2021 New York New MICHELIN Bib Gourmands

"The quality of cooking and level of service here rises above other K-town stalwarts. Take the signature galbi, for instance, which the kitchen lightly scores to ensure that the meat sears up just right." - The MICHELIN Guide

Food is great. Ordered prime rib BBQ and galbi. Bibim bop is excellent and appropriately hot. The service is quite slow and they are understaffed. Also if you want table BBQ you might have to wait for a table. The food itself does make up for it. The tofu soup is excellent and worth getting. Will definitely go here again.

Hefty portions of meat for a decent lunch BBQ. We got the beef (la galbi) and the pork (doiji galbi) shortribs, and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meat. (The sauces were, of course, American-palate sweet). The ban chan were decent (the best was the radish kimchi), though nothing had any spiciness whatsoever. The lunch also comes with a huge portion of soup, so be aware. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff kind and responsive. Also : free barley tea

come here about once every 2 months in order to get korean food fix. always come for the lunch special as dinner time it can get expensive. ample seating and lunch specials are priced right. you get a huge portion of food and family style side dishes. haven't tried other places in the area as i'm pretty happy with this place.

After coming here for over 10 years and loving it, I have to say I've made my final visit. Bad service (very bad) and disappointing food. The kimchi was very pickled, as in old, and the pajun was soggy. The soup was delicious otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Too many good choices on this block to waste time here.

Go-to spot for casual Korean food. What sets this place apart from the rest is abundant banchan and no frills, well priced food. The well lit atmosphere without any loud music or noise is ideal for throwing back OB beers with good friends and making new ones.

This was a great event!!! First time I, see buffet style in a event so a lots of food and it was server what ever you want to eat. The food was amazing, had a great taste: Chap Chae noodles Seafood Pancakes Spicy Rice cakes Korean fried dumplings Kimchi Spicy pickled cucumbers Bean sprouts Brown/white Rice Beef They also were giving away lots of Tiger Beers. The only bad thing was that it was kind of hard meeting new people, because everyone was in separate tables with their plus one.
