Great place for a delicious dinner. There is a good variety of meat and fish but the menu is quite short, I tasted the steak which was great and the brownie sundae which was on average. There is a wide selection of beers, wines and cocktails, which are prepared in a perfect way; I took a beer and I really appreciate it. Recommended for a dinner or for a good drink with friends.

Really loved this place for their incredible beef stroganoff, which they now no longer serve. :( However, their other dishes are still excellent. The tomato bisque was perfectly creamy and paired well with foccaccia and truffle cheese, while the baked chicken parmesan dish was balanced and overall delicious. Sauce is definitely worth a visit along Belden Place.

This was a last minute dinner find in on my niece's San Francisco graduation trip. They wanted comfort food and Sauce had some great reviews. It was also nice that we were able to make reservations as it was a Friday night and we didn't know how busy it would be. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very chill and relaxed. The menu was simple with 3 - 6 options in each section. We were definitely able to get our comfort food fix. I really enjoyed that they took the traditional foods and gave them an elevated twist. My personal favorites were the cheddar cheese & green onion tatter tots and the New England clam chowder. However I've got to say, everything we ordered was excellent. I could definitely see myself becoming a regular patron of Sauce if I lived in the area. It was great find. I will be making a return visit the next time I'm in San Francisco.

I am amazed by the outdoor seating of Sauce. It reminds me so much of Europe! I came here with a coworker for my first day and it was a true surprise. I got their Lobster Roll lunch and it is amazing. The lobster roll is lightly butter and toasted with tons of fresh lobster meat. They also give you a side of fried chip with some interesting mayo dip and small salad. Overall, it is an amazing meal and for the price tag of $27, I think it is worth it! I heard they got great drinks too. Look forward to coming back and trying more food here.
