Needed a pizza on the fly, hand made, wood fired pizza in 5 mins. It was incredible. The run to the terminal made the calories that much better. Would recommend the pizza with the brochette!

Fresh-made, quick-serve pizza. No line for takeout at noon on a Saturday in April. Just take it to the enormous daylight-drenched food court about 50 steps away. Lots of easy seating with panoramic views of the tarmac. From the time I walked up, pizza was assembled, fired, and in my hands in less than 5 minutes while I watched. BRAVO! Fastest food service I've ever had at MSP. Tasty with a nice chewy crust that was almost paper thin, but foldable and comfortably manageable as a single-serve meal without regrets. Quite flavorful, especially with the sprigs of fresh basil. (Kudos) A bit pricey at $19 (isn't everything now?), but In the end, worth it for speed, simplicity, flavor, and friendly service. This is likely my new go-to solution for meals during MSP connections. No drawbacks here, and that's quite a trick these days. Repeat visit at a peak time of 6:30pm on a Tuesday in June was just as good. Every table was occupied in the dining area, but I ordered at the takeout counter with no wait, two orders ahead of mine, and I walked away with my fresh-baked pizza in 5.5 minutes.

Maybe it was the two disappointing, overcrowded lounge visits, but finally eating here was a smart decision. I am not a stranger to Settebello as they started in SLC. However, it took me a while to stop by this one at MSP. In my defense, the two other times I saw it I was rushing by to make connections so didn't feel like I had time. The pizza was exactly the same as I have had at the restaurant which elevates it way above other airport food fare. It is a few dollars more than at the restaurant, but some places in the airport have much bigger markups. The only thing I would do differently is not add garlic to my pepperoni pizza. I thought it would be sauteed, but it was more raw and while, not bad, was a little strong for my liking. Anyway, for my sake and the sake of my connecting flight neighbors, I would skip it next time. Or, ask them to go very light on it. They do have a slightly misleading sign that says made to order pizzas cook in 90 seconds. I knew that only meant cook time and not prep time, but I could see someone rushing for a flight might have other expectations. I timed it and it was less than 9 minutes, but there was not like for to go orders. The restaurant was busy though. I was extremely happy with the speed and the pizza was amazing as always. I have tried their other pizzas and if you like authentic pizza napolitano, you won't be disappointed. The others might be a little too authentic for me so I like the way less authentic pepperoni (which uses pepperoni the meat and not the bell pepper as we are in the US after all). I usually grab Shake Shack in the airport, but the lines are usually long and, while good, I think I will be skipping it for Settebello at MSP from now on.

Food product should be classified as "nearly raw dough served hot", which is what this cooking method is. Disgusting. This includes a side of "oil" and was totally tasteless. $10+ for a piece of junk bread claiming to be focaccia. Also, the menu prices are near double as advertised on the company website.

I tried the vegetarian version of their Diavola pizza, which was great. It has a margherita base topped with spicy red peppers and roasted garlic. The dough seemed fresh and was not too thick or thin.

I LOVED this pizza! Given it’s in the airport, I didn’t have high expectations but it’s better than restaurants in the city! The wood fire bake has great flavor and the options are fun. They have breakfast pizzas which I’m going to try next. I originally ordered the sausage pizza on my way out so I had to heat it up and it STILL tasted great. It’s similar to the punch pizza chain but a little crispier crust. Honestly I dare say this is my favorite place in the MSP airport and I travel every other week. The service was fast, and the man working the register was so kind.

Great meal at the Minneapolis airport which was a pleasant surprise. Traveling with friend and we picked this place because the menu looked good. We ended up splitting margarita pizza and pear salad. Both were very good. The bartender waited on our table and despite serving the bar he was very attentive. I will say that gal next to us ordered a sandwich/calzone and it was huge!!!

If you have a long layover or your flight was delayed at MSP, this is the place to go! I love thin crust pizza, and they have a real wood stove oven. The pizza had just the right amount of char and the salad ingredients were fresh. Honestly, the first time I would actually want to eat anything at the airport. lol the staff were helpful too because we had originally forgotten to pay with our meal voucher and they fixed the bill. If you have more time to wait, they also have a full sit down/ bar area and some tvs.

The 12" pizza is perfect for one. The food was great, but Sharon was the icing on the cake! If you have a layover don't miss out on some good food and great hospitality!

