Sandwich Express

Wanting to try for ages! I got the Chicken Kiev and it was amazing. Super fresh, well put together and all the staff were lovely. So reasonably priced too, only £8.95 and it was bigger than my head and weighed a ton. Only issue is that there isn’t one closer to where I live(please come to Brighton🙏🏼)

Subway on steroids basically. Much larger variety, and healthier too. You can choose an item from the menu and then add any ingredients to it if you wish, but that will cost you extra. Still, their prices are extremely good, especially for being so central. 100% would recommend for either lunch or breakfast. They do pasta, soups, and. Jacket potatoes too

We discovered it by chance, but went there three days in a row. They have a very large and delicious selection of toppings and breads. We recommend the Bloomer bread. The coffee is also very good. Extremely friendly staff

In London visiting from US for 4 days. Me and a friend had the chicken, ham, and mushroom sandwich and got severe food poisoning! Basically couldn’t do anything for half of our trip… EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS REMARKS: Me and my friend both purchased and ate the same sandwich at 12 noon. Both of us Got sick around 10 pm the same night. We had nothing to eat prior to that as we were sleeping due to jet lag. Honestly, food poisoning aside we were both super excited to try this place out, as we saw lines wrapping around the building when we arrived at our hotel. However since then we are both very disappointed with how our experience has been handled and hope others do not experience the same thing moving forward.

Fantastic sandwich shop, this is not a chain! The owner started the shop 30 years ago and makes quick and fantastic sandwiches of any varieties, including falafel wraps. A great amount of attention is given to an individual preferences. What do you want salt, pepper, sweet sauce, hot sauce, and so on. Many types of salad sandwiches, including ham chicken and tuna.

Walking in we were told we should eat here by a customer leaving. She was right. For a newbie to their establishment, we were treated so kindly to some very good sandwiches. The salted beef is recommended.

We were staying at the hotel across the street and we needed a quick dinner because our show was early so I went there the people there that work in sandwich Xpress are extremely nice helpful I ordered a baked potato I really liked that big jacket potato with cheese !!also a salad which was also fresh and good and then I splurged on a piece of the lemon cake which I found to be delicious Nice small family business open every day until 430 except Saturday and Sunday

Great place to stop for a coffee. Low prices and average taste. No complaints and a positive experience here. It is very popular and the queue can go onto the streets.

I cannot believe this place has not been reviewed before. It's across the street from the hotel I'm staying at ( Thistle Trafalger Square) on Whitcomb St. I was going to go for the hotel breakfast, but was intrigued looking at it across the street from the hotel entrance. I'm from the US. I know my bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. This place could compete with anything we have stateside. Fresh rolls. Fresh salads and more. I got my breakfast sandwich, a samosa, a homemade chocolate treat and a drink at a very fair price. I'm sure I'll be there a few more times this week during my stay
