"I went to see Marvel’s Black Widow with my boyfriend, Augie, at the Battery Park Regal and stopped at Shake Shack before. I love their fried-chicken sandwich and demand “so many pickles that it’s mostly pickles.” For a vegetable side, I order the cheese fries. They’re my favorite salad."

This week, the New York Post reports that the Shake Shack manager involved in the controversy has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against the NYPD unions who publicly claimed that bleach had been added to the officers’ milkshakes." - Erika Adams

Google
Probably the better location. They don’t do orders at the counter but instead you can only do the orders on the computer/tablets—or at least I didn’t notice anyone taking orders at the counter. Because of this though, it limits customers to pay using tap/card. Location was ok in terms of atmosphere. A bit busy around lunch though.

Google
The toilet just …. BAD! The food however, was pretty good but it was not enough to fill up my family’s tummy with yummy food. The service was great! The atmosphere was good but I wish you were able to order the food on the counter. The time my family finished eating we ordered more French fries , the “chef” took a long time to make just French fries. The iced tea was tasted EXPIRED! The rest pretty good.

I always stop in to eat at Shake Shack before going to the movies. I honestly feel I get more for my dollar. The restaurant was a bit disorganized, I didn't know if it was a kiosk or serving at the counter. I couldn't find a number to use for my table. The employees must have been short staff. They didn't seem happy. Nonetheless, they were efficient in getting your food directly to your table. If you're going to go, try to get there before it gets busy.

Google
The food took 30 minutes to be served, but they are always busy and the employees are doing their best. The guy taking orders was not trying to inform of the menu or any option of sauce available or sides etc. needed some help since it was my first time and i didnt want to hold up the line. I wanted to order more stuff but i just rushed and moved on. There was a lady who was constantly cleaning the restaurant and the patio who was very friendly and hard working which made it easy to find a table to sit down asap.

Google
The 2nd time I ordered the truffle burger at this location (3 burgers in total) and they did not include the crispy onions on the burger. Maybe it’s being nit picky, but if I’m ordering something and one of the ingredients is consistently missing—I’m not going to be satisfied. The burger overall, while small, is good for what it is—but again, third time missing a key ingredient. This is the bare minimum that this location consistently messes up on, and I’m unsure if this is intentional…

Google
The Shack burger is constantly one of the best smash style burgers one can buy, pretty iconic throughout the city, this location tends to get busy for lunch but all other times are fairly quick. One of my personal favorites and the standard I hold other smash style burger places to. If you stick to the usual menu of shack burger, cheese fries and something like a milkshake you won’t be disappointed. Burgers are always juicy, sauce is right, everything is perfect. It’s the optimal burger delivery. The shack has a few competitors like (In-and-out burgers in Cali) and other boutique burger places, but for a chain this is top notch. If you are on the fence and have never tried shake shack, please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one.

Google
Order on Tablet at night. The burger is tiny but very delicious. A little on the pricy side but very tasteful. Would eat here again. This area is safe. Washrooms are clean. Lots of people here at night. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Walkable distance from World Trade Center Hotels.

Google
I went to this location for a quick bite. Orders came out fast but the burgers were terrible and were not shake shack quality. I had a chicken burger that looked like it had been sitting out all day, with the lettuce that's black and the burger bun hard on the bottom. I won't be coming back to this location again

Phillip C.

Yelp
This location is one of the cheaper food joint to eat at around battery park city. Note that location is always hectic and takes forever to have your order ready due to the crowd, especially during lunch and dinner time. Best practice is to order in advance and expect at least 30 minutes for your order to be ready. Overall, food quality is great as usual and pricing is fair. I eaten here plenty of time whenever I worked overtime. You definitely can't go wrong with picking the chicken stack, stackburger, cheese fries, and the frozen shake

S. Anne T.

Yelp
I wish this place was like it used to be, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. I've tried it out and ordered maybe 10 times, every time so far there has been some sort of mix up. We order using the shake shack, arrive when the order says ready and then are met with the wrong items/order, delay, missing order so we wait for them to make a fresh order. But the worst part is the staff is not helpful, they seem annoyed every single time they Gave us the WRONG order. 10 years ago, the staff here was professional, efficient and if any issues came up, they were almost too generous. I don't know why this has changed, but it's going down hill and I've tried to give it more than 10 tries. As far as food goes- it's good, nothing to write home about. price - fair. ambience- family friendly.

