Se7en Restaurant & Wine Garden

The food was GREAT, except the overcooked pork chop. I recommend the lobster ravioli. Megan, my waitress, was inattentive and hugged up with some guy at the bar. I think he worked there, but was off duty. It took 10 minutes to get water, and I had to request a menu. Luckily, some of the other staff members picked up Megan’s slack. They have a dress code, but they don’t seem to enforce it, but that’s not an issue for me. The dancers and decor create a nice vibe. The DJ was decent, too. I went during Houston Restaurant Week, so the prices in the pic may no longer be accurate.

Lives up to the hype of a good atmosphere and as a fancy restaurant. We had a deal from a restaurant so the bill came out a lot cheaper (but it was around 400 dollars without deals) but actually around only like 40 dollars something with that deal (check out inkind app). Whenever they have Houston food bank week I recommend getting that as it’s a good deal. Overall good and a very cool atmosphere but not worth the price, even discounted as it does just cost a lot.

Love love love, the ambiance! This restaurant is gorgeous, upon entrance is a ceiling to floor wine cellar that is jaw dropping. One of my favorite features in any location is the light fixtures, preferably crystal chandeliers .. SE7EN had many ꨄ I also love the step up dining area and velvet furniture. I rated the food with 4 stars instead of 5 because the menu selection is minimal, the drinks were yummy and the entertainment was amazing!!

Se7en unfortunately did not exceed our expectations. It feels kind of like a fusion between a restaurant and a club. Although the night started off well, our food took about an hour to come out. The manager was nice enough to give us some discounts on our receipt which was a sign of good service! Although, most of us did not really enjoy our food - it wasn’t anything outstanding and for that level of restaurant plus price we paid, I’ve had better. There is a cigar/hookah lounge outside which is separate but which you can order Se7en food at as well.

Dinner at 7pm will beat the crowd. Step off the elevator and wow! The feel is very upscale and current. We started with the Pollo dumpling and they were very good. The Old Fashion presentation = superb. I had the ribeye - DAAANNNG! There is an art to cooking a good piece of meat and the Chef NAILED it. Our party also had the Filet - another excellent piece with flavor flavor flavor! The lobster risotto amazed! Lobster was tender and tasty. We were also celebrating a birthday and they treated us to a small treat. The chocolate cake with fruit, ice cream and small chocolate chips was my favorite. This is now the place to enjoy an experience in fine dining with a pleasant / energetic vibe. The music was just right, the right volume, the right tempo, the right energy! Please come see for yourself, they have made some very recent changes. It is very evident! KK took his time to come over and talk with us for quite a while. Johnny & Cesar were our servers… fantastic, prompt and attentive. Parking is great with the garage right there off the street by the restaurant. Valet is available.

We booked a party of 3 for HRW on a Saturday afternoon. We had high expectations based on the price of the food and expected a similar atmosphere. As soon as we arrived in the parking garage, we realized there was a DJ and the patio seemed completely full. Outside DJ, cool, we thought. We were wrong. The DJ was inside. It was so loud you couldn’t hold a single conversation with someone sitting next to you, even shouting. The music never stopped. The entire experience was a very expensive club at 6pm in daylight. People were standing all over the restaurant dancing, making it hard to even walk through. Again, like a club. People were standing, dancing, and drinking in front of the tables on the higher side of the restaurant. They even have what looks to be a private VIP area where men are scoping out the women, like a club. Most of our food was ok. The steak was asked medium and it came out well done. The desserts tasted store bought. The raviolis were very good. The food did come out at reasonable times. The flounder was the best dish. The waitresses were very nice, though sad they are sexualizing them with their attire. A tip was automatically included for a party of 3. Additionally, they refused to split the check in 2, even though we saw them split individual checks for a table of 6. Come here if you’re looking for a very expensive club vibe at 6pm.

It started off so good, the octopus was amazing 10/10. They make you pay $4 for the bread service, but it was still good and we had high hopes for the entrees. The pepper tuna was mediocre and lacked flavor. We decided to get the ribeye and the bass. Both of these dishes lacked seasoning, so much so, they were both hard to eat. My husband’s steak and mushrooms were room temperature and my bass was too fishy. I think because they make it in fish broth but either way it was not good and doesn’t balance well with the miso flavor. Then they allowed a party of 30+ people in and they allowed them to stand right behind our table. They were all trying to talk over each other, it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. We left before the entertainment even started because it was highly annoying. Overall not worth the $300+ we spent on the meal.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Se7en last night. It was a wonderful experience. Our server April was amazing and attentive. The floor manager, Aaron was pleasant and checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were enjoying our evening. Overall, the service and food were great. Couple that with the entertainment and the entire vibe was definitely worth the visit. If I’m being honest, I didn’t particularly care for the dessert but that still won’t stop me from dining here again. 5 Stars!!!!!

