Sessions at Hard Rock Hotel New York

We ate breakfast at Sessions all three mornings of our stay in NYC. Milton was our server each morning, and he was the very best part of our trip. We loved our conversation with him - he was consistently upbeat, curious about our stay, attentive to details about my kids, and had great recommendations. Best of all, each morning, he transformed four grouchy, tired travelers into positive, excited explorers, ready to take on the city. Hard Rock, thank you for recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees like Milton. We’ll forever be Hard Rock brand advocates after our stay in NYC.

Julia welcomed us into the bar and made us feel very welcome. She made drink recommendations and helped us find things that suited our tastes. While staying at the hotel it's great to feel comfortable and at ease.

The entire Hard Rock staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. If you happen to eat at Sessions, be sure to ask Milton about their "good taste!. Stay Tasty Milton and thank you for a wonderful experience! G

What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was!! Everything was wonderful… the atmosphere, the food, but most of all the service!! Our server was Sandro and he was absolutely perfect!! So attentive, so pleasant, simply wonderful ! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Lovely place - breakfast was included with our room at the hotel. Brilliant seating area with all of the memorabilia. Staff were lovely, in particular, Milton was amazing, a great laugh throughout our stay.

The service is some of the slowest I’ve ever experienced. And they don’t serve you in the order seated they serve you based on whoever caught the waiters attention first and who is seated closest to the bar. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful. If you don’t get a table near the bar don’t bother wasting your time here.

Quite disappointed that their online menu did not match what we encountered at the restaurant. Of course, the waiter didn't tell us until we had been seated, had drinks, and then was given the menu 20 minutes later. 🙄 And then they tried to make me pay for my dinner before we even had appetizers to our table. Also, I made a reservation for 4:45pm. They did not tell me til we arrived that they aren't even serving food then.

One of the worst experiences, stayed at hot rock hotel, felt it will be easier just have the dinner in the hotel. Seated really fast, but waited 15 minutes no one show up to the table. End up leaving not even ordering anything. Don’t waste your time there
