This independently owned spot is known for its bustling, convivial atmosphere and an impressive variety of meats, including thinly sliced brisket and spicy chicken. Seo Ra Beol is a decent option, especially if you're looking for 24-hour Korean BBQ in Duluth. The beef is definitely a highlight – flavorful and well-prepared. However, the restaurant's atmosphere feels a bit dated and could use a refresh. The service is generally good, and the staff are attentive. One downside is the ventilation; it can get quite smoky inside, so be prepared for that.

My last time here recently, I enjoyed a very nice KBBQ meal. After a long night of hanging out with friends, got the munchies so I walked over here since it’s open 24 hours most of the time. Service was great and I really appreciated the server’s recommendation. The side dishes were pretty good, the kimchi not bad, and the meat quality was a bit better than the last time I was here during pre-Covid…

Google
Food quality is going down big time. Fish barely have meet. Soup it looks like been heated 10times really dry. And when we received our main dish the side dish not even here. And it automatically cost 20% tips. It is ridiculous this place is not like it used to be. Highly NOT recommended

Great Korean restaurant. Everybody loves the mackerel. And my friend always gets the dol sot Bibibop. I like the kimchi chiga. The crew there are very nice. Super accommodating and on point with orders, communication, serving time. Everything works well.

Google
The establishment is easy to locate. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant. The restaurant is big, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes to dining you can choose dinner or Korean barbecue. The food is lovely, everything is flavorful. Overall, I would recommend coming at any time since it’s open 24 hours.

Update: always love this place. Their soup is still our favorite and we can get it anytime we want bc they open 24 hrs. ******************************* This is our go to resto when we crave for the veggie soup. Also they open late or maybe they still open 24 hrs?? Everything is great but lately i noticed the portion is lesser. I do understand that prices went up as well. They still make the best veggie galbitang soup. Have been coming here for forever!

I've been a regular visitor to this restaurant due to my acquaintance with the owner. Amazingly, this restaurant opens 24 hours a day. We decided to stop by the morning after a wedding to recover from the effects of alcohol with some 해장국 (hangover soup). We ordered 황태 해장국 (dried pollack soup) and 선지 해장국. However, our experience was less than impressive. Both soups shared a common flavor profile with a noticeable taste of MSG, which didn't align with our taste preferences. To make matters worse, the 황태해장국 was overly spicy due to the inclusion of jalapeños. It might be a good idea for the restaurant to reevaluate their recipes and strive for improved taste to thrive in a competitive market. 2/1/2024 Despite my previous experience, I decided to give this restaurant another chance and explore some of their other renowned dishes. I must say, the Kalbi was outstanding. The quality of the meat and its flavor were truly fantastic. Additionally, the hot stone Bibimbob (돌솟 비빕밥) and fish casserole were among the best I've ever had.

Google
Can't give an accurate rating on the food because we never received ours after an hour of waiting in a near empty restaurant. Our waitress was nice enough when we could get a hold of her, but after pressing the call button multiple times and receiving no response + no food after an hour, we got up and left.

Yelp
24/7 Korean food! My fav spot in Duluth for Korean from KBBQ to their spicy beef tripe & intestine soup. I often work night shift and I'm so glad this place exists. I can always come in for a delicious hot meal. Meat quality is excellent and with their large menu, everyone will find something they'll enjoy. Recommend: KBBQ, tofu soups, spicy tripe & intestine soup.

Yelp
Order bibimbap to-go and they skimped out on the beef a lot. So now I'm just pretty much eating rice and veggies. Annoyed when this dish costs $16. Check out my photo. Where do you see the beef??

Yelp
Haven't tried their kbbq but I like their Korean food! Very standard, nothing special but reminds me of home. The fact that they're open 24/7 is really what makes this place so good tbh LOL because where else in Georgia do I have the option to eat korean food or kbbq at 2am... Service during the late nights are good for what they are, no one is amazingly compassionate so late at night but the ladies here are always kind.

