What a gem! We left all choices to the staff and we had some absolutely amazing food paired with a wide selection of Andalusian wines. We were so impressed by the quality of the food and wine, but also the mood and ways of the staff - super professional, yet smiling, funny and personable. The level of ambition in Señor Cangrejo is clear, but the team is steering clear of all the stuffiness one may expect (or fear) from a Michelin candidate. Great innovative cuisine with daily menu changing depending on products. Had de tasting menu and complemented with the oyster. Wine by the glass. Sat by the bar and Paula was a great host. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Great variety of delicious and unique flavours. An amazing experience. They change a lot their menu and it is mostly fish. Their dishes are beautifully presented and are so tasty. The service is excellent. They take a lot of time to explain everything on their menu, give you recommendations and accompany you all they way through this experience. It is better to book several days in advance. The place is not very big, just a few tables.

The best meal we had during our Seville / Malaga trip. The dishes were original, surprising, and all delicious. We loved the flavoured dusts they added to some of the plates, eg the anchovies and pickled aubergine. The black garlic butter was immense. The service was attentive, friendly and they also spoke good English. I’d love to go back!

Señor Cangrejo artistic approach to Gastronomy is truly phenomenal. The chef brings multiple cultures of the places he’s lived into the dishes and the service is next level. We walked in on a slower day and lucked that the afternoon service was not full. Our waitress was lovely, very friendly and also spoke fluent English. She was ready and quick to tell us about what was in each dish and also provide great recommendations that were specific to the local food culture. It was also my partner’s birthday and we were surprised with a delicious dessert at the end. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