Was our third time to dine here. Food and atmosphere was as expected. The service was horrendous and have reached out to the restaurant a couple times since the visit just to let them know how bad the service was and still no response from management. Had to grab silverware off of a nearby table, water glasses were dry for a good part of dinner which wouldn't have been a huge deal expect the waitress forgot to put in our order with the bar. Had to wait 25 minutes for our check once we requested it. When you charge a premium for a dining experience, you need to provide a premium experience.

We had Alexandria as our waitress and she was cool and had good energy. We let her know we were dining for our anniversary and she took good care of us. I took a star away because we booked because we wanted a little entertainment and we were informed that they no longer had performers. Either way the inside was nice and the tables weren't too close together so we still had a nice view of the bar and the vibe of the restaurant. We had a shot of 1942 and they served it in a cute mini glass, and it was chilled perfectly. We both had a cocktail and they both tasted good and had a nice punch. We tried the empanadas. They tasted pretty good but we thought they came with 4 but we were served 3. My husband kept playfully making jokes about the missing empanada and Alexandria magically gave us 1 more. The steak was cooked to our desired temperature and tasted standard. The asparagus was good as well. We were given baklava for our anniversary and it was delicious. Overall we had a great time and we will probably make our way back to try something else and sit at the bar.

I'm giving it a 2 because of 3 things. Sebastian (black guy with small locs) was out server 1) the wait time for my drink was long and I was only left with a drink menu and no food menu 2) their website does not clarify that the eye catching performances were no longer since January 2024 3) the birthday cake you get when it's your birthday is not free. Sebastian asked me "what cake would you like" and gave me options as opposed to saying "would you like dessert" so I paid $14 for a cake that I thought was complimentary

One star for our awesome server & one star for the ambiance. My friend made reservations here for a birthday dinner on a Thursday night. They have their own parking garage and valet which is convenient and super cute patio deck area. Great vibes there even though it was empty, (I think they just opened.) Inside, the booths are situated well and it has SO much potential but the vibes were NOT in the room with us. We came here for the supposed belly dancers and band. Apparently they're under new management so no dancers, no show, & no band due to "inclement weather." Mmk. We spent over $200 on MID food. VERY MID / borderline unsatisfactory. The prime beef kebabs were dry, the oysters were bland, the lamb chops were just okay and the shrimp empanadas were very underwhelming. I've had better empanadas at a neighborhood taco truck. We really came here for an experience and we got one, a very underwhelming, dim lit, nothing to tell your friends about, experience. We actually LEFT & grabbed food at ANOTHER houston hotspot. Not a fan & not worth it.

This was my first experience at Se7en, and it was pretty good. I appreciate Se7en having a lot of open seating for a last-minute reservation. Se7en is a beautiful restaurant in the best part of town in my opinion. Se7en has a lot of seating inside and outside. The outdoor seating is basically a rooftop with beautiful decor. Se7en has 7 specialty cocktails that are inspired by the 7 deadly sins. I had the Greed cocktail which was basically a Paloma. It was pretty good and refreshing. I have to give it a 7/10. For food, we started with the chargrilled oysters, which were okay but they didn't seem chargrilled. Nonetheless, they were seasoned very well. I would rate them a 7/10 as well. As an entree, I had the Waygu burger and it was delicious! I had the wagyu cooked medium well, but next time I would order it medium or medium rare. It also comes with a fried egg, but I should've ordered it with an over-easy. The burger came with fries but I substituted them for truffle fries which were also delicious. In total, I would rate my entree an 8/10. For dessert, I had the espresso martini which I give a 7/10, and had the bread pudding. The bread pudding seemed kind of burnt on top but nice in the middle. So I would rate it a 7/10. In all, Se7en is a fun place with a great ambiance. The food is pretty good, but nothing I would rave about. It's a great place for a date night or a group night out.

Went Sunday for brunch in cinco de mayo and it was pretty empty. The restaurant has a really nice aesthetic. It seems like they have the ability to do bottle service. I am unsure what it looks like at dinner time but I'm sure it's probably more packed. We started off with the shrimp empanadas, which to me I don't feel like the shrimp was cleaned well because it still tasted like the ocean. my fiancé got the chicken and waffles which she loved. I got the chipotle chicken omelette, which I think was decent. You do have to pay to park and they do not validate parking.

Beautiful restaurant with a cool vibe. Our service was excellent. I can't remember the servers name but he was very attentive to my husband and I. I ordered the Chef's 3 course which is available Monday-Thursday. My appetizer was the Greek salad and the flavors of the heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers and feta cheese blended very well with the balsamic vinaigrette. My second course was the Ribeye and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I substituted my potato purée for truffle mashed potatoes and they were good. I can't wait to visit again to try the other dishes. Make sure to stop in for Social Hour the drinks are $10.