Yelp
Seo Ra Beol was very good! This was quite a lot for one person's lunch (not a bad thing!), so I got to savour it at home after work! The Bi Bim Bap was so good. I'd love to have this again soon. I've got to eat at the actual location one day. Disclaimer: I ordered via Uber Eats.

Yelp
Came in late on a Thursday evening and nothing out of the ordinary in terms of service. Service was courteous but brief but possibly through no fault of their own as it was late and there were only 2 waitresses. I ordered the brisket and the marinated short rib and I have to say, any KBBQ place that is for order instead of all you can eat is definitely much more worth it like this one today, So Ra Boul. The brisket might now be my favorite in Atlanta despite me saying that 9292 had the best brisket before, and the marinated short rib was just dripping with juiciness and the fat just melts in your mouth like butter. The marination for the short rib is sweet and savory and does not lack in any pieces of the meat. 10/10 on the beef. The banchan was very good as well and seemed fresh even though it was late which was a great plus. And to finish us off we ordered the cold noodles which was everything I expected and a little more. The noodles were chewy and soft but do not disintegrate. It's somewhat like a boba texture. The soup of the noodles was nice and cold but not too cold, and the bean flavor really comes out. All in all, great experience.

Yelp
Nice, comfy, clean. The lady who's helping us with BBQ was nice and patience. Great customer service. Food is awesome. YUM

Yelp
First I didn't believe it when they said they were open for 24 hours. Staying up late to watch tv one Friday night we drove all the way to Duluth, and Seo ra Beol was 100% worth it. I ordered the spicy seafood and tofu soup and let me tell you that nothing could have tasted better at 2:30am. The soup was so flavorful! And came with a side of steamed egg, kimchi, rice. DELICIOUS! COMFORT FOOD! Would highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Korean food.

Yelp
It's been a minute since I've dined at this 24-hour Korean restaurant. I've found that it takes time to get the attention of employees but otherwise, the food is consistently good. I generally order the Spicy Soup with Fresh Cod, and it always tastes great! The restaurant has plenty of seating options and a large parking area.
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
Best perk is that they're open 24/7. Really diverse range of traditional Korean food and the soups are all decent. Pretty pricey, but the service is fine. Lots of seating inside.

Frances D.

Yelp
Samgyetang was traditional and very good, though use of herbs was minimal. Great rejuvenating meal! Restaurant is very large with private seating for large groups and traditional Korean ambiance.

Yelp
I've experienced multiple good experiences (for the most part), and walked out without any complaints. It's a typical Korean restaurant with the option of Korean BBQ. They're also known for being open for 24 hours 7 days a week. I once got the seo lung tang, but there was a hair in it. They gave good service, and remade my soup and made sure I was ok. I also just came back from here tonight, and they've continuously gave me good service (I got the soon dubu jigae and NO hair). When it's around 9ish, they tend to still be busy but are able to seat you pretty quick. However, the downside of this is that they may be understaffed. So sometimes, you can see dirty tables with dishes, or sometimes your server will not be able to refill your water. But there's a button to get their attention and get what you need. I'll continue to come back here seeing its very convenient with time and location.

Yelp
A 24 hour Korean restaurant is definitely attractive and hard to find in this area. It also offers decent authentic Korean food and service is quite friendly. There's a service bell that you can also use. We tried several items on the menu. My favorite is the kimchi tofu. Their kimchi is more fermented which I love and it's such a good pair! I don't think I see this dish very often at other Korean restaurants in the area. Their bon chon is also delicious and authentic. We also got a seafood tofu soup, spicy beef and veggie soup and japchae. The tofu soup was good, but more pricey than alternatives in the area. I personally wasn't a fan of the spicy beef and veggie soup as the meat was tough. For their japchae they put a lot of pepper in there which again isn't my personal favorite. Another discontent is their price overall - it's more pricey than other restaurants in the area and they add a mandatory 18% tip for a group of 2. The server said they charge this for everyone. I find it annoying when restaurant mandatorily charges tip even if the total bill ends up being the same as what I tip myself, just not a pleasant experience for me. Probably won't be back unless it's super late at night and we're desperate.
google avatar

Yelp
See the top corner. That's the check they gave us. See how our food is still full? Yes because we JUST got our food. Who the heck give out check just 5 minutes after we got our food?! Plus what service are they giving to be charging people 20%?! Y'all don't deserve the 20% for barely giving service. And giving check 5 minutes after we got our food. As you can see our soups are still full.

