What a great place! Has some speakeasy vibes to it with the dim lighting and Edison bulbs. We sat up at a counter overlooking the bar. Craig our bartender was awesome! Pork belly was out of this world! Cocktails were made amazing and we loved the overall vibe. We would absolutely visit again when back in town. A+

Great vibes and food! Nice date night spot with patio! Ex. Chef Jared came out to the table and let me sample a chefs creation. It was amazing!! Bronzino Piccata is the fish of the week. (It changes) Bella gave great service!

Love this place. I can always pop in and grab a table. I don't like that even when I eat inside Flying bugs are inside. It is also cold inside, bring a jacket. The menu changes but the food is always good. Parking is easy. I'd recommend.

I think they were a little short staffed, but otherwise the food and drinks were very good. Having fresh al dente noodles in the lobster pasta was perfect. The salmon could have been seasoned better though for the salad (not pictured). The peanut butter espresso martini was soooo delicious, although there could be more peanut butter flavor and less cinnamon. We could barely taste the peanut butter. The appetizers (grilled oysters, raw oysters, sautéed grilled shrimp, and Brussels sprouts) were also really good. Was not a super heavy meal but filling.

Brunch on a Friday was superb! It was a nice day, we sat outdoors. Our server was very attentive and the food was delectable, ornate and worth the pricing. I would go back here any day!!! I know why their mussels dish is so revered it was absolutely delicious. Their burger was made to perfection and their grilled chicken panini was a bite from heaven. My daughter had a glorious salad that was picture perfect, loaded and delicious. Since it was Mother's Day weekend we enjoyed taking candid shots in the outdoor area of this restaurant with the backdrop of Buckhead behind us, this place is right in the heart of everything. I can highly recommend it.

The experience was truly exceptional. We found ourselves savoring the pizza crust initially, which speaks to its remarkable quality. Both the kale Caesar salad and the truffle parmesan fries were outstanding. For those who appreciate a well-crafted adult beverage, the Italian margarita is highly recommended. I recently dined at Seven Lamps for a business luncheon with a party of six. Although it was quite hot outside, the restaurant was very accommodating and allowed us to move indoors. The service was excellent; our server was perceptive and considerate, understanding that we were engaged in business discussions and timing her check-ins perfectly. For my meal, I had the green salad with pickled red onions, peppadew peppers, avocado and dill vinaigrette, topped with a few grilled shrimp. It was light, refreshing, and smaller in portion than usual (especially for the price), but I enjoyed it. Others in the group had the quinoa and avocado salad with salmon, the Caesar salad, and the chicken Panini. Everyone seemed satisfied with their dishes. I'll definitely be back, when I'm not too hungry

I was in Atlanta for work and I had the chance to dine in at Seven Lamps. The space itself is warm and inviting. I came here for an early dinner and so there was plenty of seating but I can see this restaurant filling up, it's more on the smaller end. I did find that the menu is smaller, not a lot of veggies but I did see a couple of vegan options which is nice. Looks like this restaurant has southern flare and that they often switch up their menu. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered their mussels. I enjoyed them, I wasn't a big fan of the smoked sausage but everything else was great.

Great service! I went here for a business dinner and I got the salmon which was cooked perfectly and atop of a bunch of flavorful veggies. We also got the cheese board which had a best pimento cheese I've ever had with a bacon and onion jam on top of it which you spread on warm bread. I hope I have time to go back during my stay! This is nearby the mall as well as many hotels. I also got the guava margarita which was light and refreshing. The ambiance was relaxing and the lighting was soft and calming.

I went seven lamps and tried the chefs menu. That night they were serving fried goat cheese, Louisiana shrimp, salmon & tiramisu. Everything was decent, but I was not super impressed. The Louisiana shrimp were my favorite & came with a yummy sweet potato biscuit. I would go back, but would prefer to pick my own items vs the chef's menu. The atmosphere is nice & the service was great!

I came to celebrate a dear friend's birthday, and the experience turned out to be nothing short of amazing. The service was exceptional, and I was particularly thrilled with the spacious communal table we were seated at. The food that I ordered exceeded my expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the overall dining experience. The energetic receptionist was the fist indication that the staff here are working hard to make you visit enjoyable. We were seated inside quickly. The waitress came by almost immediately and brought menus and water for the table. While this may sound simple, so many establishments miss the mark here. The menu is simple and easy to read with a broad variation of offerings. (Both food and drink) We enjoyed all of the tastings we had, especially the hush puppies appetizers- give these a try. The environment is a little loud and may not be the place for an intimate dinner or business discussion. This is a great spot for small groups to meet and have a reasonably affordable meal.

