I was extremely impressed with the customer service and all I was doing was picking up to take back to the guys at work. The staff were extremely helpful and I had a great opportunity to try a new pizza that they were trying. Super fresh ingredients and super tasty pizza. One of the best I've had in the area. I also got the opportunity to try their New York style cheesecake. It was delicious!.😋🍕🍰

Excellent Pizza by the slice. Crispy crust, great flavors. Service was good. Decor a d vibe was relaxed and fun with the Beatles theme on display. Barbecue chicken, in particular, was fantastic. I will be back when I return to the area.

First time here with my bf and OMG ONE OF THE BEST PIZZAS I’VE HAD IN MY LIFE !!! The Super Bee slice sent me into orbit 😭 was so worth the hour drive .. wings were great too and the staff was very lively and friendly as well ! Will be coming back !!! :)

Great place to eat. The pizza is excellent and that's due to the way they prepare it. Overall it's a very nice restaurant to dine at. They also have happy hour from 2PM to 6PM Monday through Friday. As for the patrons, most are not very friendly towards others. Otherwise, a nice place to have pizza or their various other delicious food items. This restaurant "rocks". I drive over 25 miles one way just to get the pepperoni pizza.

Sgt Pepperoni never disappoints! We love trying the monthly specials - I’m begging you to keep the Nashville Hot on the menu - and the Meatball Ricotta is a family favorite. For those days I need a healthy side, the house salad is great. Online ordering is easy and restaurant service is always 10/10

Alright, these pizza are fire. Genuinely one of the best places I have some SOLID pizza and literally never had a bad slice. I don't know what truly makes it different than saying the dough is crispy and soft, the flavors and pepporoni meat lover, just too good. Absolutely recommend this to anyone coming into town or just hanging out because these pizzas are amazing. Staff is always super kind and easy going, definitely not afraid to tell what to get or have them surprise you and just let the food speak for itself. Get yo self a SLICE! I'd give 10 stars if I could honestly

I can't believe I forgot to review this place! Sgt. Pepperoni's is my go-to for consistently good pizza. They always have a monthly special flavor, which isn't something a lot of pizza places do. The meatball ricotta is top tier, but I also love the Brooklyn Bomber and the pinwheels. The parking lot isn't very big, but there are usually a few spots available at dinner time. My to-go orders are always hot and fresh when I pick them up, and the workers are friendly.

Josh was great, very helpful and kind... Everything he recommend was delicious, but my favorite was the BBQ pizza.

Unfortunately this location uses DoorDash & does not deliver to your door. My order was left at the bottom of the stairway rather than to my actual address/office. This is not the first time a delivery had to be tracked-down in the building, but at least this time the other people in the building didn't raid the order before we got to it. I give cash tips, so they lost out on that because they couldn't be bothered to actually go to the door.

I don't normally do reviews on Yelp, google, or anywhere else. Even if my experience is really bad or really good. but I felt like I needed to do this one. Sgt. Pepperonis has the best pizza in town by far! It's always so good every time I order. Dine in, carry out, and delivery! It never disappoints. The ambience is very welcoming and is always very clean. But aside from the pizza being so incredibly delicious and consistent, and the amazing vibe of the restaurant I also want to recognize the staff that work here. They are always very welcoming and friendly. But there is one staff member that definitely stands out. I have come here multiple different times now and see her every time working very hard. She is so friendly with the guests and is always cleaning or doing something around the restaurant. Thank you Becky for all your hard work and for chatting with me tonight and making me and everyone else you interact with feel valued. Keep up the great work! You better watch out Sgt. Pepperonis I may take her to work with me. Haha.

