"Serving Cajun and Creole classics in Market Street for over a decade, family-owned Schilleci’s satisfies the yearning for Louisiana cooking. Find well-executed classics like duck and sausage gumbo, etouffee, traditional po’ boy platters, and red beans and rice with andouille sausage, or choose from the list of blackened and pan-seared fish preparations. Just as important as the main event are the starters, which include its award-winning smoked crawfish dip, sauteed crab cakes topped with crawfish, and a seafood salad — a bed of mixed greens topped with a combination of boiled shrimp, crab meat, hearts of palm, and artichokes. Bread pudding and hot beignets serve as a sweet finale." - Laura L. Green, Brittany Britto Garley

Google
We were visiting from South Carolina, and wanted to try some legit Cajun/creole food. Everything about Schilleci's was top notch! We tried the red beans and rice, fried shrimp po boy, chicken gumbo, and the bread pudding. My mouth is watering even thinking about it now. Our server was pleasant and professional, and the atmosphere was pleasant with Nola-inspired decor and jazz music. Hope we can make it back to The Woodlands someday to visit Schilleci's again.

We didn’t have a reservation but they still got us in and seated us right away. As soon as we get to our table we were given these amazing homemade chips, full of flavor! The our waiter was so attentive and helpful with specials and the menu. So we got the Rockefeller oysters and they didn’t disappoint. We ended up splitting the fish over risotto and a creamy crawfish sauce. Since they only serve wine and beer I asked for a good sweet wine and again our waiter came in clutch! I loved everything about this restaurant and would love to go back when we have to head to the woodlands area again!!

Google
The food was delicious. Best duck I have ever tasted. We also ordered calamari and it was very fresh. I ordered the lamb and stuffed shrimp. The food was as splendid. The jambalaya rice was dry. my daughter ordered mini corn dogs and she ate everything as a toddler that’s the biggest compliments. They are the worse critics. We will return

Google
This one of our favorite spots. Every dish has been a hit. A few of dishes we love include (but not limited to:): Blackened lamb and stuffed shrimp, barrumundi with Risotto, mussels, crab and artichoke dip, lobster ravioli, and bread pudding.

Google
Food was marvelous, neatly presented and taste was outstanding. Spencer was very attentive and offered great service, making our experience memorable. We ordered Blackened Pork, Pho boy platter and cheesecake crembulee for dessert. All wonderful dishes that did not disappoint.

Google
OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE! Our server was Nicole and she was amazing. I absolutely love to see people taking pride in their jobs. Our whole experience was lovely and the food was amazing. Would give it 10 stars if I could! All the staff was wonderful!

Google
You have to come eat here. It was WONDERFUL AND DELICIOUS. The crawfish dip is a flavorful and filling appetizer that comes with 2 bread options. The shrimp etouffee had a nice heat and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I also had some jambalaya that was good but I preferred the etouffee. The bread pudding was very soft and yummy! But the star of the show was the cheesecake Brûlée. This dessert left my boyfriend speechless; and when I took a bite I understood why. I hope they never take this off the menu. I am looking forward to my next meal here already. The parking is shared but I didn’t have trouble finding a spot, there’s also a garage right next to it. There’s about 20 tables inside with a handful outside, along the front window on the restaurant by the front door. I would recommend calling ahead.

Yelp
So the wife and I were looking for a place that was different than anything we have back in Bakersfield. Thanks to Yelp we found that place. Now I do have to say we were looking for BBQ but the few places we tried were not open :(. Schilleci's has a upscale feel to it as you walk in the door. We were promptly seat in on of about 20ish tables. The server had asked if we had been there and explained the menu and the way you could have some of the dishes prepared. He took our drink order and left us to figure what we wanted from the menu. So many choices for our one time to try since we are heading back for this weekend. I choose the 3/4 Poorboy with Shrimp and Jambalaya. For a three-quarter sandwich this thing was huge. It came with lightly breaded, large butterfly, shrimp, lettuce, mayonnaise, tomatoes and pickles. Since I'm not a big tomato fan or pickle fan, I went without that option. The jambalaya for being a side dish was very large and absolutely delicious. The shrimp and the poor boy was cooked perfectly and had a nice snap to each bite. The special hoagie roll that this was on was absolutely delicious. I wish we weren't leaving this weekend so we could go back and try more of their entrées. Since this was a late lunch, we didn't order anything that was real large on the menu but really wanted to try it all. Awesome job.