Quick service, thin crust, hot out of the oven pizzas. There's a sit down and carry out option. Pizzas here are 12 inches personal style and tasted decent.

Surprisingly good pizza! Served super quick. VERY thin (I'm ok with that) so I was able to eat the e tire thing. First slice was soggy because it just came out of the oven. After a few minutes the others gelled and were easier to eat but also got cold quickly and they're not allowed to reheat for you. Personal pizza and a coke was $25 plus tip = $31 but it's an airport. I got red peppers on a margarita and enjoyed it!

Solid pizza and salad by airport standards. Got the margherita pizza and insalata grande. Both fresh and tasty. Food came out quickly and service was good. Comfy chairs, areas to charge your phone, and some TVs to watch the game to pass the time. Only criticism is prices seem a bit high for what you get, but I wouldn't say particularly more-So than anywhere else these days. Would eat here agua if had another lay-over here at MSP.

This might seem a little low, but for airport food/restaurants a 3-star is actually not all that bad. This is a sort of no-frills, brick oven pizza place that gets you in and out quick! The pizzas are 10" and definitely enough for one person, maybe even closer to 1.5. Since this was a morning visit, we had to try one breakfast version (La Spacca) which was a unique breakfast pizza in its own right but all in all enjoyable. The standard choice we made wasn't quick as good, in my opinion, but neither were bad in any sense... just not a pizza you're going to be thinking about the next time you're craving pizza! Then again, the whole airport thing I mentioned above. See, sometimes I do make sense! Our bartender/server was attentive and friendly. Prices weren't too astronomical all things considered. You could definitely do much worse!

I was at MSP airport with a significant layover before my last flight of the evening back to Fort Wayne. I wanted to grab something to eat as I was very famished, but did not want to spend too long waiting for food as I had some work to catch up on. I always cringe when I think of airport food due to the fact the quality is usually lacking. I decided to try Settlebello as I liked the atmosphere when I saw it and the service seemed to be quick. I was quickly sat down. It is interesting in how the restaurant is built as its almost trying to recreate an outdoor cafe. I perused the menu and decided to have a pepperoni pizza and and a coke. I was hoping I would eat some good Neapolitan pizza, and I ended up surprised to eat absolutely amazing Neapolitan pizza. The pizza came in an pan, it was piping hot. The cheese was gooey and omg i melted when I ate my first bite. I ate the entire pizza, and honestly I was almost tempted to try to order another. This was hands down the best airport food experience I have ever had. This place would be amazing no matter the location of its restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. I was surprised by how quickly the pizza came out. I don't think this place could have made this experience better. If your are MSP airport and want to eat well, eat here!

Sharon at the bar apparently had a bad day as she yelled at me telling me that she did. I had put my purse on the bar stool next to me and she asked me to take it down which I did, however, asked why it was a big deal as 12 other bar stools were open and others also had bags on the stools. She proceeded to tell me she didn't want to deal w me bc of her bad day. I decided to move off the bar and sit at a table, because she was so rude and she said, "good!" I do love the food her, but dont appreciate the rude bartender, Sharon.

I visited while waiting for my flight home. I sat at the low bar facing out into the main aisle in the airport. I wouldn't sit there again. Too many people walking by and trying to look at my food. I ordered the 4 cheese pizza and added pepperoni and sausage. The thing I love about wood fire pizza is how quickly they cook. My pizza was out in less than 10 minutes of me placing my order. It was flavorful and I loved every bite. I wanted a Sid salad but the waitress informed me that the closest thing wasn't a side salad specifically but, didn't contain any protein or extras. I was not prepared for a bowl of lettuce and cheese with dressing. Lol The 5 star rating is based on the pizza alone and I will order again when I'm in the airport.

Alright for the airport but note this is based off only one pizza review. I took the Bianca to-go and it came out pretty promptly in under 10mins. The 10inch size was a good portion for myself. The pizza dough was good in my opinion. Good chewy texture. The rest of it was more average though and reminded me of eating a dry salad on top of a pizza dough. It could've used more of like a dressing or something cause it started getting a little dry the more I ate this. I also wished there was more prosciutto to this. Again not a bad choice for airport food but I felt like it wasn't anything amazing to where I'd have to return next time I'm back.

