The Cheapest Coladas In Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"Here it is: the cheapest colada in Miami (at least, that we could find). Not only is this Kendall spot’s colada an unfathomably reasonable $1.25, but we like the food too. The cuban sandwich has thick slices of ham and pork, comes with a side of golden fries, and is only about $10." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino

Señor Pan Café - Review - Kendall - Miami - The Infatuation

"Señor Pan is home to the cheapest colada in the county. At least, after an exhaustive colada search, we're pretty sure it is. It’s just $1.25—unheard of in today’s Cuban coffee economy. But you should also come to this Kendall spot for a solid cuban sandwich with thick slices of ham and pork, plus plenty of pickles. It's not too greasy and comes with a side of golden, crunchy fries. While the tin ceiling and industrial pendants are doing their best to make this place look like an American gastropub, Seńor Pan has the essential Cuban staples: croquetas, flan, and a colada for the people. video credit: Virginia Otazo video credit: Virginia Otazo photo credit: Virginia Otazo Pause Unmute" - Virginia Otazo

This is a good Cuban restaurant. Plenty of Miami locals come here to have breakfast with their family. Love the interiors and floor boards. Smelt of freshly-brewed coffee. The coffee, superb! The first time I took a sip of its Cuban coffee, I was speechless…felt like in La La Land from how good it was. 😭 it was really great coffee! We had our breakfast/brunch there in May 2025 around 11a.m. Taste was good. Wished it was less salty but it is the recipe anyway.. maybe just my low-sodium palate. But overall, tasty cooking. So around this time, the prices are still what is stated in the menu here in my photos. We had a good brunch and enjoyed the atmosphere. We will make it our usual. Good and fast service.

Google
I google cuban sandwiches near me and found this lovely place. Tucked away in a shopping center, so parking might be a challenge when it's super busy. Great atmosphere, I love the fact there is a bench where you can express yourself. The food was excellent, I had the chicken empanadas for my appetizer and the steak rice and plantains for my entree. Overall, it was a great experience.

Google
Glad we found this place. Small, but different Cuban restaurant. How different, well… I have never seen a fried garbanzo/ham/chorizo breakfast on the menu. I got it and it was great. My wife loved the frita, and my daughter ordered a croqueta preparada. We all enjoyed our breakfast. Why did I give it 4 vs 5 stars. Two reasons. 1. I ordered a Michelada. Tomato juice, ice and beer. That’s what I was served. It seemed to lack any creativity, salt on the rim, or anything that would have made it fun to drink. Skip it! You’re not missing anything. 2. Service took forever. To be fair, the waitress warned us, but we took a shot. Overall, nice find.

Google
BEST SPOT IN MIAMI!!! My boyfriend and I always order from this place on uber eats because it’s affordable, delicious, and the serving sizes are huge. They usually have buy one get one free deals and include a water bottle which no other place does. We decided to check it out inside and can’t believe it’s even better than ordering online 🤯 we were promptly greeted, seated and taken care of. The hardest part was choosing what to eat cause the menu has a vast selection and everything is appetizing. From seafood, to soup to sandwiches- it’s got it all. We started off with fruit shakes and it was so refreshing 🤤 the food came out hot and fresh- and the serving sizes are so big that we could not finish it and had to take it to go- which means I don’t have to cook later! If you’re thinking about visiting, please do, they deserve all the praise and business and I will definitely be telling all my friends 🤠

Stopped here on the way back up from the Keys based on the menu and reviews - and we were not disappointed! Staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious.

Google
My son and I went for a late lunch here and had an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service far exceeded my expectations. From the flavorful, authentic Cuban cuisine to the warm and welcoming staff and inviting atmosphere, everything was exceptional. A must-visit if you’re in the mood for genuine Cuban flavors!

