Selina Miami Gold Dust

I had a wonderful stay at Selina Miami Gold Dustand a big part of that was thanks to Lily. From the moment I arrived, her kindness and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. She was always attentive to every detail, ensuring everything was perfect and offering great recommendations. Her warmth and willingness to help truly made a difference. Another highlight of this place is the incredible wildlife—you can even see manatees and dolphins passing by! It’s a truly special experience. Thank you, Lily, for your outstanding service! I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Good reviews are 1000% FAKE. Writing this as my whole room vibrates. There is a techno bar in the first floor and you can hear EVERYTHING. Rooms are a catfish, look way better on the photos. If you want to sleep DO NOT STAY HERE. Not even earplugs will save you. I really don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

Firstly, they have been dishonest about the rooms. The first room I received reeked of bleach. The second room reeked of weed. The furniture was worn and the bed was lumpy. The air con was incredibly loud. The bathroom floor was stained and the window shade did not completely cover the window (which meant that I had no privacy when I turned on the light). There was not even soap in the dispensers (as shown in the phots). All lies. Secondly, I booked the stay via air b and b. No where in the booking did it state that they would be hosting events as part of Art Basel Miami. The day before I arrived, I received a message from them that they would be hosting an exhibition. Ok cool...but that was far from the truth. There was an 'event' every night that went on till the wee hours of the morning. The music was thumping so loud that it vibrated the door of my room. What they failed to state is that there is a bar on site. Thirdly, they were quite explicit about security and gate codes. During my stay (4 days) I never used the security code because the gate was always wide open...especially at night. The office closes at 10pm...so the admin staff has no clue as the goings-on ons in the night. And lastly, this hotel is under new management. Though the staff is accommodating and helpful, the property needs some serious work.

This spot was perfect for an Art Basel weekend. Not only did they host an awesome weekend filled with artists and a partnership with BREZ, but they also didn’t slack in daily customer service tasks which in turn provided a great stay for us. Cheers to Lily and Viviana for providing us a wonderful experience and just being a complete VIBE💚💚

Beware—this place is a total scam! They advertise themselves as an "Airbnb," but in reality, it operates like a low-quality motel. They falsely claim that Airbnb "automatically assigns rooms" and placed us in a room that should never have been listed—right next to a club with blaring music and walls literally vibrating from the bass all night. Sleeping was impossible. To make matters worse, they fabricated a fake iMessage conversation pretending to be us in an attempt to justify themselves to Airbnb. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Avoid this place at all costs!

We are giving four stars because the staff is exceptional. I've been here two days, and every person employed here has gone way beyond the norm regarding politeness, knowledge, professionalism, and even more when solving guest issues before the guest even asked for help. Cheers to the beautiful staff, especially to the manager who found and formed a fantastic team! Ps clean large warm pool. New make over in hostel room. Very clean safe and comfortable.

Honestly we were super skeptical of this place at first because I tried to call them prior to my arrival to let them know that I was checking in late but nonetheless the check in process was super simple. We got our keys and it was busy but it was also a Friday so the parking was packed and had to park around back but not a problem since it was well lit and you get a parking pass. We got into the room and it was much better than what we thought. The room is updated and spacious the bed was a little low but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well put together and super clean. We just wish there was a TV in the room overall My wife and I enjoyed the stay we weren't able to enjoy the pool but that whole area looked like a vibe. Retro but maintained. We'd definitely stay again .

Please be warned: There is a loud bar/club that shares property space with this location making it impossible to have a peaceful nights sleep. My wife and I had a three night stay and all 3 nights (Thu, Fri, and Sat), lound ignorant drunks were yelling and hollering throughout the night on the motel grounds until the morning. The partying does not stay inside the club. When you check-in, the front desk staff gives you a parking pass to place on the dashboard for parking. However, it will be impossible to park with your "reserved" parking because the entire lot becomes bar/club parking after 8pm. The club even valet parks their guests in the motel lot. If you plan on staying here, you better not go out to dinner and think you will have a parking spot when you come back. Instead you will have to park on the sketchy street and pray your car doesn't get vandalized or broken into. This place is a complete disaster and I don't recommend anyone ever stay here. I wish there was more transparency or forewarning about the issues with this place. Also, it doesn't matter what side your room is on because club/bar goers are everywhere with no regard for motel guests. Save your vacation and do not come here.