I typically have low expectations for airport food, but Settebello was a wonderful choice in the Minneapolis airport. It truly surpassed my expectations! I was seated right away, and my pizza was brought out within 10 minutes. Incredible if you have limited time. They had a nice seating area as well as a to-go counter that you could order at right away. I enjoyed the taste of the pizza, but the Diavola was too spicy for my personal palette. If I visited again, I would order a different type with a little less spice. Overall, this is a great option for a high quality, quick meal at the airport.

Settlebello is located in Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport and provides a tasty, quick bite while you are waiting for your flight. We ordered the margherita pizza which was pretty solid. They offer Neapolitan style pizzas similar to Punch Pizza if you're familiar with the local Twin Cities local chain. The crust is crispy, the prices are decent for an airport, and the cheese and sauce taste fresh. The sauce could have been a bit more flavorful, and the pizza was pretty greasy which is why I knocked it down a star. Good eat for the airplane though.

Terrible service. I didn't even place an order. Couldn't get either waitress to sit me at a table, or even answer my question. Rude. Good for me I'm just passing through MSP ...avoid this place.

Great place for a beer and a Caprese salad before a flight. Sit at the bar and enjoy watching a game during your 3+ hour delayed flight. The service was great, very attentive and asked if I wanted another beer before it was gone. Overall, great food spot in the MSP airport.

I've never rated an airport restaurant before but pleasantly surprised. We had to make a very quick decision bc my type one diabetic daughter's bg was declining quickly and they advertised pizzas in 90 seconds (at least for cooking). We had two 10" for three people and it was plenty. Crust was thin and a bit chewy which I like. Toppings were average re quality and quantity but not skimpy by any means. We had pepperoni and salccica. Service extremely quick. Just as we needed in this situation. Not cheap but it's an airport. I'm not fussing for 40$ with tax for two pizzas that taste good in an airport. I did not like an extra four percent service charge that isn't a tip added however.

Great place for a cheap breakfast! Got the classic sausage egg and cheese sandwich on fresh made bread. It's thin but pretty large in circumference. Would stop by again.

Delicious Napoli pizza. Who would have thought you could find something so delicious at the airport. This is located between G and C gates at the main mall area. It's just as good as the one in Las Vegas!

My senior citizen husband, my son and I were on a layover in MSP and had decided to spend our hour and a half sitting down and enjoying a meal between flights. I came upon Settebello and pizza sounded good so I ordered a pizza at the counter and we took a seat at a table. A waiter came over and asked to take our order but when we told him we had ordered at the counter, he said we couldn't sit at the table as we had ordered "to-go". I asked that we just have our pizza sitting at the table and he insisted that would not be possible and reported us to a manager. The manager came over and was very rude, telling us we had to go and basically threw us out. I guess they wouldn't serve us if we had tipped the counter and not the waiter, both of the same business!!! The pizza we ate at the food court was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time.

Delicious and fresh pizza. Perfect ratio of cheese to crust. Crust is thin with the right amount of crisp and chew. I got the margarita pizza to go. Service is quick and the guy who took my order was friendly. It beats the cold sandwiches and the greasy burger at the airport.

First off disclosure, I'm giving this a four based on the fact it's rating compared to other food options in the airport, my actual rating would be a 3/3.5. Location is pretty well central and offers sit down or take away. I sat and ordered a sausage pizza. I was surprised at the options on the menu because I couldn't find something that fit exactly what I would want. Because of the limited options I just went safe with sausage. The pie was ok, but could be better, but by airport standards I was impressed. Enjoyed the meal and would go again. Overall I'd recommend this location if you're looking for a good pizza. Wish it had more custom options.

Probably hands down the best airport restaurant experience I've ever had. Fast service and they were still open when other places had closed. Pizza was better than I've had even at a normal pizzeria and the arugula salad was perfect!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at the MSP airport. The service was excellent, and our waitress was the best part of the experience. The food arrived promptly. We both had pizza, which was customizable. We ordered two different styles, and they were both a little bland. We sat facing the hallway, so we were able to people watch while we ate, which was nice.

We had a extensive layover at MSP, and after roaming around looking, gave up and sat down at the Settebello bar. Without any expectations, ordered our pizzas extra crispy. What made our experience special was the warmth and expertise of our server Sharon. She took Settebello out of the airport and made us feel we were dining in the most sophisticated neighborhood in Minneapolis. The pizzas were great, but not quite as good as Sharon's service and empathetic nature.

