Loved this spot!! Well balanced flavors and not overly sweet. The black velvet sesame cake and savory pocket pies were my favorites, followed by the corn thyme biscuit and Gochujang bun. The chocolate chip cookie was good not great. Friendly staff and no major line (went 9:30 on Saturday). Some outdoor seating. Will definitely be back soon

I am so happy we have this in the city. The Black Velvet Sesame Cake is unreal. If you’ve had Korean rice cakes with the black sesame seed filling, this cake’s icing tastes like it. The doenjang caramel buns were delicious. The doenjang is subtle and not strong. The shop inside is cute.

So happy with this new place in my neighborhood!! The pastries are super creative and taste amazing. As a Korean, I was a little unsure about the doenjang caramel roll since doenjang can smell pretty strong, but it was actually really mild! I could taste just a tiny bit of that savory flavor, and it worked so well. Such a clever way to use Korean pastes—I was seriously impressed!

Insanely good new bake shop in the neighborhood!!! I loved the gochujang roll, it was amazing. The sesame cookie was also delicious. They sell out of some items early, so I’ll have to come back to try more items earlier in the day! There are a few seats inside at the window but not many.

I stopped in here to try a few pastries after seeing a TikTok about it. Everything is delicious! I will definitely be returning. It’s very small and cozy inside so I just got a few things to go eat in Rittenhouse (a 5-10 minute walk from here, fyi if you’re from out of town). I would like to try their coffee next time I go, I think that I saw they do matcha as well.

This little bakeshop is so cute! They have a great selection of pastries, of various levels of sweetness, and excellent coffee! The location couldn't be more convenient or walkable, and the staff is very friendly. Two thumbs up!

Such amazing flavors! I had a mushroom bulgogi hand pie, right from the oven. So glad I live in the neighborhood bc I'll definitely be returning.

Love! I tried and ate everything @ soft opening so there were no clear prices & no pics… just rave reviews. Great cappuccino, love the kimchi puff pastry pie, loved the melty soft, sweet & salty doenjang caramel bun (the caramel is a dream). I wish the gochugang roll and mushroom pie had more flavor and spice, not a buckwheat fan so I thought the cookie was okay. The space itself is a dream- the ceramic cups, the tiny sitting nook (note there is only one), the light fixtures, the variety of sweet and savory pastries, the art, the kind staff.

Too many good things to say about this cute lil cafe, delicate welcoming interior. There was no a single item we got that we didn't like: black sesame cake, pistachio lime cake, coffee injeolmi streusel cake, pocket lies were all 100. We actually had to come back for the scallion gochujang and caramel dwenjang buns because they were already sold out as their best sellers so we had to wait for the next batch. The lady at the front kindly fulfilled our request to have one of each flavor set aside for us to come back and pickup in another hour, really appreciate it! This shop has so many unique and intentionally curated flavors stemming from the owners Korean American origin. Will definitely be visiting whenever I'm back in town, would highly recommend going to check out and trying anything!

adorable new korean-inspired cafe by rittenhouse square! my friend and i swung by this cafe sunday afternoon. we were excited to try the korean-inspired pastries, but sadly there weren't that many available. we shared the gochujang cheese scallion bun which was delicious. even though it looked like a cinnamon roll, it was more of a savory pastry. they did have a sweet version that we didn't try. i really wanted to try the kimchi ricotta pockets, but they were sold out. i'll have to swing by earlier, it seems like the pastries are popular! the reason i can't give this spot five stars is that the drinks were subpar. i ordered a hot matcha with vanilla which tasted grainy and bitter despite the vanilla and sweetener. my friend had the vanilla latte which she also did not enjoy. i would not try another drink here. i love how sunlit this cafe is, but it is rather small and there is limited seating by the windows. the workers here were very sweet and happy to answer our questions!

AAHHHH I am thrilled that this long-awaited bakery is finally open in Graduate Hospital! The interior is stunning but where Seaforest shines is in the pastry and baked good department. We went later in the day and grabbed a corn and thyme biscuit and a slice of the sweet potato spice cake. Both were perfect in texture/moisture and beautiful. I'm so excited to try their coffee (they serve Caphe Roasters) as well as their other treats, many of which boast Korean-influenced flavor profiles. This spot is definitely filling a hole in the Philly bakery scene + in the neighborhood. Service was sweet and friendly!

Cute little space filled with amazing goodies, all the desserts and pastries look so tempting. Not only are they beautiful, but they taste delicious too. The coffee is smooth and strong. Definitely get the coffee and pair it with their cookies it's the perfect combo to start your day.

This shop is very cute inside and the staff is friendly. Lots of creative offerings, including the gochujang roll. Will definitely be back to try more!

Great new place!! I had the vanilla latte and the cinnamon/sticky bun! So cute in there, not a ton of seating but i took my drink and treat to go :) the barista was so helpful and so friendly! Definitely check them out !
