San Francisco’s New Restaurant Openings

"Sco’s, short for mariscos, is a seafood shop in Bayview with ceviches and micheladas. Open daily from 8am to 5:30pm, and with a front patio, there’s potential for this to be a great afternoon stop once the sun comes out.  " - ricky rodriguez, julia chen 1

Yummy lunch option specializing in delicious fish or shrimp ceviche with perfect chips to go with it. It's very good and glad its here in Bayview! Outdoors with a nice seating for either 2 people in front or on the seating bleacher parklet. Perfect for a sunny day. I love coming here for breakfast options too (bagels, breakfast sandwich english muffin/crossiant, toast)

Highly recommend SCO’s! Micheladas were top tier, ceviche was amazing and the waffles were a surprising twist. The environment and staff are incredibly welcoming and the location is perfect to sit and enjoy the amazing food.

Amazing fish ceviche, outstanding green shrimp aguachile with abundant totopos. Micheladas in the bottle were on point with that chamoy gummy and rim dressing. T line will get you right there. Lots of parking around.

We stopped by for a michelada on a hot day, and it was so delicious! The service was great - they make the micheladas right in front of you so you can see all the effort and care they put into it. From the tajin rim to the special mix inside to the choose-your-beer customization, it was a delicious treat. The ambiance is cute too since it's a small shop on a side street. There's a beautiful, big parklet you can sit on and enjoy your drink. I can't wait to come back to try the ceviche!

Was in the area and had to check it out! I traveled from New York and was beyond impressed. Great food, drinks and inviting atmosphere! The ceviche at Scos is incredible—super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Paired it with their michelada, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to be back!

Awesome literal hole in the wall! They've only been open a couple weeks (I think they opened on the 15th) but are definitely one of my top after-work stops when I'm off early. Really tasty micheladas (topped with a gummy shrimp lol) and they don't skimp on the chamoy! I've only had the ceviche and guacamole so far, but both were delicious and good portions. I'd recommend the $15 combo if you're drinking. It's a ceviche toastada, a michie and a side of guacamole. The only change I'd recommend is to add more chips.

I'm so glad I came here and tried the secret waffle; it was such a wonderful treat— made with love. The service was excellent, and I felt right at home while grabbing a quick snack. Visiting this cool shop with delicious food and friendly staff really brightened my day!

Yelp
Food was delicious and the flavors were very well balanced. The guac was freshly made and the tostada was packed with fish. The staff who served us was so kind and generous. Perfect place to sit outside and hang out with your friends while having a yummy snack and good drinks.