Seven Lamps never disappoints as a neighborhood contemporary casual eatery. It is located across from Lenox Mall in the Shops Around Lenox shopping center anchored by Crate and Barrel and near the Westin . It features a menu that changes seasonally, but I have never had a bad bite! I have eaten and enjoyed their: Apps: Brussels sprouts, Hand Cut Fries (with homemade accompaniments), Corn and Jalapeño Hushpuppies, Smoked & Fried Wings, Mains: Grilled Boneless Pork Chop, Atlantic Salmon, and The Burger (finally a burger in Atlanta worth the up-charge). Their craft cocktails are also tasty and this is a restaurant not to avoid dessert (Key Lime Pie in a Jar is delicious). Whether I am eating alone or with a large party, the food and service are great!

Me and my beautiful sister just stopped by to grab drinks before our meeting. We were definitely surprised to see that the restaurant was quite smaller than expected, but giving it a chance we came in with the open mind and we ended up grabbing a little snack as well. The drinks were nicely made. Something unique is that the bar was not somewhere you could sit but had a long table right in front of it for you to still get the feel. Food was amazingly delicious. My favorite was the Sautéed Georgia Shrimp, oh that sauce was so savory definitely hit the spot. The green ranch they had also for the Fried Wings was really good. No idea what k they used for the green in the green ranch but it was really good with the fries, wings, and salmon cake burger. The service was okay. We were the only ones in there for lunch at 3pm. My party had 4 people and there were about 6/8 employees, which 4 were just sitting at a table chit chatting and for us being the only ones in there we would have expected to be checked on more frequently but again not sure if this is a southern thing because in CA we are waited on hand and foot. Otherwise, everything was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner but restaurant its self was clean and well maintained.

Great first experience ! They seem to revamp the menu seasonally so ill definitely be back again and again Food: great! Lots of fun flavors and definitely a variety of cultures incorporated. We had the fried oysters, Georgia shrimp, smoked wings, and the picanha. The fried oysters were really unique and so good. You get the crunch from the tempura fry, the pickled flavor from the carrots and veggies on top and then the best surprise underneath....a mini seaweed salad. The smoked wings were delicious as well. Traditional buffalo sauce with creamy dressing underneath. The Georgia shrimp were a creamy version of a New Orleans bbq shrimp. Messy, yummy, worth it. Lastly the picanha was perfectly cooked and had a great chimichurri on top. It comes with fingerling potatoes and some sautéed kale. Ambiance is great. We sat outside but what we saw a bit of the inside. Dim, cozy, and edgy but still very inviting. The service was top tier. Everyone is friendly and they work together very well. Definitely ask for Janell. She was so kind and made great recs and made me the best lavender lemonade I've ever had.

Truly!!! The food is extraordinary and so delicious Our party got: mahi tacos ( came with very fresh /crunchy salad with generous amount of mahi strips. The local trout platter was amazingly delicious prepared with green beans and salad. The Picahna was great as well with very tender meat and served with deliciously baked potatoes , Finally, the pork chops was delicious as well and the coconut rice was the best ! We had brownie dessert with peanut butter on the side Must have very Great chefs for sure , amazing and friendly service and truly comfortable ambiance ! *it is better to have a Reservation ahead Very recommended!

This little cute hidden spot is very nice. I love the atmosphere and the outdoor area. This is my second time visiting. My first time coming was AMAZING, so I came again. I forgot to write a review the first time so decided so would make sure I did this time. The staff was extremely kind and very knowledgeable of the menu. My frozen Frose drink was the truth. I really recommend you try this. The only reason they are getting a 4 out of 5 stars is because the fish itself was very bland. It didn't have any flavor. The brussel sprouts this time were not crispy and done. They were very hard in the middle. We did order another order and asked them to cook them longer and they came out perfect. This review doesn't count them out because I still like the vibe and would definitely go back.

We came here on Halloween night and it was pretty empty so we were seated immediately. The waiters were dressed in costume which was fun! We started with the tuna tartare and the corn and jalapeño hush puppies. Both were absolutely excellent. The tartare was absolutely perfect. I had the teriyaki grilled chicken with coconut rice and pineapple pico de gallo. The rice was actually really good on its own until I bit into a ball of uncooked rice. The grilled chicken was fine. My partner had the grilled trout and it was delicious so I do recommend.

