which is now located where there used to be the photo center that they eliminated. I simply wanted the $10 credit back on my card but after giving me that credit, my receipt came out $70 higher. It took over an hour and me suggesting they just return my entire purchase and ring everything back up with the correct prices. Then when leaving the store, you not only have to stand in line and show your receipt but they have to scan it and a piece of merchandise you just purchased. Costco here we come.

Managers(2), and the tire tech @Sterling SAM's "are valve stems replaced with new tires" ...No, refused to replace Valve stems. maybe a $1 for all 4 stems? Per Google-are valve stems replaced with new tires? "valve stems can dry out and crack over time, causing air leaks or total air loss. To avoid this, we recommend replacing your valve stems at least every time you replace your tires." 1) online order thank you your order is complete. May 21 #2847999922. Walking in to SAMs after the phones were no being answered. Had to (2)re-order all over. then (3)re-order May Jun 28 for the third time. No records. 39 days to get tires + delays 1pm-6pm on the day of.. with only one person working the dept. how can I get warranty for leaking Valve stems? Blank looks.. Just sad

Waited 39 minutes in line to get my tire plugged only for the employee to tell me that they didn't have time to make the repair. The employee was not professionally dressed and a very poor customer experience. I will go to Costco for my future tire purchases

A good store requires a good manager. Costco seems quite capable of picking good managers. Sam's Club, at least at this location, seems to lack in this department. Lorne is rude to customers and his employees.

I have never had good customer service here. They seem to select who they want to help and who the brush off. Don't expect an honest time quote for tires. Always add on an extra hour and fifteen minutes. The mechanics or customer service rep will quote you wrong but then tell you it's your fault. When I came to get a duplicate card, they gave the person in front of me one and the person behind me but for some reason the machine broke with mine and I was asked by Lorne who to come back like "other moms" at 10am on a weekday. Thanks for the sexist profile and all but I work and cannot take off time to get a duplicate card that your machine demagnetized! The reason for 2 stars is because the actual tire mechanics deserve any credit here, I hope they get paid well with benefits...but with Lorne I worry. The mechanics work was superb.

I will never, ever buy tires again from this Samsclub. I bought four new tires for my SUV two weeks ago. I've had issues with this Samsclub tire center before but the price on the tires was pretty good and I wanted a particular tire. I hesitantly had them install the four tires and take the best tire that was on the SUV and put it on the spare rim. I paid $100 for the tire mounting/balance/warranty and after less than 100 miles I noticed a vibration I could feel through the floorboard. I took my car to the shop that normally works on it and they told me that the tires had the wrong wheel weights on them and one of the tires already lost its wheel weight and there were no weights on the spare. It is 60 miles to the Samsclub from my house and fearing the same technician would do a poor job again, I paid the shop $50 to balance the four tires and the spare of which three were confirmed out of balance. I went to Samsclub today to try to get reimbursed for the cost of getting my tires correctly balanced and the manager told me that I after the shop diagnosed the problem, I should have driven my car the 60 miles to their club to get the tires re-balanced and that "...wheel weights fall off all the time." I've had this SUV for 16 years and never, ever, lost a wheel weight off of it. Poor customer service by the manager and poor workmanship by the technician.
