"The 20-seater is neither particularly spacious nor its ceiling very high, but the clever use of reflective materials, vertical lines and warm lighting more than compensates. It is only open for dinner with a single tasting menu that changes according to the season (although the ever-popular pâté en croûte remains a firm fixture). Luxury ingredients are shipped from Europe and diners can sample seafood, poultry, meat and cheeses all at once." - Michelin Inspector

Great staffs with exceptional service Each dish is delicious and tasty. Some dishes and sauces have a touch of Taiwanese flavour Great that SENS used a few local ingredients

Had the pleasure of dining in during the winter seasonal menu. The restaurant itself is very warm and intimate, seating about 20 guests. Clean and polished decorations add to the charm. The 10-course dinner was amazing and the wine pairing complemented each dish wonderfully. The staff were very attentive and foreigner friendly should you not speak Chinese. They also made sure to allow guests time to take pictures of ingredients that were sometimes showcased before specific dishes. Overall, a very well earned Michelin star for 2024 in terms of amazing food and service!

Small establishment but with exceptional service staff, good atmosphere and great food. Really lovely for SENS to incorporate florals to both the decor and the food. The amuse bouche and dessert was delicious!

I dined at a Michelin one-star restaurant with a friend last Saturday, enjoying their exceptional set lunch menu. The experience was truly remarkable; the inclusion of truffle, artfully presented, was a highlight, especially considering the price point. The chef's culinary artistry was evident in the visually appealing dishes. The main course, featuring duck presented in a pot adorned with flowers, was particularly stunning🌼. We also savored a silky fowl consommé with water bamboo and vin jaune, the soup of which was the evening's culinary masterpiece. While the portion sizes were somewhat modest, the exquisite flavors left us wanting more🤣.

A great newly crowned Michelin 1-star restaurant serving French cuisine in Taipei. A combination of delicious food and matching sauces was quite interesting. A must try for exquisite food lovers.

What a fantastic tasting experience from beginning to finish. Each and every dish was executed with precision, with bold sauces that delighted the senses. Local ingredients were creatively used throughout, resulting in a cohesive balance of flavors that simply worked. Service and wine pairing were excellent as well, we look forward to our next visit and trying out the next seasonal menu!

Average flavors and ingredients, no surprises on the flavors or presentations. Bread and butter are very bland. The seafoods are mostly a little overcooked, especially the fish was very very dry. Innovative menu but flavors are too complex and some of the elements are used in multiple dishes, for example, grapes are use in over 3 dishes. The duck breast has very chewy skin and the portion was only a bite or two. Overall with what was presented, the menu is way too overpriced. Great service and very friendly staffs.