This is my second time coming to Se7en. The first time I came, I was thoroughly pleased with the experience and forgot to leave a review. So, its only right I leave a review for my second visit. Kathya was our server (for the second time which was cool). Her service is timely and impeccable. I am currently expecting, and she brought out a complimentary dessert (the bread pudding) with CONGRATULATIONS written on the plate, which was very thoughtful. She even put a blue candle in the dessert, as I am having a boy. That was a very nice surprise. We ordered lemonade which was good, and this time I ordered a mocktail which came with a neat presentation . I believe a few of their drinks come with a show, which is cool. The food in general is very lite weight, yet tasty. We ordered the kabobs, pollo dumplings, lamb chops, greek and Caesar salad, and bread pudding for dessert. The restaurant is clean, music is not too loud or unfitting...honestly just a nice place overall. I think my only true complaints is the women's bathroom... it doesnt really match the restaurant... but it was clean. And, I noticed its $10.00 per lemonade. That's...interesting. But anyway, besides that this is a place you can come for date night, girls night...its a cool place. And i believe they have hookah but perhaps only after a certain time and maybe only on the weekends. When I came the first time it was very early, which is why Im unsure.

On the second floor, this beautiful restaurant is dark and sexy. They offer indoor and terrace seating. Hookah and cigar fun happens on the terrace, too. The drinks are beautifully presented. I enjoyed the Lust while my friend had a Smoky Old Fashioned. The lamb lollipops.... listen, 5/5. The hummus ..5/5. I loved the dragonfruit added to the beet salad. For entrees, we had sea bass and salmon. The rice under the salmon wasn't quite hitting but the fish were 5/5. Ali delivered superb service to our table.

Se7en is a whole vibe! It's on the 2nd floor and what person doesn't feel fancy having to take an elevator to this place. We had a later reservation because the restaurant had a networking event so we really didn't get sat/served until an hour past. The bar was pretty crowded so we had to wait about 10 mins before someone was able to get to us. We ordered some raspberry lemon drops with tequila instead of vodka and they were worth the wait. Once we were finally sat - they ended up moving our table section bc of how busy they still were from the networking event - the server was very patient with us while we figured out what we wanted. I ordered the miso salad and the peppered tuna tataki - it was good, light and refreshing. I definitely want to try more of their menu when we're not there at 11pm at night.

So...I was excited to try this place. I went with a group of goodies so we were ready! Upon entry the host was a pure delight! He said I looked incredible and told me he wanted to take a photo shoot of me. You think I said no? Lol! So he charismatically went to my table and told them to hold on because he was going to take pictures of me lol. He proceeds to actually take professional looking pictures from my phone outside. He was all about angles and creating the moment. I was so so blown away. The pictures were so good I used them as my social media profile pictures! Then I learned that he actually is a photographer as well. Figures! He's excellent at his craft. Unfortunately, unlike the host...the food is not great. It's the standard food that you can find anywhere. I am happy that the owner came to our table and introduced himself and even.. after some convincing... allowed us to have an appetizer on the house! It was the spring rolls. They were pretty basic spring rolls, to be honest. So, for me.. the food won't bring me here again but a different outfit and a different unit... call me entertained! I will certainly be back for the views alone!

Food is all right, the staff is friendly and nice and interesting entertainment. Good to visit once but not worth a second visit

A few Yelpers and I decided to stop by Se7en on a Tuesday evening during restaurant weeks. I was surprised that we were one of only two parties in there but I chucked it up to the fact that it was a Tuesday. I ordered a lemon drop and hesitated on if I'd get something to eat, but, I decided to take advantage of the restaurant weeks price. I went with the octopus, sea bass and for dessert, the one I wanted wasn't available so I opted out. As we waited and chatted, one of the owners came by our table, introduced himself and gave us an overview of the restaurant's concept. He even had the kitchen prepare us his favorite appetizer on the house. The octopus was good, but the sea bass was so fishy that I took it home and tossed it out. The smell made me so nauseous. Sad to say that I had higher hopes for this restaurant but it fell short. I'll give it another try on a more popular night so get the "nightlife" feel. Hopefully that'll be a more elevated experience.

Meagan was amazing! sat at the bar, drinks were top tier, her recommendations on the lamb lollipops were delicious! loved this experience! Definitely will return!