Yelp
This is a 24/7 restaurant that serves authentic Korean food! The atmosphere did get very smokey fast because of the grills, but there were robotic serving machines and the staff seemed nice. The place overall was clean, and the food was pretty good! I would recommend, but it was on the pricier side.

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience, here, with my picky future father-in-law and my fiance. Appa is the biggest critic of Korean food that I know, but since he gave the kimchi his blessing, that's a pretty big deal..! Not to mention, Seo Ra Beol is open 24/7. For a place that serves food at this quality all day/night..everyday.. that's impressive. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a massive, free private parking lot out front. You can't miss it. II. SERVICE Timely, complimentary, and friendly. There's a service bell if you want your check, refills, more rice, etc. Use it. I liked that the seats are in booths since Appa has hearing aids ~ the booths help buffer the surrounding sounds so he can hear us talk clearly. III. QUALITY Well, to be fair. I tried a couple dishes for the first time, so I don't have a baseline to go off of (게장허그 소 내장탕.) The only discontent I have is the prices. I've never bought a $20 haemul pajeon before. It's the most expensive I've ever purchased in my life (thanks inflation). And Appa was saying $35 could get you all-you-can-eat 게장 in Korea. 맛있었어요. 그렇지만 너무 비싸. Good, but pricey. IV. CAPACITY Fair available seating for a late weekday lunch. No wait.

Yelp
I will update once I leave. This stand-alone Korean BBQ place does more than just BBQ. The lunch and dinner menu of traditional Korean hot pots and such are really great! I ordered the Gal Bi Jjim and it was on point with excellent flavor! Whilst the beef short ribs in it were a bit lacking in meat, overall, it was more than enough to satisfy by the end of the meal. The soy sauce marinade was uber-rich and everything in the dish was saturated through! Delicious! The side dishes were all great too! I particularly liked the kimchi, but I was pleasantly surprised by the potato, red cabbage, and apple salad side as well (best part was the apple bit)! I look forward to trying their BBQ next time I come, but it was too much for just one person. I kinda wish they had a small portion set to offer individuals. Oh well!

Yelp
The Best Bon Chon! Seo Rae Beol is -THE- best place for Bon Chon (side dishes served with a meal) in the Atlanta Metro Area and perhaps in the Top five for Bon Chon in the country. I have traveled coast to coast and sampled many a Korean restaurant, Seo Rae Beol's Bon Chon beat the best that Korea Town in Los Angeles could dish out! There is a regular dining area with booths if you wish to order some of Seo Rae Beol's kitchen menu, which is very good - it is obvious they can handle larger parties in guest rooms off the main restaurant floor as well. You can find a quiet corner and wait for your kitchen order to be delivered (potentially delivered by a robot as well) What I visit for is the Wood Charcoal grill! Takes two to sit down and order for the tabletop grill - bring a friend or bring a party, come early or come late, they are open 24 hours - The Soju and beer selection is enjoyable and works wonderful with the grill! Atlanta and many cities around the country have opened Korean Grill Restaurants. Typically they have some selection of meats, beer and some skimpy serving of Kimchi. Seo Rae Beol has excelled at their Bon Chon. the Bon Chon has come out crispy fresh, chilled in most cases and with an extraordinary assortment of textures and tastes. Attendant's at the grill step in to grill the ordered main courses for you. Speak Korean? Wanting to learn more? Have some Suju and try to politely entertain your busy server! Who does not love talking and having a drink while the smell of BBQing meat whiff's past. Relax and enjoy, snack on the offerings and have a great meal! Be generous to a good attendant at the end of your meal. Fantastically Fresh and Happy this evening! Thank you Seo Rae Beol! Please keep up and expand the excellent assortment side dishes - your work preparing and serving these dishes is and will continue to make you the true Star of Korean food in the Southeast!!

