12 Destination-Worthy Farmers Markets in Northern California | Eater

"Named the best farmers market in Sonoma County for three years running, the Original Farmers Market is a staple of Saturday mornings (and Wednesdays, for most of the year) in Santa Rosa. Though not as big as some of its counterparts, the signature variety of food and goods here is vast. It’s hard to leave without a jar of Tienda Salsita, which sources its tomatoes and peppers from all over Northern California. Try the Salsa de Corazón made with mild guajillo chiles, or the Salsa Chile de Árbol for some more heat." - Vox Creative

The county’s oldest market since 1967 and still the largest, with peak Saturday crowds and a strong midweek lineup. Recognized by Slow Food and repeatedly voted best locally; an essential stop for true farm-direct Sonoma flavors.

Today was my first experience at this market, and although it was small (smaller than I anticipated = meaning, fewer vendors), everyone was really kind and pleasant, which goes a long, long way. I really enjoyed speaking with the farmers and the vendors about their businesses. The heart and soul definitely add to the quality of the produce and products. Family friendly and community oriented. Thank you, Sonoma County, for supporting local!

Google
Such an incredible experience and a cannot miss! We were passing through town and wanted to hit up a local farmers market. Found this one online and stopped by. The most beautiful flowers. Fresh fruit and food and everyone from vendors to other shoppers were so kind and great at recommendations! We purchased Santa Rosa Plums 😍 Tried the Healsburg Bagel Company breakfast sandwhich - which as absolutely incredible! And could not pass up on the Costeaux Bakery baked goods! These were some of the best baked goods I have ever had and I love pastries!

This is such a great farmer’s market! I’m so lucky because I work nearby so I get to come once or twice a week. Check it out!

The Santa Rosa Farmers Market is conveniently located with plenty of parking. They are currently open every Saturday from 8:30-1pm. They will soon be open on Wednesdays starting March 5th for their midweek market so you will soon have two opportunities to visit them throughout the week. This was the first time to this farmers market and I wasn't sure what to expect, although I was very pleasantly surprised. There was a wide variety of items such as fresh seasonal local produce such as eggs (both chicken and duck eggs), fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses. They also had baked goods such as pastries, bagels, and other breakfast food items. There were also local food trucks serving food and vegetables. There were lots of other items such as flowers, jewelry, pottery, garden metal art, and CBD products. They also had pre-packaged foods like hummas and pita bread, honey, and olive oil. I came here more to check it out and with no plan on what I wanted to purchase and more to understand what this farmer's market was like. I ended up getting oranges and eggs and will definitely be back again now that I know all that they have to offer. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It had a great energy to it. It's also great knowing that you are supporting local and family owned farms and small businesses. If you haven't checked them out, I highly recommend it! Tip: I would recommend bringing a reusable bag to put all the items you purchase into. If you don't have one, the parking lot is extremely close so you can put whatever items you purchase in your car and continue shopping. I would also recommend bringing cash if possible. While vendors accept both card and cash, cash is preferred since the vendors get charged a fee when they run a credit card.

Great place, lots of produce, bakery, meats and eggs, good food and nice music also. Good place to spend a Saturday morning and do some shopping.

Google
Good food but most things are overpriced. Whatever happened to farm to market prices. We found everything cheaper and better in the markets.

Google
Passing on the highway and saw this little farmers market, can’t help to stop and see if there’s any deliciousness here. The farmers market is small but we found this gem when we were searching for food! Hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! The goat cheese and cheddar have such a nice touch to the taste with the tortilla pan fried to golden brown! It’s amazing! I will be expecting them to grow from the farmers market to an actual restaurant!

Visiting from out of town. Wanted to go because the reviews seemed good. The official website didn't mention dogs before I went. Get there and see the NO PETS sign. Bummed because I am traveling with my dog. Could you please make this policy more prominent on your site?

Yelp
Seafood booth has fresh seafood. I really enjoy their premade fresh tuna salad with cranberries . They have a large variety of fish and shellfish. Perfect for one stop shopping to make Cioppino

Yelp
You know if you follow me that this is my long time favourite market. The vendors are top notch.

