Today, I visited the Sephora store in New York, and it was an amazing experience! Located on 34th Street, this store is a true haven for beauty lovers. The variety of cosmetics and skincare products they offer is truly impressive, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. From luxury brands to everyday essentials, there’s something for everyone. What made my visit even better was the friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always ready to help and give advice. Whether you're a makeup enthusiast or just need some beauty products, this Sephora location is absolutely worth a visit!

I made an appointment within less than 1 hour, I realized I needed to cancel. The store will not work with me even thought, I cancel within 45 minutes of making the appointment. My appointment was the last one of the day. You better off going to another makeup store. I am going to start shopping at Mac, even thought I been a sephora customer for years. After speaking with the lady in the phone, she just put me in hold. Then came back and laugh saying, sorry I thought you were another customer and put me back on hold.

Google
The associates on the floor are so rude. If you don’t want to work then leave it to someone who really wants a job to help people. It’s very disappointing how Sephora is loosing its touch with customer service. Very sad. I’d I could give a 0 stars I would. I commit come here to get who I usually get but now that I’m able to find them else where I won’t be shopping here again. The associates in the fragrance has nothing but attitude and very rude. The other associate with the braids and heavy make up is also very rude.

Google
Wow, this Sephora was not up to par. I’m so surprised, especially for it to be on 34th Street, such a busy and popular area. I walked in and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. So strange. this has never happened to me in any other Sephora. I looked around to see who I could ask, but the employees didn’t even look at me.. they just kept walking around quickly. I went up to the cashier to ask if anyone could help me. She responded with a very rude tone: “What do you need?” I asked a quick question, and she answered very short and dismissively, then walked away. I tried to find someone else and waited for another employee to finish helping a customer, but she dismissed me too. I waited about 10 more minutes patiently and still got no help. I ended up leaving without the product I came for. Such a disappointing shopping experience. There were about 20 employees just “looking busy” and not offering any customer service. I don’t know who runs this location, but it definitely needs to be looked into. Check the cameras and see how your employees are actually performing

Alexandra

Google
Here for over 30 minutes. No one asked if I needed any help. All materials to apply makeup are out of stock. Only tissues were available. Worse Sephora I’ve been to.

immy

Google
holy the latino male employee who was helping me was so rude. went in today evening he had curly hair and was replenishing by the haircare with another girl employee and when I went up to him to ask about a product that didnt have a tester he VERY RUDELY cut me off before I even finished my sentence that ‘we do not do that’ and even when I was trying to finish the question he just looked annoyed. Really terrible customer service because I was planning on buying that product at this location but now due to this I will be going somewhere else.

Google
Staff members were no were to be found, after 15 minutes trying to get someone to help me, i found a few employees, I greeted them, but they completely ignored me and walked past by me. So then I asked for something to a girl by the mobile register and she rolled her eyes as she was lazy to look into the system. Why do they hire workers who clearly don’t like to provide customer service…. I decided walk out and walk down the block to Ulta... this manager has to retrain her staff… unbelievable… horrible customer service

Sanjida Smita

Google
I always love coming to this store but today I had a horrible experience, the fragrance section advisor was very rude I do not know her name but she had blonde hair and south Asian. Everytime I asked for help with a certain perfume it seemed like she was so bothered to help me(even tho all she did was take out 2 perfumes for me). At the end during check out she told me I never had a picky customer like you this was a new experience which made me feel so uncomfortable.

Yelp
Shoutout to Fanta who was very helpful, friendly, and patient in helping me pick out a concealer to match my skin tone. I think this was my first experience in a Sephora where a staff member offered assistance instead of me having to flag one down. She scanned my face with an app, helped me apply samples, and also recommended different brands from her own experience (since mine is minimal). I was happy with the purchase I made based on our interaction.

Yelp
During a recent trip to Manhattan, my friend and I stumbled upon no less than three Sephoras while casually walking near Bryant Park (because apparently, Manhattan can't get enough). This particular one was the second Sephora we popped into, and it delivered the quintessential Sephora experience - with a few highlights. The staff here were incredibly attentive. One of them noticed me browsing and immediately offered to help, which was a nice touch. It's always refreshing when staff are proactive and genuinely helpful without you having to hunt them down. Major points for friendliness and service. As expected for such a prime location, the store was pretty crowded. But hey, it's Sephora in Manhattan - crowds are part of the deal. Beyond that, it's your typical Sephora, filled with all the beauty goodies you could ever need. If you're in the area and can brave the crowds, it's worth a visit!

