The tomatoes they put on my salad looked like it was cut 2 weeks ago 🤢 tomato tastes old and bad, the cucumbers tasted extremely bitter ! First time at this location and definitely my last. I expected quality food out of this location.

Do not eat their salads, they are not fresh. Ordered a Greek salad, tomatoes were old definitely not fresh neither were the greens, there was a crumb of feta so when I kindly asked one of the managers to remake the salad she insisted that the old tomatoes were fresh, very disappointed! never coming back to this location. I do not recommend this location.

This was our second visit since corporate took over from the franchise and both visits were terrible! The girl behind the register couldn’t get our order straight due to constantly looking at her phone. We had to repeat our order to her THREE times. Then, when I went to fill out drinks, they were out of sweet tea. I told that same girl and she removed the container. I waited - no tea - so I flagged down another employee (who obviously didn’t speak English) she went to girl behind register who came to our table and said “what?”! I asked if they were making more sweet tea. She said “no” and walked away. I ended up getting a soda that was more carbonation than syrup. Yuck! I think they must be sabotaging the location for the staff to be so rude and the food not as good. We will NOT give them a third chance!

Beautiful Clean Restaurant with friendly staff and with a Large Patio to enjoy your meals outside. I definitely love the new layout. We will be headed back soon..

Found jagged plastic shard in my sandwich. I asked them to stop food service to find the problem and give me a refund. I got a refund, but the food continued to be served. The manager said "we don't have nothing like that in our kitchen". Please check your food before eating.

Even though the food is good, yall always mess up the order in some way or give me a completely different one.

My wife stopped in to pick up dinner on her way home. I had been craving an Original sandwich so it was fitting. She was in and out quickly and no order issues. Sandwich was very good, in comparison to some other locations I’ve visited. Bread was just right and overall I was satisfied. I’ve been to other locations where service and food were both less than ideal so having eaten here for the first time I would definitely say I’m going b back to this location again.

I have always loved schlotskys but I just had the worst sandwich and dry cinnamon center cinnamon. Didn't even taste like the regular schlotsky food. So sad. $40 down the drain.

Absolutely love this sandwich shop in Bee Cave! Our home grown Schlotzky's (Austin Eatery)! It's super clean, friendly staff and the food is always fresh. My wife and I had a quick lunch and we both did a half sandwich, half salad/soup. I had the Avocado Turkey Sandwich with a Greek salad, which was delicious! Surprisingly it's a lot of food! My wife had the original and loaded potato soup! We'll be back soon!

I ordered four kids pizza meals. The restaurant didn't put pepperoni on one of the orders and each pizza had slim to no cheese on it. Do yourself a favor. Stuck with the sandwiches.

I gave it another shot, and it will probably be the last. The staff could have been more friendly. The food was ok but could have been better. They force a tip on you as well. I will not be back.

I come here rather frequently because I work close by. Food quality is excellent, customer service, not so much, especially with phone orders, i have had a couple experiences where I left feeling annoyed at the poor service, but other than that it's a great place to eat

I had not been to a Schlotzsky's in several years. From what I recall, the sandwiches were always off the charts good. My experience returning to Schlotzsky's after several year Hiatus was somewhat disappointing. The bread was not as fresh as I had recalled. The ingredients in general were somewhat Bland. The restaurant was not overly busy when I visited, but it's still took quite a while to get my sandwich. Also, the fountain drinks tasted flat. The inside was well maintained and pleasant.

Came to this location while working on this side of town. First and foremost, it was an online order and I picked it up. I was extremely disappointed that sweet tea wasn't available. They sweet tea container was empty. When asked if there was more I was told "No." When right in front of me there was a gallon of sweet tea that could have been used. I proceeded to get another drink and tried Cherry Coke, Cherry Dr. Pepper, and to my luck both were unavailable. I got stuck with an orange flat Fanta. This entire ordeal was disappointing as I love their sweet tea & in my opinion probably the best sweet tea. My dinner was pretty much ruined by this point. Especially when you work really hard and just want a decent meal with your favorite drink. I did leave them a survey and expressed my concerns and the manager reached out to only apologize. I won't be back to this location I will go to the one off 620/183 North.

This location is generally very good. At Peak times, it can be busy, and there is what feels like it unnecessary weight. The quality of the sandwiches is very consistent come and actually better than other locations. The store is always well cap and clean. I get the impression it is very well managed.