Yelp
Hubby and I decided to visit during our babymoon. Pregnant mamas out there, have you ever had such an intense craving that you just gotta have it? Our first stop was What a Chicken. LOL my pregnancy bloodhound nose immediately smelled a whiff of someone barbecuing something amazing! After looking at the booths, lol I had another craving, so we stopped by Bakeshift to take something sweet to-go! I would definitely recommend stopping by Sonoma County's largest farmers market that opened in 1967! Santa Rosa Farmers Market runs 8:30AM-1:00PM Wednesdays and Saturdays! They do set some tables and chairs out as well if you decide to eat there, which for us was convenient! We're looking forward to returning to explore more! Yelp
What a fun market along the 101 and behind a hospital with plenty of covered parking and same surface walking. Bring your own bags, though this is the Cali way. Cash and card accepted. Fresh food, coffee, breakfast and wonderful vendors who are happy and welcoming. Beautiful day for a market. I arrived around 8:00am and they were setting up. 9 is about perfect. So happy I stopped!

Yelp
Not exactly sure how I lived in Santa Rosa for this long and didn't realize how awesome the Farmers Market truly is...not huge but chock full of yummy food stalls and jewelry vendors and artists and fruits and flowers and veggies and....so much more . We had breakfast from Elys and the fresh made tortillas were incredible. We bought some jewelry from Sonoma jewelry art and then coffee from myriad. The flowers were so amazing as well. I can go on and on. Plenty of covered parking and off the freeway. Oh...and there was a great band playing.

Yelp
Takenoko Farms has the best pork I have ever had. It is surprisingly lean with lots of flavor. Jeff is the nicest guy and helped me choose exactly what I needed. I am super impressed.
google avatar

Liddy G.

Yelp
Not many vendors and the ones on hand were oddly unfriendly, for people who are trying to sell goods to strangers. This place has all the weirdly cliquish traits found in Santa Rosa in general boiled down to a few discontented former hippies glaring from their tents. C'est la vie. It's a very strange location tucked in behind a hospital. The semiotics are awful. I'm sure you will love it.

Yelp
Energetic atmosphere, great variety of produce. We enjoyed prepared food in the shade at convivial table area. Plus live music. Leashed dogs are permitted, a rare feature at farmers markets!

Yelp
I love going to the farmers market but for some reason don't do it very often. This is the first time in a long while I've been to this market let alone any farmers market, thanks COVID. It's bigger than I remember from prior visits with a nice variety of vendors. I was impressed with the COVID cautiousness at almost all vendors; lots of sanitizer, masks, clear "lines" to help with traffic flow, floor markers for helping people keep 6' apart. There's even a hand washing station with soap and paper towels. People were patient and waited in lines for their turn which was nice to allow for comfortable shopping. I loved wandering down each aisle as booths offering meats, flowers, herbs, plants to plant, veggies, fruits, bakery, spices, fresh dried pasta, and desserts. I wasn't planning to do this today but I'm excited to be going home with some delicious goodies.
google avatar

Jeremy R.

Yelp
It's not in its usual home and there may be a few less vendors but the produce is still super fresh and delicious. Now that a lot of us are cooking at home more, it's great to support local farmers and small businesses. Hint, if you go near closing sometimes you can get some good deals. Don't forget your mask!
google avatar

Robin M.

Yelp
Great selection, friendly and very COVID aware. I bought the best mask so far from a really nice vendor.

Yelp
Super disappointed! Woke up early to drive to this farmers market and just left after walking around the 10 tents. 80% of the tents were not food. They were information on dairy, a handbag tent, arts and crafts. There was one breakfast tent. Where can I buy fresh fruits and veggies? NONE. The other tents were selling honey. One tent sold potatoes and garlic. One tent sold dried herbs. One tent sold bread. That's it. No fruits, no veggies, no meats. The website lies. This is what the santarosafarmersmarket.com says "produce, meats, eggs, chicken and duck, bakery, food, honey , mushrooms. There's lot to see at the Wednesday market". Actually there was NOTHING to see.
google avatar

Phil R.

Yelp
Came here after breakfast because I heard great things about the farmers market. But then I seen that they do not allow any dogs to come in to the market. I can take my dog into a restaurant, stores, etc. but not to the farmer market that is outside in the parking lot. So we packed up and we left.
google avatar

Yelp
Really small market and a lot of crossover from Petaluma farmer market. But maybe smaller....but more veggies and fruits than stuff. A little stand for food (and we have had his stuff before so he buys from the market and uses it to cook) and the food is delicious! But a little underwhelmed by the market.
google avatar

Yuechen Y.