Yelp
Convenient location in the heart of midtown and easy to get to just steps from the train station. Staff is friendly and there to help assist customers to find what they are looking for. Plenty of makeup, facial cleansers, perfume, cologne, hair care and styling products and more. Variety of brands including Sephora's own. Been here several times to purchase gifts for others - The Viktor Rolf cute mini perfume samplers made a really nice gift for a friend. If one doesn't know what to get, a Sephora gift card always works. Sephora Beauty Insiders members get points for each purchase and the points add up to redeem for items later. Plus birthday rewards based on annual spend. Check out lines can get line especially during prime hours and during holidays, so plan accordingly and have some patience...

Yelp
With the amount of traffic and theft n crazies that go into this store I can honestly say the employees are very sweet and helpful. I work in the area and this is the Sephora I go to. I have been into less busier sephoras and got the rudest employees. Everyone here keeps the same great energy, from the greeters to the employees on the floor and cashiers. I went in today and spoke with 4 people as I looked for what I needed and got checked out and everyone was very nice! Thank you for that, i know retail isn't easy. Love my "Gaga" Glass Blush Balm

Yelp
First time in NYC, celebrating my daughter's birthday, and even though some of the stores she went to can be found anywhere - there's something special about NYC. Sephora is Sephora, right? Wrong. Not here. Everything in the city is so glamorous and cute. They also had products that stores near me don't carry and we'd normally have to order online. Customer service was on point, and overall this was my favorite Sephora experience of all time.

Yelp
Having one cashier open on a busy Friday night is disgusting. And unfair to that one cashier.
google avatar

Leah H.

Yelp
I had the best experience. I needed my makeup done and I had no appointment. I saw SILVER, one of the makeup artists and she did such a great job. She had such a good consultation with me first to make sure she got exactly what I was looking for. I felt so beautiful. I will definitely use her for all my events

Yelp
The service is beyond terrible! Coming from someone who has worked for the company and knows the expectations, I'm appalled. I asked 4 different people for a sample, each time I got directed to someone else. First the useless security guard who was up front, who sent me to, two brand reps after he said "ask those workers" then the useless greeter, who wasn't greeting. We never got welcomed in. I ended up walking out without the sample. Also, the store is very dirty. Managers should read their Yelp reviews to improve their store.

Robbie D.

Yelp
I'm reaching out to all Sephora managers to tell you about a terrifying experience we had at your store on 34th street yesterday , Saturday August 31st. While waiting on a long line at the back of the store around 3:30 we heard a series of what sounded like gun shots. Very loud Pops! Alarmed , everyone near me hit the ground and I spotted a couple of employees running out a back door. It was a complete panic with everyone assuming it random mass shooting events occurring . At some point a cashier yelled out that it's was ok it's just a celebration. When I asked him how was he sure it was ok, he said that one manager set off fire crackers or something to celebrate the promotion of another manager. What? Out raged, I demanded to talk to them to tell them how scary and stupid it was to do that in the store. Instead of any apologies I was told I had no right to talk to them like that. What? That was the dummest thing any responsible store manager would ever do. Afterwards other shoppers came up to me that tell me how messed up that was and that they should be fired. I agree and am hoping you will read this and understand how wrong that was. I'm still and others must be still shaking

Yelp
What can you say about Sephora? A place where you can try make up swatches on yourself again. Great customer service, great products. I try not to go there Bc I always spend too much money. They remembered it was my birthday month! I chose free skin care. I love to accumulate my points to redeem for bigger prizes. Love love love

Yelp
The recent visited the store was on Black Friday and lot of stuff were on sale but the problem was the line was so long and staff was too busy with another customer, so my friend and I just checked it out what we wanted to buy and we decided to buy online.

Yelp
If you're wearing beautiful makeup and you feel like you can Sephora thousand miles, it might be partly because of this place. That's how Barbi feels, and she has the bestest ever make up like. So here at S, they have very sexy makeup and they're not cheap. But they're popular for a reason. This is an extremely busy, bustling, popular store on 34th, right in the heart of West Midtown Shopping, and one of the flagship locations for New York. That's why they have so many reviews. Yes, they have amazing makeup, but high prices and sales associates aren't always the friendliest either.

