Delicious, healthy vegan food, and fast, friendly service. A bit pricey, a filling meal here will run a little under $20 per person (entree portion sizes are somewhat small) which is a bit too much to become a regular customer. But still a great place, glad to see delicious vegan food around.

Even better than the original location! This location is more relaxed and the staff is much friendlier and better trained. I find portions to be better at this location as well. Very chill place, love the open kitchen, friendly people, relaxing environment, & good food!! Great vegan location that will feed you till you bust. One of my favorite vegan spots. UPDATE: So sad they closed this location

We just flew in from Raleigh and were STARVING. We saw Seed on our way into town and I heard of it, so I was excited to try it. The special tacos rocked and the etouffe was awesome. Jasmine was a great server and she was so helpful in giving us local tips. So happy it was our first meal in New Orleans!

I devoured my meal which was the chickpea sandwich great staff very accommodating friendly and all around good vibes reasonably priced. Highly recommend if vegan or even just wanting lighter food options because the food is that good and I am a meat eater and no flavor was missed. Awesome place

My wife and I visited Seed when we were in New Orleans for the National Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Conference. It is the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant we have ever been to. I actually thought they were giving me tuna salad when it was made from chickpeas (Chickpea Salad). Loved the Eggplant Po Boy sandwich, the beet/blueberry juice and the Beignets.

Overall a very characterless place. They took a beautiful old space in the Marigny and completely sterilized it. Additionally, the food was bland and overpriced, and they do not know how to prepare a chopped salad. Way below par compared to other vegetarian places and too much effort is being spent on being pretentious and trendy than on producing good meals.

Today was my first time trying the food and I must say it was not pleasant. The food was very (VERY) bland and pricey. The portions are also extremely (EXTREMELY) small for the price. If one is going to charge 9-10 bucks for fries, please, make sure they’re seasoned and carefully prepared. It was ridiculous. The only reason as to why I did not react was because the workers had finished preparing it.

While this has become one of my favorite restaurants in town, whoever the dark haired older woman working the bar today was, definitely provided one of the WORST customer service experiences of my life. She was as awful as my food was wonderful, which really says a lot.