Was here as an influencer for a content creation collab. Immediately, the staff was pretty sarcastic and rude. Checked into my room and there was hair in my shower (hadn't used the bathroom yet) and it was just overall dirty. There was no tv or entertainment- nothing. Which would be fine but I'm supposed to be recommending this place? Asked for a room change and the next one was definitely better. Overall, decent stay but the outside is sketchy. You have to walk your dogs all the way down the road to a park if you want them to use the bathroom because there's nothing but an alley behind the building. Restaurant was good but there is loud music playing all night. I liked the pool and decor but try to put a little extra work into making the rooms nicer.

The devil is in the details. Selina worldwide is all about digital Nomads fulfilling those destiny traveling the world on a shoestring and a network connection. The vibe in their chain is modern, retro and revival. It has art elements and a min old motel aura about it that makes it cinematographic in many ways. It misses one of a find furnishings with standard new pieces to make it work. Unexpected color schemes from the 1950s and it is all so appropriate as this is a classic Art Deco MiMo revival so you can picture the earth pack at the pool or Elvis in a deluxe room. The resto is fab too. Accesible prices for DNs while keeping a mood going. Noice.

Not bad at all. Extremely basic room. Which was expected. No tv, fridge, wash cloths in bathroom, no counters. If you need something quick and overnight the pricing here is great. The environment wasn't loud while I was there, I have no idea what's up w all those reviews complaining of that. The front desk staff were all friendly and kind I wish we gave half's bc this is def a 3 1/2 - 4. Again it's just very minimal and basic, but that's all was needed..

Selina dust it's a super nice place to stay. They have one of the most comfiest bunkbeds and a super nice pool area where you can swim and relax, also Selina dust hotels workers are amazingly nice like Michel and Jordan Barrera and many more. I recommend Selina dust hotel to everybody.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I'm not one to write reviews and I consider myself pretty lenient. Let's start from the top. I tried calling multiple times to speak to the front desk before I even arrived. No answer. Check in was was fine...but walking towards the room I started bad vibes. The ONLY thing the photos and the rooms had in common was the paint on the wall, even then there was white patches from where it had been fixed. There was a window above the shower that didn't even have a curtain. Bathroom floor was dirty. They had chairs though, metal chairs. No tv. And the bed? The moment I sat on it it croaked so loud I thought I was going to fall through. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before looking for another place to stay. The room just gave off bad energy and I didn't feel safe at all.

Terrible experience all around. Way more run down in person than they make it look in photos. The rooms smell like smoke even though they claim it's non smoking. The hotel staff removed towels from our room but never replaces them so we were stuck without towels more than a few times. You can hear absolutely everything from the rooms above and around you and we got hardly any sleep. The front desk people are so rude and absolutely did nothing to address any of these issues even though we asked kindly multiple times. This isn't even half of the issues we experienced. It was almost shocking how at almost every turn the Selina Gold Dust dropped the ball. Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here.

After reading the yelp reviews, we were very apprehensive about our stay. Our expectations were blown out of the park! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great pool. The room you will get does not have a mural as shown, and loud music stays on until 12pm- both things we were totally okay with, but would not be ideal for some people. The food from the diner was yummy, and we would definitely stay here again! We had to leave early and could not get our last night refunded, but that is pretty standard policy. We booked through airbnb and it was $700 for five nights after fees, but that's not terrible considering how expensive Miami is.