Went with a group of 8 girlfriends. We had a great time. Cons: But it was HOT inside. The ac was out and the server told us it was like that the night before. They should of had fans or let people know before coming. I'm talking about everyone was dripping in sweat and it's 100 degrees outside... the drinks at the bar were way more expensive the ones at the dinner table. Bar drinks were $20-25. At the table they were all $14.... They have parking garage or valet. You use the elevators to enter the restaurant on the second floor. (2R) so if you park on 2, still go through the elevator. Pro: Our food was amazing! This was the highlight. The prime steak and sea bass were soooo delicious. They did not have the brownie dessert that we all wanted to try though. Dancers were great! And they do enjoy tips!! They have arm bands to stick the cash tips and their waste bands. We were the only table tipping them and they were very appreciative. Bring cash for them!

This place is not worth the hype. The customer service was not the best. The ambience of the restaurant is amazing! They had a belly dancer performing the night we were there. I was surprised that the restaurant automatically charged you for her performance. The food was average. If I return to this restaurant, it will be to sit at the bar and have drinks only.

Had a great experience! The ambiance was amazing and the entertainment was great. We had a good server who was very attentive. She made sure we were always taken care of and always gave us updates on our wait time. The food was so good! I'm glad she gave us her best recommendations. The belly dancer was fun! She came out two times while we were there. She performed for about 20 minutes each time. We came by Uber so we did not need to worry about parking. They have valet and it was $20 from what I saw on the sign.

Dined in on a Thursday at 6:00 pm for a party of 6 to catch their happy hour. Our waiter was an older gentleman who was unfriendly and never smiled. I called the restaurant and checked their Instagram for the exact happy hour times. When we got our bill, our waiter told us happy hour ended at a different time. Eventually he had to correct out bill. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! There were three girls that did a little dance around 8:00 pm, but I think it's best to visit on a weekend. Very overpriced even for happy hour. The food is not good but the cocktails were decent. We ordered: Hummus: basic hummus Prime beef kabobs: super dry Charred grilled octopus: the best dish, octopus was super tender Homemade French fries: really tasty Torched salmon roll: mushy and horrible Spicy medai roll: not good Hamachi hand roll: fish was warm and smelled funny Screaming salmon: way too much cream cheese Se7en side car: good and strong Feel collins: good flavors Paloma loca: very good

I came in for a celebration Happy Hour for a friend's business launch. She had the seating at the back side of the bar reserved and sectioned off for us. The aesthetic of this restaurant is gorgeous. I love the marble top counter & tables and velvet chairs & stools. There was a DJ there playing some chill tunes and threw some afrobeats in the mix as well. We went on a Wednesday and pretty much were the only patrons there. There was a few other couples scattered. So if you're looking for a chill dinner date night I would come earlier in the week. Starting Thurs night-Sun it's more of a party vibe. They brought out a few rounds of self serve appetizers for our party and set it in the high top. I had quite a few of the beef kebabs and they were tender. My friend had the grilled octopus. She said it was cooked perfectly. Not chewy. And it came with potatoes a couple different ways (mashed and roasted). It is on the appetizer menu but filled her up. I had the sea bass entree and I was thoroughly pleased with the fish. Sea bass is already a light flaky fish. It is so easy to overcook and it was perfect. It came with ginger rice and bok choy. The ginger was light and not overpowering the lemongrass in the rice. This dish definitely 10/10!!!! The Seven Sidecar was good. I love a good sidecar. I would have put just a dash more grand marnier in it. We met one of the owner and he was telling us about him and the other 6 owners (7 ) came up with the name of the restaurant. It's 7 deadly sins, lucky number 7, seven is number of angels, 7 of them, etc.... I thought that was pretty cool. He was very personable and humble. You would not even had known he was an owner unless you talked to him. I enjoyed my dining experience. More FYIs. There is valet but the garage connected to it is also free self parking. There is a nice patio outside. It's a tad bit overpriced because they are going for the upscale dining feel.

Came for dinner service with a large group for a friend's birthday. Club/Restaurant atmosphere giving off a Vegas vibe. There's a live DJ and the music definitely got louder and louder as the night went on. Dancers came out later and even moved around the room from table to table, creating a very lively environment. Good photo op outside patio with a beautiful sign. Our waiter was very attentive, food/drinks all came out in a very timely manner. The cocktails were very fancy, I ordered the King Salmon and got to try some other appetizers dishes, desserts we shared around the table. It's a fusion theme with Asian/Mediterranean mix. I would say the food was cooked well but not worth the high price tag perhaps (It was even higher on the menu than what it listed online, $48 for a small piece of salmon and $63 for sea bass) Overall the ambience is a little too loud for me for a sit-down meal, but the decor is nice to checkout and a good place for drinks and live entertainment.

