We hosted our wedding lunch at Serendipity Las Vegas on 10/29/2025, and it was absolutely perfect. We had a last-minute booking, and the owner, Lior, went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. They made us feel celebrated from the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere added the right mix of elegance and fun, making our day even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended for any special occasion.

As an event planner, I absolutely love working at Serendipity. The team is always flexible, professional, and easy to work with. The venue is spotless and offers a true blank canvas, allowing us to transform the space and bring any vision to life. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at this event space, and I can’t say enough great things about it. From start to finish, everything was truly perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The space itself is beautiful — spacious, clean, and well-designed — with stunning views that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting! Parking was a breeze, which made it easy for everyone to come and go without any stress. The team was so accommodating throughout the entire process, which made planning and executing the party smooth and enjoyable. We received so many compliments from friends and family about the venue — everyone kept asking how we found such a gem! I’m so grateful we chose this location. We had our event at Serendipity Events in Las Vegas and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, assisting us with the entire organization and making everything run smoothly. The venue is beautiful, very clean, modern, and easy for everyone to access. The outdoor area is especially stunning, with an amazing view that really impressed all of our guests. The service during the event was outstanding, and the pricing felt very fair for the level of care and quality we received. We celebrated our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah here and it was perfect. The venue is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the team. We probably drove them crazy with all our questions and last-minute changes, yet they stayed unbelievably patient, kind, and always found a way to make it work. Thanks to them, we felt completely supported and were able to enjoy every moment of the night.

The venue, located by a beautiful lake in Las Vegas, offered stunning views that added a magical touch to the event. On Durango and Sahara there is this unreal area called Lakes. All expensive houses surrounding a real Lake. On the begging of that Lake there is a little plaza and this place called Serendipity. All in glass with a beautiful view to lake. It can easily fit ten big round table. It could fit more, but 10 is super comfortable. Upon the entrance on the right side there is a bar, and the rest is empty space. It has terrace which has weird shape but the view is amazing. I wish I came there during the day time I imagine view would be much better. Servers and bartender were super nice and everything is super clean.

I recently attended a 60th birthday celebration at this venue and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. When we went for the food tasting ahead of the event, everything was flavorful and well-prepared. However, on the day of the party, the food served was bland, cold, and nothing like what we had sampled. It was a letdown, especially given how much planning went into the celebration. I also became very ill after drinking from the open bar. I had requested Casamigos neat--a drink I'm very familiar with and never have issues consuming--but what I received did not taste like authentic Casamigos. While the bottle had the correct label, something felt off, both in taste and how it affected me afterward. To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked for my drinks neat and kept receiving them with ice. For anyone who appreciates good spirits, that difference matters. It's disappointing to have these kinds of issues during such a meaningful celebration. The venue has potential, but consistency and quality control were clearly lacking. Therefore until changes are made I would not recommend.

best venue in town. Amazing view that create such a magical vibe. The manager Lior and his team doing such a fantastic job. taking care of all the small details that you really can be like a guest at your own event and actuall enjoy it.

Location was great but that was it. Food was cold and tasteless. Liquor was served from already opened bottles. They would only serve shots with ice and not neat. Led us to believe the liquor being served wasn't really the brand on the bottle. The bartender also refused to measure shots. He would only serve half shots when it was an open bar for 4 hours.

My cousins graduation party was here and it was so pretty . The staff was also so kind and they accommodated to all of our needs!!