Peter D.

Yelp
I've been eating ShackBurgers for at least 15 years. Don't worry, I've eaten other things too. But I had my first one in Madison Square Park, and then I told a few people about it, and now it's a global empire. Coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences. Whether or not Danny Meyer owes me a lot of money for jumpstarting this billion dollar venture aside, I didn't know that Shake Shack could still surprise me. But they did, on several levels: Surprise #1: I can add avocado to a SmokeShack now? I like this. Surprise #2: The chicken nuggets were excellent. I realize they aren't that new to the menu, but they are new to me because I was boycotting after Danny Meyer stopped returning my calls. Surprise #3: The staff came around with crayons and coloring sheets for my children. I already had coloring books and markers for them because I live in mortal fear of their boredom, but I truly appreciate the effort. Anyway, this is a Shake Shack. The burgers are good. Crinkle cut fries are not my favorite fry shape, but I'll still eat them. The bathroom was clean. It was overrun by kids coming out of Model UN, but overall, a good experience.

Marissa L.

Yelp
This Shake Shack is usually crowded, whether it's office workers, tourists, or neighborhood families (lots of strollers), so it's a good thing that they have seating both inside and outdoors in the alley they share with Goldman. We order on the tablets, and the wait isn't too long before the food arrives at the table. The food is the same as what you get at any other Shake Shack location, and the hot dogs and fries are my kid's favorite things to get. I just wish they still had the Shack-cago Dog.

Matthew H.

Yelp
I stop by here occasionally because (1) amex gold and (2) I work nearby. Every time I come here, it always seems to be really quite hectic in the kitchen, no matter how busy or empty the place seems to be. Service is always really quite random. Sometimes when I have to ask someone at the till a question or to order with them, it feels like they think their time is too valuable to talk to me. But also, sometimes others come out and are really proactive with checking on order statuses for people who are waiting, so idk. Also, for some reason, even though there is a shelf that says it's for picking up mobile orders, all the mobile orders are sitting on a counter in the back. Last time I was here, a few other people and I waited unnecessarily for our food - we didn't get the usual text when our orders were ready, and the workers were a bit disgruntled to check since we "hadn't been notified yet".

Kent V.

Yelp
Ordered some late night munchies after some bars and their cheese fries hit the spot! Order at the kiosk and they call ur name and bam! Prices are affordable and they were really good! Workers were friendly too. Good location to the locals too. Would come back if staying in area.

M A.

Yelp
This location is still terrible. Consistently late. Consistently gets orders wrong. They have literally have never gotten a single order correct. In three years. Never. Once. The worst.

Neil D.

Yelp
Awful food, tased like dirt, gritty like it was dropped on the floor. No one in the Resturant cares. Will never go to this location again

Micah D.

Yelp
This isn't personal towards anyone working. With that out of the way I have to say the nuggets are the equivalent to being meg from family guy. Shits taste like cardboard. The breading didn't want to stick the chicken and I don't blame it. Cheese fries were generic too. Lowkey cold but It's all good. My expectations aren't that high anyway. For fast food it gets a C+

Christy C.

Yelp
A great spot in a convenient location for a quick bite! Some seating inside and outside, though it can get super packed at times. The restaurant is overall clean and modern with wonderful service, though food may take a while depending on how busy it is. As always, delicious cheeseburger and chicken shack sandwich! Fries are seasoned well too! Would recommend tourists to try if they don't have a Shake Shack back at home!

Cam E.

Yelp
My favorite Shake Shack in the city. #1 it's near my office in Tribeca. - Check. Never have to wait on line or too long for the order preparation. - Check. Consistently good Shack charred burgers, shackcago hotdogs, and hot crispy crinkle cut fries. - Double check. Plenty of outdoor seating. - Check. Fast and friendly servers. - Checky check. **The original Madison Square Park location still has very long lines **

David L.