Perfect crust, delicious, fresh ingredients and definitely one of the best Pizza Place in OC. If you like NY style pizza so don't miss the shot to try! The quality of pizza is high, 5 golden stars. We ordered half and half (Bronx bomber and Veggies). We werent able to finish it so we took half of it! There is no way we were able to eat it eventhough we tried hard... The VEGGIE PIZZA ingredients are: Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, Red Onions, Spinach and BRONX BOMBER Ingredients are: Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, Black Olive, Jalapeño, Garlic, Parmesan. We ordered 18" (half and half) for $35.50. They also had 14" for $24.50. So overall the range for all their pizza goes from mid $20s to mid $30s depending on their size. They also had by the slice ( simple cheese slice for $6 or level it up with a specialty slice for $7 ) and lunch special. Also if you feel creative you can go and build your own pizza 14" Pizza $18.50 and if you go big 18" for $26...basically im a math person $2.50 each for 14" and $3.50 for $18...Such a great deal! You can build with classics option like pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, bacon, and meatballs to fresh and fun options like basil, spinach, red onions, pineapple, jalapeños, and broccoli so fortunately there's something for everyone's taste! Plus, major bonus points for goat cheese, ricotta, vegan cheese, and vegan sauce!!!!!!!!! Whether you are minimalist cheese lover or like me love a "pile-on-all-the-toppings" kind of person this menu gives you all possibilities to make your desired masterpiece. The parking was lil bit busy and it took us lil bit waiting time but it's worth it! I think today everybody were partying with their coworkers there! What an amazing spot to get pizza on a cheat day from a diet The server Josh in the photo was so friendly and the way him and the team of the place handles a rush and pack full place is phenomenal ! The area of the place is so kickback. It's a nice little gathering for friends and family to spend time in the atmosphere is amazing and welcoming and well cleaned. It is definitely a spot for the pizza lovers

Ordered delivery from them today and really enjoyed it. Got a 14 inch pepperoni with basil, onions , jalapeños. Everything tasted delicious, I really like the thin crust and the pepperoni they use. A 14 inch is also perfect for two people (even had some leftovers). Overall I'll be ordering from here again, and would love to try this place in person some time too. Highly recommend!

My first trip back in probably 40 years and everything has changed except the 6 1/2 foot gumball machine, but I'm still loving the nostalgia and the pizza... And now I'm even old enough to add a beer. Speaking of, stellar Happy Hour from 2 to 6 Monday through Friday of one slice and a beer for only nine bucks. Switch it up to a glass of wine for only 11. Enjoying the meatball and ricotta pizza and the Trademark Codebreakers West Coast IPA. Super great service offering that I could try a few beers before choosing one of many choices from the tap. The long wooden tables, red chairs, and a few old school arcade games... This might be the perfect old school pizza place.

Oooohh Sgt Pepperoni's Pizza slaps! We went here last weekend after a family day at Dave & Busters. Surprisingly we were able to get a big table for all 10 of us. We ordered wings, a salad and two pizzas and a pitcher of beer. Would highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken pizza: chicken, mozzarella, spicy buffalo sauce, with a ranch. I'm drooling just writing about it again. After we had been there for a little over an hour the management asked us to move tables because they actually had that long table reserved for a party. Even though it was inconvenient, it wasn't a big deal. After we moved they offered us 4 free desserts to compensate! I tried to decline but they insisted. That's what I call good service!

Sgt. Pepperoni's is a pizza shop with multiple locations in the Southern California area. This location is in Newport Beach just off the 73 freeway near John Wayne Airport with a small parking lot. When you walk in, order at the front and they give you a buzzer that'll buzz when your food is ready. There were tables throughout the restaurant and claw machines in the back. This location serves both beer and wine. We ordered online and scheduled a time for pickup. PIZZA OF THE MONTH ($7) - as the name suggests this one changes monthly. The one we ordered was the Thai pizza slice with carrots, peanuts, bean sprouts, and cilantro. It did a really good job tasting like a Thai flavored pizza but it was just not our thing. Perhaps my brain couldn't comprehend Thai flavors on a slice of pizza but points for creativity. 3/5 GARLIC KNOTS ($9 for 6) - these were just balls of dough with garlic and parmesan on top. Personally I think it would've tasted better with cheese inside but I liked the marinara dipping sauce. 3.5/5 PINWHEEL ($8) - what I thought was lacking in the garlic knots with the cheese was more than made up for in the pinwheel. This was very oily but it satisfied that cheesiness craving for me. 5/5 WINGS ($14 for 6) - you can choose up to two flavors and we chose the buffalo and barbecue (3 wings each). Between the two I preferred the buffalo more as I liked the hint of spice. Unfortunately they forgot our ranch but fortunately the wings were flavorful enough to not need it. 4/5 MEAT PIZZA ($12.25) - we ordered our 14" specialty pizza with half meat which included pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, and their meatballs. I especially liked their meatballs. All the ingredients had a salty flavor profile and as a lover of meat this hit the spot. 5/5 SUPER BEE ($12.25) - the other half of our 14" pizza was super bee. Unlike the meat with a single flavor profile the super bee was salty from the bacon, sweet from the crème fraiche and ricotta, and spicy from the Frank's hot sauce. There was a lot more depth of flavor in every bite. This was a unique pizza and was delicious. 5/5 For the pizza we also added extra garlic for free which was a nice addition. I was surprised by just how good the pizza was. The flavors were great and I also really liked the pinwheel.

