Scheiblhofer THE RESORT

My best friend and I stayed a night at the resort and really loved it! The style of the hotel is gorgeous - everything is super stylish and thought through and the ambience is very modern, classy and elegant! I wouldn’t go there for a “spa” day per se since the spa area is pretty small but for us the sauna master Akos definitely made the difference! It was one of my most favorite experiences! He had such a wonderful Aufguss with music and smells and made it unforgettable to us!!! I would definitely recommend joining his 6pm one - last of the day! Additionally the dinner was extra ordinary and definitely deserves the rating! To me there’s improvement to such an expensive place though with regards to the breakfast and the offering overall and not having a cold plunge or hot tub in the sauna area is a downside! It would be beautiful to have a little natural lake in the grass area or something to cool off after the fantastic Aufguss

we enjoyed our stay so much even if it was only for 2 days, we appreciate we could stay in the spa after our check-out. All of the personnel behaviours were great. Food = excellent - please say it to your masterchef. If we should pick some thing that could be better, it would be your application - we were said during our arrival to download your app by your reception but we have not found "english" language in the app and we would also recommend to include your "a la carte menu" into the application so the guests can look forward to it. We would also appreciate some information "a leaflet" about your water and food management (waste management) in the rooms. These are just tips that we would appreciate. We would be happy to visit your amazing place again :)

Positive points: 1- reception employee: Lucas, he was a professional and respectful man with a smiling face and happy attitude, helped us with luggage and has a great English. 2- our waiter in dinner: Gorge, just amazing, happy, funny and wholesome attitude to be around. 3- the spa receptionist: unfortunately I don’t know her name but she was on desk on 13 august 2024 at 10:00 am. She was very professional, welcoming with great English. 4- the TV in the room is amazing. Negative points: 1- I put do not disturb sign on the door, when I came back my room was entered into and cleaned, why? 2- no kettle (boilers) in rooms. 3- no free bottled water 4- no hot / jacuzzi in the spa swimming pool area? I mean this is a resort in a remote area there shoul be all amenities for relaxing and comfort. 5- I wanted to buy some of the massage oil in the spa but I couldn’t find it in the shop.

Really beautiful, modern, well-equipped hotel, surrounded by idyllic vineyards. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety for the palate and stomach. The spa and wellness area is simply a dream. And the charming hospitality of the staff deserves special mention! Everything was really good, we'll be back. PS: if you want to experience a back massage by professional hands, ask for Mrs Edit...simply magical!!!

We had a lovely one night stay after Christmas. The staff were extremely attentive (without being obtrusive)! The place was really nice with a lovely balance of dark colours and warm wood. Food and drinks were all great, we enjoyed some delicious cocktails and the evening meal was delicious. The swimming area is rather small but everyone was able to have a space. One of our highlights - they have a swimming costume dryer! This is an item that is missing in so many swimming pools :) Even though we travelled without kids, we noticed how family friendly this place is. High chair everywhere, own pool area, play room and a nice evening buffet. It was a great little escape and I’m certain in warmer times / grape season a lovely place to walk around and explore.

Beautiful hotel and spa area. Excellent food and beverage offer. Very generous regarding children.

We were out exploring and came across this resort. We decided to have lunch and it was deliciously inventive.

We spent one night here. Hotel rooms and overall service were great. Spa/ pool area is unfortunately under dimensioned and not made for so many guests. Dinner tasted just ok, presentation was however great. Breakfast had many options with good quality. Textile Sauna was closed, which was unfortunate.
