Went to Sapori tonight. If you don’t try the saffron risotto and scallops, I’ll be terribly disappointed. Food ordered: Penne in vodka sauce with a chicken added as the protein, Saffron Risotto with Scallops and Chicken Piccata , Bruschetta on a Crustini and Cheese Bread with Marinara, lastly amazing desserts. I almost cried when I took a bite. Delicious! Cannot say enough good things about this place!

I do miss the old Tucci's. The red leather and low lights will always have a place in my heart but Sapori is great. They kept basically the same menu and cleaned up the restaurant and added more light. It is everything you loved about Tucci with a new clean look. The arincini and pasta were great.

Sarah (spell check) was welcoming and attentive. I had the sea bass which was excellent, perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes were good, I should have added a vegetable but the meal was filling and a great value. Tiramisu sorry no picture and we ordered a second one it was so good but could not be bothered to stop and get a photo. Parking in the area is a challenge on a Friday night but worth it. Outdoor seating would have been better as we arrived during a party and it was loud but not obnoxious just people having a good time.

I liked this restaurant. We were out and about so we thought we would stop and eat lunch. It was very good. I got pizza and a beer . My wife got a salad. She said her salad was very good. I recommend giving this restaurant a try and see what you think. The waitress was on the ball and she did a great job. The tiramisu was excellent . They were not able to process my credit cards at the end of the meal. The restaurant’s WiFi apparently was not functioning properly. So I paid cash. We went back today for lunch 8/7/2025 it was very good.

Google
Small and cozy place for a great dinner. Service was beyond amazing and dishes are so good. Everything was delicious I don’t have pictures from the deserts but tiramisu was my fav, cannoli is good too

After eating six different times lunches and dinners here I think this might be my favorite place in Tulsa. The sandwiches at lunch and the soups are wonderful and the evening meals are spectacular. I’ve enjoyed every meal.

Google
We had a WONDERFUL experience here. When we arrived, our tables weren’t quite ready so the owner sat us at the bar and bought us a drink. It was pretty hot where we were originally seated and after we mentioned it, the owner quickly sat us somewhere cooler. He was constantly up and moving around checking on guests and helping his own employees. Great, attentive service. Wonderful food.

Visited on a Sunday for our anniversary. I had the hero sandwich and it was delicious, maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. My wife had a brunch option of French toast she really enjoyed. Fine dining meets your favorite whole in the wall atmosphere!

Yelp
Amazing food, staff, environment. Always been a Mondos girl but now love going to Sapori more.

Yelp
Love Sapori - the ambiance, food and service are wonderful! Best bruschetta in town!

Yelp
We came here on a Tuesday evening and were sat right away, no wait, which was a nice surprise. They started us off with complimentary bruschetta, and our server was attentive and very friendly throughout the night. For entrees, my friend had the lamb ragu and the sea bass milanese. The lamb ragu was a bit gamey with a hint of nutmeg(?), and the sauce was on the sweeter side. The sea bass was a hit - moist, flavorful, and paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes. I ordered the spaghetti and chicken Parmesan to go. The spaghetti was much heavier on the pepper than I prefer, but still edible. The chicken Parmesan came with a chunky marinara and a side of spaghetti. It was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The ambiance, however, was lovely - cozy, and moody.

Yelp
The interior is the polar opposite of the former restaurant (Tucci's). While it was dark and mysterious, Sapori is light and airy and inviting. The complimentary bruschetta is reminiscent of Ti Amo's. Our server was friendly and gave us time to decide on our meal. We weren't rushed at all. I started with the Sapori salad and it was delicious. The dressing reminded me of Tucci's lemonata vinaigrette. I went with a special, the Chicken Marsala. It was delicious. The baby carrots on the side had a smoky taste that complimented the rich sauce well. Chicken Piccata and the penne with vodka sauce rounded out our table. The only thing that wasn't five stars was the bread sticks. They were a bit pastry like but the sauce was good. I would return! Aall of the staff was friendly and inviting. (The take Yelp reservations, too.)

Yelp
What a gem of a place. It may be small/cozy, but serves big flavors with wonderful staff. The servers were attentive but not intrusive. We started with a complimentary bruschetta plate followed by the Caprese stack and garlic cheese stack. The bread was crunchy and cheesy and bursting with flavor. For our entrees, we had lasagna, chicken Parm, and carbonara linguini. The chicken parm was served with a sizable amount of sauce. The chicken was tender and juicy with a generous helping of cheese and perfectly crunchy on the outside. The meat sauce for the lasagna was rich and has a great depth of flavor, The carbonara is undoubtedly the best Tulsa has to offer. Luxurious, creamy, packed full of flavor. Just an outstanding dish. We also added the Sapori side salads which were simple but in the nest possible way. The lemon dressing wasn't overpowering but presented robustly in the salad along with a generous serving of Parmesan, We also really enjoyed the tiramisu which actually ended up even better the next day.