I picked this restaurant randomly, even did not look at the reviews. I am so glad we picked this high class restaurant for our celebration! Whole experience , from valet parking by really nice guy Jose- to very end of the dinner- was amazing! I made reservation by the phone , and manager Martin gave as the best table booth- ( thank you , Martin!)when we walked in right away I realized the owner has exclusive taste and picked all employee very thoroughly. Can't ask for the better waitress as Tania was great, very professional, polite ,prompt and very knowledgeable . They were very considering with accommodating My elderly Moms diet, food was very delicious( yes, everything we ordered) , atmosphere was high class, decoration - aristocratic, view beautiful and everyone very professional and friendly. Just curious ~ what Se7en means? Very cool name ! Thank you for making our very special occasion- extraordinary wonderful experience! Just want to add that just before I started writing my review I quickly scanned through the other few reviews, and was surprised how ridicules remarks people write about.. I work with public - and I know it is not possible to please every body .. there will always be complains : it is too cold, too hot , too loud, to quiet, to much entertainment , not enough fun, windows too big , napkin to square,and list goes on and on .... So, great restaurant, really enjoyed and - We Will be back! ( sorry for mistyping , time to sleep , lol)

Ambiance is a vibe, there was a belly dancer on Friday night she would come out every 30 min. In diff outfits and props. The vibe is like Mediterranean Miami vibes. The food I would give a a 7/10. Only thing is the food came out a little cold. The sushi was very promising. Sometimes you never know the quality the sushi in a non Asian restaurant. I enjoyed it. There was a cucumber Colin's drinks which I did switch the gin for for vodka. My friend enjoyed her octopus. I would skip the $4 bread service. The parking was valet or paid parking garage.

Se7en is located on the second floor, so you take the elevators up. Valet parking is available. What a night! The newest club restaurant off Kirby was LIT. Blue velvet seating, chandeliers, cabaret/burlesque dancers, a wide range of music with a DJ, and an accompaniment of a trumpet, bongo drums, and an electric guitar was all the vibes. A friend of ours knew someone important who had invited a group of friends from the rodeo the night before, plus us 5 ladies. I think they're building engineers and such. Anyway, we were treated like VIP, and he paid for all the food and drink. Many thanks!! Do I remember and know his name? Absolutely not. You know why? The music was so loud, I could barely hear the person speaking next to me without getting all up in their space. Lol. I did say bye to the mystery man before I left, so that should count. I've never had Dom Perignon champagne and probably never will, so I was glad to try it. It was tart, bubbly, and not too dry. I liked it. What I loved most was the glowing text on the label. I'd save the bottle just because. We opted to order cocktails and appetizers at Bloom & Bee, so we could eat here for dinner. The food was delicious. The salad looked fresh, but I didn't try it. I had the prime beef kebabs which was an appetizer. It had sautéed red onions and parsley. The meat was tender and flavorful. It was great dipped in the hummus we ordered. The hummus came in a large dish with a side of pita. We enjoyed that. And of course, I had to order the homemade French fries. If anyone knows me, fries are my weakness. I will usually order this for myself...or the table. It did taste homemade and was seasoned with salt and cracked pepper. It was just a tad salty for me, but if you like salt, go for it. It was a little crisp and soft inside. If you like crispier fries, this may not be for you. I also had the Feel Collins, but I didn't like it much. It was too sweet. It needed something tart added. The dancers were beautiful and dressed in coral ombré tones. They took turns dancing on the platform next to us and at the front. The lady who played the trumpet with the DJ music was amazing. She killed it. Also, the bongo drummer was so intense but really cool. He let me and my bestie join him in playing the drums! Great experience. The performers were nice about people taking photos of them and with them. So, walking towards the restrooms was interesting. If you've ever dined at MAD, you'll understand. The hallway leading to the bathroom here isn't as long, but it did get crowded with people taking photos...all women. Who doesn't love a photo op that feels like Kusama's infinity room exhibit?! There are 3 stalls in the women's restroom. The soap and paper towel dispensers were automatic but not the toilets or sink. All of it needs to be automatic, and the space needed to be bigger and more elegant to match the rest of the restaurant's ambiance. The restaurant was freezing, and we were seated right where the AC vents were. It was cold outside, too. We kept asking them to turn it off, which they did, but someone turned it on again. Overall, this was a place that had an eclectic group of people that you can tell came from money or has money. I enjoyed, but I probably won't go back, unless it's another event invite.

We happened to come during happy hour and ladies night, which we weren't aware of until our waiter let us know! All appetizers were half off to our surprise! Our waiter suggested his favorites and was very attentive to us. The char grilled octopus was amazing! The buttery potatoes paired perfectly with the peppery octopus. The prime beef kabobs were nothing special. They were beautifully plated, but the meat could've been more flavorful. It wasn't really "Mediterranean" as described. As far as ambience, I would definitely come in the night or on the weekend to see how the place transforms. (The bathrooms were gorgeous! I loved the rustics vibe of the mirrors on the windows with a view of rugged buildings lol!)

