"Austin-born fast-sandwich chain Schlotzsky’s is actually converting all of its restaurants to fit its whole Austin-inspired millennial-friendly (yes) revamp over the next three months. Dubbed Schlotzsky’s Austin Eatery, the overhaul debuted in Georgia, and then expanded to the Bee Cave restaurant in March 2018.