Yelp
Seo Ra Beol is mine and my sons favorite stop the minute we get to Atlanta from our 4 hour trip there. It's usually midnight or later, and we love the atmosphere as it the official that we hit Korea town. My go to is Boyang Tang, a black goat dish, that is the perfect healing soup with the perfect spice. My sons main go to is everything else We've tried just about everything as we've been here 20+ times. Service is always good, and they are always super attentive. When you first get there you'll be asked if you want dining or grill area, then offered water or hot Barley Tea. () You get different banchan (side dishes) based upon what they happen to have that day. I love that, reminds me of home. We haven't had anything we didn't like. However, we of course have some favorites. I suggest the Boyang Tang, Galbi Tang, Gam Ja Tang, Godeng uh gui with Dwen hang jjigae, and Jun Bok Jook for feel good meals. The japchae is great, and the tteokbokki is good too. The BBQ is good as well if you're in the mood for that, and the combo sets are a good deal. If you're looking for a great healing soup place, with a true taste of Korea, you've officially found the right place.

Yelp
Seo Ra Beol's ambiance is lackluster, and service, while quick, lacks charisma. The flavorful dishes make a positive impression, but meat options are notably limited. However, the galbi is a standout choice, delivering a burst of flavor that compensates for the overall meat deficiency.

Yelp
I came here at 2 am with a group of friends and ordered the Bi Bim Bap. The fact that this place is open 24/7 is awesome as I can come when those late night cravings hit. The food and portions were good. This was only my 2nd time having non homemade Korean food and safe to say I was pretty pleased. Definitely coming here again to try the rest of the menu whenever I'm in the area!

Surprised this place doesn't have 5 stars. Fresh healthy food and fast respectful service. Best late night in atl, hidden gem

Yelp
24 hour Korean & Korean bbq restaurant. Can it get any better? The restaurant is divided based on if you want kbbq or regular Korean dishes. The meats are high top quality & I prefer to buy everything out a la cart unless you re with a group. These Korean ladies work so hard. Great place to check out anytime of the day!

Yelp
I'm a bit surprised at the mediocre ratings here...given how this is not only a long standing Korean tradition in Duluth, but a unique one of its kind in that it's open 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS a WEEK!!! So...this 24/7 aspect of this restaurant in itself merits 5 stars from me. Given that I'm a Night Owl, and love the idea of going out to eat late at night, this 24/7 feature is HUGE for me. Generous hours aside, this is just a classic, authentic Korean restaurant...not posh by any means. Not quite a dive, but close...or at least very vintaged, with that air of authenticity. They also have a very extensive menu, with lotsa combinations as well. Well, on this particular day, I happened to take a long nap and woke up close to 8:30 pm...and this restaurant came to mind! I headed out close to 9 pm, and surprisingly, the place was bustling with diners! This is one thing I absolutely love about Duluth...there are many late-night restaurants (up until 2 pm!)...but I don't know of any restaurants (even the several "Pocha" restaurants) that are open 24/7...except this! ANYWAY, I ordered Japchae, as well as this combination meal of Galbi plus Beef Tofu Soup. I wasn't even hungry, but I wanted to try various items on the menu...if only for sampling. Well, the dishes came rather quickly...all piping hot and fresh. Honestly, I didn't expect the foods to be THAT great...but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of foods that hit the table! The Galbi was surprisingly thin and soft...a rarity with LA Galbi. I wondered if these were a special breed of Galbi that I wasn't aware of. Whatever the case, their Galbi was DEE-Lish! I know my husband would have loved it...given how he remarked on not loving the thick, chewy consistency of most LA Galbi. Even their Tofu soup was amazing! Top notch in authentic flavor. Jap Chae wasn't bad either, but definitely didn't make an impression like the Galbi or the Tofu Stew. BTW, they served up 6 complimentary side dishes...and they were quite good. Not as great as Jang Su Jang's, but close! Then the service...again, not bad at all! Not super-smiley, but seemed all the staff members were working very hard - and fast. Overall, I really liked this place! Can't believe I haven't tried them out any earlier. Yes, there are a ton of great, authentic Korean restaurants in Duluth...but seriously, what restaurant in this town can compete with their added feature of being open TWENTY FOUR/SEVEN?!?

