to be perfectly honest, it’s a solid pizza spot in south lake union, great if you’re nearby, though it might feel mid compared to other areas (both cost & taste considered). service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is. staff shortage shows, and outdoor dining is slower, but still an easy drop-by with decent food

I had an amazing experience at Seattle Pizza and Bar! From the moment my wife and I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and full of great energy. The restaurant is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the vibe and enjoy great pizza. The service was top-notch; and Lindsey was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our dinner. I know when pizza is good based on if my wife eats the crust or not and she did not hesitate to eat this pizzas crust. Absolutely incredible — fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and a great variety of flavors. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I would not recommend this place unless you are looking for mediocre and overcharged food, and servers with an unwelcoming attitude. Our total bill came out to over $70; however, we were neither satisfied with the food, the service or the overall vibe of the restaurant. We were really looking forward to this place as it checked all the boxes on paper for a great pizza place in terms of proximity, a variety of draft beer and convenient store hours. We were especially excited that this new location was brought closer to us since we had a prior pleasant experience at the Belltown location. However, the actual experience, food quality, and overall atmosphere failed to meet even the bare minimum standards: 1) The service was truly awful - the server stopped paying attention to us in the very beginning and made it very clear that they did not want to interact with customers. We have a long list of complaints solely about the service: - The server the check at us before all of our food came out. They were only two additional tables so they clearly were not busy. - The server forgot to bring salad sauce - we had to pin down the server several times to even address as they were not at all concerned about our experience. - She eventually forgot the Ranch sauce as well for the wings ; however, we gave up as we did not want to flag down the server again. - Although the server had thrown the check at us earlier on, she did not even bring take-out boxes. - The owner was never present at the restaurant, and the servers were unattentive and rude. 2) Most of the food had poor quality considering the higher price point compared to other pizza joints. I was looking for artisanal pizza quality but was left with an experience even less satisfactory than a nearby fast-food pizza chain. The pizza dough was tough, rigid and tasted at equivalent or lower quality than Domino's for 3x the price. The Garlic Parmesan wings were very salty (even though we had put the Garlic Parmesan sauce on the side), tasted like they were bought from a nearby grocery store, and were burnt. The sauce for the Chef salad was pre-purchased. Finally, the Pilsner tasted flat even though the restaurant was advertised as a bar. 3) The ambiance in the restaurant was very bare and unsanitary. There was an awkward, hollow space in the middle for pick-up and a back-seat area, which made the restaurant feel more empty. Also several, large flies were flying around and continued to approach our food and beer, which made our appetite disappear.

Great service from Andrew. My partner and I sat at the bar. We felt well taken care of and had a nice time. Would come back if we’re in the neighborhood. Mozzarella sticks def pass the cheese pull test.

Lindsey is one of the best bartenders/mixologists I've ever had. She is a phenomenal service expert. The pizza and the rib tips were outstanding. Some of the best I've had in Seattle, It's a deep-dish style, not quite in New Jersey or New York style, but it is delicious. The service and atmosphere are unparalleled. I'll come back here a thousand times.

Food was delicious!! Our server Lindsey M was wonderful and nice! Everything came out delicious. The crust the pizza was so cheesy!! I loved it 20/10. Honestly out of all the pizza places we’ve visited thus far this one is top tier! Atmosphere great! Music loved it!

The food here is amazing! The honey mustard wings were crispy and flavorful, and both the butter chicken and BBQ chicken pizzas were packed with taste. The Mediterranean salad was super fresh and balanced everything out. Great spot with chill vibes if you're ever in town. Will definitely coming back

Delicious and unique. First time in Seattle before a cruise. Looking for some quick tasty food, decided on wings and pizza. This place had good reviews and now I know why. Just as advertised, fresh food. Quality ingredients. I had the mango habanero (not listed on the menu) wings, feta fries and chicken bacon pizza. 10/10. Stop reading the reviews, the hype is legit, try them out

We were in Seattle to see My Chemical Romance at T-Mobile Park. Our hotel (Silver Cloud Lake Union) had no food service and we asked the front desk for a pizza recommendation and they said Seattle Pizza and Bar. Online ordering was easy, unlike a couple of other restaurants we'd tried that wouldn't accept our Canadian credit cards. Too bad for them! We ordered a pizza without having any idea if it would be great or terrible, or even show up, and hoped for the best. The confirmation said arrival would be 60 minutes, which seemed a bit much, but nothing we could do about it. We were pleasantly surprised when 1/2 hour later we got a text saying the pizza was outside our door, which it was, and what a pizza! Just what we hoped for but didn't really expect, a beautiful loaded pizza with luscious cheese we could actually see! It seems lately cheese is a minor component of a pizza, at least where we live (Vancouver BC). This was a generous pile of lovely crust, savoury toppings and gooey cheese. It was pizza perfection, and still warm. We gobbled that thing up right sharpish! This pizza was $26.99 with $7 delivery. With a tip, taxes and whatever else is charged in Seattle, plus currency exchange, by the time it appeared on my Canadian credit card it cost me over $50! Luckily it was so good and really hit the spot at the time I hardly care. Thank you, Seattle Pizza and Bar, for helping us enjoy our visit to your beautiful city!

Came in around 2:50 on a Thursday and the place was empty which makes sense. I was planning to get a pizza slice lunch deal that ends at 3:00 pm, but ended up deciding to get a calzone since the stuffings sounded good. The very nice woman working let me know it would take about 15 min which was fine with me. I paid and sat near the bar while waiting. The space is super comfortable with a ton of seating and TVs playing a variety of sports and events, at one point the workers started cheering for the rubix cube competition happening. There's also a really nice and big outdoor patio! My food came out, and I took it to go. It was great! As with most calzones, it was quite big and definitely 2-3 servings for me. It also was well stuffed with really flavorful toppings. I would definitely try other options and their pizza in the future!

Great pizza and salads. The service provided by Lindsey was excellent, she very attentive considering she was working the bar area alone. Great place for a pizza and beer.

They have vegan pizza which I didn't realize until I was placing my order! Super cool! Their sizes go from like a personal sized pizza (small maybe 10"?) to medium (13"?) and then on to larger more typical pizza sizes. Cost wise it was kinda pricey for just pick up relative to portions, but it was tasty. The garlic bread is more like bread sticks or like pizza dough that's baked and then covered in garlic butter, but I liked it. My partner did not because he was expecting more traditional garlic bread. The server was great and the order was ready and well packaged when it said it would be. It went in where the pho place used to be so it's got an indoor and outdoor seating area, including a bar inside. Ambiance seems like a good place to catch a game and have some pizza and beer with friends.

I enjoy their pizza, and pizza by the slice option. I've been in a few times to Seattle Pizza and Bar and have enjoyed my visits each time. Very fast, casual, clean place to grab a quick bite.

Firstly, i would like to acknowledge the awesome customer service Claire gave us. She was a very attentive human being with a beautiful soul. Secondly, we had the jalapeño poppers and meat lovers pizza with jalapenos and everything was delicious. The pepperoni had that crisp on the edges and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The perfect blend of flavors and balance of crust to toppings. Just go here and see for yourself.

Walked there late at night from our hotel post concert! This pizza slapped! We got the butter chicken and pepperoni! Both were immaculate! Love that it's late night! There patio was cute! Were some other folks getting pizza late night on there prior and bar! We grabbed our pizza to go! We were in and out in only a few minutes they made the pizza so fast! Would definitely go back if I lived in the area or need late night muchies on a weekend trip in the future!

I had such an amazing experience at Seattle Pizza and Bar that I just had to write about it. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. It was actually my very first time here, and I can already say with confidence that it won't be my last. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible service I received from claire. She was absolutely wonderful--attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. You can tell she truly takes pride in what she does and wants every guest to feel at home. She made me feel like a regular even though it was my first visit. When it came to food,recommended the Seattle Special, and wow--she couldn't have been more right. It was hands down the star of the menu. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the balance of everything just worked together perfectly. It honestly might be one of the best pizzas I've had in Seattle, and I've tried quite a few spots around the city. On top of the great food and service, the atmosphere of the bar adds so much to the overall experience. It's a fun spot to grab a drink, enjoy some delicious food, and just relax, whether you're out with friends, on a casual date, or even just stopping in solo like I did. All in all, Seattle Pizza and Bar impressed me on every level--fantastic food, amazing service (thank you again, claire !), and a welcoming environment. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I'll definitely be bringing friends along so they can try that Seattle Special too. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, good vibes, great location. I tried the margarita pizza, it was good but not your traditional margarita pizza. I need to try the hot subs next time.

Waited nearly 20 min for fries and a slice together at 12 noon with only 2 people at the bar and 3 at a table. So I ended up walking out. Don't make it a lunch time stop!

Got a pepperoni delivered to our hotel and it hit so hard. It was a buy one get one deal so big bang for the buck. Very pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

The pizza was nothing special. The chicken tandoori pizza tasted like a regular pizza with the various ingredients (chicken, olives, etc). I didn't taste much flavor. I also ordered the cheese garlic bread, which is what you'd expect (who doesn't like melted cheese and garlic?!?). I'm generally not a fan of Seattle pizza, and although I had high hopes for an Indian inspired pizza, I was let down.

Ordered takeout for delivery to my hotel. I had a chicken Caesar salad which didn't come with much dressing and the chicken seemed almost processed out of a can. Wife had meatball spaghetti which tasted ok, but the noodles were mostly fettuccini and not spaghetti.

I was so blown away by how good this food was! But I was even more blown away by how great our bartender was. Sonya was very attentive, friendly, and funny. This place has an open seating area that is very welcoming. They have an even better patio that I can't wait to check out as it warms up. The drinks were delicious as well. Definitely recommend!!

Pizza was okay. Crust is unremarkable, and overall a bit greasy. Biggest issue was that our two pizzas came out 15 min apart and our cheese breadsticks came out another 20min later. At least they have beer.

I really wanted to like this place but the service was so bad. Minor details: the food was mid, the utensils were dirty, and the bathroom was so difficult to find it was like a maze. But the big issue was the one bartender/waitress that was working. She wasn't very friendly but she was not attentive at all. She didn't fill up my water until way after I was eating. It needed filled up 15 minutes before. She sat at the bar and watched TikTok the entire time we were there. I could hear it from my seat. At one point another table came up with their water pitcher and other glasses that need refills because she was too lazy to get up and check on them.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza (8.5/10) and the cheesy bacon fries (7/10). Pizza was great but could have had just a little more sauce. The fries were nice and crispy, however they were slightly cheap with the bacon and cheese. The staff wasn't all that welcoming but I chalked that up to being down town and getting sick of people ‍. I would return if I visited Seattle again and happened to be in the area!

What didn't go well? The pizza was absolutely amazing! The bartender Lindsey is the highlight of this establishment. Some of the best customer service I've ever come across and she made it very fun and open environment for all of us who were out of town. 10/10 recommend to come stop by and get you a drink and some pizza.
