Nestled in SoHo's Mercer Hotel, Sartiano's serves contemporary Italian delicacies under Chef Alfred Portale, featuring a chic atmosphere perfect for a stylish night out.
"Sartiano’s is open for a la carte dining and will feature specials such as roasted heritage turkey with sides like potato puree, turkey sausage stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and gravy, along with pecan pie for dessert." - Beth Landman
"This spot in the bottom of the Mercer Hotel is across from Fanelli on Prince Street. The two restaurants have quite a bit in common (Italian food, clientele who would push you down a flight of stairs for a table at the Polo Bar), although Sartiano’s is significantly fancier. It's an entertaining crowd, but if you don’t throw on some leather pants or a double-breasted blazer, you may feel out of place. In the same building, there's an affiliated club called (Sub)Mercer that promises "unparalleled people watching." - bryan kim, willa moore, neha talreja
"From brunch to dinner and drinks, the spacious Mercer Kitchen is a great place to visit. Its fusion Mediterranean cuisine is made from fresh local ingredients from award winning chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten." - Julia Guo
"Several months after critic Robert Sietsema popped into Sartiano’s for a First Look, I walked from the Eater Fidi offices to Soho, and stopped by to try the lasagna, layered with wild mushroom, black truffle, and Parmigiano ($34). Sartiano’s is the first open-to-the-public, restaurant from Scott Sartiano of members-only Zero Bond, with the esteemed chef Alfred Portale overseeing the kitchen led by Chris Lewnes. This go-round it was terrific, pasta al forno that shows a kitchen that’s gotten its groove past the opening." - Eater Staff
"Situated within the prestigious MICHELIN Guide hotel, The Mercer, this subversive dining haven becomes the ideal post-shopping dinner spot for modern Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Alfred Portale." - Ty Gaskins