Yelp
Vibe of the friendly neighborhood korean restaurant. Like an everyday place to eat at. Lots of options! Little pricey tho.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place around 3 AM after leaving a party in the city! At first, when I googled, It said they offer 24/7 Korean BBQ, but upon arrival it was more traditional dining and ordering. This was my 2nd time having Korean Food and It's pretty good. I have to say, I'm curious to learn a bit more about it. The menu was filled with so many options, but I didn't know what they were, and didn't wanna risk a meal at 3AM! I ordered Steam Dumplings, beef fried rice, and a chicken fried rice for my friend. All the items were served hot and fresh. Staff was very polite as well. One thing I noticed, is the level of privacy the the restaurant can provide when dining....That was new to me. When 2 tables are near each other, they pull down a partition almost.... I also noticed individual separate rooms which looked like mini suites for families or friends. I have noticed that Korean Food uses a lot of pickled vegetables, especially radish and cabbage. When we ordered they brought 6 mini plates of different vegetables, steamed egg and a few others I couldn't quite put my finger on. They were a new experience for me, but I enjoyed it and ate them. I may be back in the future but I thought it was great that there is a 24/7 restaurant open for this cuisine! One last thing, the meal came with a soup which was actually my favorite! The broth was so flavorful and the little pieces of meat. On the way out I noticed more guest eating and they had some really good items on their plate (Huge bowls of Soup, Ribs)... I think if the menu had pictures people would order more Food!

Yelp
I came here for an early dinner with my mom. The hostess greeted us as we walked into the restaurant. The restaurant requires the customer to wear a mask but the hostess wasn't wearing one which I found to be very strange. Our waiter had his mask on but it was worn under his nose. We were immediately seated since there were hardly any customers. Our waiter handed us our menus and my mom and I already knew what we wanted since this was the second time we came here since the Covid-19 Pandemic. I ordered the Galbi Gui which was the marinated grilled short ribs and Yook Hwe which was raw beef (sliced thinly) with egg yolk and Korean Pear (sliced thinly) on top. Galbi Gui - $37.99 Yuk Hwe - $25.99 There was another waitress (ahjooma) who asked us what we wanted to drink and my mom told her, "barley tea, please" in Korean. Soon after our drinks were served, the Banchan (side dishes) came out. It was mainly kimchi and I'm not a fan of kimchi but I tried some anyway. The cucumber kimchi tasted old and mushy. It's supposed to have a crunch and a nice crisp taste but instead it tasted old like it's been left out for days. Not good. The white radish kimchi tasted good out of the other kimchi that was served to us. Our waiter was a young Korean man and he was attentive and friendly. He refilled the white radish kimchi right away. There were also the Chinese cabbage kimchi but we didn't eat that one. There was also potato salad and stir-fried thinly sliced potatoes with sliced beef. The potato salad tasted fine but the beef that was in the stir-fried potato tasted bland and flavorless. I normally eat banchan but that day I didn't really eat them. The Yuk Hwe came out a little after our banchan was served which was great because the first time I came here the Yuk Hwe came out after my main entrée came out which was disappointing. My mom looked at the Yuk Hwe and told me that they already mixed the egg yolk in with the raw beef and I wish they hadn't done that because I wanted to take a nice picture of it. Other than that, it tasted less sweet than the first time I've tried it. Don't get me wrong, it was still good! But it would've tasted a lot better if it was a bit sweeter. After a few minutes later, the Galbi Gui came out and oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! I was soooooooo EXCITED to dig in! Hahaha!!! But for the amount of galbi that's served doesn't match up with the price (but I know that the price is going up for everything right now). But hey! But we were satisfied because we ate everything on that stone plate full of grilled galbi. The galbi gui (grilled galbi) also had grilled onions and mushrooms. The galbi tasted sweet but not overly sweet and it's the best I ever had! So if you're craving to eat galbi, then I suggest you come here and order it! You won't regret it! This meal comes out with a bowl of hot white rice and a bowl of the "Soup of the Day". The soup tasted very greasy. It just tasted like I was drinking a tub of grease. Our server walked by and my mom flagged him down and told him the soup had a very oily, grease-like flavor. She asked him if he could replace it with a different soup, but he said that the cook made a huge tub of that soup and there wasn't anything he could do. I mean he couldn't anyway, because he's just the server, not the cook. So we shrugged it off and just didn't touch the nasty soup. Also, I wanted to say that if you're going to eat out it's rude to give less than 20% tip to your waiter/waitress. If you can't afford to tip them at 20%, then save your money and eat at home. The reason why I say this was because I read another yelper's review and was so annoyed how she only tips 15% as her "norm". The "norm" should always be 20% no matter what. What's even worse is NOT giving tip (to those who won't tip at all)!!!! That's all I wanted to say. Overall, the staff is always very friendly and attentive. The Galbi Gui and Yuk Hwe are the best food items and I would definitely come back to eat here, again!