Yelp
So this place has some amazing food. No matter what you order it's going to come out great. Ropa vieja? Delicious. Papa rellena? Perfecta! Cuban spaghetti? Delicious. Tamales? Amazing (also the mojo sauce and onions is incredible with tamales I highly recommend it!) the coffee is great the shakes are great. That in itself is worth a trip, but honestly that's just the start. The service is incredible. The owners are so kind and they just care that you feel comfortable. They speak perfect Spanish but (and I know this is a point of contention with a lot of tourists) they also speak fluent English! The last part that's just the cherry on top is how clean the location was, delicious smells of food linger throughout the restaurant, the ceiling is gorgeous, the decor is simple and very pretty. They let you leave messages on certain walls. Overall it's just an amazing vibe! The last thing I have to mention is how incredibly well priced it is. Especially if you go for the specials or any offers they have you will leave VERY full or you will definitely have enough for a second meal. I can't recommend this place enough. Hands down some of the best Cuban food I have had in my life, definitely the best I have had in Miami!

Yelp
Great breakfast! Great service! Great atmosphere and decor. I want to come back to have their Cuban sandwich as they declare it the best in town on their site. And, I watched a server deliver to another table and looked really good. The appetizer platters were huge and also looked super appealing. We came for an authentic Cuban breakfast and they did not disappoint! Best cafe con leche too! I'll be back for sure, for breakfast and hoping to try their cuisine for lunch and dinner, especially their lunch specials!

Yelp
I was coming to another restaurant, but it was closed. So, I discovered Señor Pan Café. This restaurant is amazing, I'll be back here for sure. The food was good and plentiful. The service was awesome and the place is beautifully decorated. They gave an order of complementary Mariquitas with Mojo that was delicious.

Yelp
I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins for lunch. We happened to be in the area whenever I fired up Yelp looking for Cuban food. Senor Pan Cafe came up and was somewhat close by, so we headed on over. Upon getting to the door of the restaurant it was opened for my family by the manager who promptly greeted us. We were then told to pick our own table and we chose one by the window. The inside of the restaurant feels nice with a good looking bar and then decorations and seating throughout the rest. Throughout our meal here everyone was super nice and friendly to us which my family appreciated. For lunch on this day I decided to start off by getting a single bacalao croqueta and also a single chicken empanada. While probably not the easiest for the restaurant, I loved that you could order singles of each. Then for my entree I decided on the ropa vieja and chose potato salad and sweet platains as my sides. My wife ordered the Cuban sandwich and then we got my twins the kids meal of steak and fries. My croqueta came out first and I found it to be very tasty. The outside was super crispy while the inside tasted nicely. After that was finished my empanada came out next. It was clearly baked and I enjoyed the flavorful chicken filling. What I really enjoyed though was dipping it into the sauce that it came with. Once that was gone all of our meals came out. My ropa vieja here ended up being excellent. The meat was super tender while still having a little bite to it and the sauce had great flavor with what I thought was the perfect amount of spice to it. Then my potato salad was surprisingly good and I liked that it included peas and carrots. Last but certainly not least were the plantains which were super sweet and soft making for a nice contrast to the rest of my meal. My wife enjoyed her Cuban sandwich here and my twins clearly enjoyed their steak and fries as all of the steak was gone by the time that we left. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Everyone at this restaurant seemed super nice and the food was really good as well!

Yelp
Today is the first time that I have been disappointed with this restaurant. The lechon was disgusting and inedible. Why would you cook and sell old pork? The color was grey and the smell was foul. Your customers deserve better than this.
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
First visit, came here for lunch and had the Cuban sandwich & fries. Great Cuban although I was not in love with the bread; fries were hot & crisp. The place has a comfortable atmosphere and friendly service.

Leandra L.

Yelp
Went for breakfast. Service good but slow because of the kitchen. Took more than 30 minutes to get our breakfast and we were the only ones in the restaurant except 3 persons waiting for pick up. Food was ok but they serve the cuban toast only half so they use a whole toast for 2 persons, same with the ham; don't expect a whole piece, just 3 half thin slices. Total for 2 breakfasts $30.00. Not worth the money.

Yelp
We are huge breakfast people and are always searching for new breakfast options. These were one of the best fried eggs we've ever had for breakfast! We loved the customer service experience as well. Very attentive and friendly. We will be back to try more items and to try their happy hour.

Yelp
Amazing Cuban food. I've ordered from them a bunch of times and they never disappoint. Best Cuban food in Kendall hands down. Please offer catering... that would be amazing!!