Yelp
I rarely indulge in wine while dining out, but I was glad I spurged this time. The wines were excellent. I had a glass of cabernet sauvignon while waiting for our fellow diners to arrive and we shared in a bottle of pinot noir over dinner. Red wines hold up well even with seafood when blessed with the boldness of Southern (Cajun, Creole, Soul) seasonings. Skipping the appetizers, I headed straight for the Fried Gulf Coast Sampler (Catfish Fillets, Shrimp, Crawfish, a Crabcake, and Oysters over a bed of french fries). My wife had Crawfish Etouffee, but could not resist nibbling on a couple of morsels from my indulgent platter. We enjoyed the flavors of the well-prepared, bountiful entrees. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasing, ...fine dining without the stuffiness. The staff were courteous and polite. Alas, all good things must come to an end. All of the early reservation times were booked, so the earliest we could originally reserve a table was for 9:30 p.m. We hustled in for 8:30 when our friends learn that there was a table available. We were the only diners in the restaurant and the staff was shutting everything down around us when 9:30 rolled around. Unfortunately one of the waiters created a real mess when he bumped a nearly full bottle of wine off our table. We tipped generously as it was New Years Eve and they replaced our bottle of wine. Cheers and Happy New Year!

Tracye E.

Yelp
Their food and service are top notch! Loved it both times I visited. Fresh, high quality food and impeccable service. Very professional wait staff. The management visited my table each time to be sure we were happy. I will go back there soon.

Yelp
New Orleans inspired cuisine. Service and atmosphere: Located in the Woodlands shopping district. The restaurant looked good on the inside and played good music during our visit. There were few tables outside as well (perfect for late dinner outing). Our sever was polite, friendly, attentive and well informed about the food on the menu. Food and drinks: The food was definitely New Orleans inspired but needed a bit more famous creole seasoning. I would recommend seafood from the kitchen specialities. My dish with scallops, shrimp and jambalaya was good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. Second main with pasta, chicken and Alfredo sauce was good as well. Again, all needed that extra Louisiana loving. You will not be disappointed with the drinks menu. They offer big selection of old and new world wines. Pricing: On the pricier side. Would justify $$$ if the New Orleans flavour profile was more pronounced.

Vonya W.

Yelp
The food was exceptional and the service was even better. We came in for a birthday lunch and were very pleased with the flavor of the food. Everyone enjoyed every bit of their food. The ambiance gives that you're in the French quarter enjoying food and drinks. We will be back soon.

Deborah R.

Yelp
Our server was outstanding, his suggestions were perfect, starting with the drinks all the way to the dessert. We started with the Cajun Croquettes, so good I didn't need the sauce (which we ordered on the side). For my main course, I had the Barramundi Risotto Pan Seared Barramundi served over Spinach and Crab Red Wine Risotto topped with Wine Butter Sauce. I did pan-fried, but next time I will try the grilled, I suspect the grilled will allow the fish to standout more. I really enjoyed how well it was seasoned, yet it was not too spicy (for those non-heat lovers out there). I can say the Salmon is also delicious since my daughter and I accidentally switched our to-go dishes; and, even with the cajun seasoning she had on hers, it was not overwhelming. We ended the meal with a scrumptious Bread Pudding that I would love to eat every day.

Alonso T.

Yelp
This place is 10/10! My favorite restaurant in the Greater Houston area. The food is amazing! I would highly recommend the Barramundi corncakes. I also love they haven't raised their prices since at least pre COVID. They also have a vast boutique wine list. The lava cake and cheesecake are also very good. Service is great - they'll tell you the differences in the types of fish to ensure you get what you like. Ambiance is a boutique / small place that feels intimate and great for a date night .