Unprofessional, lack of communication, will nickel & dime you until the very end I booked Sept 2022 (8 mo prior to my son's birthday). Everything seemed fine at first. We spoke to the director, Sissy who made it seem like they had their stuff together & had vendors to make your event more affordable/organized. We tried to book later in the afternoon, because I mentioned mornings may be difficult for a 1 yr old's nap time. Sissy mentioned that times can be moved. We booked the day of to ensure that we started a payment plan. I sent detailed pictures & descriptions of how I wanted the place decorated. Linens, balloons, decorations, etc. We spoke back & forth between Sissy & the venue manager, Kasandra. We reached out in March to move our time to what we originally wanted. Sissy had said she booked a wedding after our event so she couldn't give us our original time. No communication to us. We asked if there was any way they could accommodate due to this inconvenience. We were told the only thing was an earlier set up. Fine, I took it. 9 am-11am was our original set up so we requested for an 8am set up. Emails not answered. Phone calls ignored. It's now May & I'm requesting fine print for early set up to be 8am. Nothing mentioned about 8am until days before the party stating this was only a "courtesy" to us and that our proposal stated 9am setup. I think she forgets that she offered us an early set up due to booking a wedding after us. We have no idea where Kasandra is throughout the entire process, but she seemed like the only kind person who cared about the details of our baby's birthday when we first started emailing. We get a call from Lexie, the new venue manager? she was added into our portal May 11th (party starts June 4th). We spoke about decoration details like I had emailed Kasandra about. She scheduled a final walk through w/ Sissy May 18th. During our final walk through I assumed decorations that I have spoken about with her were noted & a sketch of the chiara walls + balloons were complete. WRONG. Sissy was not present at our final walk through. When Lexie met with us, every detail that we had spoken about over the phone was out the door. She kept asking for the same details & mentioned that she must have left her notes somewhere else. When I asked for a draft sketch of decorations of the chiara wall + balloons, she asked if she could just draft one right there & then. Pretty unprepared for a "final walk through". We then looked at the layout & she wrote on the draft layout of where we wanted everything placed. We also requested for the 2 games that came with the venue & borrow 2 easels. After our meeting, I asked if we could have copies of the layout & the draft sketch. She told us she would email it to us. I emailed again to ensure I had everything in black & white asking for details. We got a response from Sissy May 19th asking us to schedule a final walk through. We asked if we really needed ANOTHER final walk through since we just had one the day prior - they apologized for the miscommunication Throughout 2 was, I've tried to finalize colors & balloon organization through email. Completely ignored. Even sent pics to be detailed. My husband had to txt Lexie because that was the only way she was going to respond to anything. Everything we had sent, all the details we had talked with Kasandra about, nonexistent to anyone else. When it finally came to the chiara painting details, Lexie stated she would let me know when she was going to HomeDepot to look at the paint colors. She wanted to FaceTime so I could see the colors. No communication ahead of time. A call out of nowhere as I was driving on the freeway. Again. Apologies were given for not communicating ahead of time & that she wanted to FaceTime me colors, but I couldn't because I was driving. literally LESS THAN 24 HR, we get a text SATURDAY 3:33pm stating that linens are not included. how in the world was this not addressed a whole 8 months?? Can't tell you. But it was being addressed 3:33pm on a weekend just hrs before our event. We addressed the email we sent about linens back in Oct 2022 to Kasandra. Sissy explained it was a "misunderstanding" it would be $18 for each linen per table. How convenient to tell us this on a weekend late afternoon where places close around 5pm. Of course we had no choice but to purchase them for $270. She also tried to charge us an extra $150 for set up and break down of tables at 9pm. We decided to do the set up & break down ourselves. I get it. It's a beautiful facility that is more affordable compared to others. If you want to book with them. GET EVERYTHING IN BLACK & WHITE. ITEMIZE EVERYTHING. Don't use any of their vendors, use YOUR OWN. If you have to use this place, just use them for the space & take care of everything yourself because that's what you'll be doing the entire step of the way - babysitting every tiny thing, constantly reminding them because of their misunderstandings

Thank you to Lexie and Einav for making our vision come true! We had a dream baby shower! The decor and tables were set up exactly as I had hoped along with the dessert station cart. The communication prior to our event went well and all questions were answered. The DJ played the music we had went over as well as requests. The food was delicious and the bartender made great drinks. We were overall very happy despite the weather conditions that day. Thank you again for all of your hard work and making our baby shower party a memorable one. :)

In speaking with Lior over a concern I had, I was instantly uplifted by the incredibly deep, compassionate and articulate manner in which Lior handled the situation. This rarely occurs in our world and should be shared to acknowledge the beauty in some amazing souls. Thank you, Lior. I will forever remember you with great admiration.

Not only the place is gorgeous with the lake view and outside area, but the management is great, Very detail oriented and they made sure we have the best experience. Very recommended !

