Serious Salads Food Truck

I was so thirsty at Klyde Warren Park this weekend and with their suggestion I got a large strawberry lemonade. It did not let me down. I would definitely try a new flavor next time and get a salad. They were friendly and helpful with my order. I love all of the food truck options. It’s always hard to choose. The line wasn’t too long for lunch but there was a steady flow of people.

This was my first time ordering from this food truck and I ordered the honey zest salmon salad. It was delicious but a touch on the salty side for the salmon. I enjoyed my meal and the serving was pretty hardy for an $8 salad. My co worker who also ordered here for the first time loved her salad as well. I loved the convenience of having seating in the area where the food trucks lined up. Definitely plan on arriving a bit early if ordering around lunch time to beat the lunch crowd.

This place has some seriously good food, while still being very healthy! I got the cilantro lime fajita wrap with mushrooms, and it did not disappoint. Plus, the employee was friendly, the service was quick, the prices weren’t too bad ($8 for wraps and $10 for bowls), and the portion sizes were great! They also have plenty of vegetarian, and even some vegan options! Also worth noting that this place is black owned, so that’s yet another plus! Even if you’re not the kind of person who normally likes salads, you might want to check this place out! 😋

Like some of the other reviews on here, there is a lack of attention to detail. I had the pork salad and it was very tasty, and a perfect portion for the price. As far as the details, the pork wasn't cut well and I bit into a couple of small bones. There was one brussel sprout in the whole salad. And the pear was cut in a way that had core and seeds included so I had to recut it. Maybe there needs to better light on the truck or someone that cares about the quality of the food they're preparing.

Satisfied at 100% with my drinks.. Ordered 2 mango smoothies one with chamoy and one regular, and two Boba Tea’s one watermelon and a mango one. Recommend the drinks

I was excited to try a salad with all these other fried food options. Unfortunately, the salad was disappointing. I had the porkie pear pleasure. Cons: hard and large pieces of kale, small portions of pork and cheese, one note flavors, smallish portion, slow service. Pros: none.

Had an amazing salad at Clyde Warren Park from their food truck. It was really good.

This made for a nice lighter meal during the day, and there were several unique options with vegan/vegetarian choices as well. I got a wrap and it was very stuffed, though there was maybe only one or two pieces of the portobello mushroom which was a bit disappointing. The flavors were good, though it was also a bit dry. The lady running the truck was very nice and helpful, but since it was just her it took a long time to order & get the food. The truck was located at the park when I went so there was a nice ambiance outside!

Fajita lime salad with chicken was amazing!! All of the ingredients were fresh; chicken seasoned nicely; enough dressing without having to ask for more! Hands down one of the best salads I've ever had!! I also had pomegranate lemonade that was delicious too. (Picture is the aftermath)

Their wraps are amazing especially the porky pear pleasure. One of the best reps I've ever had.

I had a kale chickpea corn and black bean salad and it was very good. Everything was fresh and crispy, and the two women working the food truck were delightful. A great food truck find across from the Dallas Museum of Art.

We hit this food truck up for lunch while at the Dallas Museum of Art. For just $8, we got a giant wrap filled with fresh veggies. Having lunch in the heart of a major city for that cheap while having something that is fresh and healthy is a huge win.

Visited Dallas and came across this food truck as a salad buff I had to try. The salmon was out so I had to substitute and selected the chicken. Salad was fresh, we had to wait because they were actually cooking the chicken for the salad. Very good.

Lady was rude, was talking about other customers as they were leaving, maybe she was having a bad day ‍ Slushie I ordered I wouldn't recommend, not good.