Order was canceled due to missing items removed items and placed order again and when received it got this passive aggressive message. Staff definitely needs to be replaced or attitude adjustment :)

I am not comparing Schlotzsky's to gourmet sandwich shops but comparing it to any other national sandwich chain. They're simply the best, at least in Texas. I've been to Schlotzsky's in other states and they're not that great. But in Texas, you can always count on fresh bread and a good, filling sandwich. My go-to sandwich is The Original Deluxe, which has ham, two types of salami, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses. You can also get the bread of any sandwich swapped out for cheddar jalapeño, which I usually do. This location has a Cinnabon attached as well, although I've never been hungry after finishing a Schlotzsky's sandwich.

Don't bother ordering there. I ordered a giant pastrami sandwich as a treat. They don't have rye bread. It comes on white bread they didn't add sauerkraut, they didn't add thousand island dressing, and the amount of meat on the sandwich was about 2 ounces. It was pretty pitiful. And since it was with DoorDash even though I got Schlotzsky's to refund the money I still was out 12 bucks. Waste of time don't order sandwiches there. They don't deliver anything that looks at all like what you ordered. Waste of time. One star is too much.

Great food, clean establishment, enjoy the pick your own soda combination fountain and the only place nearby to get Cinnabon

I wanted to see and try this new location ever since I read about the concept change for Schlotzsky's. So today I was in the area and ventured out to find it. Located in a new shopping center off of FM 620. The first thing I noticed was new logo signage with the words "Austin Eatery". When you walk inside you get surrounded with the best of Austin like murals, retro signage, reclaimed wood decor, and outdoor seating. The menu seems to be the same but with new food choices. They also serve beer on tap and wine. As for myself I ordered a new item and chips for takeout. The staff was nice and friendly and checked out the upgraded decor. Soon my order was ready and unfortunately when I got home my chips were missing. The Tuscan sandwich tasted very good and a little messy but did not care. It was made with roasted turkey, bacon, Swiss and chunks of avocado on a toasted bun. Not surprised the chips were missing where it does happen once in a while at other eateries too. The next time I visit will make sure all items are in the bag.

I've been enjoying Schlotzsky's yummy unique sourdough hugged sandies for as long as I can remember. They were "Born and bread" in Austin in 1971 (SoCo), and have decided to take their menu (and overall feel) to a whole new level with the addition of their "Austin Eatery" in Bee Cave. Don't fret, they still have the classics like the Original (and nom soups), but have added a plethora of items inspired by the ATX food scene. So it's no surprise that SAE offers tacos and delicious brisket sliders. "D They've added an extensive choice of sandwiches (hello "Bacon Me Crazy"), flatbreads, salads, and "tins" (think cheesy mac or tot bowls). The interior is bright and fun. Cool décor and interior bright signage that's sure to pop up on social media sites everywhere (see pic). They offer a few Texas craft beer and cider selections and wine, and plan on having live music in the future. So happy to have SAE concept store in the Lake Travis area. Welcome to the neighborhood!

We were so excited to hear that Schlotzsky's was opening an eatery in Bee Cave! We tried to go for Texas Independence Day but the crowd was too big. So we went for lunch this past week. We got there at the perfect time, about 11:30 AM, just before their big lunch rush. I decided to try the street tacos and had one of each type. My hubby went with his usual medium fresh veggie on a jalapeño cheddar bun. The tacos were delicious! I especially liked the saucy check with its delicious sauce and guacamole, but the other two meat tacos were also delicious. Be aware that they are not huge, and three make a light lunch for me. As always, my husband loved his fresh veggie and poured on the Schlotzsky's hot sauce and olive oil. This Schlotzsky's also features a vegetable bar with pickles, banana peppers, and pickled onions for patrons to add to their food. They were all very good. All the staff and servers were very friendly and helpful. We stop one to ask questions about the online rewards program and everyone was happy to help. Welcome to Bee Cave, Schlotzsky's! We are glad you were here and we will be back.

This weekend makes the third time I have ordered a chicken avocado cobb salad and each time they have messed up my order. They either forget the avocado, chicken or both. I love schlotzsky's, but this is ridiculous. Check your order thoroughly before you leave the restaurant.

They're fast and friendly and my order is always right. I highly recommend the California Chicken Flatbread, and their cookies are ENORMOUS.

Schlotzsky's has Outstanding food and quick preparation. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Good Schlotzsky's. Lots of unique options. The Carved Cobb salad is good and filling. Very clean and pretty quick service. It's a total bummer that they don't have a drive thru.