Yelp
The bone broth with meat was pretty awesome though lack a bit of flavor, same for the bone broth noodle, thick broth but lacking flavor. However this would be pretty good Korean restaurant even for the Bay Area.

Yelp
Place: This place is in Koreatown (I believe) in the plaza. I went here as it has great Korean authentic food. The place is pretty spacious and they could seat my whole family/relatives. Service: The service was good. The food came real quick and there is a red button you can press if you need additional assistance. Food/price: The food was good! I got sul lung tang and it is my favorite broth. My family got other foods like seafood pancakes and other meats that went perfectly with my entree. I love family style as I can try other foods. I was so full lol. Audience: Great for family & friends. They can accommodate for bigger groups as well. Recommend/tips? I recommend this place. We did not have to wait that long and no need for reservations. Great timing I guess?

Yelp
Came in here last night for dinner as my parents came into town and naturally wanted to get some Korean grub. This place is open 24/7, we know it's good so we came here and decided against ordering BBQ. My mother had the mackerel, and my father ordered the belt fish. Portions were very generous. I went with the dumpling and rice cake soup. The banchon (side dishes) were plenty and continued to be refilled as we destroyed them during the meal. I know that if I'm jonesing for Korean food and it's late- I can come here and get what I need. Small owned business so also nice to support them during these difficult times.

Yelp
Friendly staff food is not bad at all. When seeking late night dinner my wife and I would often find ourselves here because it's the only korean restaurant I know of that is open 24/7. I'm sure there are others I just haven't found yet. The food in itself tastes good. But overtime I've realized a trend. When leaving this restaurant I always had a stomach ache. And I've got a iron stomach when it comes to food. I've tried many different dishes from various origins and almost never have issues. From Indian food to cambodian food. I wasn't sure if it was due to certain ingredients or quality of food. Then i hear and read rumors going around of reusing side dishes and poor storing of food etc. I've heard of the glory days of this place years ago being highly regarded. Not sure if I'm the only one that has these incidents but safe to say three strikes and they're out of my restaurant rotation. I was say however staff is very very friendly. But two stars from my recent experiences.

Kayla C.

Yelp
Be advised they are under new management, and it's gross. My soup came out and I was shocked at how it looked like.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed in this place I ordered 1dish here, they literally charged 6% on sales tax and plus service tax 18% on top of that My meal was only $14 and total came out to be $18. Wtf, I asked the staff, she stated that all restaurants charge 20% tax due to covid. They only do 18% tax, Wait a minute, 6% and 18%, that's 24%. I have never heard of this BS. Not coming here. Bcuz of them, it make Koreans look bad, places like this. Hello Mark, can you explain why you guys charging 6% and 18 % tax, that total of 24% tax? I can't find anywhere regarding additional 18% tax after 6% tax being charged.

Yelp
There are not many 24/7 restaurants and we visited there around 8am early morning since we did not have many choice like that early morning. DDok-mandu kook tasted ok and amount was good, but One of our order was a combo Kalbi and SoonTobu whose price was $33.00 For Kalbi, there were exactly three pieces of meat on top of heavy bone. And taste of kalbi, soon-tofu and rice were just below average. Definitely we will not go there again.