Yelp
This is a pretty small farmers market. Not much variety and options were pretty limited. I ordered mango lassi and chicken tikka from the Indian booth, and it was delicious. Pretty over priced though for having a small plate of chicken tikka that costed $10. The Mexican food ran out of food at 12:20pm. Also, I had the Straus coffee ice cream to go for $5. However, you can get those Straus from Safeway for a cheaper price too. I hope there's more food vendors and some better priced items.

Yelp
Wonderful small and seclusive farmers market near the Sutter Hospital on the north end of Santa Rosa. Yes, they do move near the fairgrounds on the weekend I believe, but I have only visited it during the weekday at its location right off Highway 101. The farmers market has a nice variety of crafts, spices, veggies, and full meals (Meals from all over the world). My go to is usually the Kimchi stands, spice stalls, and the Hummus stall, but that is not to take away from the other artisan shops. They are just as impressive and more importantly very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about their products. The great thing about this market is usually there are not a ton of crowds during the week, which really allows you to get around and talk to the owners and really get a sampling of everything (Not the case at many other markets). As for parking, there are ample spots as it's located right next to a large hospital and also a event center. Getting to the market also could not be easier as you can easily see it right from the highway and the large event center electronic board gives you fair warning of the market when driving by.

Yashira C.

Yelp
We arrived at 12 and already most venders were gone and most were on the process of closing :( We looked at the clock when we sat back in the car and it was 12:12... so not as many vendors as I expected for a holiday weekend... I drove 1:30 hours to get here... disappointing... Maybe at 8am it was better... But not going to check that out...
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
The vendors were nice but limited. Not sure if the weather had something to do with the number of vendors. I ordered some duck tacos but they pricey but good.

Bernard K.

Yelp
Just simply amazing produce. The farmer's market itself is very much a farmer's market - lots of tents and choices, with the produce in one area and crafts, candles, that sort of thing in another - but the produce is from heaven. I had the best peaches of my life from here. The fresh fish, especially the bluefin tuna, was indescribably good (It should have been, $35/lb, but still worth it!). Saturday morning was when I went. If you can, do it.

Yelp
Moved to this location in 2012. This market is a splinter group that broke off from the market that was based at the Veterans Memorial Building. This is a good thing / bad thing. The Vets Building market still is held the same day and time as this new market. Which means that some of your favorite vendors may or may not have relocated. This market does not have Santa Rosa Seafood, which is a major customer draw. SR Seafood is still at the Vets Building. This market is 50% populated with crafts, perfumes, political booths, etc... Nothing to do with farmers produce. The variety of produce does seem diminished. I shopped here today for the 3rd time, and it may be my last. I'm going to return to the Vets Building market.

Yelp
Santa Rosa Farmers Market (sat) didn't have many fruits/veggie vendors here. maybe the season isn't here yet or they don't come to this market. heretell they are at the vet. building. noticed many crafts and artisan vendors. food vendors of interest: -2 coffee vendor (gaga and mobile van) -granola -mi fiesta (mexican) -breads and pastries ( a couple each) -penang kitchen (malaysian) -soul food -huumus vendor -india foods. -nuts notes: -one looking for organic veggies/fruits need not come here. didn't notice any (or sign wasn't big enough. 4 stars overall experience. 2 stars if one is looking for organic veggie..
google avatar

Melanie P.

Yelp
This is the most pathetic farmers market I have EVER been to. There is no variety, only 2 maybe 3 craft tents. Food venders are extremely over priced. Only positive thing is the knife sharpner is here. Maybe it is because today is Wednesday? Perhaps Saturday is better?
google avatar

Jana W.

Yelp
Such a wonderful market. Fantastic foods and gift items. Seafood, tamales, vegetables and fruit are all very good and fair prices. A great way to start the weekend.
google avatar

Tina O.

Yelp
There are so many farmers markets to choose from around here - how lucky we are! This is a very good one and as the growing seasons progresses, it gets better and better. Today lots of lovely peaches of various varieties, pullots, fresh apricots, blueberries and black berries, a variety of homemade quiches, honey, oilve oils, vegie smoothies, lettuces carrots, potatoes, meats, fish, hummus...and on and one. Several rfabulous bread vendors and even some new orleans style brass band music - what a treat!
google avatar

Glenn G.

Yelp
Great selection of fresh locally grown vegetables and other local vender's. Not alot of fruit, but I don't know if its the season or not. We had a good time sampling all of the different stuff and walked out with some excellent onions and tomatoes. We are trying to decide if we want to frequent this market or the one at the Vets building (smaller but closer to us).
google avatar

Natalye R.