Been waiting for this to open! I travel to Minneapolis a few times a year and Settebello is my favorite pizzeria at home in California. Could not have been happier with their airport pizza. Pizzas are a little smaller than at their restaurants but the texture and taste are very very close. Trust me when I tell you there is nothing even close to this quality of food in the Minneapolis airport or any airport for that matter.

A lot of places are still closed at this airport, especially in early mornings but this pizza place was open at 7am! I had a pizza takeout made fresh to order. The pizza was very good and the price was not bad for locating at an airport. I really appreciate they are open so early in the morning.

I think this is the best airport pizza I've ever had. Wood fired thin chewy crust, tasty sauce, good cheese, and the Sausage on the Salsicca pizza was really good, too.

Poor kid at the register was flustered, since it was his day on the job. Good for him though. What I didn't like, was the way my pizza was prepared. I ordered a 'Bianca', no tomatoes but with prosciutto and shaved parmigiana and fresh arugula. Sounded tasty. So I ordered it. After two employees stood blankly staring at the bare pizza, sans toppings, pointing and arguing about what goes on it, a manager ( I guess from his no nonsense take charge attitude) came rushing from the bar area to take charge. He took charge over the layering of toppings on my pizza and threw a few handfuls of the toppings on it. With no gloves on his no nonsense managerial hands. Neither of the two employees whore gloves either. That would have been ok if the toppings had gone on the pizza before it went through the oven. But no; bare hands, raw prosciutto and cheese. No thanks.

In the vast world of airport concession wastelands, it was nice to see a gourmet Italian pizza spot. I had a pepperoni pizza and a mixed green salad, and both were excellent. The prices are on par with dining outside the airport, so I appreciated that as well and the service was good. $53 for a personal size pizza, salad and a cocktail is not bad in the world of airports!

This place has had to reset their Yelp account because their reviews were so terrible. The service here is appalling. Our hostess (who later became our waitress) just pointed at a dirty table for us to sit down. She then threw us menus from the hostess stand. When we tried to order at different times (because my daughter didn't know yet what she wanted yet) she told us she wasn't putting in separate orders. She took more than 20 minutes to come back to the table, and it wasn't busy at all. Eat anywhere else in the MSP airport besides this piece of garbage. You'll only be disappointed and wish you hadn't ever set foot in this excuse for customer service dumpster.

First...the pizza is awesome. Thin thin slices, like in Naples, scant cheese-very Italian, very Un-American, the sauce-tasty. The salad is tasty as well. Now...the service. SHOUT OUT to Tara and Betty. I was traveling with my two teenage daughters who were busy documenting on social media to participate in the ordering and TARA AND BETTY totally helped me out, clarifying my order, and just making sure I was less disheveled. AMAZING. Thank you isn't enough but I hope you two get recognized.

For airport food, this is pretty good pizza. Ordered the Pepperoni and added mushrooms on Christmas Day when travel was a little lower. Very thin dough, light tomato sauce and right amount of cheese. Next I stop here, I do this place again!

Every time we come here the service is terrible. Twice we have had forgotten orders and today we had a waitress that we didn't see after she took our order. This place is not cheap, for what you get, so the service should at least be on point. I so much wanted to like it, but after 3 times I will NOT be coming back,

Super quick service and delicious options. The pizzas are individual size but totally shareable with a salad or as a light snack. The Quattro Formaggi was excellent and had perfect flavor. Highly recommend!

Two servers were standing around with the lights on and the chairs down around the table at 8:50pm. They refused us service and said that they "umm close at 8:45". The listed hours clearly say 9pm and the restaurant was clearly open. Dishonest.

This is great pizza, if thin crust, cooked at high heat is your style !! Came out quick and hot. Very fresh tasting. Service great and server was very friendly. Oh and good beer too. Definitely hitting this spot again

We were traveling from SD to PHL and were stuck in Minneapolis Airport due to airline issues. This place was awesome. The pizza was great. Authentic taste and texture. There were so many different varieties to choose from, you'd never believe you were in the airport! Staff was incredibly nice and happy. Despite them being really busy, service was quick! Drinks were not watered down as you find in many establishments. Turned out to be a great anniversary dinner! Thank you!