Mechila B.

Yelp
Service was AMAZING honestly made this place a 10/10. My gf and I made reservations on a du day for our 1 year anniversary and they surprised us with so much! We got a bread pudding and had a cute note written to us as congratulations. Duck St. Charles- the jambalaya was really nice. Had a homemade feel to it and was flavorful. Wish the duck were cut smaller and cooked shorter but it was still really good. Cajun fettuccine Alfredo- I got it with shrimp and chicken. It is a lottttt of meat but if you're into that, it's for you. The fettuccine and the sauce was to die for so good! Crawfish croquettes- BEST THING EVER I would come here just for these! Our server Nicole gave amazing recommendations! There's a piece of crawfish in every bite, perfect crispyness and the sauce it cause with is *chefs kiss*. Moscato and Riesling- both beautiful white wines! Bread putting- best I've ever tried. I don't even like bread pudding but loveddddd thisssss. Cannot wait to come back here seriously thank y'all for treating us so well!

Brittany B.

Yelp
As I've yet to try their savory dishes, this review is for the dessert only...which is delicious. I love me some beignets, these are not only one of a few options in town, they're also arguably the tastiest. The order is a bit expensive but comes with enough beignets to share amongst 4 guests. But the surprise of the evening was the chocolate lava cake...or should I say cakes. The order comes with two, and each are an incredibly decedent chocolate lovers dream! Expect fudgy, chocolate covered, ice cream topped, textural bliss! If you're on Market Street this shop is certainly worth a stop in, even if it's only for dessert!

Dan L.

Yelp
Great food and great service!!! What more can I say?! On cold day like today, gumbo is the answer!

Linda N.

Yelp
The food is AMAZING! Came here for a work dinner and we all left very full and satisfied. The chef personally made a custom appetizer platter of smoked crawfish dip, smoked crawfish mac & cheese egg rolls, crab cake and calamari. We ordered 2 of the daily specials (king salmon over spinach and mushrooms, topped with scallops and barramundi over a mushroom risotto, also topped with scallops and salmon roe) and the seafood jambalaya. Every dish was full fresh and full of flavor. Our server was terrific and answered any questions we had. This is a bit of a pricy place so maybe not a regular weekend spot. But I would definitely be returning for any and all special occasions.

Phil M.

Yelp
Excellent service , as always. Tried the lobster ravioli today. A bit too spicy for me.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Our home away from home was New Orleans for a very long time so we had expected that type of experience. There is no bar in this restaurant. They only serve beer and wine. We took a look at the wine list and asked about the prices of the dessert wines. $42 for a glass of wine??? We asked again if that was a bottle price and she repeated that was the glass price. Way too much. An order of beignets would not be enough of a draw. We asked if they made cafe au lait and she said no. We opted to leave instead.

Barbara P.

Yelp
Have frequented this restaurant for many years. Food and service are always outstanding!

Rare R.

Yelp
10/10 our experience was exceptional. I dined here last night with my mother and son. We were in the area for the Christmas lights show and started to get hungry. After walking we stopped at Sixty Vines. Once looking at their menu we quickly left. A quick google search brought us here. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate. Our hostess let us seat ourselves. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo with blackened chicken and it was delicious! I ate every bit of it. I am a lover of blackened chicken and they did not disappoint. My mother ordered the catfish dinner with sweet potato fries. Her only complaint was they should've given her more catfish lol. The only drawback is they only offer wine but the selection is great. I ordered a glass of Riesling which was refreshing. This was my first time in the area but it won't be my last. I'll make this the place I come to eat after shopping.

Keith E.

Yelp
Food and service was fantastic! Only taking away one star because they were out of two of the bottles of wine we wanted to try and only found out after ordering. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area.

Sandy R.

