"Everything in Ghirardelli Square is designed for big groups of people. And while those groups are usually made up of tourists, you can take advantage of this with your team and head to the San Francisco Brewing Company after work. Get everyone a flight of the beers they make in house and vote on which ones are most like your coworkers. If people want to stay later, there’s a putt-putt course across the square, and Palette Tea House nearby makes some of our favorite dim sum in the city." - will kamensky
"I can get beer, wine, and even hand sanitizer delivered from their historic Ghirardelli Square location across the Bay—SF and Marin on Fridays, East Bay on Thursdays, and the Peninsula on Wednesdays." - Becky Duffett
"The Polk Street beer garden has a limited menu available for phone-in orders, takeout and delivery are both available." - Eve Batey
"Sometimes it’s fun to be a tourist for a day and hang out in Ghirardelli Square. Inevitably, though, you’ll try to wait in line for a sundae at the Ghirardelli soda shop, but standing with all those screaming children and insane crowds can be a lot to take in. That’s when we go next door to the San Francisco Brewing Company instead. The beer is as refreshing as ice cream would’ve been, and the outdoor picnic tables and corn hole sets make this place feel more like a backyard than a brewery. There are also pool and shuffleboard tables inside, and you can take a brewery tour, too. They have a standard menu of bar food like burgers and pizza, or you could keep going back to Ghiradelli for your one free piece of chocolate." - Will Kamensky
"I reported that San Francisco Brewing Co. is brewing Sierra Nevada’s Resilience Butte County Proud IPA with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the fund and is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday, November 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. to kick off the IPA production, with a portion of food and beverage sales going to the Chico State Wildcats Rise Fire Recovery Fund." - Janelle Bitker