Easily my favorite spot for NY style pizza in OC. The meatball ricotta is my go to every single time. I always order it well done and it comes out perfect with crispy edges, thin crust, and just the right chew. The ricotta is unbelievably creamy and rich, and their homemade marinara hits that perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The dough is light but still has that classic New York fold. Service is always friendly and the whole vibe feels like your neighborhood pizza joint done right.

The pizza is excellent and the service is good, but the reason I'm leaving this review is because of Jaden's exceptional customer service over the phone. Over the last couple of weeks I placed several large pizza orders as company catering gifts, and though I made mistakes with many aspects of the ordering process (online and over the phone) Jaden was so patient with me and so accommodating and helpful. I know he put in extra effort to make sure that my orders were made and delivered on time, the way I needed them, and it saved me from SO much stress. Sgt. Pepperoni's will be our go-to pizza place, for catering and anything else from now on.

Came by on a Friday night around 8 o clock. Place is sooo busy! The line is quickly moving. We opted pizza by the slice as it was my first time to try. We ordered a variety of slices. We ordered the vegetarian, the ricotta meatballs, Bronx bomber, Hawaii 5 0. My options, were the vegetarian and the ricotta meatballs both ok. My bf had the Bronx bomber, and Hawaii 5 0, definitely recommend those two.

We ordered a custom pizza half pepperoni and half ricotta sausage, a whole grandma's pie, wings, and garlic knots. We were hungry and the food came out quick! Even our custom pizza. I think we waited no longer than 10 mins. Everything was piping hot and delicious. They are very generous with the cheese.

Not just pizza...crispy, gooey pizza! Toasted pizza, by the slice, delivered to your table, even if you get a buzzer. A very festive atmosphere. Parking is limited but not impossible to find. Self serve water/soda station. Selection is quite nice. Small salad is shareable. Highly recommend the pinwheel. It's like a mini Chicago deep dish with garlicky, crispy crust.

Decided to come here on a Sunday morning after charging my car to grab some lunch. There wasn't too many people when we arrived, but after ordering, a whole bunch of people came in! The service is super friendly here, and I love the vibes of their decor. We got the super bee and the margherita to share. The super bee was my favorite of the two! It was packed with toppings, ricotta cheese, and had a sweet and savory taste to it. The marg was different from the ones I normally have. It came with tomato slices and basil which overall was still good. Waters are self serve and there is plenty of indoor seating plus some outdoor seating. The parking looks small, but there's quite a lot of spaces, so you'll definitely be able to find a spot.

My boss recommended this spot for our office lunch. He wasn't even there that day but insisted we get the meatball ricotta because it's his favorite. Needless to say, the meatball ricotta is now all of our favorites! But all the pizzas were amazing. We also got the meat pizza and the margherita. Margherita was my 2nd favorite! We ordered online and it was delivered on time. I will probably be having this place a lot more often. 3 18" pizzas was more than enough for my staff of 8. The 14" pizzas prob would have been enough.

