"Saturn Road, a new all day cafe in Cobble Hill, has a pretty adorable backyard, so get there in your best light jacket while the weather allows. They have coffee during the day, wine at night, jazz on vinyl, and the occasional bluegrass band." - will hartman

This new coffee shop/wine bar in Cobble Hill is fantastic! The cozy atmosphere and beautiful backyard made it perfect for unwinding. We had an amazing cocktail, and bagel bite was delicious! The backyard definitely had good vibes and so cozy! Whether you’re meeting friends or just looking for a peaceful escape, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Visited Saturn Road for the first time on a rainy/cold Saturday, it was the perfect place for a cozy drink with a friend. I grabbed a hot chocolate and they had a green tea, we both enjoyed our drinks which were promptly served. The team were friendly and had suggestions on different menu items, when we asked what they recommended. There’s some seating options in the front, but a few more options in the back (where they were playing movies), plus extensive outdoor seating when the weather is warmer. The restroom is also wonderfully decorated and my friend loved the candle that they had lit in there. I also saw they host different events such as pottery classes and jazz nights. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

This review is about sustainability only! I am grateful for your reusable, for-here cup and mug options. But I wonder if there are ways that you can make them more readily available and known to customers who may not think to ask for them, even when they are dining in or working from this location! It seems upon observation that most customers here do not know to ask for your mugs and glasses. And end up instead, using throw away single use plastics that will ultimately end up in landfills, the ocean, incinerators, and in our bodies as micro plastics. Perhaps by encouraging staff, to always assume reusable first, then single use plastic after only when asked. Or staff can ask, explicitly, will you be enjoying your coffee here? Then we will put it in a reusable mug. We all must be working to make the plastic waste crisis visible to all, and therefore approachable to all. And it starts with awesome shops like this leveraging their power to support customers in treating this environment better. By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. Help us help our ecosystems by educating customers in a welcoming and empowering way. There is no reason to create plastic waste for a meal eaten on site! Thank you for considering, and again, I so appreciate this gorgeous space, the incredibly kind staff, and the ambience you have created. With fewer single use plastics, this place would be an immediate five stars.

In a neighborhood that is already teeming with great coffee shops, Saturn Road is a more than worthy addition! Have been here multiple times already and I have to say the coffee is excellent! You can tell that the quality of the beans that they use is top notch and the skilled baristas sling fantastic renditions of the classics as well as their in-house specials. I particularly enjoyed the Chocolate Orange latte which retains the lightness of a latte as opposed to a heavier mocha and has a delightful orange-y kick. Can't wait to try their Pecan Praline latte next! They also have eats which I have yet to try and the space doubles up as a bar later in the evening, which is also something I look forward to checking out. Another thing I appreciated was that they asked everyone whether their drinks were to stay or to go. The drinks to stay were served in ceramic cups and mugs which I really liked so as to cut down on the waste and clutter of disposable cups.

SR has quickly become a go-to haunt for our family. Excellent coffee and drinks in a super cute, charming space. The backyard is top-tier… it’s spacious, has lots of seating, lovely trees and they screen movies out there regularly. They also serve King David tacos and Topo Chico! All the little details are fantastic and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making this place feel warm and welcoming. Did I mention it’s women-owned?! ♥️

What a delightful coffe shop gem in Carol's Garden! Good cappucino and scrumptious gluten free pistachio cake. I wish they had matcha latte though. The inside is quirky especially the back room with a random movie projected on the wall. The back garden is one of the best in the area, it is spacious, has multiple seating options and great music.

Saturn Road is not only queer and woman owned, it also has legit delicious coffee. They also have great cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and snacks with a vibey spacious back patio, clean restroom, and cute lounge where they project movies in the evenings. Highly recommend!!!

Google
What a special place!!!! You can tell how much care has been put into every detail of this bar/cafe, from the handpainted signs to the beer (lots of unique Texas amd southeast options!!) and wine selection. Every staff member I interacted with was not only kind, but personable and knowledgeable. Drip coffee was excellent, as were the breakfast tacos. Can't wait to spend many mornings and evenings in their big, beautiful back yard! So happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Yelp
This place hands down is the best coffee shop in all of DUMBO, BK Heights, Cobble Hill, Boreum Hill, Fort Greene, and Downtown Brooklyn. Absolutely hands down the best vibe. + Back yard with candles at 5pm + Projected movie playing inside + Clean bathrooms + The backyard is EPIC. I love this place because of the backyard. (Hope we get some heat lamps out there.) NOTE: This review is not buttering up the spot. It is my new favorite coffee shop.

Yelp
Went recently for a cocktail with friends! Their backyard is very cozy and will be perfect for the spring/summer Service was a bit slow but that may be because it was a Sunday evening The espresso martini was good, but I'm looking forward to trying more things on the menu. Overall, a great place to catch up with friends and I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the backyard!

Yelp
This quaint shop is a coffee shop in the day and bar at night, which is fun. The decor is modern and vintage with various Saturn references. You can see all the attention to detail in their decor, which I adore. There's bar seating in the front, a movie screening in the back room, and a gorgeous backyard space that feel very homey. I had Bev's Margarita ($14), which comes in lime, mango, or hot honey flavor. Definitely recommend that hot honey, which gave it a nice sweet kick. It's such a nice space, but drinks are a bit on the pricey side as the cocktail was loaded with ice and the beers were $8 for a canned drink. Nonetheless, a nice addition to Cobble Hill and would come back to try their coffee and baked goods.

Yelp
The vibe hits. Everything you could ask for a neighborhood cafe/bar. Casual, inviting, cozy atmosphere. Great drinks menu! Love the subtle Texas accents... gotta try the cheese dip!

Yelp
I came last month for a drink with a friend. The wine was served in a tiny water glass that promptly spilled out when I carried it to the back. They don't have a full liquor license so the cocktails are wine based. The server was nice but the ambiance was pretty awful and we didn't like our drinks. Maybe they're getting a full license? I would come back again for coffee but not for drinks. The garden looks really nice for hanging out:
