Seattle’s New Restaurant Openings - Seattle - The Infatuation

"A smashburger ghost kitchen in a Tacoma Holiday Inn has expanded to Capitol Hill with a counter-service spot. The not-so-secret operation has gotten a bit of hype on social media for burgers topped with hot honey and other "heat challenge levels" depending on the pepper involved. They also have a halal smashburger, as well as fried chicken and shakes." - kayla sager riley, gabe guarente, aimee rizzo

Secret Burger Kitchen makes decent smashburgers and tasty fries - Review - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Secret Burger Kitchen might want to reconsider its name—the word “smashburger” spray-painted across the windows in giant letters is hard to miss. Despite its lack of subtlety, the burgers at this new Capitol Hill spot are solid and could come in handy for a late-night study break for nearby SU students or a quick lunch. The patties get a nice char and the battered fries are tasty, even if the buns are a little dry and the special sauce needs more kick. With just a few tables, a kiosk ordering system, and a constant stream of delivery pickup, this is more of a pit stop than a hangout. And while 90s hip-hop artwork and graffiti-style murals give the dining room some character, it’s a bit of a split personality—Top 40 pop blares over the speakers the whole time. Only fitting for a "secret" burger kitchen that's not all that secret, we guess. Food Rundown Unicorn Crunch Shake A creamy vanilla shake topped with a layer of Fruity Pebbles and just the marshmallows of Lucky Charms (the only acceptable way to enjoy the cereal). It’s a bit tricky to dig into at first, but once it softens up, the cereal blends well with the shake. photo credit: Kayla Sager-Riley Smash Cheeseburger This is their classic smash with just one patty. The meat’s got a good crust and that salty, griddled flavor you want, but the bready bun and piled-on toppings bury it and feel like overkill for such a thin burger—go for the double. photo credit: Kayla Sager-Riley Classic Double With Cheese The patties on this one aren’t quite as smashed as the classic version, but they still have a lacy, crispy edge and hold up way better against the heavy-handed special sauce and iceberg lettuce. photo credit: Kayla Sager-Riley Beef Smash Burger Bowl If a regular burger’s not in your plans, they’ve got a bowl that does the trick without the bun. It’s got crumbled beef, crunchy iceberg, and enough sauce and shredded cheese to keep it from feeling like a sad salad.(Probably because you still get a handful of fries on the side.) photo credit: Kayla Sager-Riley" - Kayla Sager-Riley

Amazing burger and the fries were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You walk in and order at the kiosk, which will prompt you to leave a tip. One friendly employee did walk my order to my table, but other than that there’s really no service to tip for. This is fast food and you’re mostly interacting with a computer. Serving the “large” side of sauce in a plastic syringe is an odd idea. Can’t imagine who came up with this. They seem to really want to franchise and I think this will have to be reconsidered. Good vessel for sauce, but it’s going to rub so many folks the wrong way.

This place is a must visit! The food and the staff are amazing. If you want to try a little of everything, I recommend the ECP B&W (Burger & Wings) Box w/ Cheese & Fries. It’s also perfect for two. The only challenge is parking. I included two options with the pictures below of parking structures if you can’t find street parking. The places are 4-5 minute walk from the restaurant.

Google
Not know what to expect walking into the Secret Burger Kitchen. The atmosphere was nice and music playing soft. The restaurant was clean and ambience was amazing. The owner helped us with the ordering and introduced himself to everyone and made his way to table to check on the service. The employees are nice and respectful and had good manners. The food was amazing as I ordered the burger gluten free bun, fries and go wings. My grandson ordered the chicken strips and fries and my daughter had the Philly cheesesteak. The food was hot and it didn’t disappoint. We will be coming back for more food because the menu has lots of food choices.

Google
Did the order online, it worked perfectly and on time. The fries are fantastic, good choice on the source. Easy to find parking which is a big deal. The burger is a legit smashburger! I also enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I love that i could make it a double. I will be back!

Google
Stopped in to try Secret Burger Kitchen and was seriously impressed. The smash burgers are fantastic – the crispy edges, juicy center, and fresh toppings come together perfectly. What really stood out were the sauces – bold, flavorful, and they take the burgers and fries to another level. I went for the burgers this time, because it's in the name, but the wings on the menu (and the ones I saw coming out for other tables) looked incredible – and definitely something I’ll be back to try sometime. The space itself has a cool, casual vibe with old school millennial tunes and self-order kiosks that make things quick and easy. Overall, a great spot if you want a burger with serious flavor and some unique touches you won’t find at a chain.

Google
Easy recommendation. These guys know what they're doing and they do it well. Burger was exactly what I was hoping for and the fries exceeded expectation - fresh, hot and perfectly crispy. The serving staff were both wonderfully friendly. I would include more 'regular' milkshakes on the menu so it wouldn't be too much, pairing with me burger - but this is just me. Go and enjoy with no trepidation.

Google
What a hidden gem and underrated burger spot in Seattle! I wish I knew about this place earlier because they have one of the biggest and best tasting smash burgers. I’ve tried. I love the flavors and even their fries are very good too! Very friendly service, I highly recommend and would come back!

Google
Stopped by Secret Burger Kitchen in Seattle today, October 16, 2025, around 2:00 PM during my lunch break, and I had a really nice experience overall! The place has a cool, modern vibe and was spotlessly clean from the moment I walked in. You can tell they pay attention to detail when it comes to keeping the restaurant tidy and welcoming. I liked that they have self-ordering stations, there were three of them, and it made the ordering process super easy and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had what I needed. The service was fast, and my order came out in good time, which is perfect for a quick lunch break. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. The bun was soft but held everything together nicely, and all the toppings were fresh and flavorful. You can tell they take pride in crafting their burgers, it really hit the spot. For dessert, I tried the Upside Down Pineapple Cake. It was good, but honestly, just average, nothing particularly special about the flavor or texture. The portion was quite small for the $8 price tag, which made it feel a bit expensive for what you get. The burger, on the other hand, was worth every penny. While I do think the prices are on the higher side, it might make sense given the Seattle location and the quality of ingredients they use. The overall experience, from cleanliness to service to food was very positive, and I left feeling satisfied. I’d definitely come back again to try one of their other smash burgers since the one I had was excellent. It’s a great spot for a quick, tasty lunch with a clean environment and efficient service. Secret Burger Kitchen is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving a well-made burger!

Yelp
I ordered a burger. Not gonna lie it was a pretty good burger. Nice presentation, seasoned well, even the fries had a special "crispy on the outside, soft on the inside" sort of je ne sais quoi. What made this visit special was Sam! She knew everything about how the food was prepared, what made it taste so wonderful, and what made the environment compliment the food! I was blown away with the different things she shared with me. DEFINITELY coming back for Burgers!

Yelp
I'm sorry, Secret Burger. Truly, I am. I could not keep your secret. I had to tell so many people about you! I was in Seattle visiting family and decided to pick up lunch and wanted a burger. I didn't realize I'd stay and have a burger, chicken wings and a shake! I saw the menu and HAD to sample a bit of everything. Touch screen ordering. If you know what they have, super easy. First time, take your time. Can be a lot to decide what to get. We ordered 2 burgers, the Maharaji wings, some fries, a strawberry dream drip shake and a couple of sodas. Bruh! They were all amazing!! The wings were one of the best I've ever had. Plus, a syringe of dipping sauce definitely made for a memorable experience. The place itself, really clean. Well maintained. The workers cleaned tables during their downtime. Check in with people eating. Make sure everyone is good. Really cool. Got to speak with one of the owners. Had a good conversation about their business. If you come to Hawaii, you'll kill the burger game, no doubt! ...take the hint. A great place for great food! I will be back again. The secret is out!

Yelp
I love smash burgers so I definitely worked this into the itinerary when I was in town. I definitely recommend looking at the menu online ahead of time if it's your first visit because there are so many delicious options. You can order online, or via the kiosk in the restaurant. They offer a variety of smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, chopped cheese, and burger bowls - with plant-based options for each. They also have chicken wings/tenders, a variety of sauce options, milkshakes, and a few dessert options. On this initial visit my eyes were bigger than my stomach so I ordered the ECP B&W (Burger & Wings) Box w/Fries. This option lets you choose between a classic smash burger or chicken sandwich, 4 wings in your choice of flavor, fries, and a sauce syringe. I got the burger (no lettuce, no tomato, add grilled onion and grilled serranos), hot honey wings, fries, and garlic sauce. I did the ranch syringe and added a side of garlic sauce to try. That syringe is HUGE, it's more than enough. You can't do all drums or all flats for an extra charge, I do wish that was an option. As a pepper lover I appreciate that they offer jalapeño, habanero, and serranos as toppings. I got stuffed 75% into the burger and one wing in haha. My friend ordered the Impossible Attitude Adjusta Jerk Burger and she loved it. I'd love to see burger box options that allow you to choose a secret cravings or signature smash burger option, and I think having plant-based boxes would be cool too.

Yelp
Review as of 11/22/2025 @ 10:09pm: you guessed it! Another stolen order by a driver! Back to 1 star until they get their shit together and start making sure staff ensure orders marked as picked up by deliver drivers BEFORE handing the order over. It's not that hard yall and drivers just aren't honest people. The person who allowed the order to be stolen was a shorter woman with many facial piercings. Please train her on proper delivery driver pickup etiquette Past review as they were finally ensuring drivers marked the order picked up before hanging over the order: This place has grown on me over the past few times there First review: delivery orders frequently stolen because staff doesn't ensure drivers are honest and mark orders as picked up before they receive the order.

Yelp
Out with my sister and she had the hankering for a burger and I was not familiar with the area. Just saw this place driving by and thought why not. Great burgers, tasty burnt edges smash burger with great flavor. A little on the smaller side, so if you are hungry order a double. Fries were awesome as well. Overall the place was clean, staff was friendly and brought the order to you once it was completed. These guys are definitely worth giving a whirl.

Yelp
They have a large menu of vegetarian and fully plant based options here. The vegan chicken burger was delicious. My partner enjoyed his regular burger as well. We did delivery so can't speak to service or ambiance too much but the food was well packaged and labeled nicely!

Yelp
First off, I have to praise the team at SBK. So helpful and several od them stopped by multiple times to enquire about the food. Never experienced that in a fast food establishment! The restaurant was spotless, including the bathroom and water/cutlery station. Now the food. I've had smashbugers in California but not here, and I don't have a frame of reference when it comes to pounds (I'm a gram and kilos kinda person). So choosing between à 1/3 or 2/3 pound burger stumped me. So I decided to go with the "double double" or thé signature 2/3 burger with sautéed onions and pickles. In a word: delicious! Generous amount of pickles, balanced toppings, fluffy and flavorful bun, and juicy patties, no dried out hockey pucks here! The only complaint would be that the ratio of meat to bun is off. So much of the patty hangs off the bun that you have to nibble around it until you get to the bun. But the burger is very flavorful and extremely juicy (I probably used 4 napkins). Fries are also delish. Hot, crispy, soft interior and a great spice on the exterior. I went at lunch and still wasn't hungry at dinner time. Next time I'll try a single patty. Definitely worth a visit and fairly priced.

Yelp
The food is great!! I'd suggest the hot honey wings... the wings stay crispy even after they're sauced. The seasoning on the burger meat is off the chainz delicious!!

Yelp
Fun environment, good music, fast service, friendly workers. The fries were good and crispy and the burger was cooked to perfection and flavorful. The special sauce was delicious!

Yelp
This Is our second time eating here while visiting our daughter. The customer service is very good. The food is also really good. We've had hamburgers fries, chicken sandwiches and chicken wings. Lots of seating and not too loud.

Yelp
Secret Burger Kitchen has some of the best staff I have ever experienced in a dining experience. They were so accommodating with my dietary restrictions and helped me ordering to assure my peace of mind. I loved that they had a gluten free fry and bun option. Their service was quick and attentive. My whole party enjoyed their smash burgers! And I was in love with their gluten free fries! Will definitely be back!!
google avatar

Yelp
The atmosphere was inviting! Fun & very different!! The staff was attentive dispite ordering take-out 30min prior to their closing (working EMS sometimes you get late break times!). The food came hot, was ready for pickup and they gave us a ranch in a giant syringe dispenser I loved the creativity!! It definitely elivated the first time experience we've been dying to try this place!! I had the impossible smash burger (chopped Cheese) it was well seasoned, and the bread was SUPER soft....however I'd give it 4stars instead of 5stars because it was missing cheese on my "chopped CHEESE" & also missing the tomato on the sandwich. It was seasoned enough to eat however I wanted the full experience & have everything on the sandwich I ordered (that came with it) All in all I'd give this place a 8/10 and would forsure come back!!! Maybe next time they won't forget some ingredients to my order!!! Thank you guys!! Also let's have a plant based milkshake option with oat milk or Almond milk my work partner is vegan and I think it would be a great addition to the menu!!
google avatar

Tammy L.

Yelp
So bummed I don't go to seattle u anymore. I'd be at this place more often. While I wish it was on the Eastside, I'll make a trek over i90 for their hot honey fried chicken sandwich and their amazing fries. Definitely a spot worth checking out. And even though we did our order completely through the kiosk, the staff was wonderful, friendly and checked in on us during our meal.

Yelp
Smash burgers have been put on my radar for its crispy edges. Secret Burger Kitchen caught my attention with all the writeups and social media buzz. I had an opportunity to stop by while in the Central District and First Hill neighborhoods (6/8/25). This is a great location for medical personnel plus Seattle University students and staff. I was able to find street parking around the corner. Upon entering, (orders can be placed earlier online) or at one of two touchscreen kiosks. One can dine onsite or take it to go. Interior had AI generated decor. Overhead sound system waa hopping with upbeat dance & rap music. Onsite orders are brought to your table by friendly staff...make sure to retain your numbered receipt! During this visit, we tried a 1/3 pound =2 patties & 1/2 pound =3 patties and a ton of fries. Burgers came with shredded lettuce, tomato, melty cheese, and their sauce. Kind of messy, but thankfully napkins are available. Decent first visit to their newest popular spot. The OG is in Tacoma inside a Holiday Inn, now expanding to this spot, and with a future third opening in the University District (Sept 2025).

Yelp
Smash burger fans, this is your next stop. I had the Signature Bacon 1/3 LB Smash Burger with Cheese & Fries, and WOW--juicy, crispy, cheesy perfection. That thick bacon + their mouthwatering secret sauce + seasoned smash patty = next level delicious. Every bite? Absolute perfection. Also tried the Fried Chicken Filet Sandwich (massive, crunchy, and flavorful!) and their Spicy Buffalo Wings--juicy, tender, and packing just the right heat. The fries? Seasoned, Crispy and golden, just how I like them. Generous portions with the burger and you get more with the wings too. If you love spice, their habanero and serrano pepper burgers will set your taste buds on . Watching carbs? Their burger bowls are a win--gluten-free and bun-free options available. They even have great vegetarian picks --so there's truly something for everyone! Oh and my favorite was their Chocolate Bars Shake (yes, with Lucky Charms!) and the magical Unicorn Crunch Shake with Fruity Pebbles. Thick, crunchy, creamy--not overly sweet, just right! The perfect spicy burger cool-down right there! And of course! Don't skip dessert. They have a pineapple upside down cake and a chocolate lava cake. The chocoholic in me had to get the chocolava cake and it did not disappoint. Perfect level of sweetness served with a dollop of cream. Yum! Fast service with self-checkout kiosks Friendly staff & family-friendly (high chairs available!) Great vibe Dine-in & takeout options Street parking nearby Amazing value for fresh, flavorful food This place is a Capitol Hill must-try. Whether you're craving bold heat or dreamy milkshake bliss--Secret Burger Kitchen hits the spot. Definitely going back.

Yelp
The secret is salt The flavor of the burger was pretty good, and the fries were fried beautifully, but everything was way too salty. I would even say certain bites of my burger were borderline inedible. I do acknowledge that I tend to like things less salted, but even my partner (who loves salt, and never says anything is too salty) said the same thing.
google avatar

Efrain L.

Yelp
1/3 pound, flat, crispy, packed with flavor. After trekking up the hill, that burger hit the spot. I went with the jalapeño Serrano option--solid choice. Service was on point, and the vibe feels like if In-N-Out got flipped into a hip-hop graffiti-covered fast food joint. Maybe not exactly In-N-Out, but definitely a new-age take. You order at the screen, they bring the food out. My girl thought the smash was a little too smashed, but I liked the crispy edges. Size was just right--not overwhelming, and it didn't drip all over since they serve without the paper wrap and it still wasn't messy. Different style, but it works. We both liked Smashed That Burger in Fremont a touch more on the texture side, but flavor-wise, this spot came out on top.
google avatar

Cj P.

Yelp
Saw it on TikTok so decided to give it a try. This place is pretty much just TikTok hype. The burger is overly salty and the fries are don't have much taste to them. Cheese is not melted enough. The sauce on the burger is the best thing.
google avatar

Carolyn D.

Yelp
Very good smash burgers with patties that are actually smashed. Mine was literally smashed so thin it was larger than tbe burger bun. My patty was a little bit dry but the sauce made up for it. There are also a lot of customization options when you order which is always nice. I am not a burger connoisseur but my boyfriend is and he loves the burgers here. The fries were excellent - perfectly fried and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning on them. I could probably eat so many of them if I was not full from the burger. They have milkshakes with cereal which are a good sweet treat. Mine was a bit watery (maybe it melted?) than I would prefer but I love the cereal mix in. The workers are very kind and attentive. They are patient if you have any questions while ordering at the kiosk, and always available if you need something while you are eating.

Yelp
Tried this place out about two weeks ago. It's a super cute little burger place. It's not a huge overwhelming restaurant vibe, but there's more than enough places to sit. I love that you can place your own order on the screen when you walk in, and the servers come and bring it out to you. The VALUE of this place is what drew me in originally, I saw the menu online & genuinely felt like everything was reasonably priced. I ordered the Epic B&W Box, which came with a burger (or choice of chicken sandwich), fries, 4 wings, and a syringe of sauce- all for $20!! That is nearly unheard of anywhere in Seattle, especially around this area. I added on bacon as well, which was an extra $2, which I felt like was a little steep for two strips of bacon. My friend ordered the Signature Smash 1/3 LB Burger w/ Cheese & Fries, which was $16, and added on a sauce syringe for $2. I really hope that this place doesn't just have low prices because it's a new location, because the B&W box was amazing! The burgers are fresh and great quality; the hot honey wings were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and the wings were HUGE and still crispy; the fries were crispy and fresh; and the sauce syringes are so unique and fun. I will say, the ranch tastes a lot like hidden valley, which is not my personal preference, but the SBK Sauce was soooo good. The only weird thing about our experience was that the water dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived, & instead of refilling it, the workers filled individual water cups & left them uncovered next to the dispenser. But I did like that they have to go boxes & napkins at the front for you to grab yourself. Overall, I would highly recommend this place & would absolutely go again.

Yelp
this place is SO GOOD! found this place on tiktok before we visited seattle so when we got here, we had to try it! i loved the smash patty burgers here, so good and fresh! we ordered the two 1/4 lbs classic cheeseburger box with fries and it was the perfect amount for a quick dinner. that sbk sauce is delicious!!! we loved it so much that we actually got it again another night while visiting here in seattle. the workers were really nice and the vibe inside the place was so nice, good music and good food. it wasn't super busy when we came so it was nice to just walk in and enjoy our meal. highly recommend this place if you are in seattle or planning to visit!

Yelp
Loved the foods here, though its hard to find parking spot, its really worth the wait and more.. Will recommend to our family and friends, thanx!
google avatar

Kimberly G.