Always love Sgt Pepperoni's pizza! The crust is the perfect thickness where it's not too thin but not too doughy. My favorite thing are the flavors of the month! This month (May) is The Al Pastor Pie (house made green salsa, mozzarella cheese, pineapple, al pastor (pork), carmeizlied onions, and topped with guacamole drizzle and fresh cilantro) Their flavors of the month are soooo creative! This one was delicious and so unique! My other favorite normal flavors are the Veggie (which uses high quality veggies like broccoli) and the BBQ chicken. My husband likes the Buffalo chicken a lot too. You can get pizza by the slice here too and they warm it up for you which is awesome. They also sell individual garlic knots and pinwheels. It's better value to buy a whole pizza but it's also fun to try just a slice of different flavors. My best tip is to ask them to 'double slice' the pizza since otherwise the slices are really large and hard to eat without getting sauce on your face!

Came by yesterday evening with my Grandma to try this place because last time I came and it was one of the best Pizzas I've ever had !! Everyone was nice especially Becky I believe that's how you spell her name but she was awesome ! There was a bit of a wait but totally understandable and Becky was super sweet about it ! A good local spot for a slice or a whole pie. They are pleasant, quick, and offer lots of different condiments for the pizza even a pre packed ranch dressing. I'm not basing the rating on my current visit as I just flew back from NYC earlier that day and no way would it be fair. Instead I will give my rating based on the totality of my overall past experiences. Been here more than a dozen times and it's always hot, fresh, and packed with toppings. I'd like to give them a solid 3.8. I wish the thin crust wasn't as floppy but with that said I can always ask for well done. I also prefer their plain pepperoni pizza on their thin pies but their grandma pies are even better than their thin crust pies. They have other locations but this one is the OG. Give them a go!

Been wanting to try Sgt. Pepperoni's for a while and finally decided on pizza for lunch one weekday. I ordered the large meat lovers for pick up (preorder online!). This particular location is in a small parking lot, so I can assume parking will get challenging when it gets busy. For the pizza, they give you a ton of meat on the meat lovers and the crust is pretty thin overall. Good taste, texture, and crunch! My only issue is that the pizza was a bit too salty overall and I needed to drink a lot of water with each slice.

One of my favorite local pizza spots in OC. The service is always great, it's family friendly with a small arcade in the back, and chill vibes. Came here for dinner tried the busy bee, bbq chicken and spinach & broccoli pinwheel there. Ordered the mushroom slice and meatball & ricotta pinwheel.

Amazing pizza! They even have Vegan Pizza too. The staff is super friendly. Ambiance is nice and clean. Great for family and big group gathering. They have flat screen tvs, little arcade area for the kiddos. Ordered Lunch combo to go: BBQ Chicken - The pizza was so perfect. The toppings are Chicken breast, red onion, cilantro, and mozzarella with barbecue sauce. I added their hot pepper and it was delicious. Pink Lemonade I will definitely come back to try another specialty pizza, garlic knots, salad, and chicken wings.

The Best Pizza around! Loved the crispy crust and all the various kinds of pizza available to purchase by slice at the cash register. We took this out and it was a perfect pairing to our Sunday night football! They even had an amazing vegan cheese option that was by far the best alternative I've ever had (way better than the standard cashew alternative cheese). You wouldn't even have know it wasn't real cheese! Pickup was easy- they give you a buzzer when waiting so you can know when to come up to the register to get your order. Gave me New York style vibes for sure!

This pizza spot is so YUMMMMY, I'm a big foodie and when I tell you the slices are so perfectly made I mean it. The crust is so crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy in the inside. The cheese pulls are like no other!! So stretchy and cheeeeeesy. So many variety of pizza choices! My boyfriend and I sat down at one of their tables and the sweetest employee named Guadalupe helped us out with great customer service, such a kind girl. The energy from all the employees is so welcoming. I love the atmosphere and vibe there is so cool, napkin holders tooo! I hardly write reviews but this one is well deserved. Definitely will be back again!

Amazing pizza, garlic bombs, and pinwheels! The pinwheel dough is so flaky and delicious. Dough and sauce are made every day and you can tell . Friendly and fun atmosphere. Edited to add - It was so good I went back with a different person the next night! Same awesome experience.