Richard E.

Yelp
I had an issue with my online order and they went above and beyond to help me get the products I need to make my gift for the holidays perfect. I want to thank the staff and mangers at the 34th Street location along with the Dior team for there service

Michelle E.

Yelp
The Sephora location on the Upper West Side, on Columbus Ave SUCKS! I asked an associate if she could help me pick out a concealer. Her response was, "I'm getting my makeup done." She was rude and nasty. Trust me, if I had the time, I would have called for a manager. I will buy my products online. I had a similar experience at their 34th Street location. Sephora, please train your associates to be professional.
google avatar

Milly G.

Yelp
I cut my losses after waiting 30mins for a pick up order... just buy online if you care about your sanity. Come to this sephora if you want to save money cause you won't be able to pay anyway.

Jillian B.

Yelp
Probably the worst customer service. Anika was so rude and really needs to learn some manners.

Ariela Z.

Yelp
I ordered something online today, and I when I went to pick up, they told me they didn't have the item anymore, because it is Black Friday and other people already bought what I wanted, what I assume is that if there are online orders you should be able to put those items apart for the people who already bought it, I thought that it is how it works , however I had to go to the store and see them telling me in my face that they didn't have it on the store which is ridiculous to me, because when I preferred online it was available. Do not order from this store.

Yelp
Staff were very friendly and assisted me with selecting my birthday gift and using my points as well!

Yelp
Stop in today (12/27/22) right around the evening rush; and I must say that the customer service was definitely a great vibe!! When I first walked into this Sephora location the makeup artist were all doing their professional thing!! They were so engaged with their clients, and the clients look happy. The fragrance area was my favorite and everyone working in the fragrance area we're so friendly. Overall the floor staff was welcoming and honestly it felt genuine and not forced. It's great when you go into one of your favorite stores and see everyone loving what they do! The store was somewhat busy and the line was kind of long. Since I only had a limited amount of time and the line was far out I decided to do an online order. I came in for some cosmetics and a particular fragrance. The fragrance team check the stock for the item and it was out for a while. However one of the representatives in the Prada area told me that shipments come in weekly and I can call or come in to check back for a restock on my desired fragrance. The Dior fragrance representative was on point with the fragrances and the different ingredients/noted for the fragrances discussed. He was very educated on Dior products and he also shared some great fragrances techniques for layering similar perfumes. Now I have a new fragrance on my bucket list lol and will look forward to the next Beauty Insider Reward off. I would recommend this location.

Yelp
I have been here a few times. I preferred when it was a little smaller and you would get more attention from staff. My last visit someone did help me out for a bit but after it was hard to get someone. There were some try on products that didn't have try on options because they hadn't replaced them yet. There is definitely a lot of variety here, but I prefer slightly smaller locations. If you need something they probably have it but might be tough to get assistance.
google avatar

Cyrene Y.

Yelp
I encountered the manager here, and everything makes sense now. The staff's rudeness stems from her. I was so uncomfortable watching her yell at everyone and tell them that they're incompetent for assisting customers not in their assigned section. Heavens forbid the staff address customers outside of their designated area! At checkout, she was audibly upset at a customer for returning a product. When she got to me, she immediately raised her voice and kept saying to enter my phone number, and I said 3 times that I didn't have an account and didn't want one. I finally had to raise my voice back so she'd stop asking. She's a bully, and so is half the staff here. She threw the receipt at me, forget about a thank you.

Tia R.

Yelp
I will say...that the customer service at this particular location is non existent. This is the type of Sephora location where you have to know where and what you need to get and go. Be prepared to wait on a long line-- which isn't a big issue for me. But if your expecting to get any kind of assistance at this location, this is not the location. Please go to another Sephora where the staff is a little more approachable.
google avatar

Yelp
With the lack of supply of things at a major store with the size the way it was I was shocked at this place is still even up and running. As I was on my way to check out one of your "Lovely" cashiers or customer service reps should I say give me some very rude unsolicited advice about my make up and my looks. Had I asked her a question the advice would've been great but I had not asked her nor spoken to her so for her to come up to me and basically tell me what's wrong with me cause me to not only not purchase from your store but also my friends purchase also. You're looking at over $1000 you would've had today at the store but now lost because you guys' customer support is crap.
google avatar

Geena K.

