Pho Sapa Noodle House Review - Chinatown - Houston - The Infatuation

"One of the only places where you can get hand cut vermicelli noodles is the restaurant Phở Sapa in . The modern, casual restaurant serves small and large bowls of phở with your choice of small noodles, the standard vermicelli noodles served at nearly every phở spot, or Phở Sapa’s specialty wide rice noodles. Steaming bowls appear mere seconds after ordering. The subtle, clarified hot broth tastes light and airy, and the silky soft vermicelli are built for slurping. We suggest getting wide noodles with a bowl of phở dặc biệt if you want to try a bit of everything (including tripe and brisket), or choose your own meat topping adventure. Heck, get an entire bowl of ham hocks if that’s currently at the top of your cravings list. Otherwise, head to Phở Sapa to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup or just a quick, filling dinner. Yelp
We always come here when we visit Katy. The pho is very good and the broth is perfect. The dry noodle dish is also very good and comes with a side of soup! The egg rolls are ok and the spring rolls are good. Service was great.

Yelp
Combination pho was absolutely delicious. Spring rolls with shrimp and pork, the pork was quite dry but overall quite good. Food came out super fast, great service. Would recommend.

Yelp
This morning, our group stopped by your restaurant to eat. While everyone around us was enjoying their pho and chatting happily -- along with the natural slurping sounds from nearby tables -- a server suddenly came to our table and asked us to lower our voices because someone had complained. When we asked who it was, she didn't answer. We hope the restaurant can handle situations like this better in the future. It's not appropriate to approach our table like that just because of a few overly sensitive customers. Maybe that customer thought they were dining at a five-star restaurant -- but even those places are often lively, with people talking, laughing, and enjoying their meals. And this is a weekend lunch, meant to be a joyful, social experience -- not something to be done in silence like in a library. And honestly, if that customer was truly bothered, they should've had the courage -- be a man -- to come speak to us directly, instead of hiding behind the server and disappearing without showing their face.

Yelp
This is the best Pho my partner and I have had in Katy so far. The broth is so good on its own that it doesn't need any sauce, lime, or bean sprouts. You still get all of that served with the pho so don't worry. If you're looking for a new spot try out after you leave H-Mart or want some good pho on a rainy day like today come here.

Yelp
I have been here several times. This time unfortunately did not too it for me. Why you may ask. On the menu that have bowl of bones. Prior times they have allowed me just get one bone, which is s nice addition to the pho.. One person doesn't really need five. This time they refused not sure if it was a change in ownership management or something else. They lost a customer. Hence no picture.

Yelp
Really good broth and meats. Never been disappointed by their dry beef pho. Service is always great!