Yelp
Friend and I went tonight after we decided on pasta. This place is phenomenal, you must go. The lamb and rigatoni are as made perfectly. The cheesy sourdough bread was so good we didn't have enough room for our dinner. My friend chicken Parmesan was hand breaded, flavorful and tender. Ambiance is warm and cozy and stayed busy the entire time. Was a treat to meet the sweet owner. Will above back to try other meals that peaked my interest.

Yelp
Karen was an amazing waitress. Pleasant, efficient and went out of her way to accommodate a member of our party who had disabilities. Food was excellent as well. Thank you!!

Yelp
Everything I've had here is so good. The service is great and the owner is so friendly. They've remodeled and it looks great too! Still cozy like Tuccis but brighter and modern! And they still have the yummy lemony salad. Food is 5*!!

Yelp
I was very excited to try out this restaurant. The space is cute and they have a great location. The bruschetta we were given had very stale crostini. Next our appetizers arrived separately. The cheese on the garlic cheese bread was cold (not even room temp) and the arancini were different flavors - unsure if that's intentional or not. My Caesar salad (which was good) arrived but then a few moments later my salmon piccata arrived. I will say the salmon portion was very generous. Pasta sauce split on husband's carbonara and the pancetta weren't cooked. Scallop risotto was a miss as the dish was two dollops of risotto and scallops on the side. For $8 they give you four very small carrots that weren't cooked well and had no flavor. Chop salad was good, the kale was tender and had a lot of flavor. Swing and a miss for us. Hopefully they can get their ducks in a row.

Yelp
Wow! We were anxious to try this spot since we loved Tucci's -- color us impressed! We walked in with no reservation and the place was packed! Our wait time was minimal and the owner was taking drink orders, which I love to see. Also, while we waited, they gave us menus to peruse. One, gave us something to do and two, helps speed up service/table flip time since we (pretty much) knew what we wanted when we were seated. We were seated at a table in the corner on the window-side of the restaurant-- great spot but a bit chilly even though we weren't in front of the window! We both sat facing the restaurant so we could take it all in. After talking through the updated tables and placement, paint colors and lighting, we conclude they really thought everything through! Our server was wonderful -- timely but not hovering, and gave great suggestions. Upon being sat, we were presented with complimentary bruschetta. Although it looked like there was less greenery than the original Tucci's version, it was just as great! Three of our toasts were super solid. The one that had a little chew, we shared. Yummy!! We ordered the Saffron Arancini for appetizer - whoa. We weren't sure what to expect but it's the perfect fusion of Mediterranean and Italian. The creamy yogurt sauce with a hint of tartness paired magically with the warm decadence of the arancini crispness and filling. Add the brightness of the cucumber and heirloom tomatoes - delizioso! Up next, we split a side Sapori salad with the classic Tucci's lemonade dressing. Let me tell you: I wish I could buy this dressing. If you're not into tangy/tart things, this is not for you. However, highly recommend. For our entrees, we had the three-cheese ravioli with salmon and the penne a la vodka with grilled chicken. Ravioli: massive round pillows with a delicious, creamy cheese blend. The sauce is very good, with an added bonus of capers. Would have liked the option of shredded parm here! The shrimp were okay - one of them was slightly undercooked. Penne: well-cooked pasta, same sauce as the ravioli. Lots of parm added in the kitchen. The chicken was good. I wished it would be come at least pre-sliced -- I had to transfer it to a plate to cut. I get the risk of losing moisture, but if it has rested for a minute, the quick slice and deliver could work? :-) We also ordered a side of broccolini - it was good but we don't think it was grilled. For dessert, we tried the special, carrot cake. Presentation was great but we were a tad disappointed. The cake was a bit tough and dry. It was overpowered a bit by the sweet buttercream on top. There was a cream cheese icing in the center that was yummy -- I would have used that on the top, too! In our eyes, if you order carrot cake, you're not going to something super sweet? Overall, I give our visit a 9.2 -- we will ABSOLUTELY be back. Bravo, Sapori team!

Yelp
Sooooo.... Good! Everything was wonderful, bruschetta, lasagna, ambience, service and friendliness odds the staff! I can't wait to go back and relax on the patio with some wine!

Yelp
Met our Goddaughter here for dinner. The decor was a different than Tucci's. We had a reservation just because we had a set time to meet. There were at least two workers making sure everything was OK with our table. I liked the bruschetta. The chicken piccata was good but I would probably try a pasta next time. Will be back for sure.

Liz M.

Yelp
The pizza here is not good. More like a Totino's pizza. No wonder I haven't heard a single person mention this place. Tucci's was better!

Michael O.

Yelp
First the complimentary bruschetta was good. That's where the positives end. The caesar salad was basic iceberg with supermarket dressing. The pizza was new territory for me. I didn't know there could be too much cheese. Well, Sapori went through the looking glass with that one. Also the crust had the consistency of cardboard.

Ralph D.

Yelp
First time here since no longer Tucci's. Romantic ambiance of Tucci's was more our vibe. Service was excellent and food was good, but not a wow factor we hoped for. $22 for a dirty goose martini is exorbitant without a chilled glass or pick in the olive. Probably won't return as we didn't feel that it was worth the $108 tab plus gratuity. May appeal to others.