Yelp
The food was amazing! We had the bistro palomilla, masa puercho, and another pork dish that was a 10! When you walk in the door the aroma was so alluring. Come and enjoy

Yelp
First and foremost, a shoutout to servers Dario and Osniel, outstanding servers! Been to Señor Pan in Chicago when we lived there and it was phenomenal, visited Señor Pan in Kendall while visiting Miami and we came to find out it's the same owner, Faisal. Miami is loaded with Cuban restaurants, to make it here you gotta be good or people move on to the next place. Señor Pan won't let you down, the food is authentic Cuban Cuisine reasonably priced with a good vibe restaurant. Take my review for its word 5 solid stars, you can't go wrong with this place! Delicioso! Buen Apetito!

Yelp
You know you're getting old when one of your friends suggest doing a ladies' thing here Being in a shopping center, I wasn't sure how I'd like this place but it turned out to be a nice evening with good friends, yummy food and live music (Thursday nights). The music could have been a bit lower, as it was difficult to hear each other. We were all pleased with our dishes, which varied between fish, chicken, churrasco and vaca frita. For drinks, we had wine. I did try one of their drinks and loved it. Forgot the name but it's basically a mojito, except this one has tequila instead of rum which is what's used in an original mojito. Service was great. Promptly seated upon arrival. The prices?! Amazing! That's probably what I liked the most! Hehehe If in the area, I could totally stop by again... perhaps for breakfast or lunch.

Yelp
Really cool spot for a Cuban brunch. It's got a relaxing feel and really good food. I'd call it "upscale Cuban" with a nice vibe and fun decor. We had a large group and even though service was a touch slow that day, we had a great time as we were a big group and in "Sunday brunch" mode. I had a big plate of rice, beans, tostones and steak. It really filled the tank and gave me energy for the day. Thanks for a great experience!

Yelp
Nice place to have yummy Cuban food. They have great specials (menu picture attached). Food: TACOS-Taco Tuesday is the best! Only $9.95 for 4 generously stuff tacos. Your choice of steak, chicken, vaca frita, or pork). I recommend the vaca frita, has the best flavor and then the pork. Chicken was not good by itself, but with the cilantro dressing that came on the side, it was delicious. The steak one was horrible quality beef. Picadillo with maduros and rice & beans was good. Service: Excellent! Friendly staff, very accommodating and humble. Parking: Plenty of free parking at night in this shopping plaza.

Yelp
Great place. Good Cuban food at really good prices. The service was friendly and efficient. I'll be back.

Nicky N.

Yelp
Don't fall for the buy get one free meals, I received basically one entree split in two. If I would have known I would have ordered two regular entrees.
google avatar

Yelp
hice una parada rápida por un cafe y ek sitio me gusto un par de croquetas excelente tipo tapas españolas en un restaurant estilo tasquita y con buen sabor y atencion!
google avatar

Jeannine I.

Yelp
The service was EXCEPTIONAL. I felt as if I was at a five star restaurant. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The manager or owner (I believe) was there as well attending to our table and refilling our glasses. Inside the Cuban decor is very aesthetically pleasing and makes you feel as if you're in little Havana. The food was tasty as well. I definitely recommend this fun and friendly spot!
google avatar

Yelp
Good breakfast spot or for lunch. The staff are super nice and the menu has great options. The food comes out super fast, fresh and delicious. Definitely try croquettes!!!!' Nice spot....

Sonia S.

Yelp
I have ordered through Uber Eats, and just wanted to mention, the BEST, Vaca Frita ever!! rice and beans great too. Recommend their food any day.
google avatar

Gabe S.

Yelp
Food: breakfast always tastes really good especially for the good prices. Lunch specials every day. They'll ask if you want your breakfast sandwich súper or regular. Get the regular it's enough food. Coffee: cafe con leche is not made w sugar Incase any one likes it that way. You add your sugar afterwards. Two small packets of the 0 calorie pack is sufficient. Iced cafe con leche is really good! Service: waitress's always attentive Ambiance: nice and chill, great wifi and can definitely do some light work in there.

Yelp
We came here for the great food and unlimited mimosas. My first time dining here, and I really enjoyed my breakfast. We started with croquetas de bacalao, chicken, and ham, which were delicious, and papas rellenas were also flavorful! Then we had three omelets with tostada, and they were delicious. The service was excellent, and they had the mimosas and food flowing lol. Very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was nice and chill as well. I definitely would come back for breakfast.