Had an event here a couple months ago. Not only is the location so stunning with the lake view but the whole experience was magical! The staff work so well together & Lexie was so helpful with everything she really dedicates herself to give us the best experience possible! And that she did! Had an amazing event here definitely will be here for any other event coming up !!

let me start off by saying this venue has a gorgeous lakeside view. very budget friendly. you can customize your packages. they allow outside catering. ample parking for guests. the reason why i'm giving this place a low review is because of how they handled my refund request. i requested for them to do a backdrop, as seen in the photos. i gave them a reference photo, told them what i wanted. on the day of the wedding, i noticed that a lot of the decor i wanted seemed incomplete, but didn't think much of it because i figured they were working on it and would be finished by the time everything started... but nope. first off, i wanted drapes on the ceiling with purple lanterns. this was not arranged in the way i wanted, and the owner agreed that it didn't look right. this was sort of fixed, so i didn't say much. my centerpieces did not have any greenery, which made the tables look kinda plain, but whatever, that's fine. the backdrop though? that was terrible. no one took photos of it. i paid $675 for that backdrop for people take photos with, and none of my guests did because they all agreed that it looked weird. i found out that the person who was in charge of the decor had to leave for an emergency, which i completely understand. however, that backdrop was NOT up to standard at all. some time after the wedding, i reached out to the owner to see if i can get a refund on just the backdrop. they gave me half the amount, citing that "providing refunds for design items is not a standard practice for us due to the significant time and materials invested in their creations." if you look at the photos provided, please tell me how that backdrop is still $325. this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great atmosphere, very nice and gorgeous place on the water which is great for events. Nice back yard too to enjoy the scenery , we enjoyed celebrate our events over there. Very easy to work with

My husband and I happen to be in the area while they had an event going on that was open to the public and at the time I was searching for a venue for my sons Graduation party. The moment I walked in I fell in love with the whole venue, the atmosphere and the view was breath taking, I told my husband this is it! I reached out and got all Sissy's information and from the moment I spoke with Sissy who is the event Coordinator for Serendipity, she has been non stop helpful and very organized, and she's soo on top of her game! I fell in love with her too! I can't thank her enough for all her help throughout the whole planning and process! I love this place! Everything came out soo wonderful and every view and every corner of the place was soo beautiful! I had soo many compliments from ALL our guest on how beautiful the venue was and I would definitely recommend this Venue for any occasions! I would definitely have another party here in the future, in fact I'm already planning for my daughters 18th birthday! We can't wait to see you again Sissy!!! Hope you'll be ready for us! Lol

You'll never find me renting anywhere else again! I had my daughters 1st Birthday Luau here last week and it was such a beautiful experience. I couldn't thank everyone enough for all their help! Sissy is such a beautiful soul and Aunty kept everything clean throughout the night. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and always stocked to make sure we had everything we needed. Even when my family accidentally spilled anything, she was on it. The bartender was absolutely amazing as well! She took on constant orders with a smile on her beautiful face! The staffs professionalism, kindness, and help were what made this party run so smoothly. We're a big Hawaiian family, so it didn't take very long to welcome Sissy, the cleaning Aunty, and the bartender into our family! Thank you so much Serendipity Events for the beautiful night to remember! You will see us again soon!

AMAZING experience! We held my uncles 60th birthday celebration here. Everything was elegantly decorated and This venue is beautiful, everyone is so helpful and nice! I will 100% be coming back to this venue in the future !! THANK YOU!