This place is racist. They do not like Black people. I was here last night with a very elite group of colleagues looking to scope the scene out after our work week. A security guard almost rolled his ankle trying to run to the door and tell a friend to remove his hat. Understood. But. Relax. We asked for 6 espresso martinis, a kabob appetizer, and 2 glasses of red wine. We were not offered a drink menu. We were not asked what kind we wanted. So. What we received was a check for $500+ dollars. Upon reviewing the drink menu that a fellow yelper posted they DO have a red wine for $60+ a glass. However. When asking for a GLASS of wine in an establishment like this why not ASK which or what kind we want. I am very familiar with the process of uncharging. I work in the industry. For a $500 tab. For THIS. It's giving biased and racist and I'll make sure everyone on all my media platforms is aware.

We made a reservation for a Friday night a few weeks ago because I was looking for a fun, entertaining date night for my birthday. The food was good, nothing too exciting but if I had to go back, I would get the dishes again. We got the wagyu burger, salmon on crab fried rice, and pollo dumplings. We also got the bread pudding and it was so good. I saw they had entertainment on the weekends starting at 7:30, so I was looking forward to a fun evening. We got there at 7:30 and the place was somewhat empty, but I understand places like that typically get busy later. Around 8pm, I asked the manager when the entertainment was coming on and they said no longer do it on the weekends, only on Thursday evenings and Sundays. I was like huh? Why would you take it away on a weekend? But we were there until about 9:30 and while it did get busy, it was never at full capacity. I assume they could no longer justify the expense. Overall, it's a cute date spot or fun girls evening, but manage expectations on entertainment. We went to CIEL afterwards for a drink and the vibes were totally different and what I was looking for at Se7en. So if that's what you're expecting, just go to CIEL.

Beef prime kabobs are a must * I was here for a friends bday dinner. The staff seemed overwhelmed with our table of 40 and wasn't quite organized for this amount of people. They don't have much, of a beer selection, but their cocktail menu, and presentation of the drinks are phenomenal. The waiters were extremely professional and polite but when it came to the food and delivery of it was subpar. Also the chicken course and NY steak was not very good. The baklava was the best I ever had! I really enjoyed that dessert. The dancer was very entertaining and sexy! I'm glad my husband wasn't there to see her! Haha Overall; In my opinion, this place is great for a drink. I would not waste time on the food. Except for the appetizer, I suggested in the beginning if this post.

honestly I was expecting a bigger menu of more Arab/ Mediterranean options but it was a pretty small menu. I did feel like it was overpriced tbh especially cause some of the things we ordered was with no side and the drinks are pretty pricy too! The service was 10/10 tho they messed up my order was quickly fixed the issue. I would still come back!

Okay, move over Ciel. We really enjoyed Seven! A group of friends and I went out for HRW. We had a great server. Her name is Florence. You should totally ask for her. Even in sitting down we were treated so kindly. However, something weird is going on with the number of menus they have at the restaurant but I'm sure that's a quick fix. Cocktails are decently priced and named after the seven deadly sins. Performers create the vibe. And the food was surprisingly delicious. Who says you can't eat at a vibe dining restaurant?! I had the prime rib with mushrooms and onions and steak tartare as my starter. Yum. I don't know if the menu has any direction though because one of my friends had sushi? Lol. Dessert could have been skipped but an overall really enjoyable experience.

Very nice experience. Our waiter, Turkish Erik was fantastic. We did have to wait a while for our table even with a reservation, but we waited at the bar and it was nice. The food is really good. It is rare to find a restaurant with a nice ambiance, good food, good drinks, and good service.

First of the service was exceptional! The food was very good, and the drinks were tasty. The decor was beautiful. We went on a Sunday for brunch and it was not packed at all. They are still building their day crowd. I have heard and seen pics of the weekend vibe and it looks entertaining and fun. I def will try them out for weekend vibes. It's a little pricey, but I enjoyed my experience.

The place is so beautiful and location is great. That's where the positives end. We had a dreadful experience on a Wednesday evening with less than 10 tables full the whole time we were there. The menu is small and extremely overpriced. Portions are very small. We had the Greek salad that consisted of a few tomato slices, some feta chunks and micro green garnish. We asked for lettuce to provide some substance and the chef "approved" the request. Food came out randomly with one person served well ahead of others and entrees being served before salads. They don't know who ordered what so they just yell out Greek salad like a taco truck. Service was painfully slow and rude. The manager argued with us. There was no entertainment. Sad experience.