Yelp
The service here is absolutely horrible. How is it that 5 out of 6 employees I talked to were extremely rude? I came in right when they opened, so there were only about 5 other customers there, and not one of the 15+ employees couldn't help me. Everyone just kept pointing to someone else to help me, but no one was willing to, even though they were not helping any customers. Even the managers were so rude. One of them kept calling me "sweetie". I am not your 5 year old daughter. Don't call me "sweetie." And the employee that did help me was so terrible. I wanted to try a specific product. So I asked about it, and she said they didn't have it. She said she knew which product I was talking about, the one in a tube. But I asked where is the company's display was. She told me in the front. And guess what was there? The product that she said they didn't have was right there.

Maria K.

Yelp
I visited the store just to buy a mascara, as a result I was signed up for a credit card by the cashier. It was very loud in the store,I thought it was a discount card, when I realized what was that I immediately asked to cancel the transaction but I was denied. I asked to call the manager, but manager didn't show up. Then somebody contacted me via email just to say I have to call to the bank and deal with the cancelation all by myself and sure it'll influence my credit score..I am shocked,I feel scammed and looks like management doesn't really care about what is going on,nodoby there wants to solve the problem they made. Be aware of that place!

Yelp
Came in searching for a sweet 16 gift because Macy's didn't carry the product that I wanted. This place was crazy packed. All the makeup stand ladies were wearing Halloween makeup. Love it! I liked how many associates were available. I found the lipstick I was looking for and tried to get out ASAP. Very loud music in here making the scene more crazy... The line wasn't super long, but a manager came over and directed whomever was paying with a credit or debit card to go to different people that had a cell phone device. This made checkout much smoother and faster than I expected. The person who checked me out even took the time to ask if I had an account with Sephora so that I could get points. Yay points! I would definitely come to this location again.

Yelp
Dreadful design versus redemptive customer service at the 34th St store. In a nutshell, open lipsticks displayed at the bottom of the case, just at the hem level of a full length coat, are the dreadful design. Before I realized reaching for a product on the upper part of the display would drag my coat across the display of open lipsticks, the deed was done --several striking greasy smudges now adorned my coat. On the other hand, after a brief discussion, a Sephora manager, Christina, stepped up. With brush cleaner and tiny brushes she got most of the staining dispatched. Now no one was happy with the situation but it strikes me, as someone who has managed rafts of people, that this young woman handled an unfortunate situation exactly right. Not sure if Sephora trains managers well...or if perhaps, this woman is a natural. Whichever the case, the company would be wise to clone her.
google avatar

Katie A.

Yelp
Had a great experience here on Tuesday with Dianne! She did my makeup for my engagement photos and it turned out perfect. I showed her a few photos of what I was looking for and she did such a good job recreating it. I'd definitely schedule an appointment with her in the future! If you buy $50 worth of products on the day you get your makeup done, the service is free. This was definitely worth it to me because I ended up buying a few of the products she used on my face in case I needed to touch it up later. In general, this Sephora location gets very crowded but I never have trouble finding someone to assist me and the line moves quickly.
google avatar

Gabriella D.

Yelp
I can't believe I neglected to post a review of my favorite place here! I am a regular at this location and love participating in their makeup classes. The ability to experiment with different makeup products is fun but it's even better to have the guidance of amazingly well trained professionals so that I can recreate a great look on a regular basis when I leave. This has changed my daily routine and daily look to something more beautiful than I had the ability to create before becoming a regular here. It's fun and my daughter and I look forward to coming here to play with makeup but also learning how to highlight our best features, experiment with new looks and even learn about skin care. The cost of items is double than what you would pay in a regular convenience store like Duane reade but the products are sometimes worth it but the experience definitely is.

Yelp
I would give this place no stars if I could. I used to live not far from here 8 years ago and never had a problem even when I come to visit from time to time. The staff was always very helpful so this was quite a shock. Staff and management here needs to be replaced. Not even re-trained. My niece went in today, PAID FOR HER THINGS, put her mini Sephora bag into her newly purchased Dior bag, was also --holding her receipt-- ... and got harassed by two young Hispanic men accusing her of theft. They were watching her the whole time before and after she paid while other people are blatantly stuffing lippies into their coat sleeves?? There was a whole scene in which they just ended up looking real stupid after only finding everything she purchased on the receipt. I'll be getting a more detailed report, but Sephora will be hearing of this. This is not how you treat loyal customers.
google avatar

Sara Y.