I recently hosted an event at Serendipity Events, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The location was amazing, but the venue staff and the eagerness to charge us for every little thing made it a nightmare of a venue. From the start Einav our sales manager was kind and communication with her was a breeze throughout the whole planning process. Even my initial phone conversation with Maggie went well. Once we were over a month out Lexie reached out and this where we were given strict rules, had hesitations with allowing us to have a mariachi (when we confirmed with Einav prior to signing the contract). Lexi provided us with a diagram that indicated we had the whole venue space when in fact we only had 3/4 of the space due to all of their decore items. Lexi kept adding fees that were not discussed or contracted (the fees were told to my guests and not the main person paying for the venue). She arrived late so all communication and questions went to the porters and when she arrived, she wasn't very kind, she didn't bother to introduce herself and she ultimately didn't help us much with anything. Veronica who was our porter on site assisted with items well, she knew her way around the venue and also assisted Lexi with items she couldn't figure out, but her customer service wasn't there. My only true complaint was that I wish she would have come to me, the person contracted, when she had issues on how my family cleaned up their venue. Overall, she was the only one that assisted me when I asked, but she was fast and responsive. The Bartender was rude and short to my guests, and he closed down the bar too soon before we could finish up our tickets. When we arrived at the venue to set up, we found cups in the bushes, a heavy punching bag in our space, which my family had to move, and the chairs were all dirty and dusty. No one was there to walk us through anything, and I had to search for someone to let them know i was there. A 2-hour set up time was too short and strict, and the 6pm-10pm event time was way too short as well. The initial price to this venue is reasonable but be warned that you will need to set up your own table and chairs, as well as have your family clean up just so they don't charge you extra for servers when you have a taco person (not a sit-down banquet). They will try to charge you for heavy trash bags in the last minute causing your guests to walk far to throwaway the trash themselves. We were also told that the venue owner keeps a watchful eye over us through cameras. Honestly it was such a disappointment when the venue location is so nice. When confronted about all of this all they said was that Einav promised us too much in order to sell the venue :)

I had an 18th birthday a few weeks ago. the location was absolutely perfect with the lake view. my event planner was Lexie and she was super knowledgeable and has great taste, i wasn't too sure on the theme but she helped me pick the perfect theme. the actual event center was the perfect size it wasn't too small and it wasn't too big!

We came here for a baby name celebration and it was spectacular!!! The event planners really know what they're doing. The space is beautiful. The staff is so nice The bathrooms were so clean! It's right on the Sahara lakes so it's just beautiful scenery Ample parking

From the very beginning, it has been impossible to reach these people for anything. Not only that, but they continuously keep changing time of a rehearsal and being an inconvenience to everybody involved. they have been so useless and treat us like we're an inconvenience instead of being grateful that we chose this venue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

From the very first conversation with Magie, who was always prompt and friendly to work with Einav, the brilliant sales manager at Serendipity Events, I knew I was working with a special team. Einav, who also designed the entire proposal, made the planning process not only stress-free but also deeply personal and meaningful. Her attention to detail and creative vision brought the event to life in ways I couldn't have imagined (I mean look at the pictures!) She made sure every part of the day was perfect, from the décor to the timeline, and ensured everything flowed smoothly. Lexie the day of Coordinator kept the event running flawlessly, and I felt supported throughout the planning stages. The whole team was responsive and attentive, and my guests were constantly praising how beautiful everything looked and felt. If you're looking for a team that truly cares and delivers, Serendipity is it. Highly recommended for any occasion!

