Terrible. We went on a Saturday over the lunch hour. Our server was new and didn't know the menu at all when questioned about it (I usually will give someone the benefit of the doubt if they're learning, but this girl was simply unapologetically ditzy).
The whole place just seemed like it needed a thorough cleaning, from the dust on the light fixtures and fake silk greenery to carpets with crumbs needing to be swept. Gross. The decor was kitschy clutter from the 80s and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since then either. The cityscape in the entry was interesting, but was dusty and seem end overshadowed by all the clutter around it. If that's what this restaurant is known for, they're certainly not making the most of it.
Our food wasn't hot at all when it arrived, and very bland. My $12 salmon was barely larger than a deck of cards. What a rip-off!! The soup from the salad bar was room temperature, pasta salads were crusted over, and who knows how long things had been sitting out and growing bacteria. Eww.
The only reason I'm giving it a two instead of a one is the my father-in-law seemed to enjoy his omelet. This place would be alright for a breakfast menu, maybe. After all, eggs are hard to screw up. Seniors probably like it because its bland... Glorified nursing home food. I personally hope to never go back.