Just went here for dinner, they recently had a chef change so the menu changed as well. It went from Asian fusion to Latin Mediterranean fusion. I was nervous since it's not really the cuisine I go for, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing!!! Drinks also great. I got the Pride drink, it was sweet but smoky. Super good. To eat for appetizers we got the Flounder ceviche and shrimp empanadas. Both were very good and had a great flavor. For entrees, we got the prime ribeye and the lobster risotto. Both were fantastic and great portion size. Would recommend coming here for a bite and some drinks!

We loved our "social hour" visit to se7en. We had the empanadas, skewers, hummus, arancini. Everything was so tasty. We had their equivalent of espresso martini and smoked old fashion , which were excellent for $10. Our server was Eskander and he spoiled us!!!! He needs a raise. We will be back for social hour!!!

Came here for our anniversary and it was a bit of a let down. We spent almost $400 between the two of us and didn't even get an anniversary dessert. We noticed two other tables were given desserts with a candle that must have spent way less than us. You would think the 7 partners that they have would have at least noticed that. They did come to our tables and it was a little over kill with the customer service. You can tell It wasn't genuine. Anyways, we"ll see how long they last.

I couldn't decide between 2 and 3 stars, so I'll give Se7en the benefit here. The restaurant is beautiful--in a flashy, club-y kind of manner--and it's great people watching. But it's ridiculously expensive and, in my opinion, more style over substance. We paid $57 for two cocktails at the bar--the drinks were good, but not that good. My cocktail contained prosecco, and I saw the bartender pouring La Marca prosecco into my glass as he prepared the cocktail. Don't get me wrong--I like La Marca and use it often (particularly for mimosas!), but I was just surprised that they only used a $12 bottle of wine for a cocktail that cost almost $30. Anyhow, if you want a club dining and drinking experience with fun people watching, this is the place to go. But if you're more about the food/drinks themselves than the experience, you might look elsewhere. Just my two cents, each to his/her own!

More of a 3.5 stars. Service, drinks, and food were fine but there was no entertainment other than standard music on Tuesday. Se7en is located on the 2nd floor in the same building as Pinstripes. There's $10 valet or garage parking. If you valet take the elevator to 2R. If you park on the second floor, take the elevator to 2R so it opens to the hostess stand for Se7en. The restaurant itself is sleek and chic. Our server was personable and attentive. Food was overall good. The octopus was a slightly over cooked and, personally, the torched salmon roll had too much rice. Kind of hard to gracefully eat it in one bite. The shish kebab was perfectly cooked and fries were crispy and hot. The restaurant wasn't packed so we were able to enjoy our bottle of rosé and chat without feeling rushed after we completed our meal. Per the website Se7en is "Houston's first true entertainment restaurant/dramatic entertainment." I wished it was indicated somewhere on the website which days they actually have that because without it, it's just falls into any other regular restaurant in the sea of new openings in Houston.

Second time here, the restaurant looks very nice and I was very impressed with the food the first time. This time my food was NOT COOKED. I ordered the organic chicken and it was served UNDERCOOK. The waiter just say he was sorry, didn't offered to replaced the dish and NO management showed up at the table to apologize for the inconvenience. it's such a disappointment that a beautiful place like this it's not consistent with their food.

One of the nicest and romantic, yet hyped places centrally located on Kirby. From the outside to the inside, the owners went all out on decor. Beautifully designed coupled with great staff. Please ask for Esay (E-say) when you stop by. He is the server on weekdays and bartender on Friday/Saturday. Now, the menu was refined with simplicity, not overwhelming with choices. They have lots of good drinks, but my stomach could only fit so much of food and drinks. If you are in the area, please come check them out!!! ChowChow Time!!!

Nothing about this restaurant screamed to go back. HIGHLY OVERPRICED. I went as a guest for a reservation of 15. Nobody explained the group menu requirement to the guests . Which was we HAD to order off a set menu which was the restaurants most expensive options. The only 4 main plus options. Now price wouldn't have been an issue If the food was actually enjoyable but it wasn't . Regular plates with a bunch filler words to make them sound good. No side options for my steak?? My "organic"'chicken tasted like fajitas. The dessert even sucked. Gave me cruise dessert vibes. To top it off, someone who claimed he invested with the restaurant (an obnoxious white man) came to our table making us feel real uncomfortable. Bragging about black women he has slept with. Showing our table their pictures , naked mind you. He then came to our table saying "bitches and hoes"'when Kendrick Lamar came on. The only decent song they played all night mind you. Never again. Not worth it. The drink was pretty though

First things first, this place is gorgeous! It's giving Vegas with a splash of Miami, vibes. They have dancers, a DJ [he only played house music ], sparklers (the safe kind that won't burn your hair) Everything is chic & unique, & well thought out...even the layout is nice. No matter where you're seated you can see the action. Great photo ops, they even have a patio with a flower wall; it's beautiful. The drink names caught my attention & piqued my interest, as if a $26 cocktail didn't do that already. Nonetheless, the drink was delish, and the presentation was on point. Now the food...eeeeh, leaves a lot to be desired. The menu wasn't giving what I needed this place to give. Not many options, so don't come hungry. I had the skewer and it was good, don't get me wrong. But I was just looking for more options. I would come back here again (on a full stomach) to pre-game at the bar & enjoy the vibes.