The worst experience EVER! I just read some of the reviews and i wish my party could have been amazing! Instead of waking up feeling like I just celebrated the best birthday party with my family I spent several days crying over pictures that were posted in social media because of Sissy and Kassandra's carelessness! How they handled my party and what they did to me and my guest out weighs and out shadows the beauty of the venue itself! Sissy booked my party as the second event being hosted by Serendipity Events on this day. With 4yrs of planning and savings I booked for 150 guest. I communicated and over communicated with both Sissy and Kassandra of my wish list and how I envisioned this day to be. Everything mentioned is everything the three of us talked about, shared and agreed upon in order to make this day amazing! The backdrops. I wanted to utilize everything available to me and for my guest giving them different options to take pictures with me in mind. I asked about the huge wood display in front of the building with the Serendipity Events sign. both Sissy and Kassandra told me that the letters are removeable and can be replaced with "Happy 50th birthday" with my name. I loved the idea so I ordered a 16x20 picture of me from kindergarten to place by the sign for my guest to see as they drive up and walk up before entering the building. Then there is a greenery back drop out on the deck that also displays the Serendipity Events sign. Both Sissy and Kassandra assured me that I can also use that as a backdrop and they can replace that sign with a "Happy Birthday" BUT without my name. I paid for 2 huge number 50 signs to sit right below the "Happy Birthday". On the day of my party both backdrops still had "Serendipity Events" and as pictures surfaced on social media the following day I paid for a personal branding party advertisement for "Serendipity Events". The inside lay-out. The venue is not that big it's very intimate and that's what I loved about this place. I called Sissy and requested a face-to-face meeting to go over the lay-out. I needed a better understanding of how we were going to fit 15 round tables with a DJ and dance floor in mind. I believed the huge glass window overlooking the lake was going to serve as the focal point the front setting of the party. Both Sissy and Kassandra corrected me and said due to amount of round table its common to use the opposite side of the building as the front focal point. Which is the glass window facing the parking lot next to the huge bare white wall facing the entrance open space leading into the building. To fit 15 round table they will have to use the open space in the entrance to accommodate some of the round tables. This will allow guest sitting on that side to see everything going on as the program unfolds on the day of my party. They both suggested that the DJ set up against the glass wall and the cake table up against the bare white wall where we can utilize the projector to have a slideshow of photo memories playing the entire night to fill the space of the bare wall! ALL suggestions and ideas from both Sissy and Kassandra. Instead my party lay-out was absolutely NOTHING we had previously talked about! When my son arrived first thing he noticed was the outside sign still displayed "Serendipity Events" with my picture next to it. Sissy was in the middle of debating with my brother that she was not aware of us having a DJ??? My son called my husband immediately and told my husband that when we arrive DO NOT let mom get upset at anything she sees PLEASE calm her because this is her day and she just needs to enjoy it! Guest are already arriving and its to late for anything else!!! Sissy now placed the DJ up against another bare white side wall with no backdrop and or slideshow to fill the space of the back wall next to the hallway leading in and out of the bathrooms and the doorway to the kitchen! That was my focal point to the front set up of my party. My guest were now facing the DJ, and MC looking at the hallway of guest lining up to use the restroom and the catering team walking in and out of the kitchen. I gave my thank you speech standing in front of this hallway and we all danced with my guest in front of this hallway and lined up at the same time to use the restrooms. As for my cake, I never saw my cake until my daughter-in-law carried it out and placed it on the DJ table for me to blow my candle. Last, I wanted to use the free champagne offered in the contract so I paid for appetizers to welcome my guest with. I also paid for one hour open bar with instructions that this will not be announced and or served until 10pm after my thank you speech so that I may enjoy with my guest. Sissy forgot and served it during the welcoming of my guest. Sissy and Serendipity refuses any type of compensations for what they did. They apologized and thanked me for my feedback so they can better improve service for future clients

had my son's first bday here. Everything is an additional. & lied about the soft play included in our package & during the event, they said they changed my package. WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. never again. Waste of money.

My family and I booked with Serendipity 3 times so far. The venue is breathtaking and quite the view. The team was very helpful . The size of the venue is perfect for large parties. We just booked again today for another event. The process and payment plans are great. I highly recommend them. Sissy helped us out every time.

My experience with serendipity events was the best! I celebrated my graduation. First of all, the venue has a beautiful view by the lake... so amazing! Prices are very reasonable. Sissy was really helpful and a great resource. Porter, servers and bartenders are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Serendipity to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion and I will definitely be using Serendipity Events in the future...

Do not believe everything you read on the reviews of the positive feedback or comments about Serendipity Events. The reason this company have good reviews because Sissy, Party Event Coordinator gives $50 discount if you give them 5 stars and good reviews in Yelp. Clients are being forced to give good comments so this company will look good on paper. This company is using Yelp, the only discount they offer to clients, which is VERY CHEAP. I DO NOT recommend this place for party. BE CAREFUL!! and DO NOT sign the contract because once you signed, you are locked in and there is no turning back and this is how they get you. They are the most dishonest people I had dealt with. Sissy, the Party Event Coordinator demonstrates very poor customer service and communication skills. This place doesn't care about the customer's wellbeing. All they want is your MONEY. Overall, my experience was very, very POOR from the planning phase until the final phase on the day of the event. DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT SERENDIPITY EVENTS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

I finally have an opportunity to write this review. It's been a crazy week!! So, I had my wedding here on 10/02/21. We had the ceremony outside and the reception inside. The venue is BEAUTIFUL!!! The service I received from Sissy throughout the process was top notch. I had random questions at random times and she answered my questions and reassured me the day was going to be amazing. She feels like she's my bestie now I definitely would recommend any bride who wants a beautiful wedding overlooking the water to have their wedding here. It was affordable and they were really easy to work with. I was already thinking about having another event here!!!