Yelp
This food is amazing!!! Delicious doesn't come close to describing it! ! All orders are made to your specifications meaning any substitutions to the menu suggestions without up charges. Everything is freshly prepared by a chef who's been voted best chef in the Woodlands for the past 6 years, not to mention he's been the chef here for the last 14 years. There is definitely consistency in this dining delicacy! Let me add it was seasoned to perfection!! This food will make you (wanna) slap ya mama! Rather than putting bread on the table they bring you a bowl of potato chips (they taste like Zapps). This was good for me because I usually get full of bread and have no room for my entrée. Nicole was the absolute best in making suggestions for on and off menu items. She didn't miss a beat. Sweet tea is just right! Nicole recommended the bread pudding, which I overheard her telling other guests about, before I could ask. Oowwee what more can I say! That other seafood place, you know the one Pappaxxxxxx can't hold a candle to Schilleci's! They have a good sized dining area, which it was around 3ish in the afternoon when we went so not too crowded. There's a small cozy patio, maybe 4-5 tables. The entire staff seemed to be on point but Nicole was fabulous. Be sure to request her table for excellent service! Whenever in the Woodlands, Schilleci's is a must!! See you next time Nicole!

Christine H.

Yelp
Great NOLA recipes with a nice atmosphere. The Bread Pudding is a great end for every meal.

Jimmie W.

Yelp
Wife and were in the Woodlands on business and gave it a shot. Very disapointing. Started us off with some h.e.b. bbq chips. 3 out of 10. H.E.B. IS 50 YARDS AWAY. Gumbo was horrible. The roux was burned. Everyone knows that a good gumbo must start with a good roux. I had the shrimp etouffee. Shrimp tasted dirty and destroyed my stomach later that evening. I only at a small bit too. Wife had the fish on what looked like 2 lbs. Of green beans with a lump of un-ripe mango pico. Avoid avoid avoid. Look elswhere for a good meal. GOODE CO. IS ONLY 1 MILE AWAY!!! Last but not least..severely over priced.

Nicole D.

Yelp
We enjoyed Schilleci's; we're actually been a couple of times but this was a first for just a light snack. We enjoyed the Gumbo, which is a tomato based roux. I mention that because some people like that and some don't. It's def more on the thick side but very good. We also enjoyed an order of the muscles which were fantastic, I absolutely enjoyed the garlic and white wine sauce. I could use some more toast, but I'm not complaining because this was just a first stop for us. The wine selection is great. And the service was wonderful. regarding ambience it's obviously different in the evening versus daytime, but the restaurant has a very intimate feel, which I enjoy. I'm sure we'll be back again in the future.

T M.

Yelp
Oh my gosh what a price gouging!!!!! We. Ordered Tile fish recommend by waitress. Our mistake, we did not ask price.. When it arrived it was approximately 6 inches with some kind of d of breading. It was so bland we had to ask for tarter sauce. Nothing else came with it. When our check came we were charged $61.00!!!! For what??? I wish I could rate a zero.

Trevor L.

Yelp
Food portions 5/5 Food taste 4/5 Service 5/5 Serving size 6/5 Restaurant ambience 3/5 Price tag 2/5 No liquor license! 1/5 what do you do when you don't drink beer or wine... Nice place to eat, not worth the hefty price tag though. Plenty of other New Orleans style food restaurants that are worth repeating.

Beth K.

Yelp
Wow! This food is off the charts! The Barramundi fish was incredible! The appetizer crawfish croquettes were fantastic and we cleaned the plate! Bisque was so good. Marisimo was a great waiter! He knew all about the menu and his suggestions were great! We will be back!

Martina D.

Yelp
I came here on.a date with a guy who correctly remembered my passion for Creole cuisine - he got 10 points for paying attention, and another 10 for picking a really nice dinner venue :-) Tip: Were it not for the fact that the parking situation here is awful, I would have happily rated them five stars. As it was, the venue is close to and/or adjacent to quite a large number of shops and other restaurants, so street parking is the only practical option As a Creole aficionado, the 1st dish I wanted to try was their Gumbo, so I ordered a cup of their Gumbo soup; it didn't work for me :-( Other than the Gumbo, most everything else was to my liking. We shared the Blackened Lamb Chops, the stuffed shrimp, and the Gulf Food Seafood Sampler (which included Oystter, Fries, Catfish, hush puppies, and crabcakes). I found the food tender, attractively plated, flavorful, and deliciously tender. Service was completely on-point, and I wouldn't heistitae to either recommend this place, or to return another time.

