Sergio’s Restaurant and Burger Philadelphia

I’m very disappointed with this place. This isn’t the first time I’ve found hair in my food. Finding hair in my burger is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of hygiene. It’s clear that employees are not following basic hygiene rules, and it seems like the staff doesn’t wear hairnets or take food safety seriously. I expected better standards, especially from a place that serves food to the public.

The Picahna and the burger was excellent. They were delicious but extremely messy to handle. The French Fries were just OK. I only wish they have better, stronger napkins rather than thin and flimsy napkins. We will return.

I’ve been going to this place for over 2 years, I’ve never had a problem. Today I had the worse experience ever! To start from the server, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and he wanted to ordered a juice. The server said that they didn’t have the juice today but she could do a smoothie. He asked why and she ignored the questioned and left. NO COMMENTS TO THAT! The smoothie came out and tasted HORRIBLE!!! We ordered an açaí to go. It was supposed to be the “complete” with strawberry, banana, condensed milk, granola. I just got home and opened the açaí. Look at the picture!!! Totally a different order! I’m truly disappointed!!! We paid 60$ tonight and the experience was HORRIBLE!!!

this time I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of my order. This time the lettuce was clearly old, already rotten, you could say. I had to look at the burger again and throw it away, since it was also cold. Although you have nothing to do with the delivery, but Uber eats, delivered a cold dish and did not follow the instructions. keep this in mind, if you don’t waste your money

This place was very nice, it is small but they do have an area to eat in. Their food is very good but they speak portuguese so there was a bit of a language barrier. The food came out quick and their açaí bowls are good & big enough to share with two people. Overall recommend

Delicious food, pretty chill ambient. Went with a couple of friends and got some appetizers and desserts and talked for an hour or so. The staff is pretty nice and accommodating.

My first visit to Sergio’s Restaurant was an exceptional experience. We ordered the Picanha BBQ special fries, and açaí, and every dish was simply amazing. The Picanha BBQ was tender and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the açaí was refreshing and delicious. However, the highlight of our visit was the outstanding service. Eduardo made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. He took the time to explain each dish to us, which enhanced our dining experience significantly. Sergio’s Restaurant is truly a hidden gem that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be returning soon!

This place is a hidden gem! We got the picanha bbq fries, the rocky bacon and the X Tudo Burger. The only complain is not having a big enough stomach to fit this delicious food! Will be coming here more often.

I've been ordering the family picanha meal from Sergio's for a few years now and always without a hitch.. I decided to try one of their American style burger offerings. I got the BBQ burger and fries, the order came in about 10 minutes later. The fries was cold and stale, the burger itself was lukewarm at best and smelled a bit sour. It was all reheated quickly and given to me take home. In no way it was prepared fresh on the spot, I live real close by and it would've made it home still hot... It goes without saying I trashed all of it. What a disappointment, I may never comeback.

On service maybe one or two people speak English but they are HARD WORKING & Will help if anything is wrong which is rare= B Ambulance normally pack on weekend so look to take out..( that means food is good =C Food is Full Flavor And somewhat unique but Great presentation and well worth the few Dollars .. everything is fresh And the fries are crispy =B+ A definite recommendation ( coming from a BIG BOI)

Amazing restaurant! Affordable prices, especially for families. Quick and friendly service with considerate staff that speak multiple languages, which creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere within the space. Delicious and plentiful food. On top of the great food, they offer many options for people of all tastes. Strongly recommend this restaurant!
