Myisha was a wonderful tour guide, extremely informative of the building, rent with concessions, without concessions, everything you could think of! My mom was in town helping me with apartment tours and we were booked back to back for the short time she’s here, and Myisha made sure we were out on time for our next tour. She really helped solidify my decision to apply here due to her dedication and patience. I’m excited to join the Sawbuck community!

Such a fantastic experience! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I visited 3 times in 2 days just to make sure it was the right apartment for me, and Kenny was so patient and wonderful. He answered all of my questions, took me around to all the other possible choices, and was just a delight to talk to and work with. I couldn’t be happier so far - the building is new and beautiful, very luxurious and surprisingly affordable.

If you’re looking for a spot in the heart of the city with easy access to schools, shopping, and sightseeing, this is it. The public transit and biking infrastructure here are incredibly convenient, and the pricing feels spot-on for the value you receive. Beyond the amenities, the leasing team truly stands out. I met with Adam, and he is hands-down one of the best people I’ve encountered during my apartment hunt. Even though tours weren't officially running on Monday, he went out of his way to assist me with the application process. He was patient, professional, and answered every single one of my questions with a smile. If you want a luxury feel with a stress-free management team, I highly recommend this place.

I only stayed at Sawbuck for a short time but it was one of the best rental experiences I've had. Adam and Joel are amazing managers that are always available to help. They have a great community there. The building is incredible. That rooftop is amazing! I saw hundreds of crows come and just hang out up there! They have two beautiful community rooms on the top floor and theres a gym! My apartment had cool windows, AC and newer appliances, including a gas stove. I miss the washer and dryer. The location couldn't be much better, especially for the price. Its walking distance to everything: Pearl district, Nob Hill, downtown and its in Goose Hollow. It is next to a highschool and the soccer stadium but I heard nothing inside my well insulated apartment, so I would not worry about that. I got a bedroom without windows and never slept better! It was not a big deal to not have a window at all. There is parking you can rent. Most people I spoke to had no problems. I was able to find permit parking nearby, but I really enjoyed walking around the area. There are a few loading spaces for things like groceries right next to two elevators. I experienced no inconveniences! Adam and Joel both have really great energy and that makes this complex feel like a community. They are both truly caring and kind and that is rare. They host events and really go out of their way to make Sawbuck feel like home. The prices are extremely reasonable for comparable buildings. I would not hesitate on this one. You can't go wrong!

A beautifully designed complex with full of great amenities, including co-working spaces, gym, terrace, and lounge. Secure, pristine, cozy. The units are well planned and feels highly comfortable to live in!

Made an appointment for a tour twice and no one was in the office. Called the office the second time to confirm my appointment, unfortunately was the same outcome as the first time. Disappointed that I wasted my gas and time

Pros: Nice amenities, super convenient location, and good neighbors. Cons: The parking garage fee is a little high for the area and the parking matrix in it breaks down at least once a week. We were frustrated with paying $250/month to not have guaranteed access to our car whenever we needed it. Often residents' pets pooped and peed in the elevator or stairwell and did not clean it up. The stains never seemed to get properly treated.

Nice building, but if it's during the school year, the Lincoln traffic is absolute chaos. Obviously events at the stadium cause traffic problems as well. The HVAC system and heat for common areas drain (and dehydrate) you. Good news is I never had to turn the heat on in the apartment. If you have a car, DO NOT RENT HERE. The parking machine breaks constantly and is cramped. I feel the management dropped off significantly after the ladies left the property. Mike (the maintenance guy) is great. Trying to extend the lease or switch units was not a pleasurable experience... plan on leaving at the end if you choose this property. They offered my apartment for almost $200 less per month with 6 weeks of free rent to a new resident (after I moved out), but wouldn't budge on any terms to keep the current resident.

Beautiful and well taken care of complex. Staff is friendly and always willing to help you.

I am currently moving to Portland from out of state and Echo has been so incredibly helpful through this entire process! She has made this whole experience easy and has relieved so much stress that comes with moving! I am so excited to call Sawbuck home!

I had an amazing experience with Sawbuck from the time I scheduled my tour to the actual day I moved in. Hailey, Kate, Cooper were absolutely incredible. I picked one of the more unique 1-bedroom floor plans and Hailey showed me how it looked furnished and I am very happy with the choice. Sawbuck lobby always feels like a hotel and when you come to your room it feels like home. Best of two worlds.

Kate is VERY rude to tenants and staff alike. How did someone with such lack of empathy and i professionalism become a manage!? Her customer service skills are beyond terrible! I've been in search of a new apartment home for my family and I and upon first meet the staff I was well pleased with their cus service skills: very welcoming, kind and informative. Then I saw Kate interact with them and was immediately disgusted. Down talking staff members and being disrespectful is unexceptionable, especially in front of potential tenants. Something needs to be done when it comes to her because she is running off potential residents. I even spoke with a current tenant who said that she is always rude and unprofessional. With the right manager, this place would be flawless. On a positive note the other staff members: Hailey and Cooper are wonderful, helpful and polit. They saved Sawbuck from a one start review.