Yelp
It was a nice creative fusion of burgers. We tried two different burgers and shared fries. We also tried their apple pear cider which was pretty good, it tasted like martnelli's apple juice. Impression was more of smash burger taste, they dissolve pretty quickly in your mouth and hands but it was good Loved the creative, old skool rap and street vibes it gave.

Paul S.

Yelp
The food? Unreal. The kind of delicious that makes you stop mid-bite to appreciate the moment. Secret burger has you covered. But the real secret? Joe at the Seattle location. Joe is the definition of consistent excellence. Every single time I walk in, he delivers genuine, five-star treatment that feels personal, effortless, and completely above and beyond. It's rare to find someone who cares about the customer experience as much as he does, and it shows. Joe is the kind of person who turns a great restaurant into a must-return spot.
google avatar

Marge L.

Yelp
The burger was too salty and the fries weren't very crispy. This place just opened so hopefully they get the seasoning right because the burgers could be great if they dialed down the salt!
google avatar

Gene D.

Yelp
I'm just happy the posse is back on Broadway. Sir Mix Alot's guy Maharaji has opened First Hill/South Capitol Hill in a splashy way. Like all new venues - Secret Burger will find its rhythm. The initial effort with burgers here is in the right direction. For those who eat organic but review negatively about a beef burger.... you're confused about what a burger should be. That is all.
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
Would not recommend for people with sensory issues. They have music playing quite loudly, the order screens are very close together/cramped in one corner, and the burger is spicy.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
I love me a good smash and came out to Capitol Hill and tried the double patty smash and it was top notch. There is some type of seasoning they put on the patty's that give it a unique taste that went well with it. If you love smash burgers this is definitely a spot you wanna try

Ally C.

Yelp
Wow what a hidden gem! This place was so good we had to come back twice in a week! Very flavorful and delish! Will come again when in town. Everyone that worked there was also very nice. Parking was hard to find, but still totally worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
First time here and let me tell you all something, this place is a must try. The burger was seasoned to perfection and had a little kick to it and the fries were good also. The restaurant is really clean and the art decor they gave us DOPE!! Run don't walk to try it!!
google avatar

Fumie W.

Yelp
tried the classified cheese burger 1/3 lbs with fries and strawberry dream drip shake for around $25. this is my first time trying a smash burger and it exceeded my expectations. i liked how the burger itself was not messy to eat, good amount of sauce and smaller patty. happy they're open late i think till midnight on weekends bc ill crave their fries on a night out (better than dicks drive in soggy fries *cries*). they have a variety of shakes that is worth a try!! also pretty cool street art up and plenty of indoor seating to dine in with a group of ppl. will be back again for some fries!
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
I got the combo meal to split with a friend (one burger, one chicken sandwich). Disclaimer: I eat mostly organic food, so my standards for quality are fairly high. You may have a different opinion based on the foods you eat. To each their own! To me the burger beef tastes highly processed/low quality. It did not taste very good at all. My friend described the taste like this: 'It tastes like soap'. I did not finish the burger and I love burgers. The fried chicken sandwich we got seemed to be a chicken patty like school lunch. We did not like the taste. Overall, I do not recommend the food based on the seemingly highly processed/low quality ingredients used here. If they improved the ingredient quality, I might come back to try. We got our order to-go. No complaints on service.

Yelp
Delicous burger, fries and hot honey chicken. Reasonably priced and clean restaurant. I would go again.

Yelp
Quick, delicious burger place. Really enjoyed their french fries as they have a yummy seasoning & were cooked to perfection. Good, friendly service.
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
The food was great and the service was super fast. Friendly staff and a totally chill place with good music. Idk why but their fountain sodas are better than other places. The burger bowls are a nice touch for people who don't do gluten or who don't want bread- so glad I don't have to yet eat another lettuce wrap like most burgers joints offer. They have vegetarian options too.

Mark L.