Yelp
Nothing like a farmer's market to motivate me to be up before noon, and this one surely does the job. Lots and lots of fruits and vegetables with competitive prices, and meat and cheese vendors as well, plus the free samples at all the tables beat Costco's offerings for sure! There's a whole section of homemade crafts (jewelry, clothing, engraved rocks, et cetera), booths of food made on the spot and - of course - tons of colourful individuals. Check out the link to read profiles of all the different booths, and be sure to arrive before 10 on a Saturday to guarantee what you want hasn't already sold out for the day. P.S. Buy local dudes!
google avatar

Shannon N.

Yelp
One of the more impressive farmer's markets I've seen. Not only a ton of fresh produce, but also artisan cheese, meats, eggs, chocolates - and a wide variety of hot food carts, too. Highlight for me was the incredible tasty action from Dominique's Sweets - French-style macarons that melted in my mouth. And quite reasonably priced, too!

Sharon F.

Yelp
Meh..... Same review as for the market at the Vets Building: Vendors prices are so high, its like shopping at an upscale grocery store=no thanks. I understand it costs to produce/grow the items for sale, but guess what??? High prices result in FEWER sales for the vendors, so they are NOT doing themselves any favors by jacking up their prices.
google avatar

Susan L.

Yelp
Love community events! There's lots of free fruits, cheese, olive oil to sample, lots of great local bakery stores coming from different cities nearby, local restaurants/mom&pop shops, coffee shops, seafood shops, etc! It's one of the cutest farmer's market I have been to...but of course, can't top SF's awesome nonstop market. I'm not going to complain though. I've been here twice and if I was a local, I'd probably come once every 2 weeks. Btw, they accept WIC now ....so go if you qualify!
google avatar

Diane J.

Yelp
I'm not sure if I should have gone earlier in the day, but I don't feel like I was getting as much variety as I was expecting. I really love some of the stands like the Hummus Guy Stand, the Cacoco stand, and the granola one, but I didn't add that to how I rate this farmers market because I can also find these stands at the Sebastopol market as well.... It was fun to walk around with my friend, but we had trouble finding fruit that we wanted other than a lot of oranges, and I was kind of sad to find out later that the arugula and mixed greens I bought here were waaaaay over priced. I got a 1/2 pound bag for about 5 dollars (and there were similar prices between all of the produce stands), and I ended up going to Safeway to discover I can get a HUGE bin of pre-washed, organic baby arugula for the same price...so, oops. It's nice that this market is so large, but for it's size, there are a lot of repeat things....I think I'd prefer the Sebastopol market because it's smaller, but has a nice spread of items, so buying stuff doesn't take too long, and because I liked the ambiance there better.

Yelp
If you too are a big fan of farm-to-table goodness, this place is like box seats to the farmer's market World Series. Saturday mornings here will fill your canvas bags with the area's most amazing, just picked produce and greens, ranch raised meats, flowers, hot beignets, crusty breads, local oysters, cheeses, wood fired pizzas, and crazy brunch choices. A few of our regular stops: Bernier Farms, Costeaux Bakery, Louisiana Legacy, Rosso, Triple T Ranch, Scopa/Santi Sausages, Bellweather Farms, Santa Rosa Seafood, Ecco Cafe, and Salmon Creek Ranch Duck & Goat. If you've been to a better farmer's market, you need to spill.
google avatar

Chad P.

Yelp
Great place to stop by on a Saturday morning. Large selection of vendors with both produce as well as hand made goods. Prices were very reasonable and layout is great. Ample parking in the hospital lot.
google avatar

Yelp
Buying local is like crack... once you take your first hit of delicious, seasonal, perfectly ripe produce, you can never EVER go back. It's both ruined and enriched my life. Nevertheless, Santa Rosa's market has some amazing things! We scored the last strawberry jam from the Just Like Grandma vendor and felt like lottery winners. My boyfriend, who never likes strawberry jam, bought it without even consulting me! To say I was shocked is an understatement. We also got some of Hector's eggs and honey. The honey is just amazing... both whipped and regular. I tried the wildflower and couldn't decide between that and the whipped plain for around 15 minutes. Both were so incredible and different, which you rarely see at honey stands! Another great find was the sourdough baguette from Full Circle Bakery. It was near perfect and the bakery grows, mills, and bakes their own grains! How cool is that?! The produce selection was generally good, although better for fruits than veggies. I wasn't blown away, but I found a few great things and got fruit from my new favorite: Twin Peaks Orchards... everything they sell is to die for!! As mentioned, this market pales in comparison to Marin Civic Center or SF Ferry Building, but that's a difficult comparison considering how impressive those markets are. If you come expecting a few good things for the week, you'll absolutely leave happy. Oh- and we went on a Wednesday morning, so it may be bigger or different on the weekends. I will echo an earlier Yelp sentiment that many of the vendors seem to come on an inconsistent basis, so here's hoping your favorites show up!
google avatar