A month ago, I found a hard jagged shard of plastic in my sandwich. I then asked them to stop food service to find the problem and give me a refund. I got a refund, but the food continued to be served. The manager said "we don't have nothing like that in our kitchen". I reached out to the corporate office the same day and got a response from the Director of Operations 17 days later claiming that they "take food safety very seriously" and "resolve any issues when they arise", but he made no indications that anything had been done to mitigate extremely dangerous contaminants in their food. I offered to meet with him and go over the whole situation 9 days ago, but have been ignored in the same way they seem to ignore food safety. Please check your food before eating or avoid dining at this Schlotzsky's location.

Attended the soft opening...and WOW! This restaurant is not the Schlotzky's you've been going to for years. Yes, they have many of your favorites. And wonderful new items like Street tacos, brisket sliders, brisket Mac-n-cheese & cheesy bacon tots. And beer & wine. The new menu is an homage to Austin & Schlotzky's roots. Chef Maira Morales carefully created the menu to be fresh & fun with twists on many traditional Austin staples. The decor is colorful & quirky & very Austin. I see this easily becoming a staple in our restaurant rotation. You'll want to check it out too!

Just spent $40 here just to get home and open up my sandwich and see this. I am beyond annoyed, this is the amount of avocado I got on my order, the "avocado Smoke Cheesy". Also asked for cucumbers and didn't get any on it as well.

My favorite Schlotzky's! Staff is so friendly and the service is fast. Clean location and plenty of seating.

This is not against this location or a particular experience with this location. This is in response to the elimination of the raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. I would go out of my way to get the Orchard salad with the raspberry vinaigrette. Seems every time I find something I like that is healthy, it is canceled. Don't guess I will be visiting Schlotzskys as much anymore.

It's nice having the place that sells serious sandwiches with a funny name nearby. I like that they have gluten-free buns and tons of options here. The only downfall is that parking is terrible and very limited. Also their app forordering online does not work. But the ambience is nice and the staff are super friendly.

Came to try it out the other day when we heard It had finally opened! The food was basic but good . The person who handled our transaction at the register was super rude and acted like they would rather be anywhere than work. I probably won't come back for a while until it dies down a bit . You can't beat a classic Schlotzsky's sandwich though . Nostalgic and delicious .

I ordered a salad to go and when I got home and opened it up - they gave me ranch (I specifically asked for the raspberry vinaigrette on the side) and no cheese. There were cheese crumbles on top of soggy, wilted lettuce that was slimy, along with the chicken. The worst was when I opened the salad a BUG flew out!!! GROSS! I did not eat my salad. They also didn't give me the crouton sticks that I thought I could atleast eat! No dinner for me that night. Won't be back. Disgusting.

Menu is not what is used to be. Basic deli mixes and many, many turkey options. What happened to brisket-dishes? The website's advertised sandwiches are not available here. Facilities were clean and tables are strategically closed for distancing.

So you take the reliably awesome Schlotzky's food, you put it in a nice upscale sit down type atmosphere, add pretty hip decor. Its a win for Schlotzky's I think. I've been back and will return in the future. I knocked one star for pushing my button though. If you're taking orders and on the iphone at the same time at least get the order correct. These types of issues tend to resolve themselves though. Give it a try I bet you'll be surprised. July 23, 2018 - As I suspected the issue resolved. Been back a few times since and have noticed that Plastic Surgery Barbie is no longer there. The staff now are A+. If you went before and swore never to return because of your interaction... Give them another chance. The coast is clear.

Sign says open till 9 pm. Walked in 8:50 pm and they refused to take order. They were just so keen to clean, pack up and leave ! Well glad Chick Fila was open. Sorry Schlotzsky's u disappointed me. Not coming here again.

Delicious food and such a nice, and comforting atmosphere. the service itself was a little slow considering how the restaurant wasn't very full at all and they even forgot to give me my water without me reminding them. Of course, the overall experience was so pleasant and enjoyable. Will definitely come again :)

My husband and I went to this Schlotzsky's on a Friday afternoon. We ordered 2 pizzas at the corner. Our pizza was ready in about 10 minutes. My second slice of pizza had something really hard in it. I removed the item from my mouth then my husband and I examined the hard as a rock item. We have no idea what the hard item was. It hurt my teeth on my left side for a few minutes. I was kind-of scared to eat any more. I did not want anyone else to get that in their pizza so I took the item to the corner. Two employees looked at the item and one said 'I do not know what it is and we are sorry'. That is it. It would have been nice to know that they were going to take some of kind of action but no. The restaurant is new and has modern decor. There is lots of inside and outside dining. There are electric plugs and UBS plugs at each inside table. The inside dining room was a nice temperature. My husband and I will not be back.