Yelp
Welcome to Shake Shack, where the milkshakes bring all the foodies to the yard! Now let's dive into this burger and fries extravaganza. Chocolate Milk Shake: This milkshake may not bring all the boys to the yard, but it sure brought me a smile. Creamy, chocolaty goodness in every sip. Score: 8/10. Crinkle Cut Fries: These fries may be a classic, but they are a classic for a reason. Would I choose this or school lunch? Do I need to even answer sc.... Shake shack. Score: 7/10. Single Shack Burger: A true classic burger, and a definite winner at Shake Shack. While the single is good, the double will always hold a special place in my heart (and stomach). Score: 8/10. Single Shack Burger + Fried Chicken Patty + Bacon: This burger is for the true carnivores out there. I had no idea how to order this monstrosity, but the person at the counter had it all figured out. While it was a battle between beef, chicken, and pork, no one truly won as it was hard to taste the individual flavors. Sorry (forgotten name), but the double shack will always reign supreme and be in my heart figuratively and literally with all those calories. Score: 7/10. That's all for now, folks! I'll be back to try more of Shake Shack's menu soon.

Andrew L.

Yelp
Returned to this Shake Shack on a busy Sunday afternoon after putting in an order on the app. Arrived a few minutes after getting a text that my order was almost ready but then ended up waiting a while. Apparently either my order was missed or someone else took my order. When the staff realized this they quickly remade my order. As for the food, the ShackBurger and Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger were fine and the Fries were as good as always but the Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich seemed awfully small, the piece of chicken was almost snack-sized. It was good but just small.

Dan C.

Yelp
This shack has the tiniest burgers of all shake shacks i've been to. They are the size of McDonalds dollar menu burgers. Disappointing.

King B.

Yelp
Food is pretty good, service is ok, and atmosphere is cool. Place can be dirty, but food is good for if you're on the rush.

Dennis G.

Yelp
Due to staff shortages, I waited 40 minutes before canceling my order & requesting a refund. My cash was refunded and I do plan on returning to this NYC location even though I live a block away. P Please do better Shake Shack.

Ian M.

Yelp
1 star for slow service and had negative attitude from one of the workers. There's a kiosk to order food, but we had to wait for a code to pay because we ordered a beer. We waited and waited and nobody came, not till we had to ask about it. This is the second time it's happened, the first was from a different location. Order came past 30mins and found out the draft beer was actually unavailable and just the canned ones. Why on earth is the kiosk machine allow it. So I opted for a can instead and was surprised that one of the workers in the counter gave me attitude for asking to get the difference since the can is cheaper. I just let it go. Not worth my time. The Shake Shack service has gone down.

Lis L.

Yelp
Cold food, terrible customer service. Staff go out of their way to ignore waiting customers even though there were about 10 of us in line, they can't be bothered. They also didn't include basic condiments a d cutlery like I requested, again just a terrible experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

C K.

Yelp
Quality and service has gone down. Lettuce was wilted on burger. Staff was nonchalant when queried about a late order. Order was ready but misplaced but they did not look for it.

Troy E.

Yelp
I love Shake Shack! If you're wondering what to order, without a doubt, get the Shack Stack. It's basically the regular shack burger, but it has a deep fried, cheese stuffed, portobello mushroom in it. The Shack Stack is the perfect combination of cheesy, gooey, crunchy, burger you could ever ask for. Honestly, I think it's one of my favorite burgers EVER. My go to 1000+ calorie order when I'm feeling hungry is a Shack Stack, shake, and fries. I can eat a lot of food, and trust me when I say this is a lot. It's definitely not something I can order every time (and today wasn't a food baby kind of afternoon). It's probably is 1.5 meals worth food, but it's so good and if you're visiting and don't have a Shake Shack where you live, you might as well get it!

Daniel Z.

Yelp
Have ordered from here on three occasions. All have been terrible. This will be my last time coming here. The staff is incompetent. There were four orders before me when I placed mine (a single smokestack to go). It took 24 minutes to get my food. And yet the order was missing items. I love shake shack. Instead of going to the battery park location, go to Fulton St,

Ben M.

Yelp
Absolute nightmare ordering from this location for a celebration -Half of our food delivered -Waited half an hour for the other half to be delivered -Driver marked the food as delivered without actually dropping the food off -Fries delivered cold -Order was canceled -Customer service refused to resolve the problem Had alot of experiences like this from Shake Shack lately. For shame.

Josh B.

Yelp
Skipped fries tonight so I still haven't resolved my ambivalence enough for an official final declaration. And the Shack-cago dog is sadly no longer. But the Shackburger is still miraculous. I got the double and damn near drank the thing. I also enjoyed the Shroom Burger. While Five Guys was still telling vegetarians Let Them Eat Condiments, Shake Shack had something for them (to be clear, not for for vegans for dieters). The large iced tea/lemonade combo was most welcome after a long excurision through lower Manhattan.