Yelp
Came here on my first night in Seattle visiting from LA. Smash burger is super well made and slightly crispy on the inside and super soft and juicy on the inside. Decor is contemporary and nice, really feels like a spot you can kick it with some friends. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great spot, would highly recommend

Yelp
The BEST new burger spot in the city HANDS DOWN... Definitely will be back to try that honey hot chicken

Yelp
The girl in the front had a attitude and wasn't welcoming at all but the food made up for it fuc that b tho

Yelp
Actual SMASH burger spot that is somewhat new to First Hill. Love the concept and ordering process. They also offer beers :) Food comes out fast and everyone working there has been super nice. Ive been twice so far and great consistency in quality. Love love love these smash burgers.
google avatar

Yelp
This is one of the best burgers spots I had in Seattle. I traveled so much and I always get all sorts of food. I ate in Houston, Philadelphia, Arizona and even Vancouver BC. This burger is made to perfection especially if you like smash burgers too. One of the best fast foods in capital hill for sure.

Yelp
Place is absolutely fire! Make sure you make the trek to Capitol Hill if you are in Seattle and get some of this amazing food. Great vibes and ask for Jareette (believe that's how you spell it). Coolest guy.

Yelp
If I could give this joint negative stars I would. Absolute worst most driest, most unseasoned patty I have ever tasted in my life. Whoever gave anything over 1 star has caucasian taste buds. The shake wasnt even a "shake" it was milk n cereal. The iced water was the best thing they had to offer.

Yelp
A bit overpriced but in comparison to "Fast Food" chains it's not that bad. Definitely a good burger and will be back when I'm in the area.

Yelp
I found that the burgers here to be adequately tasty, very neatly sized and portioned (not too large, messy or overflowing), and at reasonable prices. They aren't the best burgers I've ever eaten or anything, but certainly aren't terrible and are reasonably good food for the prices they charge in my opinion. no complaints with regards to the service or ambience either.

Yelp
I'd give this a 4.5 but I can't do half stars... Not a particularly impressive burger place, but I would come back. There's very little to complain about. If you live in the area this could be a go-to place for a burger! PRICE IS THE BEST PART- Super reasonable and I love how the fries are included in the price. I got the Hot Honey Wings, and my boyfriend got the Classified Burger, both with fries. The burger seems pretty standard. I like that their menu offers different patty sizes, and I think the spice challenge they offer is fun in concept. The hot honey wings were 9/10. The chicken itself was crispy, had juicy meat, and were a great size. They weren't spicy, but they were very honey-forward in flavor. This restaurant replaced Bonchon and unfortunately the wings from this establishment, a burger establishment, beat out the wings from the Bonchon that was here, a chicken wing chain. The fries were alright- personally I would leave them in the fryer for 30 seconds longer, but they were still crispy enough to still be okay in my book. Dipping them in the SBK sauce was good. Ambiance is nice- it's giving "casual hangout after school". You order on a kiosk, which is probably the most efficient, but the staff still walked our food to our table to deliver our food. I'm glad they did that, it kind up makes up for the lack of personability due to the kiosks. I'll be back to try more from them!

Yelp
Wasn't able to order on their kiosk and no one came out to help. Very disappointed would've liked to try them.

Yelp
The food was amazing and so are the shakes. I had the strawberry dream drip shake- yum! The hot honey chicken filet was bomb and the fries are so crispy. Cool people and cool art. Definitely coming again.

Yelp
Loved Secret Burger! I ordered online and they had 20% off coupon which I was able to use right away. I got the grilled chicken burger bowl and it was SOOO freaking good. The online ordering was easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly and welcoming upon entry. Would definitely be down to dine-in as well after seeing how clean and vibrant the restaurant is.

Yelp
I live for hamburgers and finally got in to enjoy a smash burger! Ordering super easy with two screens just inside the door. Nikko(?) had the drinks to us just about as fast as we sat down with the food not too many minutes later. Had the double smash and it was very good with everything in proper proportion and very tasty. My wife had her burger chopped and in a bowl which looked perfect and she said it was delicious. Hoping SBK will soon bring some burger excitement to Kirkland/ Bellevue!