This place is an absolute disappointment! I will never stay at this brand hotel because of this location. We checked in our room #214 at 7pm and as soon as we got there and started to unpack, I noticed BLOOD and other white stains on the side of the bed (see pictures). It was also a "non-smoking" room which reeked of cigarettes and had a burn mark on the bed. We went downstairs and reported this. We were given another room #208. We dragged all our stuff back up just to find that room was being renovated. All the furniture was in the middle and the walls were being painted. At this point, we did not trust that this hotel was capable of providing us accommodations we paid A LOT for $($550 for 3 nights). It was now about 8:30pm and we went back to the front desk to report the room and ask for our money back. They only refunded us for 2 nights because they said we "already checked in." We asked to speak to a manager and the manager over the phone said the system wouldn't allow for a refund for that night but he will speak to his manager and get back to us tomorrow. We never received a call and when we contacted them to follow up, they said they were working on it. 3 days later, I received a bill that stated we were charged for one night because "we used the room." This is unacceptable and we will not allow these people to scam us. They DID NOT provide the service we paid for and they have the audacity to charge us for it! A health inspector needs to get in that hotel stat!!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! We canceled the reservation online a week before our booking date started. Today we got charged from this place. At the time of cancellation we never received any email from them but on the website said canceled successfully. After talked to customer service they said they never received any email. This is the worse experienced to deal with this place. Look up on google review this is not their first time doing this. STAY AWAY!!

Why do I wanna pay $15+ for drinks at this place because they group is trying to make it cool and vibrate?! Food is overpriced no parking crap location just another smoke n mirrors outfit wanting you to think there hip. Not

Don't make a reservation here! It's a scam I made a reservation for 1 night through the website and I canceled it in 30 mins because I found a better place. It showed that I canceled it on the website and I wouldn't be charged. ( they didn't send me the email about cancellation so I called to make sure they said I would be fine) when the time to travel come I received the email about pre-check-in. I emailed the hotel the receptionist replied that they didn't get any cancellation from me and they changed me later! I need to call to the bank to get my money back

DO NOT EVER STAY HErE!!!! This place has bed bugs !!! I woke up and there was one dead on the bed. There's little blood stains all over the sheets which is how you know there's bed bugs. And they charged me for staying in this room after I complained.

Easily one of the worst hotels/motels I've ever stayed in. We arrive to two front desk workers of which one never once looks up from her phone and the other couldn't be less approachable if she tried. We check in and are given our room "key" which are wristbands and given no direction to where our room is other than pointing through a lobby. We find our room, open up and are blasted with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. We immediately go back down to our unenthusiastic hospitality professionals and they give us a key to another room. No cigarette smell, but a cheap, rickety bed with the middle legs blown out and 1 towel (we are a couple). I go to the front desk to ask for another towel and they don't have any so they proceed to walk me to an empty room and take the towels from there. Wow. We make due for the night and head out the next day. We come back and the "cleaners" have taken all of the towels and left none. So now we have no towels. I go to the front desk and they give me a towel and tell me they will bring more. That never happens. I eventually get towels but this same process repeats 4 more times. They take the towels do not leave any and I go to the front desk and they don't have any, etc. Additionally we got in late one night and the driveway gates were closed for security purposes so we go to the front desk. The doors were locked and two front desk workers are kicked back on their phones looking right at us through the glass as we were trying to get in. One of them looked at us and pointed to the closed gate and raised a remote, meaning go over there and I'll open the gate. I remind you, this is the front desk/ customer service of a hotel/motel we paid money to stay in. Trash. Oh and the amenities as advertised don't exist aside from a pool. Neither of the two rooms we saw had a tv or any sort of music/entertainment system.

Very bad costumer service that s why they are losing money i believe so the room are clean but if you need any assistance from the front desk they are always busy for you

Great little hotel. Cheap and good AC. Close to the best strip club in Miami. Everyone was kind and courteous. I'd stay here again.
