"You’ve probably passed Sawaddee dozens of times on your way to make that god forsaken line at Katana. And that’s a shame. This Thai restaurant does things with pork that are worthy of a line, too. Our favorite is the kor noo yang—grilled pork slices with a dry seasoning we want the recipe for, but it’s the tangy side sauce that really takes it to the exosphere. The Isaan pork sausage and yum woon sen complete the pork trifecta you should get for lunch, and if you ask for spice, know that they will deliver.
