You can see the process of Ricotta,spinage become a pancake that folds into cheese layer pizza.. absolutely delicious! Never knew vegetarian was SO good! Scorch is always boiling,suggared at builders strength.Hits my spot evertime.

A very decent, no frills cafe. Frankly I think the gözleme is the best pick here, especially if you just want to grab a quick meal for takeaway. Even compared with the stalls and food trucks on Broadway Market during the weekend, the gözleme stands out. I usually get the spinach and cheese one. I’ve eaten in here once, for an English breakfast. It was fine, certainly a good value meal and tasty enough, but it’s of course not high cuisine. It’s pretty easy to get a meal here for under £5, which is quite nice and I commend them for that. I’ll continue getting food from this place as it’s a refreshingly unpretentious cafe for the area.

Just great! Quality food at a good price. A family feel restaurant. The speciality is filled flat breads where you can watch them being created next to the front window. Staff are friendly and polite. The food came quickly and were good portions. A welcome break from the overpriced 'artisan' food in the market on a Saturday.

Potatoe Gozleme was amazing - fluffy, exactly how you would expect a good gozleme to be. The spinach and cheese was a little bit too salty for my liking, still nice but maybe the balance of cheese was a little bit off. £5 each for Broadway market is a steal, especially compared to some of the other market stalls. Definitely recommend

Fantastic local cafe. A real East End experience. The Turkish flatbread was beyond delicious - we took the spinach and cheese one and did not regret. Very cheap prices - a delight to see amongst the overpriced Broadway Market traders and other places now along that street. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend the Sausage and Cheese Gozleme if you go here, takes a while longer to make (around 15 min). But definitely worth the wait.

Great food, much better quality and value than most of the market stalls

3 pushing on 4 stars for this no frills cafe in the heart of Broadway Market up nearer the top. The thing that sets it apart is that it is more Turkish than say standard English cafe and that they have women out front with their own area making flatbreads with fillings fresh to order. The cafe was also quite relaxed about me bringing my can of beer in while we ate too. I'm sure people go in to eat other things but it's a street food with a cafe amidst a whole for market outside that makes it nice to see. Reminds me of my local Turkish eats in Green Lanes North London.

It's hard to walk down Broadway Market and resist the culinary gravity of a Turkish lady industriously rolling out two-foot wide crepes and packing them with all manner of delicious fillings (cheese & spinach, potato, etc.). Called gözleme, the hand-made pastry is more than enough for a solid lunch, though you should probably get yourself a nice salad to even out the food karma. Only £2.50, so skint Londoners in Hackney, you need to come by and get some of this in you post-haste!

We were seduced by this cafe's window, where 2 chefs were making fresh Gozleme. The inside is like any other working man's cafe but these guys definitely added their own twist. The Gozleme itself was quite tasty in my opinion even though not mind blowing. The side salad (which comes as an extra) could have easily been made with tastier products and the cheese sandwich should have been melted to be nice. Gozleme is quite cheap (£2.5) and is enough on its own. The place is more attractive from the outside but I still enjoyed trying their Gozleme. Their kitchen was closed when we came. It was overall a bit disappointing. It's worth stopping by when you hungry I suppose but they still have a hell of a job to do about the atmosphere.
