"Lydia Shire, described as a local industry icon who currently runs the Liberty Hotel’s Italian restaurant, is expanding her hotel-restaurant portfolio by taking on an additional Italian hotel restaurant; she will be permanently taking over the kitchen at the Charles Hotel location and will be making menu adjustments over the next two weeks, with the menu fully hers by the end of the month, according to a restaurant representative and a press release." - Erika Adams