Dan P.

Yelp
We were looking for something new and hadn't been here, despite living in the area for 2 years now. And we didn't know what we were missing. From the beginning to the end, Nicole took absolutely fantastic care of us. She picked our brains about what kind of wine we liked and picked out a great bottle wine for us - an oaked Malbec that was both fruity and light but had depth that Malbecs often lack. As we ordered courses, she made sure to explain the menu as we went along and had excellent descriptions of the specials. Ask for her if you go - you couldn't be in better hands. Our food was equally fantastic. We started with the crawfish croquettes, had a crawfish ravioli and a barramundi ponchatrain for mains and bread pudding for dessert. It was too much food. But every dish was just excellent food all around. Sorry - no pictures. But the presentation was super nice as well. A super nice touch was that Nicole picked up on the fact that my wife and I tend to eat family style - we share everything. And they made it easy to share the meals with some extra plates. Not every place is willing to do that and to have it just offered was really appreciated. I will say that this place has range. There were $25 plates and a $120 special. $15 glasses of wine and $600+ bottles. And everything in between. So whether you're up for a weekday dinner out with friends or family or a special date night, Schilleci's would fit the bill either way.

Shannon B.

Yelp
Mixed review. Will preface that we are from La. Definitely overpriced, but it is market Street. If you need fast service, they're in a series hurry to turn these tables. The service felt very rushed. That said, the fried catfish and the fried shrimp were OK. Tasted like they could've come from a mall food court. I've had better in btr Louisiana of course and even in Houston, but it was OK. My husband's etoufee was good he said. The desserts were very good although the bread pudding could use brandy. I'm not sure they make it in house. The Zapps chips on the table are downright insulting and lazy. Seriously people? At these inflated prices you should be given French bread or some hush puppies. Also, also, the women's bathroom was disgusting. Probably won't return

Ivan R.

Yelp
Nicole made our experience easy, effortless, and memorable. We were greeted and seated promptly on our arrival. We ordered an appetizer that Nicole recommended with crawfish and a remoulade sauce. It was awesome. We also ordered the spinach artichoke and mushroom dip and it was to die for. You can see our 4 entrees we ordered my wife and my guest said it was one of the greatest things they have ever put in their mouth. To finish we shared bread pudding and beignet's. They were awesome. Parking was easy and simple in a garage directly across the street. The restaurant was very comfortable and inviting. Our server Nicole made our evening over the top. Combine that with the chef's dedication to a great perfectly prepared food experience, and you have an evening when you are entertaining guest from out of town that sets the bar very high. Great job Schilleci's!!!!!

Jessica P.

Yelp
Over priced and bland. The place is small and not fancy enough for what they are charging. The place was clean and service was fine. Nothing wowed me enough to have to ever come back or recommend this establishment.

Tammy B.

Yelp
The service was excellent !! Cory had some wonderful wine suggestions to complement the salmon dish we shared! The portions were great! This place is within walking distance to The Woodlands Pavilion! Made it so easy to get to.

Kelly T.

Yelp
Best Beignets in town! Also, on Tues & Wed you get $10 off bottles of wine. We stopped in after shopping at Market Street shopping for a little dessert and wine. Waiter was awesome and absolutely loved the beignets! Thank you!

Darrell F.

Yelp
The appetizer is def award winning, the mea was good, but it was very small and way overpriced for the size of the meal, such a small portion. The desert was avg to good, nothing special, atmosphere was great, service was great!

Tammie G.

Yelp
Loved the food here because it was not your run of the mill food. You can tell that the chef pays special attention to what he puts out for guests to eat. Our waitress was very knowledgeably and made some great suggestion's that we tried and loved. We sat on the patio because it was a nice day and it was very pleasant.

