Ordered food, which was then marked as delivered 20 minutes later and of course had not arrived yet. 10 minutes pass and i decided to contact customer service and was told my food was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, no food, so I contacted customer service again and a new rep told me that my food was still at the restaurant and waiting to be picked up. Lie number one. Then, I ask for a refund since I obviously was being played. The second rep then tells me that my refund was issued. Upon asking for a confirmation email, the second rep told me "you will receive it". Another 5 minutes pass and no confirmation. I ask for it again and am told "one moment please" Another 5 minutes pass and STILL no confirmation email. From there I decide to end the chat, because I know I had just wasted 20 minutes of my time.
I then decide to give their Corporate office a call to see if I can get transferred over to their Customer Service department. After reaching someone and being placed on hold, I was hung up on. Decided to call back again, then placed on another 10 minute hold as he investigates the problem. I decided to simply take a loss on that 30 dollars that I spent, since it was quite clear that no one was going to help me.
Absolutely terrible, terrible customer service. From what I remember, their Customer Service used to be much better. It seems as if though they are either outsourcing these scammers and liars. Stay away, if possible. There are many other great delivery companies our there.
