Serra Dispensary

Extremely bummed to write this review as this place had turned into my favorite dispensary. Was in the other night to buy cartridges and a battery for the first time. Admitted right away I know nothing about this form of consumption and let the salesperson pick out 2 carts and a battery, with almost no input from me except for the battery color. When I got home, I found out one of the cartridges was too tall and didn't fit inside the battery. Went back to the dispensary and they gave me an $18 refund for the battery and told me I'm SOL for the $30 I wasted on the cart. I understand there are limitations with the law around this stuff, but as a consumer I trusted your employees blindly to advise me on the right products. They effectively stole from me as a business. What's worse is the employee who sold them to me was present when I returned them and they said nothing for me. Very sad to not go back.

This place is the best. Feels classy, good music, nice design, and very helpful staff. They've been great every time I go.