Clay V.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service. If you like New Orleans cooking this place is the best. I had the seafood gumbo and the jambalaya.

Geraldine B.

Yelp
The food is well made and quite different the New Orleans flavor they advertise is not quite soul nawlin's flavor but it is still palatable. What made the night was our waiter unfortunately I can't recall his name but he was very professional and knowledgeable about the food I'm thinking Kevin but not sure

Amanda D.

Yelp
Wow! What a fantastic place. My husband and I went for dinner last night. Our meals were absolutely amazing! Our server, Autumn, did a great job helping us from our wine selection to meal choices. Highly recommend. We will be going back.

Moni T.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on a week day for my coworker's retirement party. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they set up the table for our group ahead of time, they even gifted us a big plate of fresh beignets as dessert! The beignets are amazing, make sure you save some stomach space for these. I ordered mango salad with blackened shrimp, and it was one of the best salad I've ever had. Portion size is big, it's a very filling salad with juicy meaty Shrimp and a hard boiled egg as protein, paired with a variety of fruit (mango, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, grape tomatoes), with some crunchy buttery croutons, and best yet-remoulade dressing. The price is high, but it's so worth it. I've been thinking about this salad ever since. Everyone from our group was happy with their food.

Mike M.

Yelp
Their food is amazing. And the waiter is very kind. Love the look of the restaurant. It's to die for

Sofia D.

Yelp
Amazing food!!!! We started with the mussels with white sauce and it is a must!!! so flavorful and came with so many mussels. We also got the Barramundi crawfish with corn cakes paired with the scallops. Absolutely delicious!! The scallops were so soft and flavorful, with the fish and corn cakes were so good! Highly recommend We ended our dinner with some coffee and beignets. So fluffy and powdery. The service was very nice and attentive! Answered all our questions and explained the menu very well. Beautiful restaurant. Has a nice classy traditional feel. Right in the plaza of Woodlands market place, surrounded by lots of stores and businesses. A lot of parking. Highly recommend. Will be coming back

Alan C.

Yelp
Very nice creole restaurant for those who enjoy New Orleans cuisine. Prices are reasonable and entrees and appetizers are seasoned well. The staff have excellent customer service. Definitely nice for family, couples and business meetings. Highly recommend. ENJOY!

Dorsa S.

Yelp
Avoid This Restaurant at All Costs! I recently had an awful experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible and even made me sick. The lamb was not cooked properly, resulting in both my sister and I spending the rest of our weekend in the restroom. I called the restaurant immediately the next morning, hoping they would respond. I had to wait for Corey the manager to call and after we spoke and he was supposed to get back to me he just didn't care and never followed up on it. However, when I finally did reach out, they refused to refund my bill. I explained that their poorly prepared food had ruined our meal, but the manager was incredibly unhelpful and only offered to refund one dish. I told him I didn't spend all that money to get wasted and we didn't enjoy any part of our meal just to get a refund on one dish but they refused to own their fault! This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you want to risk getting sick and spending your weekend in the restroom, visit them. In other words, stay far away from this place!

Bryan L.

Yelp
Saturday night my wife and I wanted to try something new and stumbled upon this gem! The Food was absolutely amazing, loved the ambiance of the restaurant and our server Omar and Chef Dave were the best! If you're craving some Cajun or true New Orleans flare I highly recommend Schilleci's. I'm so glad we gave this place a try and can't wait to go back.

K H.

Yelp
Ahhh-MAZE-ING! This place was super cute, i enjoyed the ambiance. Went here for a girls date. We enjoyed everything. Service: was great, our server was so sweet she knew her menu and was able to explain the background of the restaurant, knowledgeable of all the seafood. I like that everything was fresh! Food: delish! We shared the recommended croquettes and the crawfish dip. Both was amazing flavors, i prefer the croquettes more! it was lightly battered to golden brown, the stuffed crab in it was so good and the sauce was so good i can't remember what sauce it was. I had the Pan Sear Fresh fish ( I chose the thick cut bass) with scallops and artichokes: the lemon butter sauce was so delish, i opted out of the rice and had fries instead. And i must say the seasoned fries were the best choice. The fish was amazing, it was thick and flakey and juicy . The scallops were amazing also this was cooked to perfection! My friend had the blackened fresh fish with barramundi fish with crawfish corncakes: and i must say these Corncakes were so damn delish! and the sauce rosemary wine butter sauce i loved this ! I would rather have this sauce with my plate but i didn't want to modify anything. Either way i think any plate seemed to be a success and it was great! We were too stuffed, so we didn't get to try to get to desserts. Next time : try the beignets! i will take my boyfriend here :)