Kirsty W.

Yelp
It took 40 mins for 3 burgers. Zero communication and the app said it was ready 20 mins before it was, so they're clearly just fudging their internal systems so management doesn't know about the disasters. Avoid.

Carl D.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible experience. I've been to this Shake Shack about four times, and managed to order once. Once. They are chronically understaffed, they have two registers but only one person taking orders from a huge line while the kitchen staff seems more interested in giving each other shoulder rubs than preparing the food and taking care of their customers. When they finally come out, the burgers are not bad, but they are NOT $7 burgers. And that's for the basic burger. Why anybody patronizes this disaster more than once is an absolute mystery to me. Avoid it at all costs.

Kristen H.

Yelp
Would give zero stars if I could Will not give you a large cup of water with your order?!? Only a small paper cup. I'm sorry not all people drink sugary drinks or ones with artificial chemicals... or alcohol and we would appreciate a normal sized water with our order. Preposterous Will not be back with my business

Chad V.

Yelp
Love shake shack, this location needs more help out front. One gentleman was taking orders and walking every meal out to customers and taking care of door dash drivers. Can't blame him for being frustrated. He has customers frustrated with him the entire shift. It is this way most every night. I go there at least once a week and experience the same issue over and over.

Frank P.

Yelp
Understaffed ! 230 in afternoon Over 20 minutes to be served and still waiting Not the first comment. Based on ownership maybe that's the way they like to run it!

Joey F.

Yelp
The customer service was horrific. They gave us dirty looks just for standing and waiting for the food with everyone else. No urgency at all even though they were very behind. The trash is piled up disgustingly on tables/carts and there aren't even accessible napkins. They don't even have the takeout number stands accessible. The burger was also incredibly greasy compared to other shake shacks I've been to. Couldn't catch me dead here again.

Julie L.

Yelp
I went here after visiting the 9/11 museum, so this was the perfect meal to follow. I got to try the shack burger, (cheese) crinkle cut fries, and chicken bites. I have to say....my first time at Shake Shack was well worth the wait! The line moved pretty efficiently and my food came out in a very timely manner despite the crowd. I loooove fries and damn, these fries were perfectly crispy! The cheese...I could pass next time. The burger? Also good. Coming from the west coast, I'm not so sure I could make a direct comparison between in n out and shake shack though.. Wish I had room for a shake since I've heard great things, but that'll be for next time. :')

Jacky C.

Yelp
Making my return back to this Shake Shack location as I now work around here. Looking back at my old review from back then, I definitely thought Shake Shack was the best thing ever invented. Now that I have grown accustomed to NYC life and all that it has to offer over the past 5 years, and know what to expect out of a Shake Shack burger, it's time to be realistic. Still love you though.

Mackenzie B.

Yelp
Standard Shake Shack location. Busy, but no line when we stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. My boyfriend ordered and I grabbed a table. We had just had a small lunch, so we shared fries and a salted caramel shake to snack on. The shake was amazing and definitely the best shake shack flavor I've had so far. The fries were hot and fresh. Unfortunately the restaurant is super tiny and hard to maneuver around. Luckily I found a table at the right time, but many people were waiting for our table by the time we were finished. There was a man on a wheelchair that couldn't even get around the tables to the open table in the back.

Peggy F.

Yelp
I LOOOOVE the Smroom Burger, the best item on the menu. Excellent quality and flavor overall, but a tad on the pricy side. For a regular burger and fries, comparing In-n-Out vs Shake Shack at par, in the same content configuration, In-n-Out tastes much better in my opinion. Primarily due to the difference and taste of the lettuce and spread. What I can't keep my mind off on is the mushroom burger (Smroom Burger) so delicious and well made! Had me craving for more when I returned to the West Coast. Now I'm gonna have to hunt down the Shake Shacks in the LA area and give them a try. Hands down the best Mushroom Burger I've ever had so far. Crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Simply Irresistible.

Robert N.

Yelp
Waiting time is way to long. Waited over 40 minutes. Very unprofessional unfriendly overburdened stuff. Burger is ok. Definitely not worth that waiting.

