"Started in 2006, Samurai Noodle serves up a solid menu of ramen options with creamy tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso broths. Diners in Katy can look forward to noodle-focused dishes like a bacon tonkotsu ramen, tsukemen (noodles served with broth on the side), and spicy miso noodles. The shop is also known for its vegan broths, which are somehow just as satisfying as its meat-based soups." - Amy McCarthy

Hands down to my new favorite Ramen spot in town! If you looking for Authentic and high quality house made Ramen, This is your place! Very fresh Noodles daily made in house, the broth is super rich and flavorful, the toppings are perfectly cooked. You can tell the difference right after the first bite or first slup(if you drink the soup first lol). This place is the real deal! Service is also quick and outstanding! Highly recommended!

Great food. I am usually not a huge fan of fresh made noodles because they're too al dente for me. These were great texture though and I enjoyed them in my spicy garlic shoyu. I also added an egg for $1.25. The kiddo ate up his flavorful sesame chicken rice bowl 👍.The service was lacking though. Not rude but just had to keep asking for items that a waitress should notice (ex. empty drinks) I would definitely go back.

My ramen was overloaded with bean sprouts but still tasty. The chicken was juicy. Service was great. Would definitely need a redo without the bean sprouts.

So this was the first time trying Ramen other then the cheap stuff at home. They were very helpful in telling what the menu was all about and the food was very good. Well go back for sure.

Today I went to try Samurai Noodles off the I-10 feeder for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The noodles are fresh made daily as well as their different broths. Apparently you can order uncooked noodles to go if want to make your food with fresh made noodles. The manager, Thomas, was helpful in making recommendations for a first time patron. I had the Tonkotsu noodles which were served dry with a spicy garlic sauce. The noodles had a pleasant flavor and bite to them. Super good! I also had the Kinoko (mushroom) Ramen with pork belly. The broth was rich and flavorful. It came with a variety of mushrooms that weren't over cooked.. You can see and taste the heart that goes into everything that they serve. Definitely recommend this place!

We are vegan so I'm always checking for vegan options at all the new ramen restaurants and SO glad to find Samurai Noodle!! We tried both of the options: vegan ramen & vegan miso ramen (w/ gluten free noodles) and were hooked as soon as the bowl was placed on the table!! The flavorful aroma was indisputable and the flavors of the ramen were great. We had both bowls made spicy with their in-house made sauces. Seems like ramen restaurants are popping up everywhere (some closing almost as fast as they open) but this is truly a must try, delicious, and well priced bowl of ramen!! I'm sure the standard non-vegan offerings are equally tasty. This is most definitely a crave-worthy bowl!!

Went for lunch on Friday and was not disappointed at all. Had the Spicy Miso Shouyu Ramen Shouyu with house blended miso, chili sauce and hellfire paste, topped with corn, bean sprouts. Added Pork and wow! Delicious! The Dr Pepper made with sugar cain sugar was a nice compliment. Customer service was great! The ambience was nice and welcoming.