The food was pretty good. I had the teriyaki chicken. It was a little charred for my liking but it was still really good. The rice has strips of coconut which was different but really good. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Drinks were strong and I definitely enjoyed them. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a chill but cute place in Buckhead.

Went specifically for the Chef Table service where it offered a four course meal. During the time we went we had the inside of the restaurant to ourselves so it was perfect. Had there been others seated around us it would have taken away from the experience. The food was delicious and a great way to try different items as we had duck, pork and chicken options. Good selections were presented for the wine pairing although we may have enjoyed ordering four of our own drinks. However, the experience is worth letting the restaurant pick for you. Delicious brownie dessert with a coffee martini to close it out. The chef was nice and personable and came and explained each course. Our server Cam was great and very nice!

This place was interesting. It's literally in a shopping center and has an open kitchen concept. We came around 3pm for a late lunch. The food was good, however not satisfying. The portions are small so not really ideal for sharing and you might want to order a couple dishes to fill you up. The hush puppies were awful and recommended by our waitress. It tasted super greasy and nothing like I expected. The only thing that really stood out to me was their espresso dessert. I'm not sure if they have a different menu but looking on Yelp, that's what it appears to be unless it's not updated. Oh yeah, they no longer have the fried okra!

Great spot near Lenox mall for a good casual lunch or dinner. I tried the Sautéed Georgia Shrimp which was delicious albeit a little over the top rich. I also had the Salmon Cake Sandwich but it was a little underwhelming in my opinion. Next time I'll just go with the burger.

I wound down my Atlanta visit with a lunch at Seven Lamps, which my brother highly recommended from his previous experience. The hip space was tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, making it a hidden gem for those in the know. While they had a nice outdoor patio, we decided to bask in the air conditioning of the indoor space. The dining room had an industrial vibe with an open kitchen where we could watch the staff assemble our meal. The menu was full of healthy, creative dishes, so we decided to order a few things and share them, in order to try more items. The Avocado & Quinoa Salad was mainly an arugula and quinoa base, which was topped with very few pumpkin seeds, cucumbers, and radishes, as well as the aforementioned avocado slices. While the salad was rather plain, even with its salsa verde vinaigrette, the Grilled Shrimp that we added were amazing! The plump shellfish had a hint of smokiness, which was really interesting. We also ordered the Mahi Mahi Ceviche, which was served in a glass containing layers of orange slices, an avocado mousse, and a ginger tequila aguachile. It was a very refreshing rendition of a ceviche, but it would have been appreciated if the acidic blend was served with some sort of bread or crackers. Lastly, the Crispy Brussels Sprouts had been seasoned with apple cider vinegar and curry. The sprouts were a bit overcooked for my liking, but the curry seasoning, as well as the toppings of peanuts and mint crema, added an unique flavor profile to what has often become a popular, mainstream dish. Seven Lamps provided an innovative and enjoyable ending to our Atlanta adventure and would be worth seeking out in its concealed location.

Walked here from my hotel on Lenox. Super cute courtyard outdoor seating. I opted to sit inside at the bar. It's a unique bar that em either faces the actual bar or out into the restaurant and kitchen. I love watching the kitchen so their thing. This particular evening was quite busy with several large parties and it was exciting. Octopus was cooked well and pickled potatoes were great. Pasta was disappointing, but the mushrooms, tomatoes and corn were delicious. Noodles are vegan and I didn't realize this. Might not have ordered. Great ambiance, neat atmosphere.

This spot is one of my faves! It's so low key, you might miss it if you don't know where to look. The food and drinks? Absolutely on point. The staff was mostly great, except for one chick who gave me a tiny box for my still-loaded plate. My friend had to grab a bigger box, and the girl had the nerve to say, "You could've asked me for a bigger box." I shot back with, "Clearly you can see I needed one." If it weren't for that little hiccup, I'd give it 5 stars. That aside, the atmosphere is super chill with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's clean, inviting, and just a great spot overall.

We did the chefs table experience for a friend's birthday. Not sure I would categorize it as a true chef's table as you sit in the regular dining room and the only interaction with the chef was them reading the menu items to you when they are served. The menu they offered was good, not great. Lots of repetition in the ingredients across courses. We'd like to go back and try the regular menu. The cocktails and service were wonderful.