Andy C.

Yelp
Frustratingly bad service. Shake Shack's food is well known enough that I don't feel the need to mention the food. However, the service here during my last visit was memorably awful. This location was always understandably busy during lunch time, but I've done mobile orders in the past without any issues. However, on a recent visit to pick up a mobile order, I noticed a large crowd of customers waiting to pick up food. Not to order food, but waiting to pick up their food. After observing the chaos for about 10 minutes, it was apparent that the delays were caused by the person responsible for packing orders. This person had time to chat with other staff members between packing each order, even though there were plenty of prepared burgers and fries sitting on the shelves behind the counter. Why was there only one person packing orders when there were probably 20+ people waiting for food? Why did it get so bad that the cleaning staff feel the need to help check on orders and explain to the increasingly unhappy crowd that they were "backed up"? I ended up being late for a meeting because I was waiting for my cold food that was held hostage by one mercurial staff member. To be fair, having additional staff packing orders would definitely have helped but having only one person do it put their lackadaisical service on full display. Credit to the hospitality team that replied to a written complaint and are clearly responding to others on Yelp. Their efforts give me hope that issues at this location will be remedied, so I will consider revisiting in the future.

Cristina G.

Yelp
As someone who has worked nearby for almost 6 years, you would think that I would have reviewed Shake Shack already but I guess I was waiting for a mind-blowing experience, so here it goes: Ordered for the first time in FOREVER using the Shake Shack app (thanks, Mel!) and got to choose my pick-up time. I was torn between the burger and fries (the basic, always on-point go-to) or trying the fried chicken sandwich. My friend assured me that I needed to try it and since I was long overdue, I went ahead and did just that. My order - the fried chicken sandwich with all the topics except for cheese and a generous side of fries because, treat yo'self. Not sure how to put this into words - maybe ground-breaking? Life-changing? Love at first bite? Not sure what even really happened to me but I do know that this sandwich was the bomb dot com, and it was pretty huge too. Did I need the fries? No. I was full with the sandwich alone, but what kind of person skips on fries? NOT ME. This feast of a lunch was just over $10 too which is awesome for NYC prices. Service was right on time and friendly. No complaints here. Will I delete this app ever? Absolutely not. Will I order this again next week even though summer is right around the corner and I should probably get my body right? Yes, yes I will.

Dan C.

Yelp
In the shadow of the Goldman Sachs HQ is this little goldmine of hamburger goodness. I was in the area and looking for some cheap eats and thankfully stumbled upon this shack location. I had a tasty double shack burger and fries. I dined in and since it was late afternoon, I had no problem finding a seat. The food was just as good as the other locations as well.

Henry L.

Yelp
Horrible and chaotic experience. An operations disaster, inept staff and poor customer service. My simple order of 1 burger and fries was taking over 30 min. I decided I couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. The manager processed my refund with no remorse or empathy. But wait, there more. When I checked my credit card statement a few days later, I saw that they just charged me again for the same order. Not a refund. Amazing. Stay away from this location.

Eddie R.

Yelp
Shake Shack is a great place for a burger and fries. This location is so so. I guess we went there on an off day because the workers acted like they did not care. It was dirty, Napkin holder was empty, soda machine was dirty, tables were dirty and it was like talking to robots. The burger was good and the fries were excellent. I ordered mayo but got none. The drink cup that I got was slippery. Like maybe some oil. I ordered another one and the same thing. Nasty. they acted like I was a bother. I know its hard to find workers right now and good workers, who knows. I blame management. S.S. upper management needs to do a better job. Good luck

Paul P.

Yelp
One of the worst burgers I've ever had. Long wait for grossness. Wilted lettuce slapped together in a way looks like they gave the bag a shake before handing it to me. The shake was the worst as well. Never again.

S-Ann O.