Anne M.

Yelp
A friend and I enjoyed dinner last night at this lovely restaurant in the Woodlands. He had the pork and rice plate (I had a little taste of it) and it was wonderful. I had the duck and sausage gumbo cup and OMG...the flavor was fabulous. Then I had the seafood salad which was also great and too much for me to eat all at one. We had stopped into the Tesla store and one of the folks there recommended the bread pudding We both dug into that and also loved that! Beto was our waiter and he could not have been better....ty Beto!

Gabby D.

Yelp
Food at Schilleci's is amazing. They go a free basket of homemade chips to start with that are seasoned to perfection. My husband got the Barramundi Corn Cakes and loves them. I got a catch of the day with the scallops and shift topped and it was so good! It's a creative concept that you pick what fish you want and how you want it cooked that makes it a unique experience. Wine menu was extensive but a little on the prices side ($15-$18 for a glass). Pretty basic decor but clean, well lit and well organized. Feels more upscale that how some people dress. Server was knowledgeable and helpful. Will be returning!

Yelp
One restaurant I had never been to, but finally made it one day. It's currently the 3rd most reviewed, but single highest rated restaurants in all The Woodlands. Wow, that's impressive! Inside is a cozy upscale space with black and white photos on the walls along with professional waitstaff. I had never been down that particular street in Market Street, so no wonder I had never seen it before, but I've certainly heard of it. I was a little put off by the prices on some of their dishes though. They're currently charging $60 for halibut and red snapper, while other restaurants in the Houston area are charging 35-45, so what makes theirs so special? I ended up ordering a cup of duck gumbo and what turned out to be a pretty good deal, the fried seafood platter for $35. Just the crabcake and 14 fried oysters alone on the plate would cost you nearly $40 at most seafood restaurants, a la carte. The plate also comes with 4 fried shrimp, 2 catfish filets, tons of small fried crawfish, 2 hush puppies and seasoned French fries. The gumbo cup was small but after adding some Tabasco, it ended up being just the right heat level for me and was delicious. The waitress said the duck was the most popular of the 3 gumbos they offer. The fried seafood platter ended up getting the best of me, as it was just too much fried food. However. I did take leftovers. I was so full, I did not try any of their desserts, but I'm sure they're good....maybe next time. Service here is top notch, as is to be expected.

Yelp
Today we went to Schilleci's and the service was spectacular!! It's was my grandmas birthday, we made reservations via open table and stated it was her birthday. They had the table reserved and a cute happy birthday paper tent- it really made the experience that more special. Now to the food... DELICIOUS!! Everything was spectacular. It all came out fresh, flavors were so good and not overpowering, and you're able to customize just about everything on the menu to your liking. Last but not least, our wonderful server Nicole- she was the absolute best!! If and when we eat there again I want Nicole because she's that good. She was very welcoming, super informative and knew the menu which is very important to me when eating at a new place, was attentive, and overall just very kind. So if you can be sure to ask for Nicole to really outdo your experience!

Yelp
The service by Luis was great. The Blackened Lamb Chops were delicious. The Steak was cooked perfectly. A quaint cozy little spot without a lot of overpopulated background noise. Great date spot!

Yelp
The food is AMAZING here. This restaurant is small and the ambiance is comforting. Visited Woodlands and was recommended to come here. Lamb chops and stuff shrimp are to die for. Portion sizes are big as well some come on an empty stomach. Service was also really good. Our waiter and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