The servers have a bad attitude. None of my customizations were honored.. I'm sure that was because she asked me what I wanted twice and both times said 'hang on' while I was speaking. Funny note: my sandwich was completely lopsided, more like a sammie slide than an actual sandwich.

Love the new store in Bee Cave...but your little containers for pickles suck. Lids don't stay on...pickle juice everywhere. Come on...fix this please!

Great service! Good food! We had flat bread pizzas and tacos. Small servings but flavorful. A bit pricy for what you get but we used a coupon so that helped. Nice decor clean and fun!

Good luck getting what you order, or getting your coupon applied, or getting an f'ing receipt...all I wanted was a "rancher" for father's day, but after multiple calls and emails no one will respond and I still havent received the sandwich I was craving g on father's day...no receipt either, what was paid for? Was hoping for a laid back, easy father's day, but instead I'm still craving that awesome rancher sandwich...and some apology for fing up father's day.

The place was clean and the staff was accommodating. Likes that they had a phone charger right next to the tables. Sandwich was fresh and tasty.

Love this place other than the fact they don't pay attention to what the costumers ask for. I asked for PICKLES they gave me JALAPEÑOS. Now my mouth is on fire.. didn't ask for that. Great sandwiches though. Can't deny that

On a Sunday during lunch time, we placed a to go order, which was supposed to be ready at 12:22, according to the email confirmation that we received. We arrived around 12:30, and the order was not ready. After 20 minutes from when the order was supposed to be ready, I approached the staff to find out what was going on. She stated that they still had to make our salads and did not offer an apology. It wasn't until almost 40 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready that we finally got it! Upon seeing his salad, Dan noticed that his avocados and dressing were missing. When I told the manager how long we had been waiting, he did not offer to do anything for us. He only stated that he had just gotten there and walked in on the total chaos that was going on in the kitchen. Workers were going around with trays of food, not knowing where to deliver them...only to go back to the kitchen looking confused. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location! Someone in charge needs to train their employees much better!!! The only upside to this experience is that it was a perfect weather day, in which NOtHING was going to spoil my mood!

Today was the 2nd time I have stopped after work and all beer taps were broke. Both times I was told the manager would come out and fix but did not. Was not offered a free beverage either time and had to ask for water.

After seeing all of the positive reviews, I felt it was time for me to leave one on my experience. My family and I went here the day after they opened and our experience was nothing short of AWFUL. There were menus by the door which we all looked over and chose something. We got to the counter and everything we wanted wasn't actually on the menu. Supposedly it was just a test menu... then why was it out? Some of us ordered sliders and they were TINY. I wouldn't even call it an appetizer. Another family member got an original sandwich and it was dry and barely had anything on it. The owners sat at a table and stared around the room and could care less. They never came by to ask us how our food was or anything! We will definitely NOT be going back.

Ok, I admit I'm older than dirt. 72. That means I've eaten a lot of Schlotzekys. First of all i eat out often. This shop is super clean and well organized. I dont understand some of the negative comments. I was greeted by cashier Thomas, a Pastoral student at Concordia. He took my order with great attention to detail. I told him i was diabetic and he offered some helpful advice. His managers Milliy and Maria prepared my large sandwich. In an instant I was transported to the UT campus circa 1975. My mouth was filled with all those long forgotten flavors! All in all I loved my experience. It you have not been please consider visiting. If you were unhappy talk to Millie. She will take care of you!

The quality of the sandwiches at this Schlotzskys is sub-par. They are very sparing with all the ingredients except the lettuce. And the sandwich I got today was barely even warm right after preparation. Not the Schlotskys I've known and loved for years...

the menu is misleading for sure it says 499 for an original thats the small it does not say this it also does not have the pricing on the menu for the medium or large. I waited in line for over 23 minutes to order the girl taking orders was moving so slllllllloooooooooooowwww. This location is trying to be some hip sandwich place the origonal was dry and lacking meat. So a large origonal 10.99 id rather go to firehouse where you get meat with your sandwich.
