Señor Cangrejo became our favourite spot in Seville, hands down. The food is beautifully presented, elegant, and full of those subtle, layered flavours that make you stop and go “ok wow”. The service is super relaxed — in a good way — so you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. The design is modern and minimal, but the magic is all in the little details.
We tried the oysters, the kinilaw scallops, the salpicón de quisquillas, and the mini squid — all fresh, bright and seriously tasty.