Wally W.

Yelp
This farmers market isn't that large compared to some other ones I've gone to, namely the one in San Luis Obispo. That's what I consider a farmers market. Additionally, the SR one is too crowded, the street is packed. It would be beneficial if they extended it a block and spaced out the vendors.
google avatar

T J.

Yelp
I am a regular here. I've been going since it started being held here and it's grown significantly since then. It's only gotten better. I love this place and go nearly every Saturday and an occasional Wed. There are lots of vendors with all sorts of products. I love that I can go there and that nearly everything there is homemade, natural, etc. Check out the Green Grocer restaurant that makes breakfast burritos... wow. There are lots of great food vendors that serve awesome, whole unprocessed foods for great prices. Or the jam/balsamic vinegar booth for the Hue De Laroque Farm. They make the best cherry balsamic. It's aged 25 years and is amazing on salad, fruit salad, or just to dip your sour dough in... amazing. The jams and other sauces are all amazing as well. Check out Ray's Bakery for the best pizza, brownies, gluten free foods and deserts as well as regular foods. Awesome salted sour dough, amazing asiago bread. This man can bake like no other. Everything I've tried there has been just great. Yum. Lots of vegetable and fruit vendors, people selling plants, crafts, and more.

Yelp
So I ventured out to both farmer's markets today, WFC first. Not only did we see the market, but the Center's sign was also announcing it. I never took into consideration the visibility aspect. Win for SRCFC. Parking is equal to Vets building with the exception of MULTIPLE entrances and exits. Win for SRCFC. The vendors and REFM were light this week, but I am sure that will change. There were more at WFC, and quantity is not always better. But what was added really makes the market feel full, making it better than it was before. Win for SRCFC. The REFM changed sides of the lot that was in use. I like it where the put it because of the shade from the trees. I think it will only get better and look forward to that. There were no spice vendors over at the new market. Both of my favorite spice people stayed at the vets building. I wish them the best of luck there. For those of you who love the coffee at the market as much as I do, this is for you.I am not going to pit one vendor against the other except in this case. Gaga Cafe went to the new location and looking to be good over there. Coffee excellent as usual. I was happy to see Bella Rosa Coffee step in to fill the void at the Vets building. The coffee is processed in a similar fashion, but not quite the same ( I won't say how). I realized that, although it is a cup of coffee, the love and care that goes into it at Gaga was not present at Bella Rosa. A good cup of coffee at BR, but not really close to Gaga Cafe. In summary, the new(old) market at WFC not only exceeded my expectations, but I know it also did the same for most of the vender's as well. If I had to choose just one I would go here. REFM can and I hope will get bigger and better. It will only serve us as consumers of local products very well if we can support both.

Yelp
Small but big enough to have most of what you want. I love that whatever I pick up here is fresh and local. On my last visit, picked up some gorgeous-looking kale, delicious greenhouse tomatoes, and a bunch of oysters. I'm not an oyster lover, so I can't comment on how good they were. I can only say that they were main reason we got up so early to get here and they didn't last long once we got them home. The market is moving to the Wells Fargo Center soon and I'm kinda sad about that, but I hope it's just a geographic change and nothing else.

Yelp
Next time I go, I'm bringing an emptier stomach. They are cooking up some tasty vittles here! Delicious sauces from Leon Day, and toffee... my god. The pecan toffee from... (wish i could remember; i'll edit the review after i get the name from the bag) was truly melt-in-your-mouth toffee. ALSO - next time i go, I'm going to heed Abra A's advice and try some of the meat from John Ford Beef. I'm perpetually disgusted by the processed supermarket meat I've been eating, and am ready to take the local plunge. But Tom S made a good point about Santa Rosa Seafood. I was hopeful that they would be there last Saturday. Now i know where to find them.
google avatar

Mark W.