We just celebrated my daughter's Sweet Sixteen at Serendipity and thanks to Sissy and the workers, their service made it a successful event. The venue was clean and the view was beautiful. The service provided made it a really great experience. I would definitely book my future events at this venue and also refer this venue to my family and friends. Thank you for making it a great event, my wife and I were very pleased with everything from start to finish.

I can't thank Sissy, Cassandra and the rest of the team at Serendipity enough for all their help in creating a beautiful First Birthday celebration for my daughter! Venue is stunning, clean, well equipped, organized, spacious, I could go on and on. Sissy and Cassandra communicated well with me the entire time leading up to the event and on the day of were VERY accommodating and executed a great event for us. The decor by Cassandra also exceeded my expectations. if you're looking to host an event here; I would Highly recommend this venue!!

We used Serendipity Events for our son's birthday party this weekend. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with a great view!! The place was spacious, clean, and very modern. Our porter, Vero and bartender, Mark were very professional and nice. Not to mention, Sissy, the venue's director, was exceptional. She worked with us from beginning to end, answered all our questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend and use Serendipity events again.

Loooove Serendipity Events! We had our wedding here on May 26, 2022. We had booked this venue since I believe April of 2021. Originally, I had my mind set on a specific venue up in north Las Vegas but our wedding planner was like "I have one more venue I want you guys to see" and she took us here! We didn't even know this place existed in Vegas! We knew about the lakes in the Summerlin area as I had gone to a run around there and had eaten at a restaurant overlooking the lake but we didn't know there was another similar concept in the Sahara area. Right when we saw the outside view of the lake, my fiancé and I at the time had fallen in love! We thought it was the perfect venue as we had relocated in California and lived in an area where the houses had a lake as a backyard. We were like, maybe the universe is telling us something lol. We had our tour and at the end of the tour, I had forgotten the North Las Vegas venue I had in my mind. This place was so soothing since the lake water was so clear and the turf area with bistro lights just take you to a whole new world. It's like you're not even in Vegas anymore. Besides the view and the vibe, this venue is very affordable! We were so surprised about the pricing and we thought it was such a steal! In addition, our wedding planner said that Sissy is the sweetest. We didn't really get to communicate with Sissy as we had our planner do all of that, but she said she is the sweetest lady you'll meet. We wanted a "blank canvas" for our wedding so we chose this place. Our vendors had turned it into such romantic place. They even allowed us to throw rose petals AND we had a sparkler event during our wedding. The guests loved the venue and they loved the water! We even saw huge fishes and turtles swimming in the water. Guests were also able to hang out in the turf area since it is very spacious and since we were able to set up our bar outside. The only thing I wish we could change was the a/c temperature situation. I had about 100+ guests attend and it was challenging to keep and maintain a good temperature in the main room. Due to the temperature, many of our guests decided to hang out outside and had missed some important events such as parents dances and the toast speeches. But I know part of it was having too many people inside. Also, if they are able to renovate inside, I would remove the random pole in the center of the room as it has ruined a few photos. Not sure why it's there or what's it's purpose but hopefully they can find a way to get rid of it or make it more appealing to be there. Another renovation suggestion would be moving the bathrooms in the back, making the whole room an open floor concept. I'm not an expert, maybe there is no way to move the bathrooms or the pole but if its possible, that would be my suggestion. Other than that, the venue itself is fantastic. Great view and great spaces, plus accommodating staff. Also, very very affordable. I would definitely hold another event here in the future. My husband and I loved the place and our guests loved the venue as well :)

I asked to have sheer curtains put up on top of windows to block the sun that would be coming through at the time of our event. The staff did a beautiful job. The curtains looked like they were part/belonged to the business. The table set up was placed beautifully.

BEST VENUE EVER! This venue is so beautiful! It is on the water, large enough for guests! This venue offers so many amazing amenities. Very clean and professional and well! BEST COORDINATOR EVER! Sissy, is truly the best!!! She was always there for me, responded to my many texts and phone calls, she set up the whole venue for me. She was seriously the BEST to work with, and made sure that everything was put together, and helped me throughout the whole day and night of my event. I could not thank her enough. She is the reason I will be using this event in the future!!!!!