Yelp
love shopping here, friendly workers are so helpful. At this time 1st time I got perfume sample. All questions I have, they're happily answered it to me! Ty and makes me smiles.
google avatar

Marlena K.

Yelp
Worst Sephora ever. Completely understaffed. Extremely long lines, rude staff and no one to help you. Everyone says I'll be back and just leaves you standing in the middle of the floor looking dumb. Saw three people arrested and escorted out while I was shopping, possibly shoplifting? The only nice person was some guy named Joey who got me help, but the lady that did my color IQ to match my foundation was so rude and could not care to help after it was over to show me where some products are because the stores huge. Left with nothing went online and ordered what I think was my matching foundation. Worst Sephora in all of NYC.
google avatar

Johana G.

Yelp
Super crowded location. Has more space that times square location. No bathroom available. Staff is friendly but they don't have their new merchadise! For example I was looking the new eye shadow by tarte and lele pons they didn't even know what I was talking about. Place is not as clean as expected If possible avoid this location. Is cool that is near penn station but I think even a smaller location is better than this one. No intentions of coming back.
google avatar

SK W.

Yelp
Wasn't looking to attempting to shade match a foundation to my pasty winter skin in the fluorescent lights of Sephora HS a few days ago, but I'm super glad I went in. Almost walked out with the wrong shade until a store associate named Lisa asked if I needed help. She used the sephora app to match me to a much more suitable (way less orange) shade and then gave her (correct, it turns out) opinion on the options I had chosen. I've literally never had a foundation match this well before. 36-years-old and still can't do my makeup. Thank god this person stepped in lol thanks, Lisa!

Yelp
Tell me how a VIB Rouge goes from someone who accumulated 4K points to someone who just made her first purchase at Sephora this year? The employees and overall customer support. Requested a brush from Nannam (or however you spell his name) and he initially told me that one was not available and Sephora doesn't have brushes (really?) Then when summonsed by a rep, he did a careless job on my brows (if your trying to sell me a $35 brow product- just try a lil! On top of his misinformed beauty base and knowledge- his breath was kicking too! These interactions leave a bad taste in a customer's mouth and no amount of pink cotton candy will help remedy that.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this new re-vamp, new location in Herald Square (literally a few stores down from their original location)! MUCH more Pleasant, Clean, Sleek!!! And the vibe was awesome! It was welcoming for a change vs. the mad house that it used to be. The location of products are more streamlined and more efficient for shoppers. There is actual "moving" space between product displays and shoppers are not crammmmmmed like sardines! I actually look forward to returning! #happyface
google avatar

Demma R.

Yelp
The staff here is super rude...and spent most of the time speaking to each other versus helping customers. I think I know more about the acne breakout of one of the associates than I know about the product I was looking for. Terrible experience.
google avatar

Gigi A.

Yelp
Sephora is the absolute bomb diggity of beauty stores. I'm obsessed with it to the extent that I can't pass one without just popping in to bask in its Sephora ambiance. I love everything about this brand, but I especially appreciate that it's a one-stop shop for beauty - cosmetics, skin care, tools and fragrance. Love, love, love. The con of this store are that it's always crowded AF. The lines are long and I would not use the testers. But that's kinda par for the course for the area. Like all Sephoras, make an appointment and spend $50 to have your make up professionally done. $50 is easy to spend here and it's money well spent. Pro tip: make an appointment online and get an immediate email confirmation. Very user friendly system. Second Pro Tip: join their loyalty club to accrue points for freebies!

Yelp
Do you love to save up your points with the intention of one day cashing them in for a 100 dollar reward??? Well you better be careful, if you try to even go in this store with any intention of exchanging the item, you will be scammed out of your 2500 points. Yes so I made the mistake of deciding on a eau de toilette, came in to exchange and pay the difference to get a parfum, you know so that the perfume lasts more than 20 minutes. Well I was downright swindled. I went to the counter to do the exchange and they took my original and said oh it won't let us exchange, but " ask about your points" which in reality they took my item and probably kept it for themselves, now I don't have any perfume at all and my 2500 points are gone. What's that you say, customer service??? Nope tried it. Nobody cares, I tried contacting 3 different ways. Nobody will even give me a tester to make up for the bottle of perfume they took from me. Thanks a lot Sephora you lost a very very good customer. Hope your happy with your new perfume. You can't tell me two employees didn't know that you can't exchange a reward item. It was downright wrong how this went down.