Yelp
just sleep on ur late night korean craving or eat something else and wait until your go-to korean restaurant opens in the morning. this is one of the most overpriced ripped off korean restaurant ive ever been to. its because they open 24/7 so everything is overpriced to cover the cost. i got one galbi and sul lung tang and the total was $60???? the galbi was $40 with barely 20 thinly sliced pieces???? the sul lung tang was $20 with 3 THIN beef pieces??? we ordered takeout so we didnt know the price until we came to pay. THERES NO side SOUP WITH MY ORDER EITHER. when we came in to pay, theres nobody probably because this restaurant is going downhill very

Yelp
Horrible service. Was belittled, yelled at, rushed, and cussed at the whole dinner. YES, CUSSED AT by the server. Was told not to "waste charcoal grilling the meat" and was called a "f***ing b****". I am not paying 18% grat with this horrible horrible customer service that practically ruined my dinner. Will not be coming back. I hope all of you who finds this review don't dine here to experience the same. There are a lot of kbbqs who offer better quality food with MUCH MUCH better service.

Yelp
Average meal, but not great. Service could've been better - a bit slow. Portion size is nothing to be wowed about. Pork belly and prime short ribs were not worth what we paid - $26.99 and $35.99. Gave us some old kimchi, and we asked for something different. Next batch of kimchi tasted better, a bit fresher. Other side dishes were alright, nothing really tasty.

Yelp
Open late, with below average food and service. Had to ask to get banchan refilled several times and was told that one of them (the jap chae like noodles) was "all gone" when on further insistence there was certainly more available. Kim chi Jigae had very little meat and 2 pieces of tofu.

Yelp
Every time I visit Atlanta, I come here. This place offers authentic Korean food and taste perfect. I wish we had a place like this in the California Bay Area.

Yelp
Very good food. Service was very nice to us and explained the dishes well. The restaurant was big and open.

Yelp
For me this is a been there once, won't go back again place. The service is extremely minimal, yet they tack on an auto 18% tip. I'm not sure if this was added because of our group size (6) or if that's just standard, but regardless, I found their service to be undeserving of an 18% tip. Part of our table did KBBQ and my goodness I felt so bad for them. The meat is a hella rip off, it's actually criminal. Portion sizes are pathetic on the KBBQ and I heard it wasn't even that good. Don't do it - you've been warned. I got the beef soondubu which was alright. I still find it absurd that a soup with cheap meat, tofu, and veggies costs $16 but whatever. I asked for mild and when they brought it out they realized they didn't adjust the spice level, so they took it back and re-made it. I'll give them points for realizing it and correcting their mistake without me having to say anything. My biggest complaints on this place are the poor service and how overpriced it is. In this economy save your dollar and go somewhere else.

Yelp
I dare say my experience here with friends last night was much much more positive than years back. The customer service aspect has greatly improved. Though they were busy, we weren't neglected or seemed to be less than desirable guests in their eyes. The hubs ordered the short rib in a spicy soup (#13 from the dinner section) while I ordered the dumpling soup with rice cake (#10 from the dinner section). Both were great soups. We only wished my dumplings and rice cakes were in his spicy broth. That would have been the best combination. Lol. His short rib soup was good. Though it was "spicy," it was super manageable. There was a good amount of meat and some noodles at the bottom. You can get brown rice (or rather the purple looking rice) at no extra charge. My dumpling soup with rice cake was great. The rice cakes were chewy and tasty. The hubs really took a liking to it as well; he said they were flavorful. Btw, my soup doesn't come with rice though. :(

Yelp
just like the other comments said, they only serve you right if you're Korean. This might be funny because I noticed that they gave tables around us glass water cup but for us plastic ones . When this lady was cooking the meat, she threw them on the grill like she mad at it . Then when we to check out and signed, this old b said "tips?" Bc she didn't see we put anything on the receipt, when my gf was literally about to give her cash tips. I honestly like the young girl serve there. These old ones are just rude af overall when we didn't do anything wrong . Come here if you want to get your day n night ruined .

