Exceptional experience. I just placed my second order. Love the wabi-sabi gaiwan I purchased earlier, and all the teas I tried so far were very good. 2400 old tree white tea is fantastic. The service is very friendly and caring. I am glad I found Sazen tea shop.

A humble, dedicated team seriously in love with Japanese tea culture, constantly evolving in order to make more and more specialties available to the world. Their physical store is located not far from the local train station, reachable very easily from Kyoto. In the proximity of many sightseeing spots of the Biwa-ko area. They offer wide selection of teas from Japan, China and Taiwan. Also porcelain, lacquerware and other craft products. They even have their own drink vending machine in front of the store, loaded with rare teas not usually sold in such a way. Truly enjoyed my visit to their charming little realm.
