Hands down the beste Restaurant we’ve been to on our trip to Seville! Our recommendation: the chefs menu with daily changing dishes based on market and seasonal availability. Each dish was one banger after another with refined taste and distinctive flavors on Michelin star level. I’m very picky when it comes to food and service and at Sr. Cangrejo everything was top notch, leading us to come back the next day. Thank you so much for this experience!

An unforgettable birthday dinner. This is a book-way-in-advance kind of place… one seating per night, and for good reason. Every course is intentional & precise. A true experience, not just a meal. The menu leans heavily seafood-centric, and I’ll be honest… I’m not usually a seafood person. This place converted me. Each dish was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully executed, with wines from the region paired perfectly by the sommelier. Nothing forced. Nothing missed. Standouts were the scallop and the langoustine aguachile… both exceptional. And then dessert chocolate with fresh mushrooms, a true showstopper. Bold, surprising, and unforgettable.

The best meal I've had all year probably. I really enjoyed the gilda, the marisco y garbanzo, and the scallops. The service was excellent and the vibe was fantastic. Overall, the food was so creative with really exciting flavors and everything was well executed and fresh.

Señor Cangrejo became our favourite spot in Seville, hands down. The food is beautifully presented, elegant, and full of those subtle, layered flavours that make you stop and go “ok wow”. The service is super relaxed — in a good way — so you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. The design is modern and minimal, but the magic is all in the little details. We tried the oysters, the kinilaw scallops, the salpicón de quisquillas, and the mini squid — all fresh, bright and seriously tasty. Great innovative cuisine with daily menu changing depending on products. Had de tasting menu and complemented with the oyster. Wine by the glass. Sat by the bar and Paula was a great host. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

What a gem! We left all choices to the staff and we had some absolutely amazing food paired with a wide selection of Andalusian wines. We were so impressed by the quality of the food and wine, but also the mood and ways of the staff - super professional, yet smiling, funny and personable. The level of ambition in Señor Cangrejo is clear, but the team is steering clear of all the stuffiness one may expect (or fear) from a Michelin candidate. Great variety of delicious and unique flavours. An amazing experience. They change a lot their menu and it is mostly fish. Their dishes are beautifully presented and are so tasty. The service is excellent. They take a lot of time to explain everything on their menu, give you recommendations and accompany you all they way through this experience. It is better to book several days in advance. The place is not very big, just a few tables.

We enjoyed our prix fixed lunch. The service was amazing. Overall we enjoyed the food alot! We might suggest offering an alternativo to the squid—i enjoyed mine but my husband did not. The price point for lunch was a bit high, i might recommend including a glass of wine and or coffee buy overall we were impressed.