Yelp
Lots of people in the line, waited for around 5mins but it's alright. Busy location but quite big therefore the products are mostly in store and enough brands in this particular sephora. Walking distance to subway lines such as the yellow, red, and blue lines. Some bus stops are within walking distance as well. Nice and friendly service and professional.

Yelp
Not good. Now before readers think I'm being picky, I'm comparing this Sephora to the 2 in Times Square and it is so much worse. The lines are always long, there's rarely sample jars, and it's usually pretty messy. Number one issue though is how rude and unhelpful the workers are. I just asked where to find the Benefit section and one just rolled her eyes and said I don't know. Really? You don't know where one of your major brands is located? At least when I worked retail, that would not fly. If you ask for a sample, most workers look at you like you asked them to part the Red Sea. Like I said, the locations on 42nd and 45th are much better.

Jada M.

Yelp
I called them 30 minutes before going into the store so they could put a lipgloss on hold for me, they said they did and even put my name down for it. When I get to the store they said it's not available. I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to getting this product today.
google avatar

Yelp
FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE BY A BALD MAN IN HIS 30s-40s. I'm not sure if it was a store detective, or just a creep. But yesterday when I was in this store a bald man in his late 30s-40s followed me around the store. Everywhere I would look at make up he would follow me, I started watching what he was doing, he would pick up a foundation and it was so obvious he wasn't interested in the make up. I would walk to one section of make up and he would be behind me, he was following me everywhere I went. This is unacceptable. I am a paying customer. I'm still not sure if he was a store detective or just a creep. If he was a store detective he was so obviously following people, it was creepy and I actually got scared. If there is some creep following women around in your store, you need to get on this problem FAST because you just lost a customer, and i can't be the only person who has noticed this issue.

Yelp
Recent visit was to redeem my birthday e-mail coupon for a free set of shimmering lip gloss. Although it has past two weeks since my birthday the cashier asked me if they wanted to make some noise at the spure of the moment which I was surprised and took the opportunity to "live a little." The cashier rang a bell for the other cashiers who were hustling and bustling with client purchases that there is a birthday. All three cashiers hollered out "happy birthday" in the most delightful way. It's been two weeks since my birthday and I'm still celebrating as life is too short without a celebration! Sephora has a rewards card program which clients receive promotional coupons and samples.

Yelp
Big store but horrible employees on the floor. I walked around looking like a lost puppy the whole time I was within the store, and none of the employees approached me to ask if I needed any assistance. My bf said excuse me to a worker who was walking past him in the narrow aisles and she ignored him. The only saving grace was the amazing cashier we checked out with. She was such a sweetheart! Why is it always like this at Sephora's? Why are their employees so miserable looking or snobby as of late? I'm used to this behavior at MAC stores, not Sephora.

Yelp
This place is truly dreadful. I needed help with a makeup re-boot and waited for any one of the 15 makeup artists lingering up front to offer help. When no one did, so I asked for help. A guy said he would find someone to help me and disappeared for 5 min. When he came back he said he had someone but she would need a few minutes. Ten minutes later when I asked if she was coming, he made a call and then shared that they didn't actually have anyone to help me. That I needed to book online. This would have been helpful to know at the start. INSANITY and disrespect. I'll never be back. I went across the street to the MAC counter at Macy's and had a lovely experience.

Yelp
I love sephora, especially the 34th street location. However, today I asked a young lady whom I believe may have been a brand ambassador for Givenchy, for a sample. She told me that Sephora doesn't have any jars for samples. When I asked if that was true for all locations, she said she worked in quite a few and that was her observation. I found that to be weird so I asked another associate. Her name is Lisa. She was very nice and gave me the samples with no problem. I don't know if this was a honest mistake but her attitude was a bit nonchalant, even after I mentioned it to her. Lisa definitely made me feel better about my experience, and I will visit again.Maybe the other associate was just having a bad day.

Yelp
This Sephora has literally EVERYTHING . Staff is super helpful ! Didn't want to buy a expensive single eyeshadow so they recommended me a different brand that fit my budget ! Then at checkout the ladies are very well trained and this Sephora has stuff that you can actually redeem with your points . Houston , Texas needs to catch up . Thank you New York Sephora !!!!