Yelp
Kind of disappointing. Seolleongtang - no flavor at all. I asked the server to not cook my bbq for me because I don't like the way they do it, but they don't listen to that request. When you dump all the meat on a grill with no space in between, you end up steaming the meat instead of grilling it, ok? I think she ignored my request multiple times just because she is an older woman so by default, she think she should know best. Annoying experience.

Yelp
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place just had me and my friend sit down, wait 30 minutes while they cook this other table in front of us cook their entire self served Korean bbq entrees..... no one asked us what we want to eat nor ask how we were doing..... I would never recommend this place to anyone, worst service ever!

Yelp
Food was awesome, Richard the manager was very friendly and attentive to our table making sure we have what we need. I recommend this restaurant for some beef Gabi and seafood Korean soup.

Yelp
One star for opening 24 hours and one for the big shrimp in the seafood tofu soup which is rare. We went in on a Saturday night around 11pm. They were somewhat swamped and seemed under staffed, which we could understand, but the overall experience and food were just very mediocre. When we got in, we waited for a bit on the front before a staff asked if we were doing BBQ, which we said no, so she sat us on one of the 'private rooms' with 2 different table/party and gave us menus. Unfortunately, the other table was with few teenagers that were very loud, so we tried to go to the register and ask to be seated on the outside common area. But the staff looked irritated by our request and told us that the other table just paid and they will be leaving soon. Perhaps she was saving the other table for BBQ, but oh well, we tolerated it. When looking at the menu, we hoping for ones with pictures on it as they are shown on yelp, but we only got the ones with words on it. Not sure if they changed management or what. We tried to ask and see if they had picture menus, but no one acknowledged us, so we ended up looking at the pictures on Yelp, which was a bit irritated as we still weren't sure if they had all the food and is still under the same management or if they had only specific items during certain hours at night. Rang the bell once we were ready to place our order, no one came to us. So we rang again several times between few mins interval and finally a staff came and asked if we wanted tea or water. She then came back with the tea we have asked for and took our order, that was unfortunately the last time we ever saw her, not that anything happened to her, at least we hoped not, but she just never came back to check on us or refilled our tea. We ended up ordering a combo with beef ribs and seafood tofu soup, a beef tofu soup, and a porridge. The food took so long that we saw a busser brought a dirty dishes cart into the room to clean the other table, then the hostess sat another new party next to us. When the new party ordered, the hostess was asking if we are ready to order, which we responded that we have already placed our order and have been waiting on our food. That was not a good feeling until eventually when the food runner brought out our food in a cart with all the side dishes, we were more relieved. I know some restaurants bring side dishes with entrees instead of before, but kind of wish they would have brought out side dishes first instead of having us to wait for everything at the same time. There were only 5 side dishes for a table of 4 people, which we felt like they could have given us. We tried asking for more side dishes as the food runner put down the food, but she left so quickly after she placed the food on the table that we felt like we didn't want to be a bother. The food were pretty mediocre. The seafood soup has big shrimp, which was very nice. For some reason, the beef soup was half filled comparing to the seafood soup. The worst thing was probably the beef ribs, because they were COLD. They were probably waiting for all the food to be ready at the same time, as the porridge and the tofu soups were very hot, but again, cold beef ribs were very disappointing. Not sure if we would go back again based on the experience mentioned above, but perhaps if we really carved Korean food on a very late night/early morning and couldn't find another 24-hr Korean restaurant...

Yelp
After taking my temperature I was seated. Actually the first indoor restaurant meal I've had in several months! I just got to Atlanta and this place was 24 hours, so this was the choice. I had the #13 Maewoon Galbitang, or short b in spicy soup. First off the portion was huge. I had plenty of soup and more than plenty short rib to fill it up. There's a little bit of glass noodle but not much if any veggies. I thought some green onion might add nicely to it, but either way, it was delicious. Quite novel, because I usually see this with clear soup, or sold as Yukgejang, so I really wanted to try it and it did not disappoint. Service was A-Ok, just push the button and there they are! Great meal and I'd be hap pay to come back any time.