This restaurant gives you a very interactive experience. The music was a bit too loud for my liking. But I enjoyed the experience. Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The food was pretty flavorful and the drinks were very tasty. Overall I had a pretty good experience.

Food here was just okay for me, I ordered the sea bass and the fish was flavorful but the rice and bok choy was a little bland in my opinion. Also ordered the torched salmon roll and it was good but definitely not worth the price. Our reservations were at 8:45pm and the restaurant was not busy at all and there was one belly dancer throughout our time spent there and she came out maybe every 20-30 minutes. Wish there was more entertainment, maybe it was that we went on a Friday or maybe there is more entertainment later throughout the night, but the dancer was still entertaining. Lots of seating and patio seating as well, inside of restaurant is beautiful and there are cute photo ops. Our server was attentive at first and then we couldn't really find them as the night went on. Automatic 22% gratuity is added on checks that are over $100. Would probably return for cocktails and to see the entertainment again.

This was an experience from The drinks to the entertainment . The show was awesome and it the fire breathing belly dancer. The food was ok but drinks were awesome! You do have to pay for parking just fyi

Capitivating, mystique and entrancing vibe, Se7ven is one of my favorite upscale spots in Houston. The menu and signature drinks keep me coming back for more. Excellent for group events and date nights. I highly recommend if you want to feel like you are in another dimension of fine dining.

Food: amazing I had the sea bass plate and the fish was cooked perfect the mash potatoes melted in my mouth 10/10 Drinks: Overpriced (my opinion) I had a seven side car which was $20 and my sister had the lust for $22 closed on that tab and it was $50 dollars because they charged an entertainment fee Ambiance: the vibes of this restaurant was so different!(in a good way) The entertainment will keep you entertained. Hookah was offered out on the balcony. Dancer was great and set a sexy vibe. Great restaurant for date night. Service: My waiter was horrible, we waited at the table after being seated by the hostess for at least 30 mins before the waiter came out with menus. Throughout the whole time dining we had to constantly ask other waiters in passing if they could get our waiter. The manager happen to ask us how services was going doing a check in guest and that was our only complaint. We were told they were super short staffed. Overall price: Expect to spend well over $100 per person.

Both stars given are 100% for the lovely hostess MJ and our server April. They extended hospitality to every guest and hustled all evening. It was commendable. I, in good confidence, cannot recommend the food here. My group of 3 did the restaurant weeks menu. We all chose various sushi related appetizers. While tuna is common in many rolls, they had a tuna roll that contained canned tuna (which was not explicitly stated on the menu). It was not good. The seared salmon roll we got was overly sauced and no one was able to taste the salmon, rice, cucumber, or avocado. Finally, the crab app was good, but for the vibe and cost they shouldn't be using imitation crab. Me and another person ordered sea bass. The food was brought to us at the same time and the dishes were like night and day. One was blackened with a thick overwhelming grin ginger miso sauce and the other was slightly undercooked with a thin ginger miso sauce. The most frustrating was that they were out of every dessert, but baklava. When it was time to get our dessert which we ordered 45 minutes prior to our meal, we were informed the chefs hadn't prepared it and it was just making its way into the oven and that we would need to wait an hour. At that point we asked if we could just get it boxed once it was finished cooking. When we all finally tried it the next day, we felt it was overly salted and tossed it. All in all, I can understand the appeal of Se7en. It has an instagrammable vibe and good mixed drinks from what I witnessed. However, as a restaurant, I wouldn't recommended it.

Wonderful night. I made reservations but they were booked but it worked out that we dined at the bar. Bartenders were super nice and accommodating. We decided the Lust cocktail (perfect and classy), smoking salmon (absolutely delicious), and beef kebabs (dry, I should have ordered medium rare) were enough food and it was for us. Dancers were a great addition to the entertainment. Dj was ok and gave a chill vibe.

Really bad experience, food was undercooked. The smoke from the kitchen came to the dining area, my eyes were itching and left with an impressive food odor. I like to give constructive feedback always but on this case the Management left us so disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

Excellent Ambience and great vibe! This is a beautiful place to hang out in, the crowd exquisite and the food is great! The service and entertainment is also totally on point! Reminds me of a Miami Vibe. My new favorite destination in Houston!
