We were in town for the Labor Day weekend and had been doing some driving around, just sight-seeing. We just wanted a nice slice, since we had a lite breakfast. Something to tide us over until dinner, ya know? Parking is a big issue if they're busy, it seems. We had to park in another business lot, which I wasn't thrilled about, but we had no choice. We got into line just inside the door. Their lunch special was 2 slices and a drink for $7. That's a good deal, even though we didn't want two slices- that's what we chose. I had the cheese and a supreme. He had the cheese and a pepperoni. It was basically pizza that was already made and sitting in a glass case, then thrown into the oven when you make your selection. It was hard to find a seat as it was busy, which we took as a good sign. It must be good, right? We waited a good 30 minutes for our pizza slices, which seemed a wee bit long, but okay, they're busy. The pizza was piping hot when it got delivered to us- I'll say that. The cheese pizza was meh. Nothing to write home about. Nothing impressive. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't great! We were expecting a really great New Jersey pie slice. The crust was also kind of bland, but again, it wasn't awful. It just didn't knock our socks off. We both agreed we'd give it a solid 7.5/10. It was fine. Maybe could be better. Just sayin. Capeesh? ...and that folks is all she wrote.