Yelp
We finally got a chance to visit Senor Pan Cafe, and decided to go on a Wednesday, to try out some of their special deals. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and serviced by Angela. She was fantastic- SUPER sweet, nice, informative and just a friendly person overall. The place itself was very clean, modern and had a great vibe. The food was also pretty good- we tried the following: - Antojitos Cubanos - great sampler of a variety of Cuban treats -Media Noche- stuffed with sweet ham, lots of cheese and pork -Sandwich de Lechon Asado- nice flavor -Kids Bistec- huge portion with lots of rice -Batido de Mamey- perfect- flavorful but not overly sweet! Having visited so many different Cuban cafes, we definitely felt like this one is one of our favorites by far- not only for the food, but the decor and the people as well. They also have a lot of specials and deals going on all the time, so we are looking forward to coming back. We are happy to see it in our neighborhood and hope they will do well!

Jason P.

Yelp
Great food! Great service!! Highly recommend!! We had a Cubano, croquettes, and an empanada and all were excellent. Also highly recommend the Cafe Bon Bon.
google avatar

Yelp
Well, as in any review, I have to write the good and the bad: Good points: the server Sochy and the other young lady whose name eludes me were great and nice, all beers are $3, buy one, get one sandwiches after 2 PM on Wednesdays, my croqueta preparada was very good, and everything came out quickly. Bad points: the croquetas were frozen when we first got them so had to be refried, the chicken soup definitely wasn't Cuban soup which is yellow colored and flavorful, the pan con lechon didn't have onions and its bread was burger bread. Also, there wasn't anymore of the daily special, but I understand because we went at 6 pm. Like I said, I have no complaints about the wonderful service, my sandwich, and beers, but perhaps this is more of an issue with the kitchen. Will return PS: Went there again. The soup was much better (this time it was ajiaco), the pricing on the menu is wrong (the super sandwich costs $10.95, not $8.95), service was great, but what's uncalled for in my opinion is that all the employees wear a red cap that says "Make el Cubano Great Again". I don't know what kind of clientele they want to attract with that.....

Yelp
Our next food adventure dinner time take us to Señor Pan Café located in kendall with 4.9 category, this place is very recommended if you want to share a good meal with your friends and family, very latin decoration, even they have a drum for when you leave you sound it if you liked the service and attention at the Cuban style. The food 100 % cuban, delicious and exquisite everything we ordered, pork masses, churrasco and grilled chicken breast all done to taste accompanied by different sides such as totones, yucca with mojo, french fries and grilled peppers with onions. And to finish a flan with a decorative touch representing its origin (a Cuban flag) accompanied by a bombom coffee.

Ana P.

Yelp
The food was great; very fresh and tasty. The service was fantastic. Our server was Ilena, she was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for amazing food and service.

Yelp
Excellent service lots of workers there asking how everything as well as how the food , great food !!!! Would go there again!!

Yelp
What a gem! I'm visiting from Dallas and was craving something delicious for breakfast! And I hit the jackpot! The croquetas were made fresh! They were so tasty. And the dipping sauce was heavenly. I also ordered a ham and cheese empananda. Also very fresh and delicious. Of course I also had to have the passion fruit mimosa made with fresh passion fruit juice. You cannot go wrong with this amazing little place. I can't wait to come back and explore the rest of their menu!

Yelp
Looked up this restaurant on Yelp and based on the great reviews I decided to try it. It's located in a small plaza but the restaurant itself it very cute and clean. I took my parents bc they wanted to eat a medianoche. We ordered the 2 medianoche sandwiches and I ordered a steak sandwich. It was ready within 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly as we waited for our food and engaged in conversation with us. The sandwiches where all prepared well and cooked deliciously. We asked for the bread to be well toasted and the bread came out well toasted. We will definitely come back and try more of the entrees on their menu. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good Cuban authentic spot!
google avatar

Yelp
As a local Crossings resident, I was excited when I first heard of this place opening, and it has not disappointed. Having authentic Cuban food so close to my house makes it difficult to avoid coming here often, especially when the food, staff, and prices are so good! My go to meal lately has been the newly added items huevos estréllenos and cafe bon bon which are absolutely delicious. They warp me back to my childhood when my mom would make her version of the dish for dinner after playing outside all day. The flan was also as good as they come and the portion size is not overly large which was perfectly satisfying. 10/10 recommend and will be back again next week for more!