No issues the last several times I have been there. The staff have all been amazing! Which is why I had been so spoiled and so upset about the poor service I was suddenly getting. I feel the person in question was the issue. They are the only employee we have had issues with. We haven't seen them the last several times. Thank you Sgt. Pepperonis for reaching out to me. And letting me share my experience. I constantly send people here. In fact, I just sent my barber here a few days ago and he seemed to enjoy it. We are headed there tonight. My wife wants to get the pizza of the month. It's one of her favorites.

First time trying this place and my expectations were already high because of all the great things I had heard, but they were truly exceeded. The pizza was amazing and the service was outstanding. There was a small glitch in their system and my pizza needed to be remade, which I did not mind at all because I know things happen and I was just excited to try their pizza for the first time. They went above and beyond with their customer service and made sure I had a great experience even though my order was to go. I hope the three workers who helped me see this since I unfortunately did not get their names. Thank you for everything. Sgt. Pepperoni's is officially one of our FAVORITE pizzas in OC! Their extensive menu has something for everyone, making it the perfect spot to bring friends and family. We enjoyed several different pizza options, wings, and a pinwheel. The pizza slices were huge and the sauce and toppings just went so well together--it felt very carefully crafted!! And I'm such a sucker for good dough/crust that I HAVE to point out how good Sgt. Pepperoni's is in this department. The dough has such a good hearty flavor that gets complemented with the soft interior and crispy edges. The broccoli and spinach pinwheel was cheesy goodness and such a cool concept! It's eseentially a savory cinnamon roll! So yum and unique! Last but not least, wings were packed with flavor and super juicy!! Overall, we were so pleasantly delighted with this meal and cannot wait to come back!

Pretty good pizza. We got a bunch of different kinds to try and they were nice enough to cut it in half. We got the House salad and it was okay - very cheesy. The balsamic dressing seemed very thick. We also got the 6 piece buffalo wings and while they are baked, they were really good! They have a small arcade in the back, which is fun for kids.

This place is top notch! You can pick your slice of pizza. The staff are always extra nice and helpful, even though its staff are teenagers. I get grandma pie each time and its so good. I wish they had a better wine selection- the white is terrible. They have a great selection of craft beers. Very busy place- well deserved! Good job to the owner- you truly know how to run a great business.

Came to dine in last night with my son and wow it was packed! A completely full house and what looked like multiple parties at one time. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Becky. She was so incredibly polite and quickly let us know that she would go find us a table. Lucky enough there was a family leaving as we were ordering so she cleaned the table for us to sit and even with all the activity going on around her she was very attentive to our needs. Even took the time to introduce herself by name and asked us what our names were! When an employee/server can make you feel like you're the only person in a dining room full of 50+ people that's top notch customer service. The food came out a little later than usual but with the amount of people in the restaurant I didn't expect it to be out super fast. My son is visiting from another state and our first stop was of course Sgt. Pepperonis! We ordered a variety of slices, garlic knots, and some draft beers. It was all so delicious! The garlic knots are ridiculously good! I will always recommend Sgt. Pepperonis to everyone who is looking for a great place to eat out at. My son said great food, cold beer, and a server that's as beautiful and kind as ours was makes this a 5 star restaurant and great first impression! I would have to agree. Thank you Sgt. Just had a fantastic takeout pizza, salad and sweet treat. Honestly the best takeout pizza I've had on the west coast. Great and friendly services as well.

I had this pizza at a friends babyshower and ate 3 slices, btw the slices are huge, it was that good! Since then I have been thinking about it and finally ordered an 18" for the family We did the half and half of meatball ricotta/pepperoni. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had, I'm a huge ricotta fan, and they load the pizza with it. You've got to try the meatball ricotta, the sauce, the toppings and the breading, perfection for all those pizza lovers! I did a phone order and whoever I spoke to was nice and the order went quick and gave a pick up time. They have an app and for first orders it's $5 off

The pizza is excellent!! Vibe is great! Service is good. Definitely recommend! I recommend the pepperoni and basil pizza!!