I gave them a one star because I cannot give a zero star. I recently had a walk-through at Serendipity and the sales manager was very rude and super aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable with this lady. After our meeting she send me a quoted For $15,000 for 50 guest. Don't waste your time. Don't do it

Omg there is not enough words to describe this magical place! Beside that the owner is super professional and caring , made sure that everything is going to be perfect to the tea - The location is literally magical for any event , and the prices are very reasonable for what you're getting! Definitely not the last time to celebrate add this amazing location! Highly recommended for everyone!

I have been working with Sissy on multiple projects over the last 6 months! She is such a joy to work with! Serendipity is such a beautiful venue to have a party! Sissy and Lexi are professional and a joy to work with.

We used them for our wedding venue. We worked with Sissy at first and found her extremely absent-minded. She would forget about our scheduled meetings, had a hard time following our wedding details, and would forget things right we discussed them. I asked to switch coordinators after she inadvertently ran a $2000 charge on my card. The owner promised he would find us someone else but he of course didn't actually do this. I had to call in weeks later to finally get someone new. Unfortunately, Lexie wasn't much better. She forgot what time bar service was supposed to start, for example, despite getting our schedule the day before. Communication was generally bad, which culminated in her telling us we were responsible for setting up our own chairs and linens just an hour before our wedding started.

Wanted to have a very special event for my wife's 70th Birthday (50 - 60 guests) and we checked out several different venues in Vegas. Some were in strip malls, others were just a building with an interior space decorated as a hall, but Serendipity Events location is just stunning with a private lake location in the desert. The views out of the windows as you enter the hall are amazing. Your looking at blue water, palm trees, elegant, well kept homes on the shore, definitely not your typical Vegas vibe. The building itself has a wide open area as you enter with plenty of room for tables, dance floor and DJ and then another area off to the right, also quite large, that was perfect for the food, bar and tables to get away from loudness for conversations and yet still be present in the party. Originally met with Kassandra who provided me with the the costs and what comes with the rental. It was a bit higher than we expected, but then you get what you pay for. Went back and met with Sissy and she listened to what we wanted and worked with us to see how it could all be pulled together. This was my first time putting together an event like this and she was available, and patient for my many questions . She provided several reputable caterers to choose from and we selected one of her recommendations (All About Catering) and our guests were raving about the food. Having the extra space off the side for the buffet of finger foods kept the whole event flowing with people eating drinking and dancing without being on top of each other. The night of the event the staff was right there to help us with anything we needed. Any questions or problems were quickly taken care of. Sissy truly enjoys what she does and it showed in every aspect of the event. Big shout out to all the Serendipity staff who helped make my wife's 70th a memory to treasure.

Highly recommend!!! Cassandra and Sissy were the best. The venue is beautiful and the girls are so helpful with accommodating requests. I'll definitely be booking future events here.

So glad I had my event here...the manager made the entire process super easy and convenient! We came in for a tour and I immediately saw my party happening there. With an amazing view of the lake and spacious indoor+outdoor area, everyone had a great time! Nonstop compliments and a few jealous remarks ;) They can recommend vendors, djs, etc. During the event, as one can expect, there were a few moments where we weren't prepared but luckily the Serendipity team were more than helpful and professional and saved the day! Events can be a nightmare but this place is a dream, thank you Serendipity!!! Will definitely be coming back.

This is a dream come true with an amazing view and great service! Can not compare to any other locations! Kass was great with assisting and showing us the venue. Sissy was amazing with helping and making things easy - willing to accommodate to your needs which makes it all easy and comfortable! Truly recommend this venue!

First. The venue. Amazing location, beautiful and upgraded and the dressing room was such an added bonus. Second. Food. A-freak-n-mazing! Our guest could not stop raving about the food. We had the garlic parm chicken, steak tips, salad, rolls and the best mashed potatoes I've probably ever had. And finally staff. These folks truly love what they do and you can tell!! They put a lot of love into what they do. Sissy was our event planner and I can't say enough about how she truly took care of us from when we inquired about info to the day after still checking in on me! She made all of our visions come to life. I would recommend Sissy and her team to anyone planning a Vegas Wedding or event. Thanks a million!