Yelp
Amazing food!! Chicken piccata, caesar salad and the margarita pesto pizza were amazing. Brussels sprouts 10/10

Yelp
Great ambiance, friendly staff and dinner was delish! Trying brunch on Sunday! Highly recommend.

Yelp
So good every time. The owner is so personable. He greets everyone at their tables. By name if you have visited before! The lasagna is to die for and so is the aranchini and the sea bass. So many other items. The bruschetta very good as well!!! Great atmosphere. Always popular!

Rod N.

Yelp
Outstanding food (eggplant stack and Halibut). Outstanding service. Outstanding wine. What more to say?

Janet K.

Yelp
Wonderful food and service. Have eaten there several times since it opened. Love the remodel. Lasagna is outstanding.

Biggie B.

Yelp
First thing noticed when I walked in was the space felt surprisingly fresh and charming. The new owners have created an inviting Italian vibe with nods to history & local landmarks. Staff was hospitable and responsive. Sunday brunch was a delicious retreat before taking on the day. Coffee. Eat the Classic breakfast. More Coffee. All good.

Yelp
What a gem! The atmosphere is just the right amount of upbeat and friendly. The bruschetta was the best I've ever had with a great flavor explosion. The Margherita pizza was delicious - cheesy with a thin crisp crust and great flavor. I topped my meal off with cheesecake and it did not disappoint. My friend had lasagne and lemon cake. She reported both as outstanding. We both left with boxes of unfinished food, as the portions were generous.

Daniel A.

Yelp
Outstanding food, remarkable service and fun - family atmosphere. Right on Cherry street where one can enjoy the ambience of indoor dining as well as patio seating.

Michelle S.

Yelp
we sat at the bar which is nice and cozy. i started with an aperol spritz and my partner had a Pinot noir. they brought complimentary bruschetta and it was good! for appetizer, we had meatballs - they were okay but could have used more flavor. the marinara and bread were tasty! I continued with a ChiantI and for entrees, we had sea bass Milanese and scallop dishes. Both were exceptional. the risotto could have been cooked a little more but tasted great. we ended dinner with a chocolate martini and a glass of pinto noir. I would recommend Sapori. I want to return and try more. they started offering brunch today.

Kate A.

Yelp
Service was good and ambiance was fine, but there wasn't a lot of value for our money. There could have been more than two halves of an olive in my $6 salad, for example. Food was well presented, though, and entrees tasted good.

Chris H.

Yelp
Sapori is a warm inviting restaurant. Indoor and outdoor dining. Al the owner provides world class service. The best Lasagna in town. Saporri has a Mediterranean roots in the cooking. It's a culinary experience like no other in town. They have fresh caught Alaskan Halibut and seafood brought in. Not sure any other place in Tulsa can say that!! It's always an enjoyable experience whether it's two of you or a group looking for that personal touch Al provided to each table and patron. Don't miss it!!

Mary Quinn C.

Yelp
Fabulous atmosphere with food and service! Highly recommend. For a real treat, try the chicken piccata.

Yelp
Excellent experience at Sapori. We were excited to try it after the renovations to Tucci's and the updated menu. Lamb ragu and chicken parm were great, as well as both the Caesar and Sapori salad. Started with the saffron arancini, which were outstanding. We are looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu. Our server Jewel did a great job and the service was all excellent.

K S.

Yelp
Make reservations! We were supposed to be seated at the bar but someone walked in and took our spot. That's okay, because we had a wonderful time talking with the owner Al. He made sure we had a glass of wine while we waited for our table. The food was amazing. We had the penne alla vodka and lasagna. I would highly recommend them both, but really enjoyed the lasagna. The desserts looked wonderful but we were too full to try any. Vivian was our waitress and she did a great job making sure we were able to relax and enjoy our date night. Al kept checking in on all the guests throughout the evening. He truly wanted to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. Go...enjoy!

Jaci C.

Yelp
The food was average and service was fine, but the bathroom door jammed and left one member of our party locked in the bathroom. Luckily we sat close enough to hear them banging and yelling for help, and our server seemed like this happens often. The manager/owner and server were super rude when they got the door open, leaving our party really put off. GET YOUR DOOR FIXED.

Brandon W.

Yelp
Amazing food, service, clean kitchen and dining room. Their Chicken Piccata was the best ever. Ask for Al and he will take super good care of you. I highly recommend. Be sure to make reservation. it's a must. They always fill up.

Holly A.

Yelp
The perfect place to enjoy friends, have a date night, or just an incredible dinner. Fabulous lunch or dinner and fabulous cocktails!

Carol B.

Yelp
Holy smokes! The arancini was the best I have ever had! And I have tried a lot! A must try. Along with the Risotto and scallops!

Suzy R.

Yelp
Have had dinner there several times. A warm and cozy atmosphere. Food is wonderful. My fave thus far is the sea bass. Service staff are welcoming and attentive. So...win, win, win. And love the location.

Teresa G.

Yelp
Fantastic, delicious food. Superb service. Well appointed, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