Inside was full, so my friend and I opted to sit outside. The weather was nice, so the seating was fitting. At first we were disappointed, because the smoke was slapping us in the face. We complained, were quickly moved. They then made sure the smoke was facing a different direction. I can't remember the name of the cocktail we ordered, but I believe it had the word smoke in it. It gave the perfect amount of punch! I'm usually a straight up drinker, and not a fan of mixed drinks. I was impressed. We each ordered the lobster roll. It was satisfying, but not the best lobster roll we've had. It came off more as a crab salad in a bun. Note that it's served cold. Together we enjoyed a smoked dip, wings, and oysters. All fantastic. The service at this place was great, and I definitely return.

What Atlanta restaurant does not have iced tea? That's a hard one to recover from. Ordered their lemonade instead, and it was undrinkable-horribly sour and no sweetness at all. Diluting it helped, but without sweetener on the table it was a futile task. Pimento cheese was excellent as were the smoked and fried wings. Pastry basket was a disappointment and misnomer. I was thinking of cinnamon rolls, tarts, danishes, etc. instead got some hard scones, small overdone (but not burned) muffin - nothing that would make a kid happy. Beignets were decent Salmon was very good. Chicken and waffles had no redeeming qualities. Note to chef: there should be enough syrup to taste, and some people like to butter their waffles. Server brought some on request, but the portions were minuscule and had to ask for more. Chicken was too crunchy for me. Some might say over-fried. I'd think long and hard about doing brunch here again.

We came here for lunch on a Friday and even though I had a reservation, it was not needed. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out on their shared patio. The location is in a shopping center and parking was easy. Our server was with us quickly to get our drink orders. We took a long time to order both because we were chatting and because there are so many good options. We started with the pimento cheese board and it was excellent. There was a great variety of items on the board, so even if you don't like pimento. you will enjoy this board. We also got the corn and jalapeno hush puppies. These were great as well, with it being fried just the right amount. For my entree, I got the burger. The sweet onions were a nice touch, but I felt the bun was a bit dry. Other than that, I enjoyed my time here!

Stumbled upon this place while shopping and, oh boy, am I glad we did! The food? Amazing. Taste, portion size, plating--10/10. This restaurant has the distinct pleasure of entering into my Clean Plate Club. I think I even tried to eat the bone... Similarly, the cocktails were fabulous and well executed. Prices for both food and beverages were absolutely appropriate. Service was stellar, and while some might think the food and drink a tad slow to come out, I think it was absolutely appropriate for what we ordered. Good things take time! Loved the ambience as well. The interior was dimly lit and well designed, but you can still easily read the menu. If I'm ever back that way, I'd love to do the chefs table!!

This place has the coolest, cozy vibes and is a great (first) date spot! Think Anthropologie-esque but inviting, with string lights outside. Our waiter was attentive, checking on us regularly, and had great recommendations. We shared the smoked trout dip (delish homemade tortilla chips served with a smoked creamy dip and a side of pickled celery, 7/10) and the fried plantains (perfectly crispy and bite sized with a delicious glaze served atop a herb-y buttermilk ranch... YUM 10/10). I had the frozen piña colada, which was a perfect frozen consistency and fruity, but I'd probably try another cocktail next time, 7/10). Plus: it has FREE PARKING! Right outside, there is a large shopping center parking lot that's very accessible. Can't wait to check out brunch and dinner here... planning to become a regular!

The evening was my first time at the restaurant. A little impromptu girls night/ pre birthday festivities. The atmosphere was nice it wasn't packed which I appreciated. I ordered the plantains and the burger with a side of the bacon jam My friends ordered the Brussels sprouts, the chicken, and the pimento cheese plate. The plantains were fried to perfection. The burger was a medium and juicy which I liked, I want.a fan of the bun though which had black sesame seeds on it. The pimento cheese player was a hit with my friends. The Brussels were nice had a crisp but I do wish they had more crisp to them. I also ordered a gimme cocktail and it was tasty, it had the potential to be a sneak up on you type cocktail.

Food, service and ambience were all present during a brunch at Seven Lamps on Sunday, February 18, 2024. What a wonderful, cozy little restaurant tucked in the Around Lenox shopping mall. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. You will see from the photos how lovely the table was and how color coordinated everything was with the flowers and drinks. We had mimosas, one with grapefruit and one with orange juice. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. I had fish tacos. They were really good. I could have eaten more, and the accompanying salad was perfect and so pretty, I didn't want to eat it, but I did! My lunch date had the oysters. She said they were excellent. The restaurant is small and the menu is somewhat limited, but they take reservations and you will enjoy the food. Parking is free at Around Lenox. Highly recommended. You will love it.

