Yelp
I saw this place on social media and was excited to try it. A pig-centric restaurant sounded right up my alley. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 stars.
We ordered the four taco plate: pork butt, pork rib, pork belly, and a combo taco with all the meats. Honestly, there was no real difference between the pork butt and pork rib, and while they were fine, they didn't stand out. The pork belly was the best of the bunch. We also tried the corn, the beans, and a pineapple basil aqua fresca. The aqua fresca was a highlight with a really nice flavor spin. The sides were not very hot either and the portions on those seemed kinda chintzy.
On the downside, the tortillas were a little dry, the dining room was uncomfortably cold (and I almost never complain about AC), and the music was louder than it needed to be.
Service was solid, but overall the food didn't quite match the hype.