Michele A.

Yelp
We've been to Señor Pan Café several times and have never been disappointed with service or food. The staff is always accommodating and the food is authentic. Whether you're ordering a sandwich or the special, you're bound to eat well. Our server "Junior" has been our server often and he always delivers.

Yelp
The food is good but the service is bad. I would recommend not to go on the weekends.

Yelp
All good things to say about this place. Easy parking, attractive decor, friendly, attentive staff, and best of all, a great Cuban sandwich. Will definitely go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow. What can I say? This place is incredible. The ambiance, the interior, the servers, the food, the manager/owner asking us if everything was to our liking. What. A. Gem. So glad we found this place. Sergio's and Casavana's ain't got nothin' on these guys! We will definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you for the wonderful food and awesome atmosphere! They have a conga drum near the exit/entrance and there's a sign that encourages you to hit the conga drum if you had a good time. And you bet your ass I hit that Conga Drum on the way out!!!

Mason C.

Yelp
Great experience with great food. I 100% recommend coming here for a meal or drink. Food / Prices: My girlfriend and I both had Cuban sandwiches, milkshakes (1 strawberry banana & 1 mango) and shared arroz con leche. As of 3/23 the prices are very low for the quality and amount of food you get. The portions are generous and the ingredients taste fresh, especially noticeable in the shakes. Everything was well cooked and filling. Service: The staff was friendly and our food was out QUICK. Our waitress came back often but not too much. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Ambiance: The decor and lighting is very cozy and makes for a nice intimate experience. Chatter at the bar makes for nice background noise, too.
google avatar

Julie M.

Yelp
Not only did we have a great staff experience the food and prices were amazing...and so were the cocktails. The Cubano was the only thing I would have changed. It was mostly ham and not much pickle. Still delicious, just would have liked more balance. We will return!
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect fried egg sandwich with ham and cheese on Cuban toast and cafecito to die for
google avatar

Yelp
Disgusting. Ordered a Pollo Asado on Uber eats; it was rubbery, had zero seasoning and was very oily. So bad, I had to throw it away. Yuck!
google avatar

Kelli K.

Yelp
The ropa vieja, rice, and beans, as well as the soup of the day (I think it was beef sancocho), we're all great. Very flavorful. The staff was also friendly and grateful to have business.

Yelp
Great food excellent service fair price i enjoy going about once a month or more. Try it !

Yelp
Great and tasty breakfast options combined with friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere. Supporting local restaurants on 1st day allowed to eat in and what a pleasant surprise. Went back same day for a late lunch. Had a Cuban sampler and Steak Sandwich... delicious and tasty

Yelp
Our favorite spot by far this time in Miami is this spot! The customer service is superb. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Aesthetically, it's gorgeous inside. The ceiling is reminiscent that of a NY brownstone. The food is delicious and very affordable. We went there twice for breakfast. If you are in the area and wanting to try delicious Cuban food with a nice vibe, check this place out.
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
Came with my family to check it out since the majority of the reviews were 5 stars. Upon entering, we were greeted and sat down at a table. I observed about 3 waitresses working. Music was a bit loud for my taste. It seemed busy. We ordered our food, but could barely hear the waitress with the specials. After about 20 minutes, our food was brought out and all together, which I appreciate. When done, we were ready to pay, but no one came and it took about 10-15 minutes. Our food was not really memorable either.
google avatar

Sergio G.

Yelp
New local business. Like always I had to pass by and try it. It did not disappoint. I came here for one thing: pan como bistec Chicago style. Come by and try it. They also have a great special on Wednesdays. $3 all sandwich's. I will be back Wednesday

Yelp
We live locally and were looking for something different when it came to Latin food. Found this place on Yelp and came based on the reviews. The ambiance is great. When we came in, we were greeted by the owner and staff, all very friendly. The food was great as well. Don't hesitate to come here, you won't be sorry. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Great little Cuban spot in west Kendall. Service was very nice and the food was 'rico!' Will return!