Just had lunch at Seven Lamps for the first time and it was quite good. We ordered the clam chowder, grilled octopus, the lobster roll, and raw oysters ( today they had bluepoints). The oysters were good, I realize that Atlanta is landlocked so......although they were fresh, I know they still had a ways to travel to get to us. The service was great! The only "concern" was the latest health inspection score.......that said, I am not afraid to eat there again and will return but I had to say something because I saw the score.

Lively restaurant with cafe style menus. Food is very good and service is attentive to dietary needs. Try the mussels! We try to go a bit late for lunch or early for dinner as the restaurant gets quite loud inside at prime times - consider sitting on the patio if crowded.

On a business trip in ATL and this restaurant was within walking distance to my hotel. I was skeptical at first, being that it was next to a mall, but everything changed when we were seated. Great music, dimly lit, tasty menu. Started with an old fashioned paired with some hush puppies and octopus appetizer. Then moved onto a bottle of red wine paired with a steak which was incredible. Our server, Jenna, knocked it out of the park. Fantastic recommendations, great conversation, & provided us with perfect service. Would come back again.

My coworker and I came here for lunch. They have an open kitchen and were seated in front of. I usually love this but with the heat lately it was too warm for my liking. We started with the shrimp in sauce with Texas toast which was amazing. I ordered the chicken panini which I ended up eating with fork and knife for the bread was ver thick. My coworker had the salmon as recommended from our server. He said it was just ok and the fried zucchini on plate was ice cold in the middle.

Seven lamps is a great spot for a nice dinner with friends and family! Located in the shops around Lenox, seven lamps is nestled in a corner so it's a little hard to find, but look for west elm and flower child. We had a party of 4 and were seated instantly. Our waitress was awesome and was super attentive and had our drinks and food out super fast. I had the pork tenderloin with bean ragu and vegetables on top. All of the food tasted amazing, the only critique I have is the pork was a little undercooked. Overall, seven lamps was great and I'd definitely like to come back in the future!

I read tons of reviews and noticed the high ranking of stars so I just knew this was the restaurant to visit. When I arrived, my party was seated outdoors on a beautiful day to accommodate our size. So far everything was going great. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our waitress brought out a round of drinks and water, but before she left, she dumped the access liquid from her tray on to the ground in between our table and another parties table. I looked up in disbelief. Who would dump anything out on the ground near dining patrons? Next we requested straws to drink from our glasses and were brought out several straws in her barehand. When this happened I immediately asked that she bring us covered straws as we were not going to use straws and place them in our beverages after being directly in her hands. The third strike was I ordered a burger and it was paired with hand cut fries, but the fries were burnt and the burger wasn't seasoned or flavorful nor does the restaurant provide regular ketchup. The ketchup paired with this dish is a house ketchup which if I'm being 100% honest, is not tasty at all. Two of us ordered burgers and we both sent back the fries for the same issue. Now I rated my experience a two because even though several things happened that made me write this restaurant off, there were some positives. The waitress brought out new fries that were freshly made and were not burnt. The lamb, shrimp, and okra were delicious dishes and the kids loved the chicken tenders. There were just so many things I didn't enjoy that I probably won't be back, but if you go get those three things I mentioned, you won't be disappointed, but can't promise the service will be any better.

Seven Lamps is a cozy, little restaurant located in the shopping center across from Lenox Square Mall. The signage is not very noticeable from the street but it's right next to Kendra Scott. I stopped in for a solo weekday lunch and was pleasantly greeted by the host. The restaurant was semi-busy and I opted to sit at the high-top table. The tables are long and are designed as shared European-style seating. Luckily, I came at the perfect time to have the whole high-top to myself. I can imagine it may be awkward to dine here for a date night or intimate dinner on a crowded night. They offer an extensive, customized menu with some unique offerings. I opted for the spicy Maine mussels with andouille sausage. It came with about 25 mussels and a tasty tomatillo sauce and onions. I was a bit disappointed with the andouille sausage since it was a very small amount but overall, the mussels had a rich flavor and a nice spicy kick to it. The service was excellent and prices are fair.

What a great place for some amazing food that portrays culinary excellence. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare like I requested. The fries were tossed in parsley and Parmesan cheese which were perfectly crispy as well. The octopus was nicely cooked, tender, and packed so much flavor. The service was outstanding as our waiter was very attentive towards us . The ambiance of the place was very nice having the alcohol wall.

Very underrated spot!!! Ducked off by Lennox mall. The hush puppies were my favorite and I can tell they put their time into the fries!! Fresh cut and delicious. The shrimp dish was good also