Yelp
My return to Manhattan's Battery Park Shake Shack (located on Murray Street) was a TOTAL DISASTER in taste, presentation, and price.  My Shake Shack purchase consisted of fries with a single Shake Shack burger having lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard. To my surprise 45 Minutes later at 12:58 PM, and NOT the time printed on the attached preparation receipt, I received the abovementioned dry tasting / looking piece of meat (WITHOUT the requested items mentioned) referred to as a Shake Shack burger.  Imagine, 35% customer Shake Shack capacity and three ( 3 ) customers ahead of my Shake Shack To-Go burger order  -  took 45 minutes for Shake Shack to prepare and hand to me. Thank goodness I did not order anything extravagant because it would have taken 1 hour 30 minutes for the food to be prepared and given to me.  What happened with Shake Shack priding themselves regarding their great food and excellent customer service?  Shake Shack's prices have remained expensive for a regular burger, however, their attention to food preparation, quality, and taste have COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!! On a better note, the Shake Shack fries was the only thing that tasted good from the 45 minutes of UNNECESSARY WAITING!!  This was a pathetic food experience from the renowned Shake Shack.

Connie L.

Yelp
Sigh. I love Shake Shack and can't find it in me to give a negative review, but unfortunately the Battery Park location frequently has problems with quality consistency. I live in Battery Park so this is my neighborhood Shack; I basically come here at least once a month. However, each month I come, the food can be normal (comparable to other Shacks) or they can be totally off. Case in point: just two days ago, I picked up my mobile order and noticed that the fries are severely over salted! The amount of salt in there is simply ridiculous; there's no way anyone can eat this without getting a stomachache! I had to throw 90% of it out. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. In fact, this has happened so frequently that I'm very disappointed as a Shack fan and feel compelled to write this review. I noticed the Battery Park location often has new staff working; it seems like they do a lot of training here for new staff and therefore the quality of food is really inconsistent. I can't help but feel that situations like these keep happening at this location because there isn't a good quality check system in place, or the new trainees simply don't realize/can't tell. Quality consistently is so important; you don't want to drive away any loyal fans! And as a fan, it's just frustrating. Please double, triple check all orders/food before releasing them!

Janet Y.

Yelp
Honestly I can always count on Shake Shack for a good ass burger. I've had their single, their double, the shroom burger and even the shack stack and I swear I was full for the rest of the day after consuming that monster. Their fries are old school crinkle fries, crunchy not soggy, a def plus but still not as good as some other company's fries. Their shakes are amazing. It's so thick it's almost like a custard! This location has a decent amount of seatings and it's pretty clean for a fast food joint. Overall, whenever I'm in the mood for a good burger, I know shake shack won't disappoint.

Monique L.

Yelp
Fantastic visit to Shake Shack! We were staying nearby and wanted a quick dinner after a long day in the city. Great burgers, shakes, and crinkle fries! Fantastic customer service as well! Restaurant was clean and tidy as well! Thinner hamburger patties that were cooked to perfection. The Bacon Cheese crinkle fries were incredible.

V C.

Yelp
I love it here. Shake Shack makes the best burgers. The food is overall great and it's nice to walk around the area afterwards.

Anthony M.

Yelp
After my previous experience here, ShakeShack went above and beyond to right the wrong. They reached out to me privately with a personal apology, and offered to comp my next meal. I finally had a chance to go back this week. Got there at 11:30Am, which was key since there was no lunch crowd yet. Placed my order, used my voucher, and had my food in under 10 minutes. This second go around was very efficient and exemplified what I've come to expect from this brand. Special shoutout to Jake on the Customer Service Team for reaching out to me.

Linda C.

Yelp
Giving it 5 stars because of one of the team members (JAY OR JADE) sorry if I misspelled your name. She's the real MVP !! The line are always long but the wait for your food is longer but I'm just say Jay* she was entertainment all of us, trying to make us smile & laugh even tho I know some people are thinking why is a burger taking so long !! She also gave out some discount chicken shack cards which was very nice of her ... she didn't have to && kept saying thank you for waiting !! I told her she had a great personality && keep up!! Us customers like to see workers smiling && personable ! Not angry with an attitude !! A+++ for JAY!! If y'all a manger from this location, please recognize your excellent team member !

Yelp
The burger, fries and chocolate milk shake were good. However, the place looked dirty and there was garbage (empty containers) on the tables. I guess some patrons did not throw them away. There was also full garbage bags on top of the garbage bins. The floor in which a young man was packing the food had a dirty glove, ketchup stains, and papers. It was crowded and I waited about 20-25 minutes even after placing the order through their app in advance. The staff were very polite, accommodating and very professional.

Yelp
Chaos and horrible slow service - staff should visit the West Village or Upper Westside location to experience the Danny Meyer way and incorporate into the Battery Park location.