Yelp
Pretty darned good local market. The selection or veggie vendors is good, and you don't have to side step a lot of things that aren't really about buying great food, (e.g., jugglers, dancing bear, face painting....not that I'm afraid of juggling bare). Fruit Honey Meat (get to the women who raises her own pork early; she sells out quick) Jam (really good). fish coffee tamales and such.

Yelp
Santa Rosa's only year-round farmer's market! I was there last week, and looking forward to it this week. There were peppers, melons, peaches, lettuces, eggs, honey, etc. The infamous honey gourmet Hector Alvarez is there with honey and other produce that he sells (he's got the greatest honey anywhere, it's foamy!). There are also a few food stands, tamales, Afghan food, bread, etc. Mostly all farmers with produce, which is my favorite kind of market. The Wed/Sun summer one does not have too many farmers. Almost all the farmers are organic. I bought Ma & Pa's huge heirloom tomatoes there for $2 a pound! The best price in any farmer's market or in any store, and they were HUGE. Most heirloom tomatoes are $3 per pound in the markets. Oh and they were fantastic! I love this market and make it a point to come weekly. EDIT: Just went there today (Wednesday) and Hector was there with his honey and his eggs. It's more scaled down, but if you love Hector's fresh eggs, this might be a better day to buy them. He sells out really quickly on Saturdays. 8:30 - noon - Wednesdays & Saturdays - year round

Yelp
Limited produce stands. The paella was way over priced, cold and taste was just okay. The French bakery Cousteau had good scones.

Yelp
I love this great Organic Marker its great !!! Ive been going for 4 years and won't stop !

Yelp
I am so proud of my family. My parents sole means of providing for themselves and their family is by selling their local honey and seasonal fruits and vegetables at these farmers markets. Being honest, and hard-working farmers are their only jobs. They don't cheat farming whatsoever. They don't buy any products from outside farms. They don't use ANY type of chemical or pesticide to get rid of bugs. They don't feed their bees "sugary water" in place of real nectar from local flowers to produce honey. Raising bees is a 3rd generation deal. My dad and mother slave away in their farm everyday. On Fridays, before the weekend markets, they have stayed up until midnight or later getting things ready. And waking up early to beat the first few customers. I also love the integrity of this market. These vendors have worked as hard as my parents to bring these products for their customers for over 45 years. I love helping my family and seeing our regular customers, meeting new ones, and seeing our friends that are fellow vendors. I recently heard that Paula is retiring this year. I am so thankful for the markets she has help build. She has delt with so much, keeping a balance between farmers and customer needs. This market feels alive to me still, even if it's at the new location. The music, the people, the food, and the vendors. I am proud to be a part of a group of farmers that decided to stick together, and continue the treasure of a market they have built. The other market now sits at our old location, where we spent years of giving that place it's character. But they figured out a way to pay the high fees, and are trying to give chance to more farmers to sell where they think they feel is best. Good luck to them. In my opinion, it would serve customers ultimately best if they didn't have to choose where their faith lies, but instead have the original market on its original day of Saturday, and the new one on a new day of possibly Sunday. Let's remember it isn't the competition of markets or vendor disputes, it's for the customers, right??? Whatever the new market decides, this Certified Santa Rosa Farmers Market is the original. And I will always be proud of it.

Yelp
What's not to love about a farmers market? If you like to cook with fresh ingredients, this is the place to be on the weekend. What the past yelpers have said is still true. Fresh, ripe and locally grown/raised products are best and you can find them here at the farmers market. I love this place!

Yelp
Atmosphere at Saturday morning Farmer's Market is completely different from the evening market downtown. Less crowded by far. Best finds so far are the smoked salmon (pricey but worth it) at the big fresh seafood booth, a scrumptious plum/strawberry tart, pork tacos, goat cheese, handmade chocolates. If you haven't been, you are missing out!

Yelp
I feel blessed to live so close to this market & to be able to utilize it twice a week so I don't have to over buy & have produce get old. Wed morns are very small, but if you're going there to just get what you need, it serves it's purpose. Saturdays are much larger & you get a variety of vendors other than produce. But it's nice to know that the ones you like are usually always there.

Yelp
Great for picking up picnic items to bring along for a day of wine tasting. We had delicious baguettes, pain au chocolat, goats brie, avocados, jams, strawberries, etc. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular.
